Work Ethics I failed to check every item on my invoice before signing it; model name and number. There was a major mistake, the salesperson instead admitting their mistake lied to the manager stating that was indeed my selection. I received the wrong set of sofa after several weeks, had to rebuy the correct one renegotiate the price etc. Terrible experience. Never going back to that store, hope never buying from them again.

We were in the market for a mattress and our associate, Laura, was extremely helpful in assisting us to make sure we got the mattress to meet our needs. We were at the store on two occasions to be positive we purchased the correct mattress for us. Laura was very through in explaining the different mattresses and how each would provide the support for which we were looking. Overall it was an excellent experience.
