I went into the store for to look for an appropriate rocking chair suited for a nursery … Salesman Ray met me as soon as I came in ~ I told him what I was looking for and he took me to several different types of chairs and I was able to pick one out within 10 mins of being in the store … it was a quick but delightful sale and if I shop at the store again in the future, I’ll be sure to ask for Ray!

People who want some respect for their money spent should never go to this store , it’s really bad ! Managers will use your driver to load you wrong items then manager will assault you that you need to bring wrong item back on your own expense and if you will refuse to fix mistake what manager did - he will bill you for that wrong item , honestly I did not even imaging service like this can happened in store Ashley level , Walmart much better with service and customer respect ,what a shame !

The sales man was very nice. He wasn't pushy one bit like some are. We purchased the items but it was not delivered when it was told to us. Two weeks went by after the delivery date and still wasn't delivered. It hadn't even made it to the warehouse. If you're not in a hurry for your furniture it would be great. They do have nice furniture but you might be waiting 2 to 3 months.

I just purchased a new bed from Ashley furniture from Patrick, in Spartanburg, SC. I haven’t received the bed yet so I can’t rate the quality, but I will let you know once I get it. I have to say that Patrick was extremely professional and great to work with, no pressure! I liked that he was available if I had questions, but wasn’t a pain while we shopped around. It’s been a while since I have shopped at Ashley furniture. But based on my experience today, I will consider it first when thinking of other options for furniture. Not only are the recliners I bought a great value for their features, but Melanie Pratt was an exceptional professional, yet very friendly sales person.

I bought a hide away sofa and paid in full. Part of the paperwork in the purchase asked for an email address and I gave it. The next two days I received 200 solicitation emails. In my opinion i feel that Ashley sold my email to solicitors. I went back to the store on the third day and canceled my order. How rude!

Customer service was great, but I bought a living room set that was on sale. There was no delivery so I had to come and get it myself with no Help, I had to bring someone with me I had 48 hours to get it, but I couldn’t come the next day to get it because it was a Saturday so I get a message to make sure I’ll be there before 4 o’clock on Monday So I was basically rested and I was on a time limit to pick it up when I was willing to get it the next day so now I have to rush on Monday to be there by 4 o’clock

The quality of the chairs we purchased are very poor the arm pads are already flat dew to not enough padding and chairs are not very comfortable to set in.Probably will never buy furniture from Ashely furniture again. Store experience was fine. Be warned though, delivery comes from Fort Mill Broad River store and they are terrible!! The service and time frames for delivery are the worst I’ve dealt with! They say you’re getting it between 1-4…don’t expect it during then…or not at all

So defeated and disappointed. My wife and I bought a new living room suite. A month later I found the same one closer to my house for half the price. Do your research. Everything here is marked up SOOO much and if you Google the model number, you'll find it nearby for 50-60 percent cheaper. The other store delivery was even 75 percent cheaper than Ashley. It's a done deal now. Too late to do anything. I just hope someone reads this and saves some money. Salesman was nice. Store manager was a snobby jerk. Didn't smile, didn't care, didn't even want to talk to us.

I was able to find the product I was looking for, just unhappy in how long it takes to deliver.

1 star there lazy non-skilled moving people that can't speak English. This is for your professional furniture movers (aka rocket scientists) that said the couch wouldn't fit in my house. My wife and I did it with no issues at all. I will make sure to never ever buy anything from you again.

Ashley delivered a damaged dining room set. They attempted to repair the damage before it was delivered, so they knew it was damaged. They now want to repair the repair and we keep getting blown off.

Raymond was a really great help and very patient as I came back several times to look. He assured me the financing would go thru and yes, it did. Very nice experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Shopping at Ashley was a pleasure in the beginning and they asked for a review at the time of purchase. 4 months later and it’s time to revise that review. The table that was delivered to us was obviously a 2nd or a return that was partially repaired. We let Ashley know at the time of delivery and all they would do is offer to have someone come out and look at their convenience, even though we had asked them to deliver a new one asap. The earliest appointment we could get was scheduled for today, 2.6.2025 and they were a NO SHOW. In contacting them to find out why nobody showed up, they now state they rescheduled for 2.27.205 without informing us. 4 months later with a damaged table we haven’t been able to use yet…

I give it four stars.. In the store the lady was super helpful and great! However, we placed an order on 11/15/24 and still have not received any updates! The last person I talked to said it would be delivered last week. Well we haven't received anything. I talked to someone else and they said they couldn't give me an update. Tomorrow will be a month! We are pretty frustrated that our new home has no furniture in the living that we can enjoy.
