We are open every day! Monday through Saturday, we are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Sundays, we open at noon and close at 6 p.m.
We’re about a mile east of the Coastal Grand Mall and just off the 17. We’re also about 2 ½ miles away from the beach. If you’re driving in on the E 501, you’ll turn right at the E 501/Frontage Road intersection (we’re the first right after the light at E 501/Seaboard Street). If you’re driving in on 10th Avenue, you’ll turn left at the Frontage Road/10th Avenue intersection (across from the Jiffy Lube).

DAWNA was awesome! She was very patient and professional with my mother while she purchased a couch. I would highly recommend visting this store to shop for your furniture.

We went there with our son a few months earlier. We were helped by a GREAT salesperson named Thomasina. When I came back about 7 months ago to purchase 2 rooms of furniture, I was helped by another female salesperson. I do not remember her name. I looked through the previous reviews because I am pretty sure that if I saw her name, I would remember it. Hopefully, she no longer works there. There were a few deliveries for me. One, with a sofa that would not fit through my door. I called and spoke to her. At first I wanted a refund, but I came in the next day because I did NOT want her to lose her sale, as the issue was not her fault. She was very dismissive and rude even though I asked for HER, for that purpose. I did update my order (the girls at the front of the store were also somewhat rude and unprofessional). It was several weeks later when I received my furniture, and the furniture was fine, but I will not be back to any Ashley Store.

We visited the store about 30 minutes before closing, already knowing what we wanted after browsing online and visiting a few months prior. As soon as we walked in, we were quickly reminded that they’d be closing soon, which made us feel rushed from the start. Our salesperson was not very personable—easily the least friendly of all the stores we’ve visited while couch shopping. Still, we found the couch we wanted within 15 minutes and decided to purchase. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn’t place the order because the credit card machines had already been shut down before closing time. We had to complete the transaction over the phone the next day. We told our sales person during this time that we also wanted to order an extra cushion, and she told us no problem just call up here and the ladies at the front can do that for you. Instead of allowing us to order it with the couch. After the couch arrived, we went online to order an extra cushion, but the site required a serial number. We called the store and were told our salesperson would call us back that day. She didn’t call until the next day and quoted us a price, only to call again later and say she gave us the wrong amount—it would actually be more. So we drove to the store, but she was busy, and the front desk had no information. They said she would call us. She eventually did and told us she couldn’t help us and that we’d need to contact customer service. I’ve tried, but every time I call the number listed, it just redirects me to the store. I also tried the online chat and was told again to call customer service or the store—which just leads me back in circles. To make matters worse, the delivery team scratched my brand-new floors. I replied to the delivery confirmation text (which asked how the delivery went) with photos and details, but no one has responded since. How do I go about sending an invoice for them to pay to repair my floor??? At this point, I’m extremely frustrated and genuinely regret this purchase (even though I do like the couch). The lack of follow-through, confusing communication, and unresolved issues have made what should’ve been a simple and exciting experience incredibly stressful.

I would have given 5 stars on the customer service since I have not received my recent order yet but did not because of one of the workers there, but before I start off with the negative experience, I want to highlight one of the sales reps there by the name of Kamela. Literally from the door she was extremely nice, informative and patient through the process of assisting my husband and I look for furniture. Kamela gave us some great information about multiple pieces of furniture at the store and what would work best for us and our family. Not at any point did she seem annoyed or bothered by us and we were not feeling rushed by her. Toward the end of our visit when we decided on what we were going to purchase, another worker by the name of Brandi Weaver came up to me and Kamela with an attitude to see what my name was for a Progressive application since I was having some issues with their link they sent me and the QR code. Well I figured while I wait for the other staff member(NOT Brandi) who was on hold with Progressive, I go onto google and search Progressive Leasing there. When I got onto their site I noticed it was working and I could fill the application out. I realized they have multiple stores you can get approved for a line of credit through so I typed in Ashley furniture and the store I was at popped up with their address so I knew that was their store where I was at. When Kamela let Brandi know we did not need help that I was already approved with Progressive, Brandi says to me “how did you get the site to work?” I explained how I did it and Brandi (with a VERY demeaning attitude) says well you probably did it wrong and you got an Amazon approval not Ashley furniture approval. I said no its for this store and as I went to show her that it was for her store and she cut me off, huffed and walked away to the computer with a hard attitude and said to Kamela “whats her name!”While she was at the computer where my name was displayed she wrote my name down and continued to TOTALLY dismissed me and stormed off. Kamela apologized multiple times for her behavior and truly if I did not work with Kamela I would have cancelled everything right then and there and left without bothering to make the purchase that had a total nearing $6,000. I was so infuriated at how demeaning, rude and unprofessional this Brandi lady was because I had no issues at all the entire time I was with Kamela. I do NOT think that anyone with the type of demeaning, nasty attitude that Brandi had should be working with customers. Not only did she try to insinuate that I was clearly an idiot who could not read or write in order to select the correct store but dismissed me in total as an adult. It is a shame because my husband and I were going to buy additional furniture from here but after this purchase we will not be coming back because of how Brandi made me feel. In the event I do come back I will solely work with Kamela because of her kindness and professionalism.

We found our salesperson, Chris, to be unreliable as he failed to submit our furniture order in a timely manner. The unexpected delay in our furniture delivery prompted us to inquire about it through phone calls (resulting in little assistance) and finally, to meet with the store manager, who was able to pinpoint the origin of the problem and the reason for the delay. Had Chris followed up with us about his negligence, we would have certainly been more understanding. Highly dissatisfied with his service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!!! They took 2 years to deliver a bed frame I got and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it delivered. Many hours spent on calls and many emails. Also, check your receipts if you decide to risk buying from there. They will have the right numbers but when you add up subtotal, delivery and taxes there will be an invisible charge of over $300 for a warranty you didn’t ask for. There is MANY people this has happened to and will for sure turn into a class action lawsuit.
