We are open every day! Monday through Saturday, we are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Sundays, we open at noon and close at 6 p.m.
We’re about a mile east of the Coastal Grand Mall and just off the 17. We’re also about 2 ½ miles away from the beach. If you’re driving in on the E 501, you’ll turn right at the E 501/Frontage Road intersection (we’re the first right after the light at E 501/Seaboard Street). If you’re driving in on 10th Avenue, you’ll turn left at the Frontage Road/10th Avenue intersection (across from the Jiffy Lube).

Second time I bought from Ashley furniture and salesperson was nice enough I bought everything paid for it not more than 3 hours after I get home there's a problem I paid $275.00 for delivery to my mom and assisted living memory Care about a floor model recliner for her to sit in and now all of a sudden as soon as I get home I'm called is there any way you can pick it up after I paid the $275 to have everything delivered they wanted to know if I could pick up the floor model cuz they could not store it.l made very clear i needed this on 26th .I bought it on April 26th a month away and wanted to know if I could come get it so here we go it's going to be a problem after problem I can tell already. I was born and raised in horry county I've been around this beach for a long time and I bought furniture from Ashley furniture for two rentals that I had completely in each time I had a problem so after 15 years I decided to go back to help my mother and this is what I encounter once again I don't mind paying but I do expect customer service from the restaurants I own from the rental property that I own customer service is number one with me and this is ridiculous.All you had to do is tell me that we can not accommodate you we could have gone another route.

I was in your store Monday and your sales rep Mia was very helpful and welcoming. I was just looking to get ideas for my mom and mentioned my back pain, she then asked If she could show me something and I'm so glad she did. I can not wait to get my adjustable base, I know that it is going to be a benefit to my back issues and is why I chose to purchase. Great asset to ashley, and not pushy more of just helping you, GO SEE MIA, you won't be disappointed.

The second we walked in the door a woman was immediately in her face asking questions and bothering us after we got through the initial barrage and told her we were just looking we went and were sitting at a couch looking at it when she came and started bothering us again she then gave us incorrect information quoting a 20% down payment even though our financing company said we did not have to pay a 20% down payment. I wonder how many people turned around after hearing that no down payment became 300 plus dollars 🤷‍♂️. Luckily a lead salesperson there was able to get everything figured out and get the problem resolved. My final complaint and the main reason for the three stars is a company this big and I have to wait two to four weeks to get my living room furniture so I have nowhere to sit absolutely absurd you need to put better logistics into place for people who need furniture in their homes

We went to Ashley Furniture to look at furniture. Our Design Consultant, Cindy Smith, was fantastic. She was so helpful and nice and very knowledgeable We ended up buying lots of beautiful furniture. I highly recommend Cindy to help you with your furniture needs!

Worse experience Wanted to stop in for a second look, didn’t have (or remember, her card was in our other vehicle ) our salesperson name. The “next in line” salesperson was rude, disrespectful and unkind. I walked out and won’t be buying anything here. This was totally unacceptable behavior.
