Sales Associate Dexter was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Great showroom away from the busy malls and dept stores and able to pick up at warehouse in the same trip.

We always go here when we need furniture. Customer service is not bad (used to be better, I think). I wish they would bargain a little bit with me like they used to when Pat used to work there as their manager. Now, they don't seem to care if you leave somewhere else. But in general they have good product for a decent cost. Our couches and table and even our bed sets came from here. Overall I'm happy, if they would bargain, they would of gotten 5 stars from me. Not sure if I'll come here anymore. I will probably try a different company.

Salesman was nice and helpful we found multiple couches we liked In Sioux Falls that day but this one was the least expensive with the quickest shipping time, 2 weeks. So we decided to go with Ashley. After making the purchase and waiting they let us know 2 of our pieces were backordered and would be another 2 to 4 weeks out. We picked up the 2 pieces that came in on time...got home and unpacked them to find that one of the sections was crushed. We called immediately and they ensured us they would replace it and give us free delivery as a courtesy along with free delivery for the late sections. That was nice of them. All of the pieces arrived today but they sent the wrong section to replace the broken one so we have everything finally... except we still have a broken section... you can see it looks nice in the picture, the broken section is at least in the corner so its hard to tell but... its been alot...and honestly I'm tired and had wished we paid more to get a better couch from a different store that wouldn't have been broken and late but hopefully Ashley will straighten it all out and be better in the future. Started this whole thing on black friday...November 30th, we just now received the replacement for the broken section March 14. Originally was supposed to take a few weeks took months to get. Will not be buying from them in the future.

Told us it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get our set. Ened up taking 2 months..Didn't call us when items came in. Both the sofa and love seat had stains on them when we unpacked them, They sent a cleaner and he wasn't able to get the stains out. Would not recommend Ashley

I don’t normally do reviews but this upset me. I had received a call from my wife to come and pick up a dresser she had purchased. We have always bought our furniture from this place, but we pick it up, take it home, and unbox it and immediately notice it’s damaged. Before I do anything else, I call the store and asked if there was anything we can do. Heather, the rep who answered the phone who lacks customer service, goes on to tell us there is nothing that can be done other than driving the dresser back and picking up a new one. Which is and should’ve been just fine, but her demeanor and rude behavior was uncalled for. She proceeded to tell us things such as, “well we don’t make the furniture in the store” and “would you rather just return it and not have one?” These responses were given after explaining what had happened and our experience. Like I mentioned before, this is not our first or even our second time buying from this store and we have never had an issue like this before. Thankfully, Bridget, the manager, sorted things out with us and was very apologetic with the custom service we had received. We appreciate how she handled things and we will continue to use their store as our go to for furniture. Thank you Bridget!

Tiffany was so great to work with. She gave us different ideas on what would work for our basement. Knowing we have a dog and toddler she was able to help us find what was durable and told us about the warranty. I would definitely shop here again

After a long process to write our order up from sunday (computer system going down), we remain with no furniture. We were promised delivery today 01/26/20024, and after not hearing anything I called. Sorry you don't show on the books for delivery . We will deliver Wednesday. You got to be kidding?? They didn't even try to fix it. I told them delivery today or even tomorrow or I am canceling. Guess they didn't care. They transferred me to their delivery person, thinking it was my responsibility to work something out instead of them fixing their error. So , I contacted my husband and we went to the store and canceled, after again trying to work something out. The sales person was not in, so we delt with boss. I asked to go higher up the chain and was told not possible. Conlin Furniture was happy to do business with us. They treated us right!! ***Thank you for the phone call and apology.

Very good explained everything

After looking at numerous stores; and a bad one at a totally unaffiliated store from the twin cities; we found want we wanted at Ashley furniture (Sioux Falls). Our salesperson, Devin D., spent a lot of time with us (juggling us with another 'needy' customer) and was a great help. He showed us a good variety of chairs for each of our likes/styles. Devin was really patient, friendly, and a good listener to help us narrow down our decision. We'll definitely be back for our next purchase, an office desk.

Just walked in the door and got attacked by the salesman I said I was only looking but, was told I have to listen to whatever and I didn't have a choice. I turned around and left without doing any further shopping, I will never be I'm not the type of person to read this on one visit so I'm unfortunately happy to say this was my third and final visit

Worst costumer service.. I order a sectional back in December and was supposed to be here at the end of December. Didn’t get a call that it was going to get Delayed it took me calling them 3 times to find out the status of where everything was at. When it came to them finally them delivering my stuff I waited all morning and had to take time off work to me calling them again… and them telling me it’s not getting delivered till the next day… wow is all I have to say at this point.
