He was confident with his answers, eloquent with the details of the furniture, we went and looked around at other places but his demeanor alone drew us back. The sales associate, Marcus was very helpful, kind, and professional. We would definitely request to work with him again when needing furniture in the future. To top it off, everything was delivered in less than a week from purchase! The delivery team Mitch and his co-worker were very friendly, professional, and also patient with me as I changed my mind on the exact placement of furniture. And when they saw me struggling to move my huge rug, they went above and beyond by gladly offering to move it around the way I wanted it before bringing the furniture in!

Ashley Furniture is a great place to shop and buy furniture. I recently moved to Clarksville with no furniture and Ashley was my go to store. Their selection is vast and quality is superb. My husband and I went to Ashley hoping to find living room furniture. We had the pleasure of working with Marcus. He heard all of our concerns about having multiple pets in the house, a small living room and also a firm budget. Marcus was patient and showed us all of our options and answered the many questions we had. Marcus was very knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to us the entire time. He helped us pick out a gorgeous set that is perfect for our home, and in our budget. I’m usually not a fan of furniture shopping but Marcus made it a very enjoyable experience.

Okay, so at first this was a great store. I really want this place to be great. But there have been some insanely bad experiences over the last few years. We’ll talk about the bed. Put together, 24 hours later its broken. The quality of this product is absolutely pathetic. Particle board and compress board. The process to get the bed fixed was like pulling teeth from a rabid dog. I hated every second of it. It was like a hostage negotiation. I am not understanding how you have employees that make every experience so horrible. It felt like every employee was trying to give you a bad experience. This will absolutely be the last time i ever step foot into this store. The products they sell are cheap, the sales team lied about the product. Ive never had a protection plan pushed so hard before. This was just a bad sales experience. Like they were proud that they sold a lemon.

I bought a couch last week and had a great experience, today I went to a different Ashley and bought a bed! Mikayla approached me as soon as I walked in , she listened to what I was looking for and she walked me to Jewel who listened to exactly what I wanted took me to it and then she walked me to Sara who completed the sale! Im a no fuss shopper , I know what I want and I don't want to be led to 50 different options! These 3 ladies had me in the door made a sale and back out the door in 30 minutes! Both delivery guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They were nice and did a good job. They took the door off the hinges to get our sofa in the room. We had to rehang it because it was squeaking very badly. It was a little crooked but we fixed it very easily. All in all very happy with them.

Do not buy any Purple pillows from Ashley. They are supposed to have a 100 day guarantee but Ashley won’t honor that. Purple says you have to go through the store. The pillows were horrible and definitely not worth $500. So out of curiosity I called the store, again. I was given the same answer. They will not honor the 100 day guarantee. Not sure why the “owner” would say to call the store.

We had an outstanding experience at Ashely’s. Salesperson, JB, was able to help assist in providing detailed information about which materials would be best for young children. He also helped provide expert advice over what formations of the couch we were looking at would work best for us. JB used his expertise to help us save money by having us pick the our purchase to take to our next duty station. This adds weight to our move and helps us get money back from the Military for the additional weight. Overall he helped us save more money and get what we want at the same time. Just wanna share my experience with Shay and Amber at Ashley furniture. First off, they were extremely polite, understanding and respectful and actually seemed to care instead of trying to get you for your money. I was having a hard time figuring out a bedroom set and they worked with me diligently to get the one I wanted and at a good price. They even delivered to my address, set it up to where I didn’t have to worry about anything which is nice when you are in the process of moving to have one less thing to worry about. Very prompt and courteous service. Amber was there on the spot as soon as I walked through the door a little after 7 am for the Black Friday sale. Found the sofa set I bought there over a year ago and immediately found the recliner that I wanted to complete the set even though it was no longer on the sales floor. Lady was prompt and very courteous in ringing up the sale of the item I had purchased with the 15% discount. This is my furniture store for life!👍🏾

My wife and I visited on 11/26 in search of a sofa for our new home. We met Stefon and Skylar and they could not have been nicer. Marcus was our sales associate the day we walked into Ashley Furniture to see what was available in dinning room sets. Marcus showed us what they had and also explained that we could mix and match chairs from different sets to customize and fit our style of home and also our budget. I have been a customer of this Ashley Furniture Store for years and have always received great service from this establishment.

Mrs. Natalie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable with every item we had questions about. Even with her and her husband's own encounters with some of the pieces really help us decide on the best furniture for us. Her demonstration on some of the products were jaw dropping as well, a well informed employee, thank goodness she greeted us at the door and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. On the finance ordering area Ms. Lady was well informed of our situation and really worked with us as far as our credit, delivery and availability. The whole team seemed to support one other for the same goal, assisting us in our purchase.

From the moment we walked in the door Armando made sure we found we we liked. He tried to get my boyfriend to buy more furniture for his man cave but i said No 😂 But if we comeback to the store we will make sure Armando sell it to us because he was very knowledgeable about the quality of the furniture.

Amber got me in and out quickly and efficiently by addressing my price range and then comfort needs. I was able to pick out a queen sized mattress under $500 in less than 10 minutes and pick it up from the warehouse same day! This was much different from Mattress Firm where they tried selling me stuff i didn't need, which was out of my price range and not in stock.

Shaun was very professional, explained everything very well, answered all my questions and even helped me with my decision. Customer service 10/10

Before I purchased item online, I went into the store to look at the item I wanted. I specifically asked the salesman if I needed a box spring and he told me no. I preserved the items and when items were delivered. One of the delivery guys informed me I needed a box spring. Very inconvenient. I placed an Order for the box spring and now I have to wait another week for delivery. Overall, delivery and customer service was great when this situation arose when items were delivered.

11/3/34... I went in to Ashley Furniture today to pick out some items for my new apartment. Amber/Lydia were my sales/finance team and they were awesome! I am very picky and I want to look at all my options and Amber was very kind and patient and fun to work with! She never made me feel pressured and was willing to go above and beyond for me during the entire 2 to 3 hours that I was making my decisions. Her upbeat personality also made me feel like it was a friend helping me instead of a salesperson. Lydia also exceeded my expectations! Very pleasant and very informative. I had no questions after her explanations. She knows how to cover all the bases! Overall, please ask for this team then next time you need furniture!! They are the bomb! Update...I needed a few more things and returned the next day. My team had already ended their shift. Shaun stepped in and helped me! I do not remember the young lady's name un finance that helped Shaun, but they were also very awesome! So far, the customer service at this Ashley location is excellent! I will be continuing my relationship with this location in the future and recommend this location and the names above for any of your furniture needs as well!!!!

The employees (Ms. Skylar, and Mr. A) were very helpful, they had superior knowledge of products, and worked as a team to get sales made. I will be buying here for my next furniture purchase / upgrade as well. I have been shopping Ashley for almost 10 years for my furniture needs / wants as they seem to always be the best around. Unfortunately, many products online are only online.

Could have been a good experience but feel like they misrepresented the truth. Advertised 60 months @ 0% interest then at checkout said we had to buy the protection plan in order to get the 60 months. No mention of that in any advertisement, also according to a representative I spoke to online after we left the store said it wasn’t a requirement. I gave the 3 stars because I like the furniture I bought but I will be purchasing the rest of our new furniture somewhere else just based on the principle of being truthful. If it had actually been a requirement and stated up front. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it.

Ashley store in Clarksville, sales person super helpful. We purchased an adjustable mattress. Paid almost $4k, problems started maybe a year or less. We paid extra for massages/vibration on the bed, they were so loud. Tech came out and replaced, year later one motor fell off!! Part not available anymore. Then the head portion will only adjust half way. I called to check warrant, essentially 12 months! So almost $4k and 5 years, most of the features have stopped working properly. But invested too much to replace. Very disappointed as Ashley Furniture always had good name in my book...USE TO

We went into Ashley with some specifics about what we wanted in a couch. Marcus immediately understood what we were looking for and took us to an option that fit our specifications. Then he allowed us to look around on our own in case we saw something else we liked. He wasn't pushy at all and was very personable. He shared his own experience with the couch we chose as he has the same one. Serra got all the financial stuff done very quickly and ensured we left with a delivery date that worked for us. We’ve been looking to upgrade our fabric sectional to something more pet friendly, we’ve looked at several stores in the area and online in hopes to find the perfect fit for us. When we walked into Ashley Furniture we were immediately greeted by Casey. Casey allowed us to search around to see what best suits us. When we had questions on the next gen durapella sectional and the game plan couch, she helped us compare the two to help us decide by doing some demonstrations on the fabric and by far we were the most impressed with the durapella but just weren’t set on a a decision. After thinking on it for a few days, we were ready to make the purchase. Natalie helped us this time but she ensured Casey would still get our sale. Natalie was so helpful and were very grateful for all the help between her and Casey the process was so smooth and Lamaya was welcoming and friendly and wonderful at making sure all our information was correct. We’re so excited for our new couch, you can’t go wrong with the amazing staff at Ashley!
