The store was very pleasant atmosphere and no pressure. The store also able help me find what I needed and give me the best price possible with the store. The sales person was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Love Angel as my salesman! Twice now in 2 mos. He has been a tremendous help!!! Recommend Ashley and Angel always! Well, changed my mind on my experience. Manager Mitch gave me an uneasy feeling. Should've known then it wasn't a good thing. Today, 8pm still no call on my delivery of my $4k mattress that is to be delivered tomorrow. Gut feeling...bad move. Untruthful promises and fake promises

Purchased an electric recliner 2 weeks ago and paid for white glove delivery. A week ago it was delivered and didn't work. Instead of replacing, they ordered parts. Yesterday, some parts arrived, but were not correct. Today, I called to let them know and request a replacement chair. I was told they can't replace the chair, but will order more parts. When they arrive (in 7-10 days), I should call customer service and they will send a repair person to replace the motor. $1100 and no working chair. It's safe to say Ashley is not customer friendly. Be careful. I am an unhappy customer.
