We walked in with some pretty high standards- dog-proof, kid-proof, dark colors, and close enough to the floor to prevent toys from rolling under the couch. Tom was super helpful in directing us towards the best options. He didn’t linger or hover, which was great for a low-pressure environment. The entire process from finding a couch, changing our minds, settling on a different couch and configuration, and purchasing was very easy! This store had great options and Tom’s expertise was very appreciated.

The buying process was easy with Marcus and the delivery was a breeze with Piere and his crew! They were on time and prompt, and I loved that I didn't have a huge time frame of when to expect them. Great customer service and furniture all around!

Our salesman, Todd, was a pleasure to work with and made good suggestions without being pushy. He took time to get a real idea of what we wanted and assisted us very well. Lady made the paperwork a breeze and this is why I will always go back to Ashley.

The delivery guys were phenomenal. I'd give our experience 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that after asking the sales reps numerous times if the bed with the footboard drawers would work with our adjustable bed, and being told it would, "no issues", was the correct answer. No, it doesn't. I had to go to a box store, buy MDF cut to size in order to allow my bed to work with the bed frame. It cost me more money, and caused the delivery team time by having to wait for me to get the proper base material to make it all functional. I will give the sales team big props for working with us to try to price-match another brick and mortar store in town that would have had to order the bedroom set, where the Ashley store had it all in stock. We didn't want to wait for an indeterminate amount of time to get it all.

I ordered a couch online that was unfortunately out of stock and going to take a mo th and a half to be delivered (my bad for not paying attention). I called Ashley and they were able to help cancel my order and find the same couch in stock (just a different color) that I could pick up and have delivered within a week. Very helpful and friendly service.

Great experience from the time I walked into the store until I left. Shaun greeted me as soon as I walked in, let me walk around the store and browse to see what I liked. He checked on me to see if I had questions and answered every question I had. There was no sales pressure what so ever, but he made some suggestions when I didn’t know what chairs to pair with the couch. I left a super happy customer.

From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Jarrod he was on it with the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. He allowed me to look around and checked in to see if I had any questions. I enjoyed the experience, with Maria of purchasing a mattress. The mattress was to be $300 off. I didn't receive that. I was given a free $200 pillow and a mattress cover. HOWEVER, after I looked over papers & thought about it, this was deceiving. I guess I got the $300 off in those 2 items. They were actually NOT a GIFT! I feel I should have also received the $300 discount. And, the delivery charge and service plan was a bit steep. Adding $900 extra charges in service plan, delivery, and tax makes it very hard on senior adults. Those are my take on everything. Thank you for asking and hopefully listening. Don’t expect any help with a warranty for an expensive mattress, they’ll punt the warranty that clearly has two huge divots and blame the denial on a stain that clearly has nothing to do with the integrity of the mattress can’t give them a lower rating than one star!

Walked into Furniture Connection and was greeted immediately and assisted. I decided to go into Ashley Furniture and walked around the entire store with no assistance. The Associates was standing in a group having conversation and not engaging with customers as they walked in. I even stood in one spot near the group for about 5 minutes and still nothing. Poor customer service. Even one of the Associates just stared at me without asking if I needed any assistance. Do better Ashley team.

Bought a furniture set a few days ago. Turned out we did not like the recliners. We contacted Ashley and they approved our return. We went back and found a set we really liked and arranged for delivery. The gentleman arrived as scheduled were very professional and courteous. They swapped out the recliners in just a few minutes. They asked if we had any additional concerns or questions and made sure we were happy. It's refreshing seeing a business from the top down stand by their service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Okay, so at first this was a great store. I really want this place to be great. But there have been some insanely bad experiences over the last few years. We’ll talk about the bed. Put together, 24 hours later its broken. The quality of this product is absolutely pathetic. Particle board and compress board. The process to get the bed fixed was like pulling teeth from a rabid dog. I hated every second of it. It was like a hostage negotiation. I am not understanding how you have employees that make every experience so horrible. It felt like every employee was trying to give you a bad experience. This will absolutely be the last time i ever step foot into this store. The products they sell are cheap, the sales team lied about the product. Ive never had a protection plan pushed so hard before. This was just a bad sales experience. Like they were proud that they sold a lemon.

We had to rehang it because it was squeaking very badly. It was a little crooked but we fixed it very easily. All in all very happy with them.

Do not buy any Purple pillows from Ashley. They are supposed to have a 100 day guarantee but Ashley won’t honor that. Purple says you have to go through the store. The pillows were horrible and definitely not worth $500. So out of curiosity I called the store, again. I was given the same answer. They will not honor the 100 day guarantee. Not sure why the “owner” would say to call the store.
