Next time you stop into Ashley, ask for Victor. He's helpful, courteous, and resourceful. He doesn't try to push you into anything you don't need or want just to make a sale, and he listens to your specific needs. Exactly what a salesman should be.
Great customer service and big smiles! The huge variety of colors and designs makes Ashley my favorite furniture store. The entire team, led by Jake, the assistant manager, made the experience even better.
So attentive and helpful as we shopped for new furniture. We decided on a beautiful couch that was delivered promptly, but in the end it didn’t fit the space (my fault). We went back that day and Jake and Victor had unlimited patience, helped us find a new piece and arranged to have them swapped all before we hosted company in a few days. Not only was an otherwise stressful process made painless, but we are thrilled with our furniture. Very pleased all around!
