Went by this store to look around for a new project and let me tell you THIS STORE IS MASSIVE. I bumped into the manager Jeff and I can tell he runs a good team. I let them know I was just looking to get ideas and the guys here still treated me respect and answered all of my questions.

Bret is the guy to talk to he helped me figure out what sectional to choose he helped me find the right size and everything he's wonderful the store was also very clean and tighty definitely recommend going their.

Clearly this store and it's sales associates only care about making money and not about providing adequate service to their customers. We received the wrong order over a week ago. I have called several times regarding this to which they respond "we will reach out to your sales associate". Today is the 6th time this has occurred. The guy I spoke with today reached out to the store manager who also said it was "the sales associate's responsibility to correct this order". We have only received a call back from our associate ONCE stating he would have to "look into it and call us back", that was about 3-4 days ago and we still have not received a call from him. This is absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and do not get your furniture here. As soon as they get your money they will run!

I was once employed by Ashley furniture and the items that I purchased was because I knew were beautiful and well made quality items. I was very pleased with the service from Jocelyn she made my experience easy and delightful.

I went to Ashley's to replace the upholstery on my sectional, specifically the chaise. Will Floyd provided exceptional customer service that truly impressed me. While other associates had given up on my relatively young sofa, Will took the initiative. He contacted corporate, ordered the necessary materials, and patiently guided me through the entire process, which took about an hour. His positive attitude and dedication turned what seemed impossible into a success. I believe everyone should experience this level of commitment, whether they're making a purchase or not. BJ was the Sales Consultant that helped us, and he couldnt have been more genuine, patient and understanding. We called him late on Sunday to get the financing paperwork started, and he made it happen. To find the couch we wanted took longer than expected, as we had several requirements, but in the end we are very happy.

I went into Ashley Furniture on Woodruff Road in Greenville SC yesterday and was looking for a new couch. It was such a big deal for me and I wanted to look around and see what there was to offer. I was in the store less than three seconds before I was approached the first time and I told them I was just looking and I would come find someone when I was ready, three minutes in another sales rep comes up and tries to follow me through the store. I again asked for some time to look around if they didn’t mind and I would come find someone when I was ready. Not even a minute later the two guys sent a female over to ask the same question the in fact just asked me. I again said ma’am I would really like to look on my own and when I have it narrowed down I will come find someone. She huffed and puffed and got upset and said well I need to know who your sales rep is going to be. I said ma’am. I am asking you to please let me look in the store and not be hounded. I was flustered at this point and honestly wanted to leave and as I was sitting on another couch resting it out this very nice salesman walked by and gave a calming sweet smile and head nod just to say hey I’m here if you have any questions type thing. It brought so much peace and calmed down my frustrations and I got back on track to start looking again. I went with purpose and truly wanted to buy something. I turned around and they were all conversing together about me and how I wouldn’t let any of them help me. It wasn’t that I didn’t want them to help me it was the attack and approach in which they continued to come back over and over like I was bait and they were sharks and piranhas after me asking to be allowed to look on my own. Fast forward to me finding my beautiful couch I wanted and I went and found the salesman that had respect and allowed me my space but also let me know he was there if I needed him. He was such a blessing and true god send. He walked me through everything and now I have a beautiful new couch coming to my home in August upon delivery. If your in need of any furniture and you live in the Greenville SC area please stop by and see Mr. Matthew Kennedy. He will very politely help you and get you covered. Ashley Furniture he was an amazing hire on your part. In the upcoming weeks I will be returning to purchase a bedroom suit as well.

I have been shopping at Ashley’s for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is very helpful but not pushy. You can find good furniture for reasonable prices. Payment plans are available. The only thing that I find a bit high are the delivery prices and the fact that you can’t pickup the furniture yourself.

My daughter just got into med school in Greenville a couple days ago and we are scrambling to get Furniture because starts school next week. Very nice furniture but, the prices are NOT to my liking. The water is too small!!! The helpers are too pushy!!! They try to get you to buy something fast so they can lock in a sale. I found a roach on the bed Frame I was previously laying on 🙁 HE didn't even ASK for my consent to share the bed with me😩🔥😭👹👹👹❗❗❗!!!!! The workers got Chick-fil-A and didn't even share with me 🕊🕊🕊🕊in conclusion, they aight ☝🚽

Request him when you get there - We were interested in a sofa that we saw on line but there wasn’t a model in the store - however he showed us other options and also had us sit in another model which had the same kind of material as the one we liked on line. He knows the products so well and was great to give us as much time as we needed to browse but was always accessible when we had questions. We chose the model we had seen on line and he was again super helpful in explaining everything g about delivery and acceptance of the product. I highly recommend Will! And yes, we are thrilled with the sofa too!

We came to Ashley Furniture to find a sofa for our home which would fit our needs and style. Jennifer was our sales representative and was able to help us select the perfect one for our space, which has some challenging limitations, requiring skilled configuration options. Between her knowledge of all the options and the pluses and minuses of each option, we were able to arrive at a happy solution, which then led us to select a recliner loveseat for our bonus room. She also helped us look for other items, which we are still thinking about. Jennifer is an awesome person who cheerfully and tirelessly worked with us over 2 days. My wife and I were shopping for a mattress to replace our old memory foam. Jennifer took the time to explain our options and let us run the gamut of an impressive inventory. We never felt as if we were being upsold and finally decided on a mid range Tempurpedic hybrid.

Came in for a mattress and ended up getting top service from start to finish. Amazing deals ended up getting top quality purple split king mattress and base with sheets(Amazing and worth every penny). Credit process was simple and easy with new kiosk. He took very good care of us. Definitely go see him! We will be come back for a bed set.

We walked into the store wanting to look at leather sectionals. Heather was AMAZING! She listened to what we thought we wanted, and did show is that, but then showed us an alternative that she thought might be more suited to what we needed. We ended up chosing a sofa and love seat that she recommended and we LOVE it! We have had it for about a week now and our dogs have jumped all over it and you can't tell they have ever been on it. When you call for updates they give nothing. We trusted and all it’s been is a nightmare since, we have all receipts to back it up. Go to another location!!!

Title: Misleading Information and Unreliable Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture. I was misled after being reassured that I could purchase merchandise from another location. After applying for their credit card that night, and making arrangements to travel out of state to pick the living room suite up that morning (Which included getting a vehicle and trailer to haul the merchandise)…I was informed that several items that I was quoted several hours before were now unavailable and others were dirty and damaged (it seemed like a classic case of switch and bait) and I was appalled that they thought that I would consider the inferior merchandise because I a black women(you would have to see the poor quality of the merchandise to understand why I said this…I’ve seen better items in Goodwill’s clearance section. To make matters worse, the price(s) had mysteriously increased. This inconsistency and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Furthermore, the way in which this situation was handled speaks volumes about Ashley Furniture's commitment to customer satisfaction. Instead of rectifying the issue promptly, I was left feeling disregarded and frustrated. I cannot in good conscience recommend Ashley Furniture to others based on my experience. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service and misleading practices from a company of this size and reputation.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I ordered a living room set on March 14th and I am still waiting and it is May 30th. I was advised that the couches were estimated delivery for May 18th and they had one piece but they would have second piece in late April so I could have it by first week of May. I had to call the customer service number to ask why I have not received any information they advised my furniture was delayed. I didn’t get any phone call or email to advise me of this delay and because I was not notified that there was a delay I expected furniture to be delivered on May 18th I donated my current couches so I don’t have anything in my living room. I called and they told me they had one piece of my set and because they didn’t have both the sold the one piece they had to fulfill a single order which caused more of a delay on my order. When I first ordered in March they advise they had one piece why would you sell my piece to someone else. So they sell one piece and decided to push my order out another month. So it takes 3 months to get furniture from this location. I called the manager he advised he would ask for my order to be filled by another warehouse and would call me back I waited 4 days no call. Then I made a ticket complaint to corporate so the regional manager could call me to see if I can get a status and was advised I would get a call in two days. This was Saturday May 25th and here we are May 30th no call. I have never had a bad experience with any other Ashley stores. Do not go to this location go anywhere else. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

Great experience with very professional salesperson.

Everything started out great. Inside the store we were treated with kindness and respect. We received half of our furniture in a timely manner. 5 weeks later when we still had no word on the rest of our furniture, and after multiple attempts to get information, I was told only the original salesperson could answer my questions. When I finally received a call back, I was told 2 of our items were discontinued but we could purchase the 1 floor model they had, but I could not get it today, they were far to busy to help me. When I asked about the rest of the order I was told it would be looked into whenever she had time. She was busy. I was treated with open hostility, disrespect, made to fell like I didn’t matter. The sale was over so no more customer service. I ended up canceling the remainder of the order and will NEVER but anything from Ashley Furniture in Greenville, SC again.

Absolutely recommend Ashley and Hytham, and not just for the mattress, the selection of furniture and design styles are top notch. Not the Ashlet Furniture I used to know, I am beyond pleased. Only thing better would be quicker deliver but I also have known I needed a change for months so timing isn't only on them.

Was greeted by someone when we walked in and she told us her name and let us know if we needed her to let her know. We had been in this Ashley store before and kept coming back to one sectional we liked. We got the sales lady over to talk price and she told us what she could do, ok. She told us what she could do on the diamond warranty, ok and delivery fees. After further talking between my husband and I, we decided we would take the sectional. The sales lady was busy with other customers, so i stated we would wait. She finally passed us off to a manager who didnt seem very happy to help. I asked about a price on a coffee table, but said naw, too much! The manager put the coffee table on our items to purchase. He had to redo it and take that off. Then he brings the paperwork over again, what we were told for the warranty was incorrect and he tells us the sales lady gave too much off. Um, not my fault, that is what she said she could do. After being there for over 2 hours and counting, i was ready to leave. The sales lady apologized, since her computer crashed and she had to re enter the information for the people she was helping and the copier/printer was jot working right, the air conditioner was not doing well either. After 3 hours, we finally paid for and got a copy of our invoice, but the manager was not a fun person to deal with and the sales lady apologized for him also! For my first experience with Ashley Store, it was not a good one!! Thank you, Ashley Wardlaw

Recently bought the living room, dining area and foam mattress from the Ashley’s store in Greenville - our on floor sales associate, Abby was extremely patient, professional in her demeanor and prompt in her help. Beware of billing and delivery issues!!! Multiple wrong items, poor communication between 800 service, delivery and store. Finally, got manager to have coffee table and the 2 end tables picked up and allowed a credit plus a free item. Today, got a mysterious charge for over $400 from Ashley Corp.

Very good experience working with Jamar Wray at this location. He was attentive but gave me plenty of space and time to look around; he was friendly but not overly familiar. Once I had narrowed down my choices, he provided helpful info which helped me choose. He explained the store's easy payment plan thoroughly. (I had visited 3 other furniture stores in Greenville, and was not even acknowledged at 2 of them.) I was also very pleased with delivery and setup. Christian was pleasant and efficient and on time. My wife and I purchased a mattress, sofa and love seat for our apartment. Jamar was the associate who helped us with the purchase and setting up the delivery. During the purchase, he was very courteous and professional. I could also tell he was doing everything in his power to make sure we were taken care of. That extended to the delivery day for the mattress. There was a mix up for the delivery and our mattress didn’t make it to us at the agreed upon time. I got in contact with Jamar and he went out of his way to arrange another method for delivery and saw it through to the end, despite the delivery time being well past normal operating hours. He even followed up later on as a courtesy to verify we got the mattress. Multiple steps along the way I felt valued and looked out for by Jamar. I certainly won’t be buying furniture anytime soon, but if the time comes I’ll know who and where to go.

warning do not buy their extended warranty. The company they use is horrible. Has a website that doesn't work They do not honor the warranty. And it's a pain in the butt to deal with. They make you jump through hoops and give you a bunch of horrible customer service. This store has a manager that is rude. The company that they do the insurance with hss rude employees that read. A script like a robot. I highly recommend you go to an actual legitimate store and stay away from this one.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Saturday, March 23rd, my mother and I were at the Ashley Store in Greenville SC to view a bed in person that we purchased online. Jeff, a kind gentleman and manager, helped us initially and was able to provide a good price for the entire suite. It was more than we expected to pay, but we liked the offer and made the decision to cancel the online order and just order the entire suite from the store so that the sales rep would get the full commission. We were handed off to a different gentleman to complete the sale, but once at the table were told that the bed, the main focal point of the suite was not available for purchase. After explaining we just purchased it online and canceled that order to place it with the store, we were advised to call the website back and “un-cancel “ the order and the sales rep would make up the difference with other discounts or perks. This sounded strange, but we did as suggested and were told that wasn’t something Ashley could do, while sitting in the Ashley store with the sales man. It was at this point the second sales man asked if we would be interested in considering a different suite , and we chose to walk away. Unbeknownst to the Ashley, my father passed unexpectedly about 2 weeks prior. Furniture shopping was something he and my mother did, and unfortunately didn’t get to complete. He was an army vet, and a great negotiator and knew all the pertinent questions to ask.This Saturday, we felt like we were being yanked around, and I honestly believed if my father was there, we would not have been told this bedroom suite was available in full and provided exact pricing info with confirmed payment only to be given the ole switcheroo at the purchase table. Please Ashley, just be upfront and honest with customers looking to purchase items. If a full suite isn’t available, please don’t sell your customers on a full suite only to switch them to something else at the table. If we were told upfront that this suite wasn’t available in full but there was something similar, we would have looked at that option. Instead, we feel those hours in the store were ultimately wasted.

Found the exact pieces of furniture we were looking for at a great price. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We ordered our couch March 11th, it’s currently May 13th, and just got off phone with them and they say we won’t receive it till the end of June. We wouldn’t have purchased if we knew this. It’s obvious they are looking to make sales and will tell you anything to get it.

Update: We ordered a couch on March 11th, and were told it would be about a month before we got it delivered. It’s now May 13th, and we still have no couch. We’ve called a few times and have been told 1-2 more weeks, but now they’re saying end of June. Great experience! Aleia Harris helped us find the perfect couch! Would definitely recommend her!

After 2 months waiting for the complete the delivery, sofa received is not even close to store, look pretty empty inside and not confortable enough…. I tried to costumer services and I’m still waiting that answer….. not a good experience at all, after sales, store and sales man avoid the responsibility saying that they can not do anything…..

I enjoyed my time with Jennifer HILLYER choosing my love seat. She was so helpful in her suggestions and although the store is very large, she took me to the pieces that she felt matched my desires. I really appreciated her laid-back style!

I visited the Greenville store several times while I was trying to furnish a new home. All but one of the sales staff treated me like a second class citizen when I told them I was on a budget. It's obvious they see customers as dollar signs. I did select one dresser, and after thinking about it overnight I decided I couldn't pay $500 plus tax and delivery for particle board. I returned to the store and thought I might select something else, but there wasn't anything in that price range that interested me. I was able to call the number for delivery and cancel the order. That took 23 minutes on the phone in the store. Decided not to reselect anything else. The original sales person processed the refun. In my opinion she had a condescending attitude, and I could tell she was not happy she lost commission. I'm sure they treat people better if they have lots of money to spend.

Aleia Harris was great. No pressure. We used a store credit from the warranty on furniture we bought five years ago with no issues. We furnished our entire house when we moved just over five years ago and it’s always been a great experience.

I went to Ashley Store on Saturday to look at the living room collections, and worked with Heather Hakkarainen. She was outstanding. Spent alot of time walking around with me answering questions. I made a selection, and after all the paperwork was finished, I changed my mind and chose another set. She was very gracious about the extra work I caused. The next day I had a change to my order, and again she handled it immediately. I highly recommend you ask for Heather when shopping at Ashley Store.

Matthew was truly incredible! My husband and I recently relocated and wanted to stay within a budget and Matthew was able to help us achieve that. Matthew is an honest salesperson and I️ highly recommend him when shopping at this location.

Madison was very helpful and patient when assisting me! She expressed thorough knowledge of the store and products. I also appreciate that she was understanding of my last minute change to a different bedroom set. I’ll be returning in the future for all of my furniture needs and will ask for Madison again.

A while back I posted how great my Ashley Furniture purchase was. We have had nothing but problems with delivery! Horrible! First delivery with 4 rooms of furniture they sent 2 guys with 1 hand truck. They came late. Hit walls and doors on their way up. Have talked to them regularly trying to get the rest of our order. Today had bed headboard and footboard. THEY LEFT BOXES IN OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX AND NEED TO COME BACK IMMEDIATELY. SORRY TO SAY I WONT SHOP AT ASHLEY BECAUSE OF THEIR HORRENDOUS DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!!

Shopping for a mattress can be a bit overwhelming with all the choices. Madison listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect mattress.

Our experience at Ashley Furniture Greenville was pretty mediocre until it came to the “negotiation” stage. Feels like buying a used car with all the back and forth “let me go ask my manager”. You can buy all of the same items online for much cheaper, including delivery. Their delivery has gotten a bit better from the last time we purchased from Ashley (the delivery guys this time around were great. Very polite). Our walls weren’t dinged this time so that’s a plus. We had some items not show up at time of delivery due to damage before it left the warehouse. Denied other chairs because they simply didn’t fit in the space we needed them to. Ashley did take them off the bill but when I received the final bill nothing was itemized which seemed intentional so they could charge whatever they wanted for the item we did keep. If we do order from Ashley in the future it will be from their online store.

Hytham he was very easy to work with and very knowledge with the products. It was a very good experience, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for furniture.

Ms.Hillyer was a great help helping me pick out the perfect furniture. Excellent customer service. I will be back to see her again.

A mixed of good and bad. Hytham, the one making the sale was very pleasant, very professional, very accommodating. On the other hand, the young lady who tried to explain why delivery was taking 3+ weeks had a very angry, very unpleasant tone of voice. Makes me wonder if Ashley is the right place to spend our money.
