I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Ashley Furniture. I don’t even want to give 1 star. I have ordered from them for years but I will never ever order from them again!! My husband and I order our original bedroom set in Oct 2020. We waited for the set to be delivered until July 2021 and they told us the set was discontinued. So we had to order another bedroom set. We have been waiting for a complete bedroom set since July 2021!!!!! I have called hundreds of times. We’ve scheduled hundreds of times for delivery and each time, they either cancel the delivery cause the item was damaged or they try to deliver a damaged item to us!!! We have taken countless times off of work to be here for deliveries that either cancel on us day of or arrive damaged!!! All I want is a headboard and footboard that is not damaged!!!! Ashley won’t give us our money back so we are stuck with waiting since July 2021 for our complete bedroom set!! We have spoke with the sales department and customer service department. Supervisiors don’t seem to help- they just schedule ANOTHER delivery of an item that gets damaged in the warehouse or on the delivery truck. I NEVER write a review. But I am today because I would never want anyone to experience what we have experienced. We will never order from Ashley again! All we want is our complete bedroom set and have this whole thing behind us.

worst service from this store and Ashely as whole company. they just wait for customers to buy the products and will throw the customers to trash. I'll literally buyed bed frame back in nov 2022, and they delivered with missing parts on dec 13th, and i waited for missing parts for month and they finally delivered to my home in jan 2023. i went ahead and requested for service install appointment to install my bed frame , however this guys didn't showed up. very frustrating and poor service. i'm never ever going to buy any products from Ashely. i literally slept on carpet for 45 days by paying Ashely $ 1200 in return, all they care about sales. folks on internet please please, there are lot more better furniture companies does better job from sales to delivery and post delivery. i would like to give zero start for this but i don't have an option.

I saw some furniture online and I went to the store to order it and the price doubled and they said they would compare the price and it was not like that, at the time of payment the price increased a thousand dollars more.

I bought a dining room table in March of 2022. It was finally delivered in September of 2022. There was damage to my table that I reported the day of delivery. I am still waiting on this stupid company to send out a person to fix it or declare it needs to be replaced. I have visited Brentwood store several times with this issue with no help. I also called Customer Service several times and they keep closing out the claim and making me start it over. They also claim we cannot do a refund. Buyer beware. I will never deal with this company again. They sure can take your money. They just do not want to fix any issues with their products.

EDIT: after being assured my couch would be delivered four days later the delivery truck showed up with a DIRTY white sofa. The delivery guy said he tried to get Ashley store to load a packaged new one and he was told “just try to deliver this one”. So Ashley knew this was a dirty couch and still tried to deliver it to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. not worth the headache. I better not have to wait for weeks to get my couch into the warehouse now… Salesman was great to work with but like many, delivery was awful and their customer service lines are horrible. We paid $200 for “white glove delivery” and they didn’t deliver one of two items because someone didn’t put it on the truck. Best they can give me is a refund of $35 and delivery scheduled 4 days later. Supervisor of their customer service was unhelpful and hung up on me. Shocked that this is how you’re treated when you spend thousands of dollars on their furniture. Don’t buy from them
