Had a terrible experience with the online corporate Customer Service when dealing with a cancelled order. Called the local store and dealt with the Assistant Manager Adam who was amazing. Patient, understanding, and went directly to work to find a solution for my issue. I spent 3 weeks trying to deal with Corp, and Adam was able to help me resolve my problem and reorder within an hour or so. Super grateful for his excellent customer service and him going above and beyond to help me resolve my challenge.
I am very unhappy with Ashley in Aberdeen, SD. I purchased a love seat and chair. I paid over 1100.00 for the chair that I thought included the ottoman. Apparently it didn't. 1100.00 just for the chair is pricey. I had totally intended to go back and purchase side tables and lamps. Guess I will be shopping elsewhere
I worked with both Linda and Sherry and had a great experience with both of them last Fall. I ordered three beds and with regards to mine, we ordered it and it was taking forever to come, well Linda worked with me and went above to find out what the hold up was....turned out due to the Covid pandemic, the Sealy company had donated a lot of it's bed making material to mask making and nobody knew for sure when the bed would be shipped. So she worked with me on picking out a different one and getting that one ordered and within the time frame I was given, my bed was delivered.
We purchased our couch in July and did not receive it until the beginning of November. The communication at this location is horrible. Very disappointed
