Initially we had a great experience with Mr. Braun Clark when we bought our sofa and dining room set. When it came to delivery, we received a notification that the sofa console did not pass inspection and that they would re-order one and deliver it. It is now almost 3 weeks later and no console... I called for an update and was told that they canceled the order for the console on Sept 2 and they NEVER notified us or updated our transaction order. After almost an hour on the phone going back and fourth because they said it was our fault (?) and a "miscommunication" because we updated two consoles to one. The woman at the Woodruff store, Lillian, was rude, dismissive, raised her voice and talked over me. Not once did she apologize. I will not be returning back to this store and do not recommend coming here.

We called prior to our arrival and spoke to a gentleman about what we were looking for. He gave us some options to come in and look at. We stopped by the store and wandered around looking for the sofas he had mentioned. Everytime we got near a employee, they would literally turn and go the opposite direction. One guy was sitting on a sofa playing on his phone and got up and moved to another sofa when he saw me approaching him. I couldn't believe it. We wanted to order the Boothbay collection. We were not even able to do that. We have been to every furniture place in Greenville and this was the first one that we were made to feel unwelcome. Their store manager needs to do better.

First sales person was very nice and helpful but when he got other customer,he voided our invoice while we were negotiating and left us without informing. Then I asked him to buy that furniture,he directed to other lady sales person.She didn’t have any interest but she agreed to help original sales person. Now she come up with higher prices and despite asking to check with original salesperson,she didn’t want to get up from chair.Even after billing and for making payments,she didn’t come to signing machine. Nice place but most of the salespeople are non interested.

Decided to treat myself with some new furniture for my birthday so I went to the Ashley Home Store in Greenville. Wow what an amazing experience! Will greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in, told us about the special philanthropic promotion and left us to roam the store without any undue pressure. We found the perfect pieces for our living room and dining room and Will assisted us with the size and color options. We finalized our choices and he proceeded with the sale transaction without a hitch or delay. We left feeling good about our purchase and were completely satisfied with the service Will provided.
