Found a nice sectional decent price compared to other locations I checked, the rep Dominic B. Was super helpful and nice! Highly recommend this place!

Friendly people salesman Mr Totton was a super cool feller.. Very good salesman didn't push he worked with us seen like a hour or so but he was not pushy took our time found exactly what we wanted everything went easy...5 stars... Furniture good quality delivery time perfect .. Will do business there again next time we need furniture..

Ashley has nice furniture but poor customer service after the sale. The store manager will not call or speak with a customer on the phone. After purchasing 2 mattress sets w/ bases, and 2 theater reclining sofas on 12/31/2025, we FINALLY received the sofas this past Monday, February 9, 2026. This was the 5th time they promised delivery. One of the times they advised delivery then backed out because of inclement weather (it was raining), PLUS they said the furniture we purchased was out of stock-on the same call. I asked for a customer compensation due to all the times we didn’t receive the furniture, but were advised because the furniture was on store sale for a holiday, there was nothing they could do. They also advised a Delivery Schedule, per their “Jenny Bot”, in reality that was only a schedule, not a promise of delivery. We spent thousands of dollars for great furniture but the poorest customer service we’ve ever had on a major purchase. The delivery guys didn’t even plug in all the furniture, we had to do it ourselves-even though this was their “White Glove Delivery” where they actually assemble and set up the furniture. We had to contact the BBB to even get this delivery. We have purchased Ashley Furniture in the past, but we will not make any future purchases from Ashley Furniture.

We had a great experience shopping for couches at Ashley. Leo our salesman was very patient and well informed on their products Happy to say we found the perfect couch .

Found what I wanted, loved the price, did not have to order it, picked it up the next day, I give yall a 12.

This is the first review I have ever left, and for good reason. Furniture is beautiful, however, this is the most unorganized and unprofessional company that I have interacted with. A couple of days before delivery, we found out the delivery date was never placed. We had to go to the store probably 10 times about this issue. Somehow they still could not figure it out. We ended up having to go pick up “the rest” of our furniture after a month and a half of going back and forth with this company. Still missing one piece of furniture due to them not having a clue of when it will be delivered. This has been the most frustrating and stressful experience we have ever experienced. Please save yourself your sanity and never order from this company.

Unacceptable service. We had already paid for our set in full and took them a month to finally get to us. When the delivery day finally came they kept pushing the arrival time out just to bring us an incomplete set! Drawers didn’t come with the bed and our nightstands “might” be on back order. Livid does not begin to describe my feelings!

Computer problems in store. Delivery options are terrible. 1 month to deliver 1 chair. A small purchase isn't of value, evidently. Probably won't go there in the future. Love the furniture tho.

⚠️ Common Ashley Furniture Sectional Issue – Sagging Chaise Cushions We purchased two Ashley Furniture sectional sofas, and both developed deep sunken spots in the chaise area within 9 months. This happened with normal household use. After experiencing this, we discovered many other owners reporting the same problem — cushions breaking down early, lack of support under the chaise, and limited warranty coverage when sagging occurs. What’s frustrating is that this kind of failure shouldn’t happen this quickly on furniture at this price point. Many customers end up: • Adding plywood or boards under cushions • Replacing foam themselves • Living with permanent dips Posting this so others can make an informed decision before buying.

Was greeted when we came in door. Looked around entire store. Found gentleman that greeted us when we came in. Directed us to things we were looking for. Handled out purchase without incident. Very happy with whole experience. Will return for future purchases.

Delivery was quick and easy and I do appetite rush on delivery as I had just had surgery. I was miserable when I went to buy and then felt pushed.

I shopped online. Researched the item I wanted and went to Ashley to see the furniture in person. Well, lo and behold they price match! I was able to get the furniture for the cheaper prices I found online! You can't beat that! Easy ordering and John Totten was a pleasure to deal with!

Every single person has lied to us about when we will receive all of our furniture. They were happy to take our money the day we were there, and now they just keep throwing out dates. Going on six weeks now, and it was supposed to be delivered in 2. Liars.

Worked with a manager who had over 35 yrs of experience that quoted us to the correct mattress. Didn’t try to oversell, just helped us pick out the mattress that best fit our needs.

Purchased a new electric recliner on Jan 1 and it was delivered Jan 2. Wafa was helpful and kind. R2 delivery did a great job. Courteous and helpful. Very happy with the service and new recliner.

We bought a sectional recliner, paid almost 5k, and got left arm recliner damaged. It doesn’t recline properly, so we have contacted the phone number they always give to contact (even in the google reviews), and they opened a warranty case, after 3 weeks they sent us an email with a tracking number, then it was delivered to completely different address. So they reordered, it is now been almost 2 months and we just received the package turned out to be some metal parts to fix the issue! That’s ridiculous, I needed to get replaced whole damaged section! They give phone number to call to resolve the issue, but it’s not helping at all! I Do NOT recommend buying from Ashley!

I was supposed to have my entire sectional over a week ago. Due to an error on Ashley's end I only received a portion of my items. I spoke with Robert Lee, a manager at the pick up facility, and it seemed like he was trying to help me. He told me to call him back the next day but from that point forward, he never answered any of my calls, texts, nothing. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I received all my items but was not compensated in any way for the trouble that their error caused and I am disappointed with the service I received from Ashley. Will not be purchasing from them in the future.

I bought a couch from them and the bed on it is so uncomfortable I will never buy anything else from them

Worst customer service in the history of customer service. They will tell you they will support you after the sale, they will give you the run around. They sell you a warranty, they lie to you and give you the runaround. I would never recommend any purchase from this sham of a company.

Met with John in sales. He was helpful in assisting us to find a TV stand piece of furniture. He showed us several pieces and we bought one that was perfect. He offered to stay late to help load it but came back the next day. My experience with Ashley Furniture was good.

Went into the store tonite got over half way around the entire store before any one acknowledged my presence. Finally a lady came, said she would be around and check on us. I found some pieces I was interested in, she was no where to be found. Yet, she (AMY) was sitting at a table chatting with her employees rather than helping customers. I anticipated making a purchase. I walked that entire store again, no AMY. I made it all the way out the door with out even yet any other employee asking if I needed help. This store lacks the empathy of customer service, with the treatment today it’s no wonder the store was empty because employees had no interest in helping customers.

Dominic met us in a living room and we enjoyed our visit at the Ashley store from there. You would have thought we were in our home with friends. Thank Dominic for a job well done.

The salesperson was nice the delivery was fine.. I've only had the couch for 5 days it's a sectional the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever had they won't let me return it and get something better it's very upsetting to have a new sectional it may look great but it feels like ???

Furniture quality is great. We like our sales rep and the manger. The delivery and set up is not the same quality as the rest of the brand. 1st delivery: swirl marks on top of the table and a recliner that pops when you open it. 2nd delivery: left dirty marks all on the top of the white headboard.

I was wanting a new recliner & they had a Black Friday sale going on, so I found a brown leather recliner that was electrically operated, which I was skeptical about, so far it's been great, the salesman was knowledgeable about it his name was John & was able to get it delivered on the next Saturday when I was home & the delivery kept me informed when they would arrive, worked out perfectly!

The store is great. Ashley’s customer service at a corporate level is the worse I’ve ever seen. Right after we ordered a lamp corporate discontinued it and yet refused to give us any information on our order. We kept being told our order couldn’t be traced. Then 4 weeks later we were told it was discontinued and we couldn’t get a refund for quite sometime. We went to the store and we left with the floor model. They handled this very very well and we’re very nice!!

Worse store ever go somewhere else! Bought furniture came defective and Ashley refuses to fix it over 3000 dollars for junk! The store manger refuses to talk to me and only wants to send me to a foreign based customer service line that does nothing. I am suing to ge my money back! Never again!

This was a very quick and simple transaction. We knew exactly what we wanted (style, colors, design, etc.). The sales rep took us directly to the options available, with no pressure to upsale anything). Within 20-25 minutes, we were done.! Now to wait for the furniture to arrive at the warehouse. 🙂

Bought from Ashley on 11/3 because they promised we would have it the next week which guaranteed we would have it before thanksgiving. Took 3 weeks to start getting our furniture piece by piece. The automated system, without warning. cancelled delivery of 1 piece on the day we were expecting it. 4 days after thanksgiving we are still waiting on a piece. Now saying it will not be delivered til 12/16. update 1/4/2026. automated system cancelled delivery again so thats 2 days that I took off from work only to have them cancel mid morning. still no night stand and now they are telling me it has been discontinued. so we have an incomplete bedroom set and they will not take it all back. Be warned, Ashley's sales staff's word means nothing. They will say anything to make the sale and do not care if you ever get the items you were promised. Customer service is useless as well. I have talked to them 3 times and they keep telling me they will have a manager call me which haas not happened. been waiting over a month. Instead they keep sending emails and texts asking me to send pics of the damaged item, we dont have the item. There are no pics to send. Again Useless and will never step foot in another Ashley store.

I always shop at Ashley’s Furniture. They always see to have what I need. I recently needed bar stools and they had exactly what I was looking for. In and out in no time at all and delivery was quick and seamless.

I made a recent purchase at Ashley Furniture off of Gunbarrel and had an amazing experience. My husband and I were immediately greeted by Phillip with warmth and enthusiasm to help us. Later Wafa assisted us with finding the perfect mattress for us. Both were kind, professional and highly knowledgeable. As Wafa and Phillip were checking us out, there was a coworker who was also getting ready to check out another customer. Their coworker seemed annoyed that it took me a while to sign the electronic documents and then she about snatched the machine from me so that her customer could use it. That was very unprofessional and I am so glad that she wasn’t assisting us because I would have not purchased anything with her attitude. There were a couple other employees who didn’t even speak to me or acknowledged my presence. God truly blessed us with the right people to help us that day. It’s sad that some people have the most hateful hearts and while they think they are hiding their feelings, it always comes out. Thank you Philip Wafa for your kindness and professionalism.

I had never been and I have to say I expected better quality furniture. A lot of the stuff was at about IKEA level, with a few exceptions.

Bad experience. I ordered a sectional and the middle piece was discontinued or do it said on my email. They arrived to deliver a partial couch. Now I have been to the store twice to either get my money back or check on the missing piece. No calls back and I can't call the store because it goes straight to customer service in the Philippines. Font name the mistake and buy from this company!

I recently moved into a new house and went to Ashley to buy new furniture. The sales lady(Ashley) was the worst sales person I’ve ever dealt with. She acted like I wasn’t gonna be able to afford the things I was looking at. Well little did she know but I was gonna pay cash for it all. I left and bought my furniture at rooms to go.

We arrived knowing exactly what we were looking for and the sales person on rotation was Amy. Fortunately all she had to do was write the order(s) some were floor some were warehouse. First delivery was ok. Had scheduling conflict with second order was frustrated dealing with automated system so called her for some guidance. No let me check to see how I can direct you. Basically not my job, I can’t help you…I texted her after advising my concerns about her service and was told she wasn’t in customer service😮she was a sales associate. I advised I thought customer service would come with the territory to some extent. She also said she was sorry I didn’t hear what I wanted to hear? Just needed some direction! Long story short I don’t think this was a good representation of the caliber of employee we usually deal with at Ashley. New 4 bedroom house to be furnished and due to this experience it won’t be with Ashley

The young man was very friendly and helpful. But then I had a problem with the credit people they that I was approved and then when we wrote it up they said I was not approved that was so confusing to me.

I spent over $2,000 at Ashley Furniture expecting good service and quality furniture, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I scheduled my bed delivery and rearranged my whole day to be home for it. When the delivery team arrived, they couldn’t even set it up because the canopy rails were scratched and the wood was damaged. I immediately rejected the order and had them take it back. No one ever reached out to reschedule. I was told I’d get a refund for the delivery service, which never happened. When I called the store, a younger manager told me he contacted the warehouse and set up the new delivery, but he never actually did. I had to call back again, speak with an older manager, and he’s the only one who finally got the bed scheduled for delivery. Two weeks later, the new bed arrived, and one of the canopy rails was scratched again. The delivery guy said his supervisor approved leaving the bed up and taking the damaged piece to replace it. That was over a month ago, and no one ever followed up. When I called to check, I found out they never even ordered the replacement part. I had to explain everything all over again just to have it ordered. It’s been another week now with no update, and they’re saying it could take even longer. On top of that, there’s no way to speak with anyone in the warehouse who actually handles these issues. When you call Ashley Furniture, they tell you they can’t help because they “just sell the furniture.” Once they have your money, you’re pretty much on your own. This entire process has been unprofessional and frustrating. There’s been no communication, no accountability, and no urgency to fix their mistakes. I’ll never shop at Ashley Furniture again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do it either.

I went to look for a couch that met my criteria. There weren’t any in the show room. Sales Rep said there was one in a warehouse that did. He showed me a picture of it on the computer. It looked good. It was delivered with discrepancies. Reference pictures. I sat on it and it was hard as a brick. Totally unacceptable!! I went to the store they said I couldn’t get a refund, I could get store credit. As previously mentioned there wasn’t one on the store floor meeting my criteria. A store credit does me no good. I’m seeking a refund. He said you’ll have to go to corporate. I’m hoping this review will reach them. He went on to say “what did you expect for the price, I have coffee tables costing more than what you paid for the couch” What kind of customer service is that?? I’m getting a replacement couch, the same one, hopefully minus the imperfections of the one I received. I believe I should get a refund and I’ll be on my way. Totally unsatisfied. I was never told that my transaction was un refundable!! This whole experience has been a nightmare!

SAID HE WOULD ASK THE STORE MANAGER AND CALL THE NEXT DAY THAT WAS AUG 27TH AND STILL NOTHING, WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE THEY EVIDENTALLY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE AS THEY SAY THEY DO, WE ARE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH HOW WE HAVE BEEN TREATED AND THE LACK OF FOLOOW THRU WITH THE CORRECTION OF THE ISSUE WHICH WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO NOW SINCE MAY 2025

My husband and I went in looking for a nursery chair—really just something I could sleep in while holding my baby since he hasn’t been sleeping alone very well. Devon listened closely to everything I liked and didn’t like about each chair, and she helped us find the perfect power recliner. It’s going to give me so much better sleep than any nursery chair we’d been considering, and the best part is that when we’re done using it in the nursery, it will still be a beautiful, comfortable piece we’ll enjoy in our home for years to come. A lot of delays. Promotional item was sold out. Completing paperwork and finishing the sale required four employees and 90!minutes to complete.. delivery of the product is delayed until the 17th . Advertised as delivery on or before the 5th. Poorly trained sales staff. Paying $100 more than I expected when I walked in the door to purchase product from online advertising. Financing was not the same as advertised Amount and terms? Left with some discomfort. On ten scale I would rate the experience as A four (4).!

Junk furniture, on 3rd recliner and warranty went out 2 weeks ago on it. Making so much noise. Sold as leather but it's not. Crap made in China.

Terrible experience. I bought a recliner and when I got it put together I could feel something poking my back through the back cushion. I had to take it back to the warehouse and get another one. The 2nd chair did the same thing. I got a completely different chair the 3rd time and it’s good. A lot of wasted time back and forth to the store and warehouse. I will never go there again. They messed my order up on the computer as well and tried to say I didn’t have any credit to exchange a char and I gave $1,000 cash for it… Don’t recommend the headache for anyone. Please go somewhere else and save your time.

If i could do a lower review I would. I spent close to 6k at the store for a temper pedic bed and box springs. We're absolutely NOT satisfied with the bed at all, its too firm and wanted to return it. I was told by salesman that IF not satisfied with it, and entire return could be initiated after 30 days. I now called and customer support stated that the box spring, frame couldn't be returned. As for the mattress, it will have to be initiated, however, they're trying to say "exchange" only. This is terrible support! All over, its stated that IF your not satisfied, they offer 6 months return service, even on temper pedics website. I've returned a helix and puffy, both had zero issues with refunding our purchase amount in total. I will never ever step foot in an ashley furniture store. Im a disabled veteran and this store can care less, they basically lie in store for the sale, then state that it cant be returned. Going against what temper pedic states on their website. Horrible company, DO NOT BUY from them!

Horrible experience! Would give zero stars if there was an option. Don’t believe these people… not the sales staff or the manager! I was told 6 weeks, then the week my full living room set was supposed to be delivered to the house my husband & I had been remodeling for 6 months… I was told they had the couch… but, I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for the love seat, end tables, coffee table & recliner. 🤬 I told them that was unacceptable & not what I was told when I spent over 4 thousand dollars. Long story short, they did NOTHING. I canceled my entire order, had them credit it back to me & went to Rooms To Go across the street. They saved the day! Had all my furniture to me in 2 days!

Friendly salesman who knew when to let us walk alone in other words not pushy. Knowledge and helped us get what we were looking for.

Purchased a bed set, mattress/box springs and 2 pillows. everything by set to deliver all at once in a couple weeks. Got the nightstands, then the bed frame early. Got a call the box springs would be delayed and rep told me a week to a week and half the day before the delivery. I told them to hold the mattress and pillows so it could be delivered together. Was informed that pillows are never delivery and I would need to pick up in store, this is not what the sales rep told us. Then the mattress was delivered the next day even after talking to 2 reps to say to hold it for when the box springs got in. I called a couple days later about the box springs and they said they didn’t know when they would be delivered and gave me an approximate for 2 more weeks. They said the pillows were in the store being held for us so I drove there only to be told their inventory was wrong and 1 of the pillows had never been delivered. I still have yet to get my 2nd pillow and box springs after a month. Very poor communication and organization from everyone I’ve talked with.

The furniture you get from this place is all trash. You’re lucky if anything you buy lasts even a year then they want to go on about buying the warranties but when you go to use the warranty they don’t actually do anything for you. Then you try to get them to actually do something in the store and they tell you to call a number that leads to nothing. I wouldn’t buy anything from this place.

Great service Brian Saraney is great we bought a new tempur pedic mattress. We did receive great service from our Brian our salesperson but when our tempupedic bed was delivered the delivery guys would not take our old mattress even though they had plastic and a box they could have put the old mattress in. We have no way to haul old mattress off so this was part of the agreement when we bought they have turned a good sale to bad business we will never buy anything else from Ashley we have called several times with no calls returned

Extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone in customer service, and even when you do expect to have to call multiple times about the same issue before they actually solve your problem. I had to speak with 5 different people across 5 weeks to finally get a clerical error that was made by our salesperson fixed so they would deliver my furniture. I asked for management multiple times after dealing with this issue for a month and was brushed off each time. The furniture itself is nice, and the delivery drivers did a great job - but the company and customer service is awful.

Sales team all over the place. They blamed others for the mistakes that happened. They did do right with the price. Just not an organized team at the store. Went to the wearhouse to pick up the order but more opportunities they could not pull my order because of something the sales person did not finish with. And waited almost 30 min before I had to leave to get to work. The wearhouse house said they can deliver for free but it will take a day or two. The whole thing took way to long for a very easy sale.

I was asking questions about a dining room table, just questions...and she pops open this lap top and starts asking me my email, have I bought from them before, telling me about warranty and delivery fees???? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Kinda stuck up as well! Please read my review of Lazy-Boy Furniture, the store we went to after yours and purchased 2 recliners and a loveseat. Yeah Ashley...get a little more friendly.

Dev was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. All my questions were answered and I was able to walk out of the store with the delivery set up for my dream couch.

Sales team was awesome… After that, it went all downhill… If you pick up your own product, make sure that you actually get all of your pieces… They forgot some thing on mine and I had to go back again and then when I went back again and got home the hardware that puts it together was not in the box so now I am stuck on a third trip back… Extremely frustrated… In addition, I spent quite a lot of money on the table and chairs I got, which was a big splurge for me. I had to put everything together, which wasn’t difficult however it was tedious with the Tiny Allen wrench that came with it many of the bolts took one crank and then take it out. Put it back in one crank take it out put it back in! Took me four hours to put together the items that was ridiculous! If I had only had the proper power tools that would’ve been great, but I didn’t So my score actually would be a five for the sales floor except they need to explain a better about putting furniture together. I thought it would be put together after spending the money I did on this table and chairs… As for the customer service and warehouse I would give them a two.

Only because I can't give the a zero. Their financial company Synchrony is a joke. They give you a higher limit then what your purchase price and then they lower your limit every time you pay down on your account. That looks bad on your credit no matter that you pay two payments a month. So with that being said, don't ever use Synchrony they suck.

Ordered a sectional off the floor. Got home and realized we weren’t charged for the wedge piece. Also told delivery would be next week. Got a text next day saying it would be six weeks. Called. No answer. Called the main customer service line and was told someone would call us back today. No one ever called. Called the main customer service line back and cancelled order. We will order through another store.

Pleasant atmosphere and salesman was very personable. However, it seemed odd that he had to call a management person to enter/verify any information entered in the computer. I gave it three stars because I was ask too many times about the extended warranty. One "No thank you" should be sufficient, asking four times was too much. Price and fast delivery is better than other stores I've visited.

We purchased a server and a lamp. The lamp was marked down and were told it worked. The switch was burned out and did not work. The server had the middle door broken. I was rudely told to just box up the server and bring it back. I would expect if a company sells a product and it comes out of the box broken that they would come get it and bring a new one but that is not how Ashely works.

Update: I wanted to update you. It's been 2 weeks since I wrote this review. I've been dealing with this since February. Nothing has been done. I waited to write this to see if the manager of the store would resolve this. He hasn't called or tried contact me. I bought over $10,000 dollars of furniture and around $800 of merchandise was never received. I contacted the store and customer service several times . The store told customer service that I had picked the items up at the store. I never picked these items up and they continued to put me off and made promises they never followed through with. They totally stopped communicating with me. My calls and texts have been ignored and I'm sure they are hoping I give up. After spending over $10,000 with them, they are implying that I'm trying to scam them out of $800. Which is ludicrous. I've had such a terrible experience at this store. If you shop here, be aware they will stop dealing with you as soon as they get your money.

Updated review: When I bought my sectional in store, we were told that we could pick it up on 4/5 and possibly as soon 4/4 (also says it on the receipt). We called today to see if it was going to be ready and was told that it would not arrive at their warehouse until 4/12 (no email or phone call updates was received). If we were originally told that it wasn't going to be until 4/12 then that would have been fine, but now this was disappointing since I was looking forward to an earlier date. This does not effect our experience with Kelly. Original: Experience was great. One of the things I dread about browsing furniture stores is the sales people being a little too eager to help. I enjoy browsing without the pressure, but Kelly was great. She didn't hover and would pop up to check if we had any questions at the right time. She was very nice and helpful. 10/10 experience.

We paid cash and purchased the supplemental insurance. Turns out although similar in appearance the furniture delivered is not leather and has worn horribly. The supplemental insurance would not honor my claim. If you are seeking quality furniture that lasts do not shop here

Benjamin greeted us when we walked in, let us know the weekend specials and gave us space while we looked around, no pressure. We purchased a dinning room table and chairs. He provided all options for financing, delivery and warranties. He gave his cell phone number just in case we needed to change anything or questions before our delivery.

Got some great couches and amazing service!

No information concerning pick up hours at the warehouse. Emailed for hours, no response. Show up, text, knock on the door, no response. Eventually an employee comes out the door, looks at me and says “We’re closed.” Volunteers no additional information. After asking questions I finally get their hours but no answer as to why they neglected to answer my email or text. No help at all. Another customer shows up and I’m the person to give him information. I cancelled my order. Doubt very seriously they will get any future business from me or my family.

Nathan was very friendly and helpful. He got me to what I needed right away and showed different options.

Wife and I walked in for accent furniture but left out with a reclining sofa set. How did that happen, you might ask. Great salesman and prices! 👍

Nathaniel is awesome! He was referred to me by a very close friend that he helped a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. I normally don’t enjoy furniture shopping because I feel like items are pushed in front of me just for a sale. But Nathaniel listened to me and got me what I wanted. Now I’m the proud owner of a sofa that I love!!! Thank you Nate!!!

Service was great, we were greeted promptly but not pushy. Someone was available to answer our questions and our purchase went very easily.

Our sales person, Dominic, is an amazing young man, personable, and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Dominic respected our choice to reject the extra five year warranty; after explaining it fully, we said no, and he backed off pressuring us. However, when he had the store manager check his figures, the manager put a huge pressure in us to purchase the extended warranty. We said NO snd he kept on until my husband, furious at him for not listening wanted to walk away and cancel everything. Dominic almost lost his sale because of his pressuring after we said no again. The manager had NO respect for us whatsoever. Dominic deserves accolades for his professionalism. His manager deserves a redress for his pressure which was not asked fir and unappreciated.

Great service.

Our experience with Ashley has been so frustrating. We were sold a bed with a white glove delivery fee, even though this company does not assemble the bed we purchased. That option should never have been sold to us, as they have stated after the fact. We ordered the bed in November, and it was delivered in December. We still don't have our money back for services not rendered. We've gone to the store and called more times than I can count (some messages were returned and others were not). We were going to just drop the bed off at the store and ask for a full refund, but it was for my little girl, and she was excited about the bed. So, we went ahead and assembled it ourselves. Now, we just want our delivery fee back. One of the managers even admitted they were in the wrong but they couldn't give us money back without corporate's approval (mind you, we are only asking for $80 back). The issue is still not fixed, and I just went ahead and disputed it with my credit card. The guys we have worked with seemed like they cared, so we have been patient. I wish I had disputed it with my credit card on day one, since nobody is actually going to help us at the store. I've learned my lesson now, and I will not be shopping there again.

While I was there I found dining chairs that would match a table that my wife and i wanted back in Texas where we live. I ordered a sofa November 29th 2024. I have yet to receive the sofa. They have committed to several delivery days and a couple of days before they will call and reschedule. Very disappointed with their customer satisfaction.

Excellent Customer Service!

Our salesman was amazing. Helped us choose the perfect choice on our second go around. Our initial purchase would not fit so we had to go back and make adjustments and our salesman took care of it and us before anything shipped out. Very pleased!

Stopped in to check out a new sectional after hearing about all the great Presidents’ Day sales going on. Can’t say enough good things about our salesperson Wafa! She greeted us almost immediately upon entering the showroom, asked what we were looking for and after that she gave us the rundown of where things were located and allowed us a low pressure tour around the store. She was always within reach if we had any questions and checked in frequently without making us feel like we were being watched or expected to buy anything. She was very helpful with the financing portion of our sale (we changed our mind and got a couch setup instead of the sectional we thought we wanted) and she very patiently allowed us to open a second ticket after we realized that we would need a new coffee table as well. Great customer service. Thanks, Wafa! We will be returning customers for sure.

We had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture /Gunbarrel store. After shopping for furniture at 5 different stores we found the perfect fit for us in their Boyington zero-gravity leather sofas. A week later both sofas were delivered and set up in our living room. We are enjoying the comfort and all their convenient options! Our salesman Ed was patient and fantastic to work with. Their delivery tracking system is awesome and set-up was quick and professional. Our only complaint is that the furniture doesn’t come with a user manual . We contacted the guest care team and received via email.

I the absolute pleasure of working with Randy to get set up with a new couch! He was very knowledgeable about the products, checked in occasionally and allowed us plenty of time to check out different items and discuss. I purchased bedroom furniture here on 11/16/24 which was a Saturday & my sales associate, Josh, told me that he was going to go on his computer that Wednesday & do a price match for their Black Friday sale. He wrote this on my receipt & initialed it. When I received my bill the price match had not been done so I contacted Josh on 12/17/24 who said he accidentally skipped me & would have to email the corporate office. Two weeks later my bill had not been adjusted so I reached out to him again & he said he would email the corporate office again. The following Monday he told me the price match had been denied & told me to contact their corporate office. When I called the corporate office I was told price matches are done at the store level. When I let Josh know what she said he told me it was out of his hands now & said I would have to speak with the manager. When I went to speak with the manager only the assistant manager was there & he told me that he didn’t know how Josh came up with the price he gave me & said he must have been confused. This is completely unacceptable customer service & I am appalled this store thinks it’s okay to treat their customers like this. When you have something in writing from an employee it should be honored. I filed a complaint with the BBB and finally got my refund but it should not have had to come to that. I will never shop at this store again.

In store experience was great. If the generic customer service team gets involved, beware. We had some issues ans customer service wasn't helpful, but I was always delighted in the store. Store manager made our issues right. So 5 stars for the store team, 3 stars for the general big box clown town external teams. That said - good luck beating the price for the quality.

After a month of shopping for bedroom furniture and a new bed/mattress we visited the Ashley Store /Chattanooga location. We finally found what we were looking for. Joshua our salesman was patient and knowledgeable and saw that we got what we wanted along with arranging delivery schedules that were planned around our busy schedules..Joshua's manager was also very flexible with certain discounts etc. Overall a good experience and would recommend to anyone with our same needs.

John was an awesome salesman. Very knowledgeable and gave myself and my husband time to talk and discuss without feeling rushed or pressured.

Rob did a great job at understanding the type of customer I was. I prefer to walk the store myself, see what I like and then bring him in to discuss options. He gave a great suggestion on a one off piece that would work with what I was buying and made the sale. Recognizing that each customer is different is great skill to have.

Went looking for dresser for my son and James aka ADHD man helped us fine what we were looking for. He went out of his way to make.us feel comfortable. He went over and above to get the right price and the right furniture. Thanks for all you help

Excellent service and very nice furniture

I would like to be able to look around and shop without being followed like I have an extra shadow. Their commission model clearly is salesperson-friendly but incredibly intrusive for someone who just wants to walk around and look at options. I did end up buying something and scheduled delivery, but then the delivery company was given completely different dates than what I had chosen in the store meaning I had to shuffle my schedule to meet them. All in all, a very inconvenient and strange experience that means I likely won’t shop there again. 3 stars because I do like my couch, but did not like the store experience.

The sale went fine but the pickup was not pleasant. The person at the pickup desk was not friendly at all telling me I was 5th in line and to step outside and figure it out for myself.

This review is a referendum on my entire experience. Tried to leave this on their website. They refused to post it. I purchased a Stern's and Foster Reserve Pillow top, a $5,000 mattress, and it was delivered the end of September. Immediately had back issues after sleeping on it that necessitated visits to the chiropractor, 2 different orthopedic doctors, and physical therapy. Mattress is uneven, and bowed out on one side. Ashley has a ridiculous no returns policy. Only will give me the option to exchange within 90 days. I call their customer service number, opened a case, and am told to submit pictures. I did this on 11/11/2024. By 11/15/2024, nobody had followed up. Called again and Maria advised they received the pictures but couldn't look at them because they were in pdf format. Submitted again as a word document. She advised she could see them and would expedite my case. Received a call that afternoon asking which mattress I wanted in exchange. I didn't know as I wasn't sure of the process and hadn't begun looking yet. Big issue here with Ashley in general is their lack of transparency. Everything is ambiguous. The gentleman on the phone said no worries. Go to the store, pick out a mattress, and call them back. After several trips to the store, I identified a suitable replacement. Randy at the store said he would handle the exchange and that I didn't need to deal with customer service. This was on Wednesday 11/27/2024. On Saturday, he contacted me to say nope, that I gotta deal with customer service. Contacted customer service, spent 30 minutes on the phone, and was hung up on. Called back and spoke with Brandi. She advised my previous case was closed and we had to open a new one. Spent another 58 minutes on the phone because she couldn't find the pictures I had already sent twice, and asked me to send again. Which I did. Said a new case was opened and I'd be hearing from someone on 12/2/2024. Didn't hear from anyone. Called back and asked for the status. Was told to send pictures again but wouldn't give me a way to send the pictures. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold. After 30 minutes of waiting, I disconnected. Just do your research, and when purchasing a mattress, spend your money with any corporation except this one. ***UPDATE*** Finally got my replacement, and it is wonderful, but doesn't replace the nightmare experience. Just get your mattress somewhere else.
