We are open every day! Monday through Saturday, we are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Sundays, we open at noon and close at 6 p.m.
We’re about a mile east of the Coastal Grand Mall and just off the 17. We’re also about 2 ½ miles away from the beach. If you’re driving in on the E 501, you’ll turn right at the E 501/Frontage Road intersection (we’re the first right after the light at E 501/Seaboard Street). If you’re driving in on 10th Avenue, you’ll turn left at the Frontage Road/10th Avenue intersection (across from the Jiffy Lube).

Purchasing from Ashley was one of the biggest mistakes we have made. Their foam used in the sectional we purchased sagged and basically unusable (for any extended period of time). They were replaced within the year but the replacements were the same poor quality. Save money and time and don’t purchase from Ashley.

Dear Ashley Furniture Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent purchase and the lack of timely resolution. Approximately six months ago, I purchased a full king-size bedroom set, including a king mattress and a $500 warranty plan, from your Myrtle Beach location. The total investment was around $5,000. Underneath the bed, there is a crossbar designed to support the frame and mattress. This component is made of a very thin piece of wood and is clearly insufficient to support a king-size bed with regular use. It broke in the middle of the night under normal conditions—no misuse, just standard sleeping. When I contacted your team, I was told the issue would be resolved under warranty and the part would be replaced. However, it has now been three weeks, and I am still without a functional bed. I have been forced to sleep on my couch during this time. This is completely unacceptable given the amount of money I spent and the expectations of quality and service associated with your brand. To add to this, my family and I recently relocated from New York, and I have three children who will also need bedroom furniture. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that I will not be making any future purchases from Ashley Furniture, nor will I recommend your company to others. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue. Please provide a firm timeline for repair or replacement and ensure this matter is handled with urgency.
