We walked in the store and Andrea was immediately there to get an idea of what we were looking for. She saw that we wanted to browse by ourselves first and pointed us in the right direction towards couches in our style. We browsed and she came up to answer our questions and even helped us figure out what kind of fit we needed for our space- she helped us get our tape measures and everything. She was such a joy to work with and the process was super easy and straightforward. While waiting for our couch to arrive (it took a few months) Andrea would text to check in and give us updates. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and stayed excited about our purchase. Once the delivery occurred (the guys were quick at delivery and set up and super nice) Andrea texted to confirm everything was set up and looked the way we wanted it to. We would 100% recommend Ashley Furniture (also Andrea) and will definitely be using them again for our home furnishing needs!

We purchased furniture back in December from this store. Everything has been good since the sale, but the 3 star review is for two reasons in particular. My wife and I went to one of the Ashley stores in Columbia a few weeks before visiting this store. We already had the approval for financing and basically just needed to pick out what we wanted as we got closer to our move in date. This store was closer to us, so it was an easier drive and delivery wouldn’t be as much. We got off work and came in to the store Friday night about an hour and a half to two hours before closing. Not a lot of time to do the whole process, but we wanted to know what we were looking at before making the big decisions all at one time. Everything was going good until it got close to closing time. I know the employees are ready to knock off, but the manager was radioing in to our sales rep telling her to basically get us to leave and started shutting down the lights while we were still in the store. Again, we had the approval and were ready to purchase a full house worth of furniture. So we were kind of pushed out as a ready to buy customer. Luckily enough for them, we decided to come back the next day to close the sale instead of going back to Columbia where we weren’t rushed at all. So we got back with our sales rep, Aly, and she made the additional trip worth it on the sales side. She knew what she was talking about with the product, sales, etc. she didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want and answered all of our questions. The second reason is when it came to pricing/quotes. Aly made a comment about how they don’t have tablets, etc to be able to run quick quotes on so we could have an idea of what all the price tags were/ are final estimated total before sitting down to sign the papers, so we were handwriting everything out, which got pretty confusing due to the amount of furniture we were buying as well as different financing promotions that some products could and couldn’t be on. I run a small business myself and we at least have an excel document that I can print off within a few minutes that shows you a pretty accurate out the door total on whatever you’re purchasing, whether it’s one unit or 10. So the confusion and messiness of the paperwork on the stores part took away the second star. Thankfully I was able to work it out and understand the totals, financing options, etc before signing so I had a full grasp of the totals, exactly what we were getting, etc. Other than that, we had a pretty good experience. I can say that I was pretty tired of looking at furniture by the time we wrapped up, but we are happy with what we got, and have used the heck out of our furniture since we got it! I would recommend coming here, but just keep in mind that it is a chain store, so going the extra mile is all up to the sales person you get and you need to make sure you understand your purchase and totals before signing the papers!

Alt poole with Ashley furniture is amazing. We came in a few months ago in need of a couch for a new home we are purchasing. We were picking out a couch that could be configured many ways but weren’t too sure exactly what configuration we needed. We changed our minds on her probably 10 times but she didn’t care. She was always happy to get us a price for whichever configuration we had in mind at the time. She was very professional and easy to get in contact with. Super responsive. In a world where it seems like good customer service is gone, Aly delivered some of the best customer service we’ve had in quite some time. I would be happy to do business with Aly and Ashley furniture again.

My couch is scheduled for delivery on 07/19, so this review is solely for the store and the service I received. I've never been to Ashley Furniture before, but it was time for a new couch. I asked for opinions from friends and many recommended Ashley. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jessica. Great personality and said she'd let me look around and to ask her if I need anything. After a while, I found a couch I liked. Jessica was walking around about that time, and we talked about this couch. She got a quote for me, but I was still undecided at that point and left. A few hours later, I made up my mind that I wanted this particular couch, so I went back. By this time Jessica had already left for the day, and I was greeted by Aly. Great personality as well and very helpful. She took care of doing all the paperwork, and I got my couch on order! This is the first new couch I've bought in years, and both Jessica and Aly were a huge help in making my decision. Hoping the couch is as good as the service! :)

Went to the store today looking for a low priced table to seat 6. Was greeted by Aya and did a lap before we got to the tables. Aya was available when needed, answered our questions, and didn’t try to hard sell anything to us. The process was smooth and effortless. New table comes soon and we are thrilled. Thank you Aya!!!
