Omg…Rico and his partner were amazing!! They actually showed up an hour early and I was still trying to move stuff around. I am fixin to have back surgery, but didn’t tell them that, so I move kinda slow. They finished moving stuff for me, bless their hearts!!! It was just a platform bed that needed to be disassembled and moved, but still. They moved three rooms of new furniture to exactly where it needed to be, were super friendly and so very helpful. I have purchased from both Furniture Connection, and now Ashley store as well since they are owned by the same retired vet for over 27 years and wouldn’t get my furniture here from any other place!!! This was redo number 3 or 4 in that time, and they never fail to satisfy!!

The process began in the store, where the selection was excellent and the showroom was well-organized. My salesperson was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely helpful without being pushy. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me weigh my options, and made the decision-making process smooth and stress-free. When it came to delivery day, the team continued to impress. They arrived right on time within the scheduled window. The furniture was brought in carefully and arrived in pristine condition with zero damage. The delivery personnel were professional, highly courteous, and took extra care during assembly. They made sure every piece was properly built, sturdy, and fully functional before heading out. From store guidance to delivery, the service was exactly how I wanted it to go. I highly recommend them!
