The salesman was fantastic but since then it’s been a nightmare. We first received our couch mid April and 4 out of the 7 pieces didn’t work or had tears on them. We finally got those replaced but one of the replacements had a rip in it also. The delivery try guys took pictures of it and said someone should reach out to us to get it replaced as well. We didn’t hear anything for a few days so I called and they said they didn’t have anything on our account for the damaged piece. They took the information we had to send in more pictures and they said someone would call us to get that replaced. A few days later we received a package from Ashley. It was the fabric to replace it on the piece that was damaged. We called to see why we received that. They told us we were supposed to call when we received it and they would have a tech call us and schedule an appointment to replace it. No one ever called so we called back a few days later and they said we had to call a number and set up a time with the tech. We called the number given and left a voicemail about 5 times. No one ever called us back. Then one of the recliners stopped working so we called to let them know that had stopped working and our other piece still hadn’t been fixed. She started that they had tried to call us but we didn’t answer. We asked her what number that let called from because we did not have any missed calls and she couldn’t give us that information. She gave us an email to send pictures of the damaged pieces. We sent the pictures immediately and have not heard anything back. This was not a cheap couch. We spent almost $9,000. I have never had such a hard time trying to get my furniture in one working not damaged piece.

Everyone there was so friendly and nice they helped me out so much. I went to like 4 other places before them and was getting irritated. Then when I went there they let me look at all the mattress on my own and then came to help me and offered me water and gave me discounts. 100 out of 10 recommended.

Update 5/31/23 This company is just the worst to try to contact & get anything done! Our sofa arrived damaged & we had to wait several weeks for a repair person to come & look at it & then determine that the sofa needs the whole backside (fabric) replaced. Repair company said they would send report to Ashley Furniture who would contact me, which they didn’t. I waited two weeks & no contact from them. Called them today & they keep you on hold for more than 35 minutes just to get information & then say they will have fabric sent to you & when we receive fabric we have to contact Ashley Furniture again so they can contact Furniture Repair people to contact us & schedule repair again. I already know we’re looking at at least July according to repair person from first visit, probably longer now, to get this resolved. I’ll update again when the repair is accomplished. Bottom line, stay away from Ashley Furniture. You cannot even call the store where you bought the furniture to try to get a local person to assist!!! That’s a red flag 🚩 right there! ———————————————————— Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication after the purchase of our furniture. I can see why they were vague about the delivery date. They kind of give you a date, but then don’t stay in touch with you to let you know they are delaying your delivery!!! I have to call them myself only to be told once again it’s going to be delayed. I wouldn’t recommend this company for that reason alone. I shudder to think what horrors lie ahead once we finally get our furniture. Don’t make any plans for the furniture to be there near any holidays either! Just not reliable. I feel like they just lie to you when you buy knowing full well they will NOT deliver on time. Still waiting…

Ashleigh was great, respectful of our space and fast at check out !! I had to change the review as it took me. Couple months to get them to actually talk to Me as they were always busy or not able to find my “purchase” info, now I’m out of warranty and the coverage plan was never paid for, but I could find the receipt, how could I, a year later ?
