We ordered a recliner chair from here several weeks ago and were told it would be delivered April 17. On April 16th they confirmed the delivery and told us to clear the space for it so we threw out our old recliner. 20 minutes into the delivery window they called to cancel the delivery because the chair wasn’t on the truck due to a quality issue and told us they didn’t know when they’d get us another one. Two days later we still have no new delivery date and when we ask for one they just say they can’t tell us one. We paid about $1,000 and now have no product and no customer support. I tried calling the store for help because of the lack of service from Customer service. No one called me back. This has been a huge time sink and frustration. We are likely going to have to cancel the purchase if they even let us get a refund and shop somewhere else.
