This was the last straw for me. Ashley Furniture has officially lost my business. It’s very disappointing because they have such great products. R.I.P.
I have been going back and forth with customer service since 3/30 about the wrong mattress being delivered. I cannot for the life of me understand how this furniture company is still in business. I had a bad experience with this company back in 2019 and I should have trusted my gut and went elsewhere. $600 gone down the drain. Lesson learned! PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
