Ashley Store Easley, SC

We love the sofa that we purchased from Ashley Homestore. The construction of the sofa as well as the material is better than anything else we looked at in other stores. We shopped around at other places and ultimately ended up back at Ashley Homestore. Madison Smith went above and beyond to help us get the best deal and a quick delivery date. Be sure to ask for Madison!

Micah did an amazing job at working with me so sometime while I reviewed what my options would be with my new home purchase. I felt very taken care of and relaxed while I sorted out my thought's on possible purchases I would make.

Wanda was very knowledgeable and informative when showing me around while I browsed the show room. She went into detail about fabric on different items and how the base supported the couches.

Kendra was so warm and welcoming. We tried all sorts of beds and found one we liked. She set it up for delivery quickly and now we have finally gotten some sleep. The store was clean and easy to shop in and had a good selection. No high pressure sales tactics either.

Awesome experience at Ashley Furniture in Easley!! Madison greeted us and after I explained what I was looking for and the measurements she immediately gave me 3 options that would work. Madison invited us to try out the power features and fit. She answered our questions thoroughly and in great detail about the warranty and incredible stain resistance and resiliency of the fabric.The price was great with a excellent warranty and white glove delivery. A very friendly Billy Irby met me at the door. He understood what I was looking for and took me directly there. He stayed with me the whole time. He listened to me and understood what I needed.

This was my first time inside the new store in Easley and I was impressed. Clean layout with plenty of options to try out. The staff was very helpful, especially Matthew. He went out of his way to be helpful and get my delivery scheduled. Check out the Easley store instead of getting in all that Woodruff Rd traffic. It’s a much better experience.

Very helpful pick out an inexpensive comfortable guest room mattress Gail was well educated on different type and understood our need of comfort and budget. I was delighted with my shopping experience at the Ashley Outlet Store in Easley, SC. Yesterday. Kendra was the most helpful sales associate I have dealt with in a long time. I felt so at home taking my time to be sure I was exploring all selections . I found her to be a wealth of information answering pertinent questions asked. She was most helpful in ordering a sofa that was not on the floor but would be perfect for me. I do appreciate her attention and help in the selection process.

The sales associate that helped me was named Billy. He is super cool and he helped me pick out some furniture for my living room. He even gave me a 25% discount! Absolutely some of the WORST service we have ever received from any retail establishment EVER. Not only did they attempt to deliver our bed and mattress without the slats necessary to complete the assembly, but the delivery team left a mess in our primary bedroom. Trash on the floor, the mattress left against our bathroom door preventing access, the footboard up against one dresser preventing access to the bottom drawers and the siderails against another dresser preventing access to the bottom drawers. NO date was given for the delivery of the missing slats, just "on another day." We now have no bed to sleep on as our old one was disassembled and moved out of the way per their instruction. I called the store and told them to send the delivery team back to get this mess out of here and demanded a return/refund. Complete waste of time and money. Buyer beware!

Ashleigh‘s return policy is unsatisfactory and not explained well when Items were purchased. Will not be returning there.

Jonathan made the process seamless. He explained the whole process. My husband and I appreciated not being followed around like a hawk. Not sure we would have spent that kind of money otherwise. If anything, I wish they picked up the old couch, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Very happy with the purchase.

I visited the Easley location 3 times in the past week and on the 3rd visit ordered an end table and the Realyn Dinning set with 6 ribbon chairs. The associate. GAIL, was extremely helpful. She was very professional and represented the business extremely well in actions, as well as the way she dressed. I would recommend the store to any of my friends. One thing I didn't notice until I got home and reviewing the paperwork that I was charged $ 399.99 for the Protection Plan that I was told about but didn't agree too ! And I assume that the Ashley DASH charge of $ 249.99 must be for delivery ? The final sales receipt needs to be reviewed before leaving the store in case you have questions.

Very helpful- only came in to look and found what we were looking for with comfort and the dimensions needed. We really enjoyed Mikes help and assistance with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional!

Thank you for Ashley furniture. We ordered a kitchen table and chairs. Gail walked us around the store which is very nice and gave us plenty of options. We were ISO a 72" TV stand. Gail greeted us as we entered and asked questions about what we were looking for so she might offer assistance. From the beginning she was invested in finding us the perfect match for our new home. As we browsed, she combed through the inventory to ensure we had as many to choose from until we found the right model. She showed us those that were available and walked us through the payment and delivery process. She was professional, personable and provide excellent customer service - and most importantly made it very easy. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door until we left. Our TV was cracked in transport and I just called back today to see if we could switch our order to the smaller one. Again, she took the time to look through inventory in our price range and kept in touch with me. Ashley should be very happy to have her. We won't hesitate to stop back in if we need anything for our new home. Thank you Gail!

Customer service is TERRIBLE. If you have an defective item they want to sent a "technician" out to inspect it, however that can't happen for at least a month after purchase. Then they expect the item to be in showroom quality. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. Spend your money someplace else with better customer service. Update 1/30/26 Technician finally made it to inspect the recliner on 1/9/26. A part was "ordered". We are still waiting on notification that the part will be shipped. THEN they will schedule the technician to come back. Meanwhile an elderly woman cannot use her recliner she purchased on 11/29/25. I believe we have been patient enough. For GOD'S SAKE REPLACE THE RECLINER ALREADY or let her exchange it like any other reputable furniture company would have done by now.
