I found the couch I wanted online, so I went to the store to sit on it and check it out. Unfortunately the couch I wanted wasn’t on display in the store. Leroy, the sales associate checked near by stores for me but no luck. Leroy showed me comparable couches to sit on that would be close to what I wanted. His effort was much appreciated. He presented me with the price with the sale and I couldn’t walk away. My only intent was to sit on the couch and decide on purchasing later, but Leroy was a great salesman and his staff was super supportive, so I made the purchase today. I ordered a couch online that was unfortunately out of stock and going to take a mo th and a half to be delivered (my bad for not paying attention). I called Ashley and they were able to help cancel my order and find the same couch in stock (just a different color) that I could pick up and have delivered within a week. Very helpful and friendly service.

Kahlil and his delivery partner are super friendly and professional. Had an issue with one wrong piece of our sectional and he reached out to the store to fix the issue. Great delivery service. Shaun at the store is also great and helped us pick the couch we wanted.

We had amazing experience buying our bed frame today!! Shaun was our sales associate and he was super helpful. He walked us through the entire showroom explaining our options, helping us find color options, and even pulling up options online that they didn’t have on the floor. We ended up going with an option that wasn’t on the floor thanks to his amazing eye!! Literally couldn’t be more thrilled with our choice and experience.

When he wasn’t able to greet us at the door immediately, Jamir was able to step in and get us started pretty seamlessly. Both gentlemen were cheerful, engaging, and knowledgeable about the mattresses we wanted to see. They made great points about the longevity and comfort levels and were able to suggest alternatives when we weren’t 100% sold on our original selections. At checkout, Lamyiah checked our information thoroughly and made sure we understood all of the details as she went through the process. Overall, it was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Great experience from the time I walked into the store until I left. Shaun greeted me as soon as I walked in, let me walk around the store and browse to see what I liked. Our initial visit to the store to pick our furniture we were indecisive on what wanted. We worked with one young man who was very helpful eventually working with another young man that was available to help us as well. He was very helpful The delivery drivers arrived On time we stayed on the third floor that did not slow them down at all. They had our beds and couch put up fairly quickly. I like Ashley furniture, there’s really never been a lot of high-pressure sales there for me personally I enjoy the selection although it can be a bit pricey but if there’s something in there you want they will do everything they can to help you get it. Thank you, Ashley great products.

I enjoyed the experience, with Maria of purchasing a mattress. The mattress was to be $300 off. I didn't receive that. I was given a free $200 pillow and a mattress cover. HOWEVER, after I looked over papers & thought about it, this was deceiving. I guess I got the $300 off in those 2 items. They were actually NOT a GIFT! I feel I should have also received the $300 discount. And, the delivery charge and service plan was a bit steep. Adding $900 extra charges in service plan, delivery, and tax makes it very hard on senior adults. Those are my take on everything. Thank you for asking and hopefully listening. I did rnjoy working with Maria I just wish she had explained the $300. Linda Mosier

Bought a Bedroom set and a chaise Labor Day sale! Great saleswoman Maria go see her at the Clarksville Store. She was paitent professional and very helpful.

Don’t expect any help with a warranty for an expensive mattress, they’ll punt the warranty that clearly has two huge divots and blame the denial on a stain that clearly has nothing to do with the integrity of the mattress can’t give them a lower rating than one star!

Walked into Furniture Connection and was greeted immediately and assisted. I decided to go into Ashley Furniture and walked around the entire store with no assistance. The Associates was standing in a group having conversation and not engaging with customers as they walked in. I even stood in one spot near the group for about 5 minutes and still nothing. Poor customer service. Even one of the Associates just stared at me without asking if I needed any assistance. Do better Ashley team.

Bought a furniture set a few days ago. Turned out we did not like the recliners. We contacted Ashley and they approved our return. We went back and found a set we really liked and arranged for delivery. The gentleman arrived as scheduled were very professional and courteous. They swapped out the recliners in just a few minutes. They asked if we had any additional concerns or questions and made sure we were happy. It's refreshing seeing a business from the top down stand by their service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Okay, so at first this was a great store. I really want this place to be great. But there have been some insanely bad experiences over the last few years. We’ll talk about the bed. Put together, 24 hours later its broken. The quality of this product is absolutely pathetic. Particle board and compress board. The process to get the bed fixed was like pulling teeth from a rabid dog. I hated every second of it. It was like a hostage negotiation. I am not understanding how you have employees that make every experience so horrible. It felt like every employee was trying to give you a bad experience. This will absolutely be the last time i ever step foot into this store. The products they sell are cheap, the sales team lied about the product. Ive never had a protection plan pushed so hard before. This was just a bad sales experience. Like they were proud that they sold a lemon.

Do not buy any Purple pillows from Ashley. They are supposed to have a 100 day guarantee but Ashley won’t honor that. Purple says you have to go through the store. The pillows were horrible and definitely not worth $500. So out of curiosity I called the store, again. I was given the same answer. They will not honor the 100 day guarantee. Not sure why the “owner” would say to call the store.

Such a great experience, we’ve been wanting a certain dining table for a while but it was discontinued, but Amber worked hard for us to find us a suitable alternative that I’m sure we’ll love as much if not more.

Amber was a great help to us when we went to look for a new couch. She directed us to where we would find the type we were interested in and allowed us to browse at our own pace. She answered any questions we had. Once we decided on which couch we wanted she took us back up front and turned us over to Makayla who verified our name, phone number and shipping information. We had an outstanding experience at Ashely’s. Salesperson, JB, was able to help assist in providing detailed information about which materials would be best for young children. He also helped provide expert advice over what formations of the couch we were looking at would work best for us. JB used his expertise to help us save money by having us pick the our purchase to take to our next duty station. This adds weight to our move and helps us get money back from the Military for the additional weight. Overall he helped us save more money and get what we want at the same time. Lydia was our customer support specialist who made our purchase quick, easy, and convenient.

Just wanna share my experience with Shay and Amber at Ashley furniture. First off, they were extremely polite, understanding and respectful and actually seemed to care instead of trying to get you for your money. I was having a hard time figuring out a bedroom set and they worked with me diligently to get the one I wanted and at a good price. They even delivered to my address, set it up to where I didn’t have to worry about anything which is nice when you are in the process of moving to have one less thing to worry about. I’d definitely recommend seeing one of them if you’re looking for furniture.

My husband and I went in to Ashley Furniture today just wanting to browse at couches but ended up falling in love with one and made the purchase! I want to share my experience in the Ashley furniture store on Wilma Rudolph. At the store everyone welcome you and they are very friendly but we have one of the greatest sellers Armando he was very courteous and humble giving me and my husband time and space to see what we like, next he was very knowledgeable about the products and respect our budget, we definitely will be back and buy more for our home in Ashley and with Armando. I have to add the delivery was the at the exact date we set and in time and the delivery employees where awsome too and very knowledgeable of the furniture.

To be honest we usually actively try to avoid going to Ashley Furniture due to their overpriced furniture and rude/pushy salespeople. However, this time we made the trip after going to many other stores and just not finding what we were looking for. We were pleasenty and totally surprised. The gentleman (Shaun), that met us at the door with a smile and showed everything, flipped our previous feelings toward Ashley Furniture. He listened to us and understood what we were looking for and showed us many options to choose from. He then helped us narrow it down based on some simple questions we didn't think of. We ended up finding the perfect couch we were looking for with a great price. I can fully recommend Ashley Furniture now and highly recommend shopping with Shaun.
