I spent a half day texting with a sales representative on an item. After they emailed me an attractive quote and we agreed on the "out the door" price, suddenly the price increased due to a "mistake" with no explanation and offered no flexibility to correct it. I was ready to finalize the purchase! However, then the rep stopped responding and no one from the store returned my call. I would have appreciated better customer service but I was completely stonewalled. We will not do business with this store again.

If they ask you “stage left or stage right” for a sectional BE SURE YOU HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING!! You CANNOT exchange or return it!! So now I have a great couch but it’s blocking main tracking areas. And do NOT rely on being able to communicate with the delivery people. They will tell you not to sign if something is wrong but the delivery guys DO NOT speak English!! I had 2 separate deliveries for my sectional & out of 4 guys who delivered the couch only 1 mildly spoke English. So good luck explaining to them why you won’t sign. I absolutely LOVE the couch!! I’m hoping to be able to work with the space issue but once you leave the store, you’re on your own so be sure that you are 100% clear on what you purchased, like double triple check it b/c I thought I had a clear understanding & obviously I didn’t and I’m not an idiot. I take responsibility for ordering something a little too big but I feel like it’s their job to ensure customers understand exactly what they’re purchasing & that all sales are FINAL, no exchanges or returns are possible. Just have Google translate downloaded and ready. Hindsight is 20/20!!
