Dev was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. All my questions were answered and I was able to walk out of the store with the delivery set up for my dream couch.

Sales team was awesome… After that, it went all downhill… If you pick up your own product, make sure that you actually get all of your pieces… They forgot some thing on mine and I had to go back again and then when I went back again and got home the hardware that puts it together was not in the box so now I am stuck on a third trip back… Extremely frustrated… In addition, I spent quite a lot of money on the table and chairs I got, which was a big splurge for me. I had to put everything together, which wasn’t difficult however it was tedious with the Tiny Allen wrench that came with it many of the bolts took one crank and then take it out. Put it back in one crank take it out put it back in! Took me four hours to put together the items that was ridiculous! If I had only had the proper power tools that would’ve been great, but I didn’t So my score actually would be a five for the sales floor except they need to explain a better about putting furniture together. I thought it would be put together after spending the money I did on this table and chairs… As for the customer service and warehouse I would give them a two.

Everyone was cool and prompt! Greeted me right at the door, helped me through the process.. even let my dog in. Nice people, nice place.

Only because I can't give the a zero. Their financial company Synchrony is a joke. They give you a higher limit then what your purchase price and then they lower your limit every time you pay down on your account. That looks bad on your credit no matter that you pay two payments a month. So with that being said, don't ever use Synchrony they suck.

Ordered a sectional off the floor. Got home and realized we weren’t charged for the wedge piece. Also told delivery would be next week. Got a text next day saying it would be six weeks. Called. No answer. Called the main customer service line and was told someone would call us back today. No one ever called. Called the main customer service line back and cancelled order. We will order through another store.

Nathaniel Jackson was awesome to deal with. Ben Thomas answered all our questions over the phone over the weekend and Nathaniel helped us out in store today.

My Sales representative was Wafa, who is extremely personable and very knowledgeable on the furniture and the exact location of the furniture in the store. We came in on May 10th looking for a bedroom set and a vanity with 2 chairs. Wafa was able to find it all within 10 minutes of us being inside the store, she made our experience wonderful! I also learned alot from her regarding the furniture protection. I must save it is a must have! I want to say because of Wafa we had the best experience in finding our new bedroom set! I had the pleasure of working with a young lady that was informative, patient and very helpful.

Pleasant atmosphere and salesman was very personable. However, it seemed odd that he had to call a management person to enter/verify any information entered in the computer. I gave it three stars because I was ask too many times about the extended warranty. One "No thank you" should be sufficient, asking four times was too much. Price and fast delivery is better than other stores I've visited.

Do not recommend. Issues with 2 of the 3 beds we ordered.

We purchased a server and a lamp. The lamp was marked down and were told it worked. The switch was burned out and did not work. The server had the middle door broken. I was rudely told to just box up the server and bring it back. I would expect if a company sells a product and it comes out of the box broken that they would come get it and bring a new one but that is not how Ashely works.

Easy and great experience with Randy and crew. Everyone was super friendly. We came in around 3 to get a kitchen table and bed. The warehouse was closing in an hour. They move house and home to get us in before closing to get it all worked. Thanks again guys and gals.

Nate was great, didn't hover, let me look around, and find what would work for me. See, I wasn't looking for furniture exactly, I needed a linen closet and vases.Found a piece I really liked and would work perfectly, but it was part of a bedroom suite. I asked if it was possible to break it up. Of course he says. Got my linen closet and all the vases I loved. I wish he wasn't answering other employees, and doing all the other things that he was doing, but I understood it was his job We had a great time talking and joking around, so I know if I need anything else, I'll ask for him

A bad shopping experience and bad after-sales service. I received new furniture, but it was defective and I asked for a replacement. Their reply was that it could only be repaired. Just imagine, who would spend money on a defective item and the service could only repair it

Fix yalls closing time online. We were supposed to pick up a mattress today and got told yall closed at 5 when really yall apparently close at 4 but on here it says 9pm is when yall close so we couldn’t get it today. Person who sold our mattress was fantastic but yalls pick up process needs work.

Ashley Fields at the Chattanooga store was very congenial and easy to work with. She worked with us in the store and by phone to find a great fit for us.

Update: I wanted to update you. It's been 2 weeks since I wrote this review. I've been dealing with this since February. Nothing has been done. I waited to write this to see if the manager of the store would resolve this. He hasn't called or tried contact me. I bought over $10,000 dollars of furniture and around $800 of merchandise was never received. I contacted the store and customer service several times . The store told customer service that I had picked the items up at the store. I never picked these items up and they continued to put me off and made promises they never followed through with. They totally stopped communicating with me. My calls and texts have been ignored and I'm sure they are hoping I give up. After spending over $10,000 with them, they are implying that I'm trying to scam them out of $800. Which is ludicrous. I've had such a terrible experience at this store. If you shop here, be aware they will stop dealing with you as soon as they get your money.

Updated review: When I bought my sectional in store, we were told that we could pick it up on 4/5 and possibly as soon 4/4 (also says it on the receipt). We called today to see if it was going to be ready and was told that it would not arrive at their warehouse until 4/12 (no email or phone call updates was received). If we were originally told that it wasn't going to be until 4/12 then that would have been fine, but now this was disappointing since I was looking forward to an earlier date. This does not effect our experience with Kelly. Original: Experience was great. One of the things I dread about browsing furniture stores is the sales people being a little too eager to help. I enjoy browsing without the pressure, but Kelly was great. She didn't hover and would pop up to check if we had any questions at the right time. She was very nice and helpful. 10/10 experience.

Paula was absolutely amazing! Despite recently having had surgery, she went above and beyond to help us. Her personality is top notch and she worked hard to make sure we got the best price for what we wanted and she kept us laughing the whole time!

Horrible and dishonest to the core. My wife and I purchased a leather couch living room set after being referred to this location by a family member. We paid cash and purchased the supplemental insurance. Turns out although similar in appearance the furniture delivered is not leather and has worn horribly. The supplemental insurance would not honor my claim. If you are seeking quality furniture that lasts do not shop here

Benjamin greeted us when we walked in, let us know the weekend specials and gave us space while we looked around, no pressure. We purchased a dinning room table and chairs. He provided all options for financing, delivery and warranties. He gave his cell phone number just in case we needed to change anything or questions before our delivery.

Got some great couches and amazing service!

No information concerning pick up hours at the warehouse. Emailed for hours, no response. Show up, text, knock on the door, no response. Eventually an employee comes out the door, looks at me and says “We’re closed.” Volunteers no additional information. After asking questions I finally get their hours but no answer as to why they neglected to answer my email or text. No help at all. Another customer shows up and I’m the person to give him information. I cancelled my order. Doubt very seriously they will get any future business from me or my family.

Wife and I walked in for accent furniture but left out with a reclining sofa set. How did that happen, you might ask. Great salesman and prices! 👍

Within the past year my wife and I purchased a reclining sofa and a new mattress. Our salesman, John Totten was very helpful, asking the right questions to offer several choices that fit our needs. I had an excellent experience at this store! The atmosphere was welcoming and impeccably clean. Dom, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Our sales person, Dominic, is an amazing young man, personable, and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Dominic respected our choice to reject the extra five year warranty; after explaining it fully, we said no, and he backed off pressuring us. However, when he had the store manager check his figures, the manager put a huge pressure in us to purchase the extended warranty. We said NO snd he kept on until my husband, furious at him for not listening wanted to walk away and cancel everything. Dominic almost lost his sale because of his pressuring after we said no again. The manager had NO respect for us whatsoever. Dominic deserves accolades for his professionalism. His manager deserves a redress for his pressure which was not asked fir and unappreciated.

Great service.

Our experience with Ashley has been so frustrating. We were sold a bed with a white glove delivery fee, even though this company does not assemble the bed we purchased. That option should never have been sold to us, as they have stated after the fact. We ordered the bed in November, and it was delivered in December. We still don't have our money back for services not rendered. We've gone to the store and called more times than I can count (some messages were returned and others were not). We were going to just drop the bed off at the store and ask for a full refund, but it was for my little girl, and she was excited about the bed. So, we went ahead and assembled it ourselves. Now, we just want our delivery fee back. One of the managers even admitted they were in the wrong but they couldn't give us money back without corporate's approval (mind you, we are only asking for $80 back). The issue is still not fixed, and I just went ahead and disputed it with my credit card. The guys we have worked with seemed like they cared, so we have been patient. I wish I had disputed it with my credit card on day one, since nobody is actually going to help us at the store. I've learned my lesson now, and I will not be shopping there again.

I ordered a sofa November 29th 2024. I have yet to receive the sofa. They have committed to several delivery days and a couple of days before they will call and reschedule. Very disappointed with their customer satisfaction.

Our salesman was amazing. Helped us choose the perfect choice on our second go around. Our initial purchase would not fit so we had to go back and make adjustments and our salesman took care of it and us before anything shipped out. Very pleased!

Stopped in to check out a new sectional after hearing about all the great Presidents’ Day sales going on. Can’t say enough good things about our salesperson Wafa! She greeted us almost immediately upon entering the showroom, asked what we were looking for and after that she gave us the rundown of where things were located and allowed us a low pressure tour around the store. She was always within reach if we had any questions and checked in frequently without making us feel like we were being watched or expected to buy anything. She was very helpful with the financing portion of our sale (we changed our mind and got a couch setup instead of the sectional we thought we wanted) and she very patiently allowed us to open a second ticket after we realized that we would need a new coffee table as well. Great customer service. Thanks, Wafa! We will be returning customers for sure.

We had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture /Gunbarrel store. After shopping for furniture at 5 different stores we found the perfect fit for us in their Boyington zero-gravity leather sofas. A week later both sofas were delivered and set up in our living room. We are enjoying the comfort and all their convenient options! Our salesman Ed was patient and fantastic to work with. Their delivery tracking system is awesome and set-up was quick and professional. Our only complaint is that the furniture doesn’t come with a user manual . We contacted the guest care team and received via email.

I purchased bedroom furniture here on 11/16/24 which was a Saturday & my sales associate, Josh, told me that he was going to go on his computer that Wednesday & do a price match for their Black Friday sale. He wrote this on my receipt & initialed it. When I received my bill the price match had not been done so I contacted Josh on 12/17/24 who said he accidentally skipped me & would have to email the corporate office. Two weeks later my bill had not been adjusted so I reached out to him again & he said he would email the corporate office again. The following Monday he told me the price match had been denied & told me to contact their corporate office. When I called the corporate office I was told price matches are done at the store level. When I let Josh know what she said he told me it was out of his hands now & said I would have to speak with the manager. When I went to speak with the manager only the assistant manager was there & he told me that he didn’t know how Josh came up with the price he gave me & said he must have been confused. This is completely unacceptable customer service & I am appalled this store thinks it’s okay to treat their customers like this. When you have something in writing from an employee it should be honored. I filed a complaint with the BBB and finally got my refund but it should not have had to come to that. I will never shop at this store again.

In store experience was great. If the generic customer service team gets involved, beware. We had some issues ans customer service wasn't helpful, but I was always delighted in the store. Store manager made our issues right. So 5 stars for the store team, 3 stars for the general big box clown town external teams. That said - good luck beating the price for the quality.

After a month of shopping for bedroom furniture and a new bed/mattress we visited the Ashley Store /Chattanooga location. We finally found what we were looking for. Joshua our salesman was patient and knowledgeable and saw that we got what we wanted along with arranging delivery schedules that were planned around our busy schedules..Joshua's manager was also very flexible with certain discounts etc. Overall a good experience and would recommend to anyone with our same needs.

Excellent service and very nice furniture

I would like to be able to look around and shop without being followed like I have an extra shadow. Their commission model clearly is salesperson-friendly but incredibly intrusive for someone who just wants to walk around and look at options. I did end up buying something and scheduled delivery, but then the delivery company was given completely different dates than what I had chosen in the store meaning I had to shuffle my schedule to meet them. All in all, a very inconvenient and strange experience that means I likely won’t shop there again. 3 stars because I do like my couch, but did not like the store experience.

This review is a referendum on my entire experience. Tried to leave this on their website. They refused to post it. I purchased a Stern's and Foster Reserve Pillow top, a $5,000 mattress, and it was delivered the end of September. Immediately had back issues after sleeping on it that necessitated visits to the chiropractor, 2 different orthopedic doctors, and physical therapy. Mattress is uneven, and bowed out on one side. Ashley has a ridiculous no returns policy. Only will give me the option to exchange within 90 days. I call their customer service number, opened a case, and am told to submit pictures. I did this on 11/11/2024. By 11/15/2024, nobody had followed up. Called again and Maria advised they received the pictures but couldn't look at them because they were in pdf format. Submitted again as a word document. She advised she could see them and would expedite my case. Received a call that afternoon asking which mattress I wanted in exchange. I didn't know as I wasn't sure of the process and hadn't begun looking yet. Big issue here with Ashley in general is their lack of transparency. Everything is ambiguous. The gentleman on the phone said no worries. Go to the store, pick out a mattress, and call them back. After several trips to the store, I identified a suitable replacement. Randy at the store said he would handle the exchange and that I didn't need to deal with customer service. This was on Wednesday 11/27/2024. On Saturday, he contacted me to say nope, that I gotta deal with customer service. Contacted customer service, spent 30 minutes on the phone, and was hung up on. Called back and spoke with Brandi. She advised my previous case was closed and we had to open a new one. Spent another 58 minutes on the phone because she couldn't find the pictures I had already sent twice, and asked me to send again. Which I did. Said a new case was opened and I'd be hearing from someone on 12/2/2024. Didn't hear from anyone. Called back and asked for the status. Was told to send pictures again but wouldn't give me a way to send the pictures. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold. After 30 minutes of waiting, I disconnected. Just do your research, and when purchasing a mattress, spend your money with any corporation except this one. ***UPDATE*** Finally got my replacement, and it is wonderful, but doesn't replace the nightmare experience. Just get your mattress somewhere else.

I had a really good experience working with Nicole. My experience browsing with her was a reason we ultimately decided we'd purchase from Ashley's versus other competitors we were considering. I didn't feel pressured and had an opportunity to try out all the couches and ask a bunch of questions. Nicole was awesome and made the whole experience much less stressful. My new couch will be arriving in about 3 weeks, so I'm very excited for the arrival!

This was an easy sell for the salesperson as I had already decided what I wanted. That said, they were very professional, amiable, and knowledgeable about the product, and wait times to be expected. It was a pleasure doing business here and my salesperson helped make this purchase a breeze!

Buyers beware. Read ALL of the 1 star reviews on their website, Chattanooga, TN. To be certain these folks are shady. I have receipts but their quotes , after purchase, did NOT match with mine. I asked for a copy of theirs as soon as l discovered theirs did not match mine. I was told they would send it. But l have never received it after being promised by Ben, mgr at the store, and Carolyn, supervisor at the 800 number. Bottom line, l have in my home a sofa and love seat cost, around $2,000.00. But l wrote them a check for over $4K and later, long before delivery, canceled 2 end tables and a recliner, which l was going to partially finance and partially pay for. They told me Ashley didn't owe me money but that my overage was lost in financing. ??? What does that even mean?? NOTHING was financed.-0- When my furniture finally arrived it was stiff leather and so uncomfortable. I called within the time frame their website states and salesman emphasized for an exchange. They stated there was no such thing as a time frame to return it. They do not allow exchanges. I don't mean refund, l mean exchanges!!! Protection Plan was also added and l never asked for it.$1,900!! Nothing matches up with their words. They have my money and won't even attempt to go over anything on the receipt. In hindsight l discovered they have been shady with many others. I am a widow on fixed income and now that l have wasted my money on them, after my hip surgery l will need a recliner which l can actually sit in comfortably because this sofa is awful. No money for that! Please heed my words. They should not be in business. Buyer's remorse seriously.

These are the things you learn during the problems…. Since you can’t leave multiple reviews on the different points of sale, delivery and overall satisfaction, I’ll just be giving three ratings under this review. One for the store sales associate, One for the delivery experience, and One for their “automated” customer service. Store Sales Associate: ⭐️⭐️⭐️-1/2 Other than some communication failures, our sales associate did a good job at showing us furniture and explaining some of the details and answering our questions. We realize associates probably are limited in what they can do without management approval, but in some cases (when you ask to see a manager and they won’t meet you face to face even when in the store), to resolve an issue, that is very frustrating for both customer and store associates. Delivery: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ended up with multiple deliveries from our purchase due to product availability (more on that later). All of the delivery associates were very professional and considerate of our home and furniture. The issues with deliveries stemmed from the incorrect address provided to the drivers on each of their visits, which we feel was an issue with Ashley’s automated scheduling & delivery system. Automated Scheduling System: No Stars (0*⭐️) This system provides texts with options for numeric replies for you to provide a delivery dates by various order numbers. What it does not do is allow you to request to have a live person contact you for clearer communication or discussion. The second problem observed was that these scheduling dates are offered even if the warehouse does not have your furniture at the warehouse and therefore we had multiple cancellations by the company because “the item(s) didn’t arrive at the warehouse. But we also found out that wasn’t the case either. In our case after almost 4 months of waiting on our final piece to be delivered, we went to the store to express our disappointment and concern with this system, and were told that the warehouse had the item for approximately 2-4 weeks, but their automated transfer system but it never “triggered” the transfer for our delivery, even though the system contacted us for two confirmed delivery dates of the item… We ended up spending a full day to drive to their warehouse and pickup the item ourselves. In all of this trouble to complete the sales transaction, no one at Ashley seemed to care about my comments, nor did they reach out to make inquiries or resolution of any of my questions and concerns about these points listed here. Just glad we have our items, and are done with the experience and probably will not be returning anytime soon. Hopefully there won’t be any warranty issues with this furniture. 🤞🏼

Communicated with us the things he was working on. He went out of his ways to get us the furniture, table, and mattress we needed for our new apartment. Sales experience was awful. The delivery experience was good!

Ashley did not support me the customer in my purchases. None of my furniture was delivered as promised. Some of it took three months to arrive after I was repeatedly told it was in stock. One mirror was damaged, and it took Ashley three tries to deliver the correct replacement. I will never intentionally do business with Ashley again. Furniture is just too expensive for me to allow myself to be treated poorly by any company. I was treated poorly by Ashley.

Service protection plan is a 300 dollar rip off! The salesman sold us on it that if we had any issues with our leather coach material they would fix it and when I tried to make a claim it was denied where the leather is separating at a seam!

Bought a box spring, didn’t end up needing it. Never opened it, Brand new in the box still and needed to return it. Not one single employee I spoke with out of 3 told me about a no return policy. Ask guest care about it and they say the same thing while calling me ma’am, I am a male. Again, three people, not one person said a single word about no return policy. They have made zero attempts to make this right. I’ve spent a lot of money here and a customer since 2015, I will NEVER buy from here again. Terrible customer service.

Not a good experience at all. Put sales lady had to have me help input our order in multiple times on an iPad. She did not explain financing and I we were never told what our payments would be. We looked them up on the back of the folder as we walked out the door. I walked out with product I paid for as an in store pick up and was told to come back if and when it was located as I picked it out online. I’m still not sure the color of the furniture is correct as the paperwork does not share this information. Very concerned the correct furniture will be delivered.

It has been almost 2 whole months since I bought and paid for my son’s bedroom suit. I was initially told it would be delivered in just a few weeks, then it was pushed back, then when it was delivered it was missing half of the bed and the slats. I was then told it would be 3 more weeks, and that the remaining parts would be delivered and to me by 8/27. It’s 8/29 and I can’t even get someone on the phone to discuss this!! I would definitely NOT recommend this place as they only care about getting your money and NOT providing you with what you paid for, and there is ZERO customer service. Buyer BEWARE!!

Still waiting for a chest and a nightstand which twice they said it was coming and canceled at the last minute things weren't very clear on your side communication bad I was wanting to see if I could get a discount on my nightstand or even free cuz it's been very aggravating not knowing but the guys that put the bed up and the dining room table they were great very good guys

Attacked by sales person the minute we walked in the door. She literally seemed desperate to get us to buy something. I repeatedly told here we just wanted to leave ok around but again and again she would walk to where we were and just add "information" about things we didn't care about. We left and commented about how bad she was at her job. Very unpleasant to even be in the store.

The experience we had there was great. It would have been just a a hair better if they had the couch we wanted in stock, but since it was a door buster I understand. John and Josh were both great and provided excellent service. The prices were also a lot better than other places we had visited.

Ashley Furniture on Gun Barrel road in Chattanooga, TN was a beautiful clean store to walk into today. I was met immediately by a very friendly and well mannered young man, Joshua Boyd, who helped me with what I was looking for. What a chair! I love it! So comfortable, plush and soft.

Amy was my sales rep. I told her what i was interested in and she gave me clear direction. She was knowledgeable about the furniture and explored options with me. There was no pressure sales pitch just a desire to help me choose a design that matched a picture that I had. Great experience! Delivery scheduled in less than a month.

Will not order from again. Refused to deliver items even though I have proof on THEIR paperwork the order was to be delivered.

Found what we needed, had a small mistake which Diane took care of. Great experience spending my money, but don't expect any help from any associate on the weekends if you buy something off the floor. We bought a desk and not one single associate would stop laughing and having a great time with themselves to assist me with loading it. I had to wait on my wife, who was paying. Only two customers in the entire store and roughly 8 or more sales people. It was really sad that not one of them would even walk over to say "can I assist you with that", especially since they dont have warehouse people on the weekends. Guess laughing and chatting with other sales people was more important than customer service. It was the perfect example of "it's not my job".

Ashley was absolutely wonderful!! I described the styles I was interested in and she walked me all around the store and suggested the perfect items for my home. I got a coffee table and end tables set and a set of lamps to go with it and they were very affordable. Highly recommended!

While Paula was awesome, and she done what she could to help us, I have several issues. 1. Inventory. The recliner I wanted had a delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks. Supply chain issues should not be a problem at this point. Especially for a company who makes their furniture in North Carolina. 2. To much fine print. Example 35% off ad, no mention of with a purchase of $1,000 or more. Or if you want 0% interest you can't get the 35% off. 3. And free delivery will never happen.

Dom was our sales person and he was new. He greeted us as we came in and made us feel welcomed. Where Dom was new he didn’t have all the answers but willingly brought other sales people in to help answer questions that he did not know. All the sales people were eager to help us and Dom but did not try to take over Dom’s sale, which is not usual in a commission only business. Dom did a great job of helping us find the best pieces for our house and the team did a great job of supporting their new team member. Thank you for a great experience!

Let's start off with talking about the used car dealership mentality at a furniture store! Ordered a sectional, two end tables in a rug 4 months later I only received two end tables in a rug so I cancel my order for the sectional but they continue to charge you exorbitant fees above and beyond what your paper of receipt States do not do business with this company as you will have it on your credit report and you'll have to fight for months to get it off because they are doing unfair practices I'm in the middle of legal battle at the moment with these people

I had the perfect experience at Ashley Furniture. It was all due to my sales person Diane. She was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy, she genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Definitely cone to Ashley Home Furniture if you are needing new mattresses and/ or furniture. Randy Eller was so helpful getting us the mattress ordered to meet our exact needs… he was so patient & not pushy at all. And their mattresses come with a great warranty if you buy the mattress cover to protect it… there is also a 90 day trial period where u can return the mattress & exchange it for another if u don’t like how firm or soft it is. I would highly recommend Randy as your sales associate… I will from now on be asking for him every time!!!

Can't say I'm impressed, with the so-called white clove delivery service. After waiting 4 months for delivery. Nor, trying to get anything resolved under warranty. Also I've been trying to get someone out for warranty work , but to no avail.

Johnny Totten was fantastic. His approach as we walked in the door was just a chill older man looking to narrow down our search. He took us right to what we wanted. He let us sit and feel out the furniture as long as we wanted too. No push salesman attitude. We will definitely call ahead to make sure he is there when we go back for our bed frame.

While they may be a little more expensive than other places you can go the quality and build feels better than the cheaper stuff. They also have a great warranty for their products. We worked with Josh in getting everything we needed. It was a great experience there was no pushiness, just checking in to see if we needed help or questions every now and again. I would be comfortable recommending you come here or at least give Ashley Furniture a chance!

After eating out with a girlfriend, we went into Ashley “just to look” at outdoor furniture for my new deck. Ben welcomed me and directed me to the outdoor furniture section. He was attentive without being pushy. He gave me just enough space to browse but stayed close enough that whenever I had questions I didn’t have to go looking for him. I made one turn and saw exactly what I wanted! Immediately I pulled out my graph papered layout of the deck. Ben knew I was serious then! He was very helpful as I strategized what basic pieces I needed to purchase first and checked measurements to make sure the pieces would fit on my deck. The Memorial Day sale was in progress so I took advantage of the opportunity to save. I am very happy with my purchases which will be delivered in a week. I will be returning to Ashley Homestore soon. Thank you Ben for making my shopping experience so enjoyable.

I am changing my score. I had 5 stars for the fast and good service in store, but the couch we got is broken on delivery. The deliver guy would take it back and said he needed a ticket but signed our name for the delivery. We contacted the store and they said they would be on it, but after two months we’re still here with the same couch. There’s been back and forth with the store and the service center and no one cares but we are paying for a broken product. So not buy here. The sales team is great, the rest is not and that kills everything that was good about our first experience.

Definitely a 5 out of 5. I always have a pleasant experience when visiting the store and working with Nate. I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service.

We visited 4 furniture stores today and were, by far, the most impressed with this one. Their options were great and better yet, the prices were a lot more reasonable. The sales team, especially Brian, was super helpful but not at all pushy. I'd definitely recommend this store to friends.

I called and asked about the Memorial Day deals and I was informed one thing, got to the store and it was something else. The 2 salespeople that helped me were very unprofessional! One of them was talking about customers. I cancelled my order the next day because come to find out they didn’t give me interest free for 24 months. I had to call customer service 3 times to get someone to cancel me! I was still getting calls from delivery to set up a time. I had to go to the store 2 times to make sure it was cancelled so I could stop getting calls for delivery set up. I do not recommend Ashley! They do not have it together!! The mangers I spoke with were nice and hopefully it is handled now.

I’m disappointed by Ashley furniture. I bought a couch in late 2021 for over $2,000 and my wife bought a 5-year warranty on our sofa and 2 years later I have an issue that needed to fixed and they said they the warranty is through an outside group and they can’t help me. I wasted $300 on that warranty that I could have used to fix my sofa. It just feels dishonest if your store offers a warranty to fix something, and it’s through another group that refuses to fix something reasonable. If I buy the warranty it should be through your store and be fixed if there is an issue. I talked to a supervisor and they said that they can’t help me. I won’t ever buy anything from this place again I’m very disappointed.

I just went into Ashley to look. When I walked in Diane O’Rourke handed me a flyer with the deals they had going on and told me to let her know if she could help in any way. We were never followed by sales people or pushed to buy anything. We ended up finding a dining room table we liked and Diane took care of us right away and answered any questions we had about the product.

We had a great time picking out a couch yesterday! Our sales guy was great and patient with me.

Wonderful shopping experience. Nathaniel Jackson was very helpful. He went over the variety of recliners that were available, options, and pricing. He has a great personality. He listened to what we wanted and we got the recliners. We liked the store. Easy to get to and clean.

Was not overly impressed with service wasn’t until I said the chairs were less expensive at another store that she lowered the price paid in cash for purchase and thought it was odd I was asked for drivers license and credit card then wanted to pick up my purchase and was given an unreadable copy of map and went to their warehouse the really nice person was the guy who put this furniture in the truck for us. Not sure what the white lab coats are about. Probably my shop there at Ashley Furniture

I was greeted with a warm, infectious smile by Diane. She and I worked really well together and she made the process super easy. After talking for a bit, she and I had similar stories and I’m thankful that God put me with her. I actually prayed for a salesperson and HE delivered, she was amazing to work with and we now a bond. It’s nice to work with someone who believes in Jesus and relies on her faith to make it through everyday. Diane is a blessing.
