Only rating one due to zero is not available. Absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. Customer service does not exist. Waited a week to receive the furniture. Did not arrive on the date promised no phone call nor text, was told it would arrive 3 days later. Nope! Now being told there was a glitch in their system and delivery will now be delivered another 3 days. All the while we are prepared for the furniture gave ours away the night before we were to receive ours. Now, with company coming no place to sit. We offered to pick the furniture up, was told this is not allowed. I am absolutely disgusted with this company

We purchased a floor model sectional from Rob. When we were starting to load it in our truck he stopped us and said their "system ate the payment" and we needed to let him run the card again. We logged onto our bank card first to check and the charge was there pending. He said he had to run it again before he could give us the furniture regardless. We weren't okay with that and made it very clear but he wouldn't take no for an answer and said that his manager wouldn't be helpful if we tried to get them involvled so to be able to get the sectional we had to let him run it again. Both charges did end up posting to our account and we had to spend hours on the phone to try to get it taken care of. After telling the manager Tori that I wasn't okay with her telling me I'd have to wait a few days for an answer from corporate about whether or not they could refund it she was extremely rude snapping "come on get real" at my expectation that they should be able to issue us a refund immediately. I can't believe this place handles themselves so unprofessionally. Buy elsewhere! Tori claimed it was the first time she'd seen anything like this but another sales person at the store that I spoke with said yeah sometimes our system does this and sometimes the payment goes through and sometimes it doesn' if you don't want to run the risk of paying for furniture twice and jumping through hoops to get your money back shop elsewhere. This isn't like having your card swipped twice for a pizza. These are huge purchases that can make someone overdraft if charged twice. And to the store representative responding to these reviews please do not tell me to contact the text line number because I did that already and never heard back from anyone.

Mason is fantastic to work with! He helped me a little over a year ago when my boyfriend and I were buying a house. This is the 3rd time I have gone back to order more furniture with Mason. He is very helpful and pleasant and great to talk to.
