The delivery men were fine. We got a couch and 2 seat love seat. The love seat has something on the left arm and the center consul. Looked white. as we looked further we noticed the back edges on the corners had some small rips probably due to poor packing, not sure. One of the delivery men called it in before they left. They are supposed to send someone out to look at it. The delivery man took some pictures and we did as well.

DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY!! This store deserves 0 stars. Look, I work in Customer Service, but this is ridiculous. If you see any 5 Star Reviews, its because they just ordered their furniture... give them a few months and they will come back changing that 1 Star!! We were assured our furniture would be delivered within 2 months. What a joke! I have called the Brentwood store daily (several times throughout the day) for the past week, it rings and rings then disconnects. They don't answer the phone because I bet EVERY SINGLE call is an angry customer demanding their money back! Customer service makes you hold FOREVER then when you get thru the phone system thinks you are complete!? SERIOUSLY. Definitely getting our money back as I DO NOT want to support this terrible furniture chain. Always read reviews before shopping some place like this... I sure wish we had!

The entire experience of shopping at Ashley's store was amazing. They have a lot of options, and the furnishing specialists, Douglas Diedrich and Jack Hancock were very attentive with us. They helped us to find exactly what we needed and what fitted into our budget! I 100% recommend this store! And surely I will return in the future!

Jaie was very patient. My husband needed a pretty specific size and fit on a new recliner. With Jaie's help we found and bought what we needed. Excited to have it delivered soon

I met and worked with a wonderful salesperson at the Brentwood /Coolsprings Ashley Homestore today. I bought a beautiful sofa loveseat set I look forward to placing in my home. A believe I found a good value I will be thrilled to decorate with!

I ordered furniture in February, in July I finally got a text that my bedroom furniture was in and ready for delivery. I scheduled delivery for august 3rd. I had my old furniture removed. On the day of delivery was told an essential part of my bed was back ordered even though I was told everything was in stock. A partial delivery was made even though the order form they brought with them showed they had all items. A phone call to customer service and a visit to the store where I ordered the furniture from was told that they had the item in stock but because they were opening a new warehouse they were not sure where the item was. Was also told by the manager on duty that he was the sales manager and I would have to come back the next day to talk to the operations manager to deal with it. You all freaking work for the same company so why does it need multiple people to deal with the issue

I was sent a message that all of my items were in and ready to be delivered. I scheduled my delivery and got rid of all my bedroom furniture in anticipation of getting my new bedroom furniture. On the morning of my delivery I was called and told that part of my bed was back ordered even though the text said it was all in. The delivery receipt also said all items were in and nothing was back ordered.I took the day off from work and only received a partial order. When I went to the store I was told they had my stuff but because they were opening a new distribution center and they were not sure where my stuff was. The manager on duty said he was the business manager and I would need to come back when the operational manger was on duty. I ordered this bedroom set in February and it is now August and they are telling me I may get my items at the end of August. This is unacceptable as I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor, took time off from work and who knows when I will get my items
