Had a great experience with Bruce he gave me space to explore and no pressure to make decisions and had great recommendations for what I needed.

Came into Ashley in need of two beds for myself and my mother. We were worn out and overwhelmed from moving to a new home when Bruce came up to help us. He was polite, professional, and direct in getting us set up with the Beds of our dreams. Such amazing service and an amazing store. Thanks Bruce!

Emmy helped me search for the perfect sofa and helped me rationalize when I was being indecisive. She also was very sweet and patient with me when figuring out financing. Very much appreciated the help!

My dad and I went on the 14th of May and my dad asked about a chair that I was looking for a gaming chair, they didn't have any. We then asked for a different type of chair that may work, an office chair. They had one on clearance. We got it, brought it home and it works very well and is comfortable. It seems it's more like home furniture than office furniture though. Great customer service in my experience.

Bruce was so wonderful to work with, very accommodating. He was at the store by himself and yet was able to help everyone and not make us feel like he was busy.

I bought a Serta Hybrid 2.0 mattress from Dylan. My biggest concern was neck & back pain and many nights of restless sleep. Dylan listened to what I wanted in a mattress, shared his knowledge, and patiently waited as I tested many mattresses out at the store. He even went out of his way to let me test a mattress that wasn’t even out on the show room floor. The payoff was well worth it! I have no more back pain and am sleeping through the night. He even matched me up with a perfect pillow … which has eliminated my neck pain. Thank you Dylan! I highly recommend a visit with Dylan if you are shopping for a new mattress.

My wife and I purchased a couch and love seet last Saturday. Beau Grode was very helpful and patient with all of our questions and concerns. My wife purchased a bed for one of her clients she works with. Dylan Nowka was friendly and helped make the experience enjoyable. They both need to be commended on their skills.

We recently moved to Sioux Falls and needed to furnish our home. We visited Ashley’s on Louise multiple times for four rooms of furniture. Jerry Smith was there every time and was a great help with all of our purchases. He was not pushy or bothersome when we were looking but was right there when we had questions. I would highly recommend Jerry at Ashley’s! Very professional and knowledgeable. I’m sure we will be back.

Next time you stop into Ashley, ask for Victor. He's helpful, courteous, and resourceful. He doesn't try to push you into anything you don't need or want just to make a sale, and he listens to your specific needs. Exactly what a salesman should be.

Great customer service and big smiles! The huge variety of colors and designs makes Ashley my favorite furniture store. The entire team, led by Jake, the assistant manager, made the experience even better.

So attentive and helpful as we shopped for new furniture. We decided on a beautiful couch that was delivered promptly, but in the end it didn’t fit the space (my fault). We went back that day and Jake and Victor had unlimited patience, helped us find a new piece and arranged to have them swapped all before we hosted company in a few days. Not only was an otherwise stressful process made painless, but we are thrilled with our furniture. Very pleased all around!

We walked through the entire store and were not even greeted or asked if we needed help with anything. There were maybe 2 other couples inside so they weren’t busy. One of the staff members walked right by the other couple and the guy had to be like excuse me Can we get some help? Won’t go back.

My husband and I were shopping in the new Ashley store in Sioux Falls last weekend. Ashley Badger was the salesperson who worked with us. Ashley was knowledgeable and very helpful. She spent over an hour with us helping me to decide what combination of pieces would look best in my living room. She and the store's manager took the time to get a cart to move a chair next to a loveseat so I could see how the two looked together. Ashley was very patient and her suggestions were "spot on." I would encourage anyone who might be furniture shopping to check out the new Ashley store in the Empire East mall in Sioux Falls.

Josh was conscious of the limited time I had. He was extremely knowledgeable on everything he showed me and I honestly learned a lot. I’m in love with the loveseat he got us into! Josh is the only salesman I’ll ever need. I can’t thank you enough for making the whole process so quick and smooth!!
