He was so helpfuI and showed me other couches that I was curious about. So we looked at things together, but I ended up with what I originally wanted to buy.

She introduced herself when we entered, she answered each and every question on a variety of sofas, and looked items up on the store website if they weren’t in the store. Her patience knows no limits. Kind and friendly to a fault, without being “pushy” at all. On top of that, I got the sofa I really wanted (but was going to settle for something else because of price). It was on a huge sale! So, I also bought two accent chairs and still saved a lot! Thank you, Amy. We’ll be back for bedroom furniture at a later date.

My husband and I were looking for a new king size mattress and decided to stop by the Ashley Greenwood store. We browsed for a moment and then were greeted by Ms. Sequoi Dansby. She was kind, helpful, and definitely not pushy. She showed us around the mattress showroom, explaining the details of each brand as we browsed. We decided on the 10 inch Chime Elite 2.0 King. Our experience from the time we walked in the door was exceptional. We can't thank Sequoi enough for her assistance from start to finish of our purchase. She's a keeper!

Very pleased with the salesman at Ashley in Greenwood, SC. I purchased a Temperpedic mattress from there and Taylor was very knowledgeable about them and helped me pick out the one suitable for my needs. Getting financing for it was super easy as well. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the prices of mattresses, but I’m sure they’ve gone up everywhere.

Amy was a wonderful sales rep. She allowed us time to walk through the store on our own, and every so often she came to check on us. Once we were ready to make our decision she was more than helpful in answering our questions. We had to go home to measure somethings but returned the next day to make our purchase. If you like a non pushy person, Amy's the rep for you.

Bought living room furniture and bed. Friendly and staff even stayed after to assist us since we weren't able to be there during normal hours. Only problem I had is they do not deliver. They have order and delivery weeks later. We bought floor model and we had to have some come help load it even. They did assist somewhat but think if they had option to buy they would deliver. Would buy again there though

Just purchased 2 Nectar Premier Memory Foam mattresses from Taylor Johnson at the Ashley store in Greenwood, I spoke with Taylor about the mattresses on the phone 📱 before going to the store, the first thing that sold me was, NO Pressure, NO Sales Pitch, and No, thats not in stock, however we have this one for a few dollars more, we can open a account and you can take it home. Not with Taylor. I appreciate nothing more than a person listening to my needs, not being interrupted, and a genuine interest addressing our concerns. Taylor's personality and heart felt attitude makes you feel, like we grew up together. It's not always about price, we spend our money where we feel most comfortable and welcome. I had a very nice experience. Taylor Johnson casually greeted me at the door like an old friend. Let me look around for a second and then asked if he could help me find someone or something? I told him what I was looking for and he showed me several options, without assuming my budget. He was knowledgeable, professional and never pressured me.

Kendra and Taylor were wonderful. They spent lots of time with us and thoughly answered all of our questions. Taylor even stayed 1 hour after the store closed to assist us in purchasing our furniture. We will definitely go back for future furniture needs.

This was the worst experience ever. We paid and were promised delivery within two weeks. On Wednesday, they confirmed the delivery. One hour later, they called and said they were sending a broken bed but that I should accept it. They are supposed to be a white glove service. They assembled the nightstands, but we refused the bed, and they still wanted us to sign for the nightstands. My husband is recovering from surgery and is on crutches, but he wanted to check the nightstands—and they had no legs! So he asked them to attach the legs- why they did not do it in the first place A week later, we got a message saying the delivery would happen that week—nothing. My husband called, and they said it was an error. They promised to send the bed next week. They came today and brought another broken bed. What kind of business is this? And every Wednesday, they send a message asking, "How did we do?" Well, you did a terrible job. Do your job properly and take care of your customers! Never again, Ashley HomeStore!

Horrible experience from a “yes person” every question we had was answered with yes we can do that. Comes down to delivery address and selecting when we wanted it delivered. No they could not deliver to where we needed it. Then they tell me to order online. Could not select a delivery date like we were told. Then of all things it was 125$ more expensive in the store verses online pricing

Purchased bed frame and couch almost two years ago, bed frame broke on us recently. Which was a bit stressful at first but luckily we purchased the diamond care, and after submitting a request and speaking to the team we were able to get a completely new bed! Our representative did a great job during the process going above and beyond! We purchased a new queen bedroom set in January of 2024. The set took almost 6 months to arrive and when it did the 2 nightstands were the wrong ones and the head board had a 12 inch scratch across it. Recently we discovered wood chips below the bed which turned out to be from broken mattress supports which were not properly anchored by their installers. After 7 months I am still waiting for a new headboard and support frame. After spending over $4800 on a new bed set I am still waiting to be made whole. I will; never buy another piece of furniture from them and would highly recommend any one looking for new furniture to consider anyone else but Ashley.

We worked with a sales associate who sold us a platform bed. What was delivered is NOT a platform bed. We need a box spring. So the bed is unusable. We have been calling the number for Ashley in Green Wood, SC...it goes to a service center. ..left numerous message...crickets. Finally I spoke to another sales associate...he was going to reach out to the district manager...still waiting...We are extremely disappointed in their customer service. We still have an unusable bed.

I wish I could give zero stars but there is no such thing on Google..I bought a expensive bedroom set from Ashley with the intention of leaving the items in the box due to a pending move. My sales rep KC knew this and even called the warehouse manage to confirm that they would remain boxed. When I arrived at my new house and unpacked the headboard, I found it to be damaged. I contacted my sales rep but never got a returned phone call. I then called and emailed customer service and after waiting a day Ashley denied all responsibility because I failed to inspect the boxes – they had no marks on them – when they were delivered and also because I moved. Well the whole purpose of leaving the furniture in the boxes was to protect it during the move. My salesperson never informed me that I would have no recourse if the items were damaged. Never do business with this company as they are dishonest and do not stand behind their products.

This business is a sham. Let me just walk you through what has been a nearly three-month ordeal with this company. This nightmare of a journey starts on 10/31/2023. I show up to the store to purchase a bedroom set. Over two hours later, I finally have been able to checkout, requiring not only a sales associate to figure out how to do this, but also someone from leadership. I had added on an in-store item, which they could not figure out how to get on the ticket, so they just added another item of similar cost to substitute it on the ticket. I had also ordered some sconces (online price $39.99 a piece, store price $99.99 a piece). What I did not realize at the time, is that the sales associate included two sconces at each price point on the ticket. When I received these, I promptly went to return them to the store, but the store said I needed to send them back through dispatch when the next delivery came. Tried to do that, and that didn't work. After many phone calls/chats with customer service and three separate trips to the store, the store finally took them back but couldn't give me a return receipt because they would have to process it with HQ. When the return processed in January 2023 (that's right, nearly 3 months later), they only issued $149.78, rather than the full $199.99. Then, on January 22, I'm told by customer service, "Unfortunately, we would not be able to credit the additional funds as the return was completed 12/29." I reached out on 1/7, however, to confirm the details of the return because I hadn't heard from anyone and was unable to do so because it was "still processing." So, apparently, this company is just going to keep my $50 that they owe me. This is also after what was supposed to be a single delivery including all items turned into three separate deliveries without even noticing me until things showed up to the house piece by piece.

I went in looking for something for my boys bed room. And Kendra D. helped me with everything I needed and more! She's great!

One star is actually generous. On March 6, we received two bookcases. The bookcases were both received damaged in delivery. The delivery guy just left it here and told us that someone would contact us within 48 hours on how to deal with it. Against my better judgment, we kept the pieces no one contacted us and we went to the store and complained that they took our pictures. They submitted them via email and said someone contact us. No one contacted us so I contacted them. They said they didn’t have any pictures. I sent the pictures. Since then, everyone promised to call me back and not one person ever calls back today April 11 was the day we’ve been waiting for someone to come out and look at these pieces cause they said they could not replace them and they had to repair them when I called again today. They said nothing was scheduled. Ashley does not respond to damages. They stick with these items and they lie , these items were paid and paid back paying the bill bill because they are not responding to us and it’s one lie after another lie after another lie

I was given a quote for 3 piece living room set, including a printed copy of the quote. At time of completing the purchase, was informed that the information provided was wrong and the price provided was just for one piece of the set. Offered a 10% discount due to their mistake. I guess staff is not very experienced, not a pleasant shopping experience.

Terrible Finance companies to choose from. The evil conglomerate, Synchrony Bank is their main financing branch, and even when a person has an impeccable credit score, if Synchrony don't like your choice of banks, declined you are, FOR GOOD!!! Don't go here unless you pay out of your own pocket.

Ashley Home Store, specifically Taylor, in Greenwood was professional, knowledgeable and patient as I bounced from one room to another. We were searching for a new couch. And Ashley helped through the entire process. The associate that helped us, Susan, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us find exactly what we were searching for. Another associate, I can’t remember his name, even took time out to befriend our son. Anyone with children knows a furniture store is like a playground to them. They were patient and kind the whole way through. They even told us about an upcoming sale and price matched what was on the Ashley website resulting in saving us hundreds of dollars. The sectional we needed to fit our space had a piece that was out of stock so delivery was going to have to be delayed which we were fine with, we were expecting a month or longer because of past dealings with other companies, but within a few days the piece was in and delivery scheduled. I highly recommend Susan and Ashley of Greenwood and will be using them again the next time we need furniture.

Nick, our salesman was very pleasant. I did alot of research on line prior to going there so I knew beforehand what I wanted. I had spoken to Nick prior so he also knew what we wanted beforehand. Our furniture is coming within a few days which is wonderful for us. I have dealt with Ashley before and their furniture is high quality. Very pleased all the way around.

Happy with my furniture but the service was not good. I bought a whole bedroom suite that was a closeout. The sales lady told me that they were not able to help move it at all because it was a liability. When my husband and I went to get it, the sales guy that was there did offer to help but made it very hard for us. We were asked to take it all the way to the other end of the store to take it out because the other door was supposedly on some kind of timer. However, it wasn’t on a timer when other customers were coming in. It’s a shame there’s not better customer service when you spend so much money with a store.

She guided us to another Ashley site that had that for which we were looking on the floor, placed our order, & price-matched with the online price for the same item. Lindbergh has Excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable on products and able to understand the customers needs. In my opinion he should be looking at general manager within the next three months.

My girlfriend and I went in search of a couch and were greeted by very respectful sales associates, they offered help but also gave us space and allowed us to do our own research on what couch we would like. If we had questions they would answer them. After a couple visits we decided on a couch and were helped by Lindburg who helped us understand the sales going on and understand what would help us even more in purchasing this couch. We also had the help of Taylor who finalized this sale and helped us save a lot of money. Through the whole process we were bombarded by sales members nor ignored. They gave us all the help we wanted and respected our space to make our own decision. Thank you greenwood team.
