The sales team was good. I received my delivery on Wednesday. Left a message Wednesday afternoon then called again on Thursday. I spent $800 for a chest of drawers the second from the bottom drawer slides are broken on delivery. This was a clearance item and it still cost $800 but they will not service even if I've offered to pay for the service. They basically told me sorry it's yours and if you want it fixed you'll have to arrange through someone else. So anyone know of anyone that can repair a chest of drawers. So disappointed!

I Purchased a loveseat on September 5 and schedule a home delivery. When the delivery guys, a third-party company called Home Delivery Link scheduled the delivery for a specific time. I ended up wasting a full day waiting while the company kept pushing back the delivery time. I ended up being the last stop and the guys were obviously in a hurry to leave. They forced the loveseat through the door causing damage to a freshly painted door frame. I mentioned the damage and documented the damage on the phone app when the driver asked me to sign. I filed a claim and promptly received a letter via email that they were denying the claim. I called Home Delivery Link and they said they would resubmit the claim when I told the representative that I watched them do the damage. Now, a month and a half later I have not received a response. I would think Ashley’s would stand behind their third party delivery company. I would love to speak to an Ashley representative regarding my order #577H630700.

Do not buy from this company. I bought one item and at only 8 months it's falling apart. It's just myself and my husband and we're both over 50, I feel horrible for the people with children because their wasting their money. If you try to call customer service they tell you you can't call from your own number and then they 3way call for you and stay on the entire time. In my time I have bought from Rooms to go, Ethan Allen, ect... and never had a problem, heck the bed my daughter bought from big lots was a better quality than what this place sells.

I had to wait 4 months for a delivery. They only delivered a couple of pieces at the promised date and then kept delaying the other pieces for months. Only until I asked them to collect the pieces they had already delivered, they reacted and shipped the remaining parts. Not acceptable.

Although we didn’t leave with what we had intended to purchase, initially, we did end up purchasing two additional cloth chairs for our dining table. I have insurance for my furniture. And the glass damaged. And they said we are not covering that !! The stuff really unprofessional. And make me called them around 10 times. Until they refunded 191 $ from the total insurance amount 548$ !! That's really make me upset and confused!!

Amazing experience today at the Ashley Outlet in Antioch. Went in just to see if there were any sofas similar to what we found online, and found one that we had looked at. James R immediately helped us, and although we didn’t want the entire furniture set, he worked to get us a great deal on the pull out couch and we took it home later in the day. Easy friendly quick purchase

I ordered a bead on July 18th, I was supposed to get my order on August 9th, then they moved it to 24th of August, they lied the they did, then they told me it’s gonna be September 24, what a joke.! I got my money back and no more business from my side ever again to Ashly’s furniture.

Unaware Ashley had an outlet. Found exactly what we were looking for. James was awesome.

The buying experience was fine. Delivery and set up not so much. I was 14th on the delivery schedule and it ended up being after 9pm before they arrived to my house. Then didn’t leave til about 10:20pm. I have emailed customer care, called several times requesting a call from a manger and still have not received one. I have been told to submit a claim. The slate on the bed they delivered are already bowed. The support legs do not reach the floor at all. This is completely unacceptable and at this point I’m ready to return the bed.

Recently bought a couch from this location. All staff was friendly and got a deal. Couch fits in the space perfectly. Cannot recommend Ashley furniture outlet enough.

I recently spent a Sunday shopping furniture outlets for a new couch. I wasn't having much luck, and Ashley was the last stop on my list. James greeted me shortly after I walked in the store. He asked me to describe what I was looking for. Cutting to the chase, he picked out the perfect option. This couch was on sale, yet he still asked me how much I was looking to spend. He met my price, and I arranged someone to come pick it up that evening. He first rigged up power so I could test the reclining functions, just to be sure I was satisfied with it. It was perfect. The Ashley team also wrapped it in plastic for me for transport back to my home. This was one of the best sales experiences I've had in a long time. James and his team went the extra mile for me, although that's just what they do every day. I highly recommend this place. I hope to do business with them again sometime soon!

My sister was shopping for the Ashley North Shore King Sleigh bed in her local community and was advised they no longer had any at the store or in the warehouse. After researching for a different Ashley location that might have it, we contacted the Ashley Outlet in Antioch Tennessee. Anna was very helpful, professional and went above and beyond by contacting a another Ashley location when she discovered they did not have the bed in their inventory. She made all of the arrangements to have the bed shipped to their outlet. I had to call her back to inform her my sister purchased the bed but still needed a North Shore Chest of Drawers. She was again very professional and was very courteous with all of the telephone calls I made asking her lots of questions. She was very knowledgeable and was able to reserve the chest of drawers my sister wanted. We were so happy with Anna and the great service she provided that my sister drove 2 1/2 hours to pay for the chest of drawers. I highly recommend shopping at the Ashley Antioch Outlet and ask for Anna if you want someone who will provide great service, very knowledgeable. courteous, professional and will go the extra mile for you to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

If you're looking for reasonable prices this is the place. Sales ppl here are good ppl. If your short on cash that's fine they have a 6month or 12month 0% APR financing available. However they do not provide delivery but do have business associates who can for a fee. (Couch for example about 100$) this would have to be paid directly to the mover. Unless of course you have other arrangements on your own.

The Nashville (Antioch) Outlet store had an amazing selection with great discounts of Ashley furniture which my wife and I have been a big fan of for decades. Mr. Xavier James helped me find some amazing pieces in my price range that are of great quality and have made my first big girl purchase feel like home. He was committed to helping me find what was best for my taste and budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the items and how to maintain the items. I highly recommend not only visiting this location but purchasing some amazing quality solid wood pieces at an amazing price for items that have the potential to literally last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance.

NEVER COMING BACK! I drove 45 minutes with the intention to outfit 4 BEDROOMS in my new house and the doors were locked with staff ignoring me, then one person "shooed" my away with rude hand gestures pointing to the door with hours posted closing at 7pm -- it's 6:40pm and the web listing SAYS 8PM! Since no one wanted to be courteous and at least tell me they closed early for whatever reason and ask me to come back, I will take my business elsewhere.

I would have gave a 5 because the guy who sold me the couch was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. The delivery guys got some dirt on my cushion. When they called to see how the delivery went I told the man over the phone. He said he would get someone out to take care of it. I said okay I don’t need to call myself he said no I got it. Few days pass by reach out to the sales guy he gave me a number to call they say send a picture soI did. Then they text back sorry this should have been reported within 72hrs. I text back it was I told the guy that called the day it was delivered no response. This is not how you should treat customers. I won’t be back. Yes I could clean it but I shouldn’t have too I paid for a service so this wouldn’t happen.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered the king size bed on March 11th and they delivered the bed without rails as the driver said they forgot the center rails at the warehouse. Most annoying thing is they charged 100$ for delivering the bed. He said it takes 20 mins to get the rails from ware house and deliver once the customer care agent confirms. Someone from customer care called us and said they will take care of the issue. I waited for couple of days and called them again to check on the status. Days became weeks and weeks turned to months. After continuous calls to customer care and Ashley store manager none helped us and responded back on the rails. They delivered the rails on May 25th(delivered rails are the cheapest quality one’s). They took 2 months to deliver the worst quality rails. So you can imagine the service they provide now. Ridiculous customer service and unacceptable behavior.

I will never buy another piece of furniture from any Ashley. The salesman was helpful but ordered the wrong desk. I realized it pretty quickly and he corrected it. A few days later my desk was delivered. The delivery drivers told me the hardware was not available but they would leave the desk and order the hardware and it would be delivered to me in the mail. After a week I didn’t receive it so I called customer service after 30+ minutes of the phone the CS person said she was ordering it, the call dropped. I called back 2 days later and was told my hardware was on the way. Now a month has passed I went back to the store they told me to call customer service 6 calls later in one day, because they repeatedly get disconnected I was told a technician would be contacting me I 48 hours. Of course no call. 3 calls today, now I’m told someone will contact me by Wednesday. I have repeatedly asked for supervisor. The worst customer service. Now I am stuck with a $800 desk in multiple pieces with nothing but lie after lie from Ashley.

Purchased power reclining loveseat. Granted it is a close-out piece but all info should be disclosed to buyer. This unit did not come with a power cord (I was not informed of this) and loveseat was not wrapped for us when picked up. I owned a furniture store for 13 yrs so I know customers expect wrapped furniture AND POWER FURNITURE SHOULD HAVE ALL NECESSARY PARTS (that they come with from factory) or should at best be informed that the unit is missing parts. All power furniture comes with power cords from factory - if you lost it customer should be informed.

I’ll start by saying my issue isn’t with this Ashley Outlet. It’s with Ashley. But unfortunately I have no way to review Ashley overall. If I could offer customers one piece of advice for purchasing from Ashely, it would be this: don’t. I ordered a bedroom set from a local Ashley store on November 28 2021. I just received it yesterday (September 17 2022). Yes, that is a full 10 months later, or 40 weeks compared to their estimated 16 with the disclaimer that it may extend beyond that timeframe. Clearly. Waiting an additional 6 months wasn’t the only issue, either. Soon after purchasing the set, I called Ashley and requested one of the items be taken off as I no longer thought it would work in the space. I was assured that it was taken care of. Fast forward to when I called several months later (to get an update on my anticipated delivery date for the upteeenth time) and when reviewing the items in my order, the item I requested to be canceled (and was assured was canceled) was still on my order. I again requested the item be removed and was again assured it was taken care of. Well, when I finally received my delivery, guess what was included. Ashley chat told me there were no returns. Unacceptable. I called Ashley and suddenly I could return it. So which is it? So, now I’m dealing with the inconvenience of having to return a heavy piece of furniture I didn’t want in the first place. Is that all? Oh no, I’m not done yet. After waiting for nearly a year for my delivery, I got a call from the delivery team (a separate entity) warning me that all of my furniture was damaged after being imported. They said there was no point in delivering any of it. At this point, nothing surprised me. I was left to wait yet again. Four additional weeks. Throughout my experience I was in touch with Ashley multiple times. And I can honestly say there is such a lack of compassion. If you contact their team, you’ll be given a generic “I’m sorry” and no attempt to resolve the situation. Not only are they wholly unconcerned, they also like to pass the buck. If you call Ashley, oh it’s the store’s fault. Or it’s the delivery team’s fault. It’s never their fault. Please don’t have any expectations. My last conversation is what spurred me to write this review. I was met with the same lack of sympathy or concern that I’d seen over and over again. I look forward to canceling my Ashley credit card and never having to deal with them again. Please learn from my mistakes. TLDR: Don’t order from Ashley unless you enjoy purchasing from a company who are completely unconcerned about their customers and take no responsibility with their actions.

Ashley Furniture always come thru for me 😊 I got a good deal on this dresser at the outlet. I originally saw it at the regular store & so glad I went to the outlet. It got a few cosmetic defects but nothing I can’t handle from $1499 to $600. I’ll take it thanks!!! I got my bed from the outlet yrs ago & now I’m getting a dresser that will go with my bed. I was greeted immediately when I walked into the store with warm hospitality. The assistant manager and coworker helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I am excited to receive the delivery.

I walked into the Antioch outlet store and was greeted with a friendly comforting smile by James Ruffin. I was in need a of a king bed set and he was more than happy to help. We sat down and figured out what I wanted. I picked out the set I wanted in the store but they had no beds available at the time. He ordered me a bed and promised to keep me updated every 2 weeks to ensure I received my bed. He kept his promise and made sure I was up to day on my order. I received my bed with this awesome white glove delivery. Once I received the bed I went back to the store to purchase a mattress since they treated me so good the first time. This time I was looking at mattresses and was greeted by Bryan Mack the store manager. He showed me some mattresses and found the perfect one for me. James my previous sales man showed up happy to see me. These 2 guys gave me the best prices on the items I wanted they were very patient with me while I browsed through there inventory. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone I know where to get the best furniture for a great price THANKS JAMES AND BRYAN!

Ashley is an awesome store with friendly service

Everyone was so friendly, but not pushy. They were busy! The gentleman that helped me was also helping another customer. He worked on both of our situations without batting an eye!! Kudos!!

The Ashley store in Antioch is terrible for there communication unhelpful people. On the flip side once the first set was fired and the new crew came in I was treated fairly well and I do appreciate them for righting the wrong of the old crew. One star for the old crew 5 stars for the new crew.

Sales team was super nice, he answered all of our questions about furniture we were looking for. Would definitely recommend this store. Only draw back would be the wait for new couch, hopefully delivery time and set up will exceed expectations!

Update. After I purchased a King size bedroom set and couch set everything went downhill from there. I wasn’t contacted about delivery in a timely manner and I had to drive back to the store. The manager was accommodating and gave me some refund back towards my purchase. Originally the salesman was kind enough to let me know that my card was overcharged by $900 approximately and that was refunded. I was not upset yet. Today I finally get the delivery of my expensive bed set and things were just thrown around in my room and I was told that the partial delivery I received couldn’t be set up, and broken leg to the dresser was just left on my floor. NEVER AGAIN I would not recommend this store to anyone. I was patient and understanding but enough is enough. Horrible service and poor communication z

This place is just not good at doing business. We originally thought that Ashley was probably worth dealing with since the price was so cheap, but we were wrong. We bought a couch and a bed from them about a year and a half ago. They set an expectation that delivery of the items would take about six weeks. It was actually about 4 months before we received the last of our items and they both came damaged. The unbelievably bad communication between their departments also led to an extremely irritating delivery process in which we received our bed, couch, and bed rails in three separate deliveries, weeks apart. We called the store several times throughout the long delay from when we purchased and received the items and not once did we actually get ahold of a real person at the store. After we got tired of this we called Ashley’s corporate customer service line which is apparently unable to make any changes or even see any information that you don’t already have. They are very clearly trained to only manage a customers emotions, tell them they’re very sorry, and then not actually offer any help with the situation. The person I spoke to literally told me that they cannot contact the individual stores. Huh? Looking back on the experience now and having dealt with a few other furniture companies, I can’t even believe all of the little issues that we had along the way. I can whole-heartedly say that the extra money to go somewhere else is completely worth it. You’ll get your furniture faster, you’ll buy it from a cleaner showroom, and if you need customer service you’ll actually receive it. Please don’t use this company, it’s not worth your time or your mental health.

Edit: Ashley agreed to refund half the delivery charge. Fair enough. I'm content with that. I wish the original CSR could have helped instead of having to make a bad review to get the resolution going. Original Post: Bought a new mattress. Wanted it delivered & old mattress taken away. Paid $150 for "white glove" delivery. Had salesperson make a note that I wanted old mattress taken away. Salesperson showed me the note that old mattress would be taken away. Had a whole conversation about old mattress being taken away. Delivery day comes: old mattress was not taken away. Was told they don't do that. If I had known upfront, I would have just taken it home myself instead of paying $150. Called customer service. They told me they won't make it right because that would cost them money. Buyer Beware.

I’ve been getting charged from smart sales for a mattress and box spring that I canceled because they ordered my stuff wrong. I ended up getting one for free from someone in my church. Ashley now owe’s me about $529 as I never picked up the items. It was also canceled. This was last year. I will also be suing this exact store for more than that as this has now been affecting my credit. What a joke! Don’t purchase from this store.

Bought a nice couch. It was on clearance so they couldn't deliver it, but they gave me a third-party pickup/delivery service # and I had the couch at my home within a few hours for a reasonable price. The experience was fast and the associates were friendly.

Bought a dresser that was on clearance and had great help from the manager. Definitely going to come back because they have new furniture that comes in weekly!

I popped into Ashley Furniture Outlet on a whim looking for a new sofa. I must admit I went a couple of years back and was not impressed with the display of their showroom floor. Today- there was a totally different vibe. The store was well organized and safe too love around. I received assistance from store manager, Bryan, who was not pushy and answered my questions. Though they were limited in staff, Bryan worked to assist all the customers while training new employee Zika. It was a great experience and I definitely will return.

Edit: adequate resolution has been reached, Ashley did help recoup money for damages. 4 stars instead of 5 only because they continue to do business with a delivery company that has no integrity or honesty. Furniture is awesome.! Home Delivery Link should not be lowed in anyone's home. The drivers continued to lie and deny they caused the damages. . The furniture it self is great. Took a while to get here but I know that is no fault of theirs. The third party delivery company they used, "Home Delivery Link" and I have been going back and forth with this company for 2 weeks to fix a few scratches they put on the wall as soon as you enter my home. The delivery guys were rushed and not communicating with each other and when bringing in furniture banged into the wall and just looked at us. They also said they could not put our bed together due to not having a foot board. The footboard was in the box, luckily they came back out to fix it a couple hours later but my wall is still messed up. Ashley has also been of little help, and Ashley are the ones who trusted these people to come into my home so they are rated accordingly. I just want my wall fixed. If they would respond to emails and fix the damage THEY caused I would be happy to adjust this review.

I had went to Ashley’s furniture yesterday and walked out purchasing a sofa on sale. I can honestly say I walked out happy. The process was fast and the employees was really nice and patient and helpful

I bought $2000 worth of merchandise and was told NO RETURN policy after the fact when some of the stuff didn’t work out. Really unfortunate. Don’t go here

I was assisted by Abraham and was very pleased with his service. He was not pushy, or abrasive allowing me to take my time & choose the best options for my needs. Only issue (not blaming them, but supply chain) is long delivery quote of up to 2 months. Hoping those issues get worked out soon. I will update when I receive the items I purchased.

The manager is so rude. I bought a table here. I guess it the reason that almost the closed time. I ask them if they could help me carried the table in my car together. But the manager said you need to carry it yourself. I cannot help you anymore although he has nothing to do here.
