We are open every day! Monday through Saturday, we are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Sundays, we open at noon and close at 6 p.m.
We’re about a mile east of the Coastal Grand Mall and just off the 17. We’re also about 2 ½ miles away from the beach. If you’re driving in on the E 501, you’ll turn right at the E 501/Frontage Road intersection (we’re the first right after the light at E 501/Seaboard Street). If you’re driving in on 10th Avenue, you’ll turn left at the Frontage Road/10th Avenue intersection (across from the Jiffy Lube).

Spent more money than I expected. Went in for a couch and left with a couch and mattress and movable base. Our sales person, Thomasina, was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing her if you need furniture. Many places to buy from so it makes a difference in the person you are buying from.

We purchased a home in area but we live many states away. Thomasina Watts helped me with ordering a sectional couch and went above and beyond when the delivery team said they couldn't deliver on the date I would be down there. I reached out and Thomasina took care of it for me knowing I was only in town 2 days. Not only did she provide wonderful customer service in the ordering of my item but she stepped in for the delivery phase when needed. I can't thank her enough. I was on the verge of cancelling my order - but now I will go to Ashley Furniture first for my furniture needs.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased 36 pieces from the Myrtle Beach store, 12 pieces needed a technician to fix. And 3 had to be replaced… Desirae from customer care takes over at that point and she is miserable to work with, she argues with you, talks over you, tries to say the damage is normal… reorders the pieces only for them to arrive damaged we are going on 3 post purchase deliveries so far that have been unsuccessful in delivering undamaged furniture and I am 6 months into this…. Horrible customer service and especially at the corporate level!!! Stay away from this company!!!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a great vibe. Atlantis, our Design Consultant with a stunning name, quickly assessed our needs and pointed us in the right direction to begin exploring. A little later on our venture, Atlantis came to meet us again to help. We were educated on styling options and the ability to customize sofas to match our needs. Atlantis was a great help on our search and the reason we will return to Ashley Furniture in the future. Outstanding customer Service.

I bought a recliner from Ashley’s about 3 months again part of the reclining bracket broke within a week called to get it replaced. They said there sending a part for us to call them when it arrives almost 2 1/2 months later we get the part and call they said someone with call back in 5 to 10 business days to schedule a repair. Then went on to say it’ll be about a month before someone can come repair it. They would not take a return so now I’ve been stuck with a broken chair for 3 month worst place to buy furniture. They do not care about their customers.

Absolutely love the staff at this location. Jim and Rebecca were incredible helping us choose the right mattress for my daughter who has some complex medical conditions. They spent time listening to our needs and searched high and low down the perfect mattress!!! So appreciative of their help.

Second time I bought from Ashley furniture and salesperson was nice enough I bought everything paid for it not more than 3 hours after I get home there's a problem I paid $275.00 for delivery to my mom and assisted living memory Care about a floor model recliner for her to sit in and now all of a sudden as soon as I get home I'm called is there any way you can pick it up after I paid the $275 to have everything delivered they wanted to know if I could pick up the floor model cuz they could not store it.l made very clear i needed this on 26th .I bought it on April 26th a month away and wanted to know if I could come get it so here we go it's going to be a problem after problem I can tell already. I was born and raised in horry county I've been around this beach for a long time and I bought furniture from Ashley furniture for two rentals that I had completely in each time I had a problem so after 15 years I decided to go back to help my mother and this is what I encounter once again I don't mind paying but I do expect customer service from the restaurants I own from the rental property that I own customer service is number one with me and this is ridiculous.All you had to do is tell me that we can not accommodate you we could have gone another route.
