We are open every day! Monday through Saturday, we are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Sundays, we open at noon and close at 6 p.m.
We’re about a mile east of the Coastal Grand Mall and just off the 17. We’re also about 2 ½ miles away from the beach. If you’re driving in on the E 501, you’ll turn right at the E 501/Frontage Road intersection (we’re the first right after the light at E 501/Seaboard Street). If you’re driving in on 10th Avenue, you’ll turn left at the Frontage Road/10th Avenue intersection (across from the Jiffy Lube).

Good pricing and selection is diminished with horrible service and managers less than empathetic demeanor. If you are set just on price then go for it. If you still care about service stay away.

One of the worst retail experiences I have had! I ordered a bed for 3 grand, made sure with the store manager chris that the frame we picked out did not need a box spring. He assured us that the mattress could sit on the frame. The day before they came my phone was blowing up about confirming the date and a window of time for the delivery. Delivery day came and they showed up hours ahead of schedule, then the installer asked us where the box spring was at and that we needed one. He also told us that this frame came in different styles and could be used without one. So I immediately called the store and spoke to chris to try and figure out why this mistake had happened. All he wanted to do was sell me a box spring at an additional cost. After a series of calls back and forth where my question still wasn't answered, he continued to try and give me a box spring. Very dissatisfied I told him to forget the box spring and he gave me a $200 credit, then finally apologized for the inconvenience and hung up. So now I have a mattress in my hallway and a bed frame that needs some plywood or a box spring. All this happening 4 days from Christmas. Ashleys will never get my business again.

Chris was disinterested in listening to us or talking with us. He did not know his products. when asked a question, he did not know he laughed, turned, and walked off, exhibits rude behavior. When returning, he would not speak to both of us, just my wife. He is a GOOD reason not to shop at that Ashley store.

We bought 3 identical chairs delivered yesterday. Putting the first one together and the leg splits. The other 2 were not opened. I want to return all 3 but after talking with customer service and answering all their stupid questions and sending pictures and gathering information they already have, I was told they will send me an email within 3-5 days of their decision on whether I can return or not. This is Totally unacceptable. I will never deal with Ashley furniture again. The more I look at these 3 boxes setting in my kitchen the madder I am getting and the more reviews I will write. If I could give them a minus star rating I would

Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to the delivery of our sectional sofa. Our salesperson person, Sharif Jimenez was knowledgeable about the Ashley Performance Fabric that we were interested in and explained the care and benefits. We also chose to add the insurance protection plan which Sharif clearly explained. No pressure sales approach and great follow up. We love the new sectional!

Very disappointed in there scheduling, my furniture was supposed to be delivered today. I ordered two pieces. When they called yesterday, they told me that they were delivering both pieces today when the truck showed up, they only had one piece of furniture on there for my delivery. Spoke with a person who did the scheduling and he stated that he’s sorry he messed up told him how dissatisfied I was and someone from corporate called and said the other piece of furniture has not even shipped from the manufacturer. So as of now, no delivery date for second piece. I removed my old furniture from the house because they told me that they were being delivered today so now left with no furniture except for one chair.
