My wife and I recently purchased a new mattress from Ashley Furniture store. Our experience was absolutely incredible from the moment we walk in the door, we were greeted by Sierra. She was incredible kind. We learned that she is from Washington state and shared experience of our recent visit to Montana and Wyoming. Sierra was knowledgeable about what we were looking for and went out of her way to involve her manager, Ben, to make sure we had ever question answered and our needs met; our experience and purchase of a new mattress went better than we expected. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture store and can't say enough good about Sierra; she is awesome!
We were in need of a new bed set and mattress, Sales associate Ben Who was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Introduce himself right away, but did not press us, And then when above and beyond to work with us to get us the best deal we possibly could get. Patiently working with us as we tried different options of mattresses and pillows. But we always felt like he was on our side working to give us the best deal. Everybody was so friendly, Even though it was a very busy long day for them.
Very nice place and very helpful staff. Very beautiful furniture and a large collection at this store. We will be back.
