Customer service was great, but I bought a living room set that was on sale. There was no delivery so I had to come and get it myself with no Help, I had to bring someone with me I had 48 hours to get it, but I couldn’t come the next day to get it because it was a Saturday so I get a message to make sure I’ll be there before 4 o’clock on Monday So I was basically rested and I was on a time limit to pick it up when I was willing to get it the next day so now I have to rush on Monday to be there by 4 o’clock

I was looking for a counter height table for a small space, and found one online. Stopped in to see if it was in store. We were pleasantly greeted by Keeba and told her what I was looking for. The quality of the chairs we purchased are very poor the arm pads are already flat dew to not enough padding and chairs are not very comfortable to set in.Probably will never buy furniture from Ashely furniture again. The sell person told us that the delivery guys would move our old chairs then we got a text from sell person that they could not move them for us

Store experience was fine. Be warned though, delivery comes from Fort Mill Broad River store and they are terrible!! The service and time frames for delivery are the worst I’ve dealt with! They say you’re getting it between 1-4…don’t expect it during then…or not at all

So defeated and disappointed. My wife and I bought a new living room suite. A month later I found the same one closer to my house for half the price. Do your research. Everything here is marked up SOOO much and if you Google the model number, you'll find it nearby for 50-60 percent cheaper. The other store delivery was even 75 percent cheaper than Ashley. It's a done deal now. Too late to do anything. I just hope someone reads this and saves some money. Salesman was nice. Store manager was a snobby jerk. Didn't smile, didn't care, didn't even want to talk to us.

1 star there lazy non-skilled moving people that can't speak English. This is for your professional furniture movers (aka rocket scientists) that said the couch wouldn't fit in my house. My wife and I did it with no issues at all. I will make sure to never ever buy anything from you again.

Ashley delivered a damaged dining room set. They attempted to repair the damage before it was delivered, so they knew it was damaged. They now want to repair the repair and we keep getting blown off.

Raymond was a really great help and very patient as I came back several times to look. He assured me the financing would go thru and yes, it did. Very nice experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Shopping at Ashley was a pleasure in the beginning and they asked for a review at the time of purchase. 4 months later and it’s time to revise that review. The table that was delivered to us was obviously a 2nd or a return that was partially repaired. We let Ashley know at the time of delivery and all they would do is offer to have someone come out and look at their convenience, even though we had asked them to deliver a new one asap. The earliest appointment we could get was scheduled for today, 2.6.2025 and they were a NO SHOW. In contacting them to find out why nobody showed up, they now state they rescheduled for 2.27.205 without informing us. 4 months later with a damaged table we haven’t been able to use yet…

I give it four stars.. In the store the lady was super helpful and great! However, we placed an order on 11/15/24 and still have not received any updates! The last person I talked to said it would be delivered last week. Well we haven't received anything. I talked to someone else and they said they couldn't give me an update. Tomorrow will be a month! We are pretty frustrated that our new home has no furniture in the living that we can enjoy.

People say buying furniture is like buying a car! I disagree if you go to Ashley furniture! Mason helped us and got us what we wanted in a timely matter without hackling us to buy extras! He was great!! Go to Ashley Furniture now and get the Black Friday sales early!

Kay was very helpful! She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She was also very friendly and patient while we were so indecisive! Edit: We paid $150 for delivery. We had to wait almost a month for it to be in stock. They told us it would arrive today between 10:30 am and 1 pm, then told us at 8 am it would arrive early - 10 am. Well it's almost 6 pm, our delivery has not arrived and customer service doesn't seem to care. We've wasted an entire Saturday with our living room in disarray and not able to get anything done. Wish we'd went somewhere else and had new furniture a month ago. Edit 2: They just arrived at 7 pm and it's DAMAGED! So they are taking it back, we're still without a couch, and they're closed for two days so we have to wait on next steps. Worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. Very frustrating to wait a whole day for a broken item. Edit 3: Two weeks later, we were just delivered ANOTHER DAMAGED COUCH!! Do NOT purchase from Ashley Furniture. I can't even understand how this keeps happening. Worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything.

We were told everything should be in that week or the next, as I'm typing the "next week." Has passed, Still no update, calling customer service is a waste of time, they will not connect you to the store and they will not tell you anything... i mean, we spent like 3,600 on this sectional. You'd think they would be more willing to give you your order. Therefore, I'm only giving 3 stars now instead of 5. Only because the wait has taken way too long. 😔 the staff at the store is amazing, but bc of this ridiculous long wait. I have to drop stars.. In all honesty, I wish we would have waited to order that 1 stupid piece because we could have already had our sectional..... ✨️

Just prior to coming by to check out the Tempur-pedic beds at Ashley’s, I stopped at sleep number. Their disinterest in me as a customer and lack of Attentiveness to my needs was so unnerving. When I arrived at Ashley’s, Christine happily greeted me, listened to me and took so much time in providing me exactly what I needed. She treated me as an individual. I am so impressed with the service provided. I actually bought a purple pillow and love it! 10-4 Monday-Friday for pickup hours are NOT in the best interest of customers in general but especially for the ones who work a normal 8-5 Monday-Friday job, no one can take time off from work to pick up furniture, try putting customers FIRST and never mentioning being “short staffed” as reason why “a manager can’t take 10 mins to hold a door or secure an alarm for pickups” per Melanie or stating that it isn’t “fair” to other employees who work off commission (duh) when I saw those “other” employees sitting on couches/one scrolling Facebook at a dinning table or just simply walking around with their phones in their hands not interacting with other customers but instead making reasonable/understandable exceptions should be put FIRST in providing excellent customer service. Maybe she (Melanie) was just simply not interested in a $700 sale since she too works off commission.

Melanie had wonderful customer service, was understanding, patient, polite and accommodating.

If anyone stops by this location, make sure you speak with Melanie. She will make sure you get what you need. Fantastic service

Very pleased! They were running a special discount for a fundraiser to help underprivileged children, so I had to make my purchase that day…. Gotta help the children!!! 🥰

The biggest issue which will cause me to not shop with them again is we just received our box spring and mattress from them, and I called and told them when it was all put together the bed was very high. It really needed to have a low-profile box spring which we didn't hear about. When I called to ask if we can exchange it for a low profile one, they said no, and there is nothing they can or are willing to do. So fine, I will make sure not to buy from the company going forward. I would think when you spend thousands of dollars, they might be a little flexible on such things. So now I'll need to buy a new box spring set. It won't be from Ashley's though.

Mgr said it doesn't work like that. 😞 went in for a 600 chair, she said she only had the 1200. chairs. 😞 This was our 2nd time in here and both failed. Why put out ads or online info if it's not their....wasting time so they can try to sell you. Not great imo.

We recently visited Ashley Furniture after having not been furniture shopping in decades. Me and my husband went Ashley’s furniture store to search for a dining room set. The salesman was very nice to us as we walked through the door. Very nice and friendly people. Patrick is his name that waited on us when we arrived at the store. He directed us towards the dining area and he was checking on us as we were walking around. Very nice attitude and friendly.

I worked with a salesman named Rob. I am furnishing a whole house. As I described what I was looking for, he led me to various sections of the store, offered different options, and convinced me he was taking what I needed very seriously. When I needed time to think, he left me alone, so no hard sell, it was a very pleasant experience. I am excited about my initial purchases and plan to return to Ashley when I am ready to furnish other rooms.

We were met by Rob as we entered the store. He was very cordial and asked if he could help us find anything. We were just discussing getting a new bedroom set, and he pointed out that more traditional items were on the left-hand side of the store and more modern items on the right but that they were interspersed throughout the store. Thankfully, the store had a wheelchair which my husband used to push me around in because I don't walk very well. Rob came by to check on us a couple of times and when we had made our decision, he figured out the price and then refigured when we changed a couple of things and we were very happy with the entire service. We paid for our order and delivery date set. Can't wait for the new furniture to get here. Thanks Rob for all of your help.
