I recently purchased a new mattress and box and the lady that help us was very informative about all the mattresses choices she had. Very friendly and went out her way to help my wife and I fund the right one for us..

After searching for recliners, we decided to stop at Ashley’s furniture. We immediately were greeted by David Boyd he welcomed us right away. He helped with our selection and explained sales and financing. His customer service and knowledge was impeccable.

The sales man was very nice. He wasn't pushy one bit like some are. We purchased the items but it was not delivered when it was told to us. Two weeks went by after the delivery date and still wasn't delivered. It hadn't even made it to the warehouse. If you're not in a hurry for your furniture it would be great. They do have nice furniture but you might be waiting 2 to 3 months.

We were shopping for a couch with no real intention to buy. Then we met Melanie, who was so attentive and listened to everything we had to say. She addressed all of our concerns. (We needed something that not only looked good but offered support as well) She took the time with us to show us the different options available and we found something we loved and bought. We really didn't deal with anyone else but I can say for sure when you go, even just to look, ask for Melanie. We will only deal with her in the future.

He did not pressure us and knew when to walk away to give us privacy. He knows the furniture inside and out. Then Danny, the GM, was absolutely helpful as well.. gave us discounts for certain things that we didn't know about. They both made my husband and I feel very comfortable. I just purchased a new bed from Ashley furniture from Patrick, in Spartanburg, SC. I haven’t received the bed yet so I can’t rate the quality, but I will let you know once I get it. I have to say that Patrick was extremely professional and great to work with, no pressure! I liked that he was available if I had questions, but wasn’t a pain while we shopped around. He gave us plenty of information and I was able to think it over for a few days before making a decision. I highly recommend Patrick, if you’re shopping the Spartanburg area.

It’s been a while since I have shopped at Ashley furniture. But based on my experience today, I will consider it first when thinking of other options for furniture. Not only are the recliners I bought a great value for their features, but Melanie Pratt was an exceptional professional, yet very friendly sales person.

I bought a hide away sofa and paid in full. Part of the paperwork in the purchase asked for an email address and I gave it. The next two days I received 200 solicitation emails. In my opinion i feel that Ashley sold my email to solicitors. I went back to the store on the third day and canceled my order. How rude!

Customer service was great, but I bought a living room set that was on sale. There was no delivery so I had to come and get it myself with no Help, I had to bring someone with me I had 48 hours to get it, but I couldn’t come the next day to get it because it was a Saturday so I get a message to make sure I’ll be there before 4 o’clock on Monday So I was basically rested and I was on a time limit to pick it up when I was willing to get it the next day so now I have to rush on Monday to be there by 4 o’clock

The quality of the chairs we purchased are very poor the arm pads are already flat dew to not enough padding and chairs are not very comfortable to set in.Probably will never buy furniture from Ashely furniture again. The sell person told us that the delivery guys would move our old chairs then we got a text from sell person that they could not move them for us

Store experience was fine. Be warned though, delivery comes from Fort Mill Broad River store and they are terrible!! The service and time frames for delivery are the worst I’ve dealt with! They say you’re getting it between 1-4…don’t expect it during then…or not at all

So defeated and disappointed. My wife and I bought a new living room suite. A month later I found the same one closer to my house for half the price. Do your research. Everything here is marked up SOOO much and if you Google the model number, you'll find it nearby for 50-60 percent cheaper. The other store delivery was even 75 percent cheaper than Ashley. It's a done deal now. Too late to do anything. I just hope someone reads this and saves some money. Salesman was nice. Store manager was a snobby jerk. Didn't smile, didn't care, didn't even want to talk to us.

1 star there lazy non-skilled moving people that can't speak English. This is for your professional furniture movers (aka rocket scientists) that said the couch wouldn't fit in my house. My wife and I did it with no issues at all. I will make sure to never ever buy anything from you again.

Ashley delivered a damaged dining room set. They attempted to repair the damage before it was delivered, so they knew it was damaged. They now want to repair the repair and we keep getting blown off.

Raymond was a really great help and very patient as I came back several times to look. He assured me the financing would go thru and yes, it did. Very nice experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Shopping at Ashley was a pleasure in the beginning and they asked for a review at the time of purchase. 4 months later and it’s time to revise that review. The table that was delivered to us was obviously a 2nd or a return that was partially repaired. We let Ashley know at the time of delivery and all they would do is offer to have someone come out and look at their convenience, even though we had asked them to deliver a new one asap. The earliest appointment we could get was scheduled for today, 2.6.2025 and they were a NO SHOW. In contacting them to find out why nobody showed up, they now state they rescheduled for 2.27.205 without informing us. 4 months later with a damaged table we haven’t been able to use yet…

I give it four stars.. In the store the lady was super helpful and great! However, we placed an order on 11/15/24 and still have not received any updates! The last person I talked to said it would be delivered last week. Well we haven't received anything. I talked to someone else and they said they couldn't give me an update. Tomorrow will be a month! We are pretty frustrated that our new home has no furniture in the living that we can enjoy.

Wonderful friendly help. Lots of variety of solid furniture with reasonable prices. If you’re seeing individual pieces which add up, ask for price for a set of the pieces you want. I don’t like the negotiation that typically comes dealing with sales people, but it was a pleasant experience. Not pushy or trying to upsale. Sales rep helped us get exactly what we wanted.

People say buying furniture is like buying a car! I disagree if you go to Ashley furniture! Mason helped us and got us what we wanted in a timely matter without hackling us to buy extras! He was great!! Go to Ashley Furniture now and get the Black Friday sales early!

Kay was very helpful! She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She was also very friendly and patient while we were so indecisive! Edit: We paid $150 for delivery. We had to wait almost a month for it to be in stock. They told us it would arrive today between 10:30 am and 1 pm, then told us at 8 am it would arrive early - 10 am. Well it's almost 6 pm, our delivery has not arrived and customer service doesn't seem to care. We've wasted an entire Saturday with our living room in disarray and not able to get anything done. Wish we'd went somewhere else and had new furniture a month ago. Edit 2: They just arrived at 7 pm and it's DAMAGED! So they are taking it back, we're still without a couch, and they're closed for two days so we have to wait on next steps. Worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. Very frustrating to wait a whole day for a broken item. Edit 3: Two weeks later, we were just delivered ANOTHER DAMAGED COUCH!! Do NOT purchase from Ashley Furniture. I can't even understand how this keeps happening. Worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything.

At least we will have it by Christmas... 🥺 BUT NO, Here we are, literally 2 months later, still no update on our purchase, so we drove to the store (40 mins away) and asked what the deal was? We were told everything should be in that week or the next, as I'm typing the "next week." Has passed, Still no update, calling customer service is a waste of time, they will not connect you to the store and they will not tell you anything... i mean, we spent like 3,600 on this sectional. You'd think they would be more willing to give you your order. Therefore, I'm only giving 3 stars now instead of 5. Only because the wait has taken way too long. 😔 the staff at the store is amazing, but bc of this ridiculous long wait. I have to drop stars.. In all honesty, I wish we would have waited to order that 1 stupid piece because we could have already had our sectional..... ✨️
