Very pleasant experience.
My wife and I visited the Ashley store looking for rectangular table with chairs. We were greeted by Mr. Brian “BJ”Johnson. Brian was very attentive to our questions and answered our questions both visually and verbally. His approach of “no pressure” and patience made us comfortable with our decisions. We purchased the table and chairs and revisited the store the following day and met with Brian to purchase a bedroom set that we saw the previous day. All in all, our experience with this store was very good and Brian made every effort to work with us and get what we needed.
