Extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone in customer service, and even when you do expect to have to call multiple times about the same issue before they actually solve your problem. I had to speak with 5 different people across 5 weeks to finally get a clerical error that was made by our salesperson fixed so they would deliver my furniture. I asked for management multiple times after dealing with this issue for a month and was brushed off each time. The furniture itself is nice, and the delivery drivers did a great job - but the company and customer service is awful.

Place is a joke and does not want to sell furniture, apparently they much prefer signing people up for credit cards. I have an Ashley credit card I have used multiple times and was planning to use again, I made this very clear to sales person when I came in. I already had everything I wanted to purchase picked out so it should have been an easy breezy sale. While sales person took about 20 minutes to build my cart that I had basically built for him I stared at the same promo picture frame of the same exact Ashley credit card from Synchrony that I had. Then I was told 'oh that doesn't work here because you opened that account in Atlanta' and you will need to open a new account. Oh really? Some mumbo jumbo about being franchises, blah blah blah. Ok so I brought this up to you when I walked in then you waste half an hour of my time while I stare at your own promo showing it is a Synchrony credit card, then you tell me you can't take the Synchrony card unless I open another Synchrony card? Make it make sense. Icing on the top is after I walked out the sales guy pyscho called me before I even left the parking lot. Yeah too bad sugar tits! Hope you got your credit card signup quota that day. **Update 6/5/25......store in Cleveland TN which is part of same franchise (DSG) as Gunbarrel Rd store was able to do my $4,664 transaction with no problem. Gunbarrel store needs to get their sales people acting like sales people, it should not be this difficult to purchase furniture when the sales folks land on you like flies on crap as soon as you walk in the door.**

Sales team all over the place. They blamed others for the mistakes that happened. They did do right with the price. Just not an organized team at the store. Went to the wearhouse to pick up the order but more opportunities they could not pull my order because of something the sales person did not finish with. And waited almost 30 min before I had to leave to get to work. The wearhouse house said they can deliver for free but it will take a day or two. The whole thing took way to long for a very easy sale.

I did not like this shopping experience at all. I felt like the SECOND we walked in it was all about the sales. Get the sale! I was asking questions about a dining room table, just questions...and she pops open this lap top and starts asking me my email, have I bought from them before, telling me about warranty and delivery fees???? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Kinda stuck up as well! Please read my review of Lazy-Boy Furniture, the store we went to after yours and purchased 2 recliners and a loveseat. Yeah Ashley...get a little more friendly.
