The interactions I had with all the employees were very positive. They completely understood the couple-contrast we had going on especially with the communication. I had my ideas and my partner his own, eventually we came to an agreement and the representatives were excellent through the entire process! I picked up the product myself as requested and assembled upon delivery. Whilst unboxing our piece however, i noticed there is a protective open-faced frame that comes tacked into the bottom of the chest of drawers. While it may be a protective measure it was a challenge to get off the base. No damage through the process between our problem-solving skills, but if most products have that tacked-in protective frame at any part of the furniture, i definitely recommend having professionals do the delivery and assembly for you!

I just moved to Clarksville and needed to purchase a whole new set of furniture. I went to Ashley Furniture in Clarksville and had the most wonderful experience I have ever had at any furniture store. The staff is incredible, knowledgeable and kind. Jerrod worked with us and spent his time finding a wide variety of pieces that would work in my new home. Not only did he know the merchandise inside and out, he also took notes on the spaces I described to him and picked pieces he knew would go well in the spaces. He spent hours with us and made sure we had seen all the options and separate pieces so we could make the most informed decision. We were also able to set up delivery and installation for a very affordable price within one week of ordering. For a wonderful furniture experience, look no further! Ordered new cushions because ours were destroyed by an animal. They looked up my order and ordered based off my purchase and ordered new cushions. They took 8 weeks, ok. When they came in 2 were wrong, ok. They then said to get the right ones it would cost me $130 more if I wanted them. I have now been forced to pay more because they made an error ordering (apparently). And I still have to wait 6 more weeks to get them in. Not impressed.

Shay was great—she did everything well and quickly. I mainly worked with Amber, who was fine and was willing to match deals I found online. The major drawback was that she didn’t mention any of the return policies or what delivery would look like if the furniture wouldn’t fit in my vehicle (I was planning to pick it up). I don’t mind these differences if they’re upfront about them. I ended up canceling the order and will be buying directly from the source for the same deal but better and return delivery options.

My husband and I worked with Tom as our salesman and Makayla as our customer support specialist. We went in looking for a new living room set that would accommodate our family of 6, and Tom was very helpful in finding something that would fit our living room space. He even explained that the sectional set we bought came with newer technology in the form of something similar to trampoline material which is more supportive then the typical S spring that most people are used to. He even went as far as to remove a cushion and step directly on it and comically hop up and down to prove how well it would hold up over time against our kids and animals hopping and flopping on it. Makayla was also pleasant to interact with and was willing to work the delivery time around our crazy schedule, she even made sure to let us know they had a cancellation and we would be receiving our sectional a day earlier then expected! They walked us through the financing process and made sure to explain everything in detail. In order to make our payments more affordable Tom was able to make it so we were also given an extension from a 12 month no interest to an 18 month no interest, which my husband and I can never thank you enough for. This is my second trip back and I bought furniture both times now.

She was super understanding when we changed our mind from one set to another and even calculated the total for both sets to help us decide further. She even showed us decor/storage options. The paperwork was easy peasy, no stress really - lots of signatures but that’s to be expected…and we appreciated that Skylar gave us a chance to browse and decide what we liked and didn’t like and then when we were ready she was right there to help us. I appreciated that he allowed us to look around without breathing down our necks the entire time. I like to look at my own pace without someone asking me a thousand questions and/or following me around the store. I will come find you when and if I need you. Armando allowed us to do that which I was thankful for. We are also returning customers of Ashley because their furniture and how solid it looks and feels.

Stopped in the Clarksville store to find a couple couches. I expected to look, get some ideas for future consideration. With the help of sales staff, I found an excellent replacement for my older couches. The color turned out to be perfect. I imagined quite a long process to get what I wanted in color, fabric, etc. I made the purchase. No need to look further.

I went into this location on 9 Nov, the staff was very helpful without being overbearing. Chuck, Robert and Dani were able to provide answers for all of my questions and were super patient! My order was delivered to my home in about two weeks. Will definitely go back in the future.

Worst experience I ever had. Took forever to get the correct parts for my bed and just asking the company for the correct parts is the biggest hassle ever. I payed for my bed to be assembled and have insurance, Ashley still wanted to charge me to assemble my bed even though I was told any Ashley company will do it an no charge because I had to move for the Army. Don’t recommend going here, better to shop local. This Chain company benefits themselves and I didn’t like that everything they have wasn’t made in the US but in every other foreign country so they can make a bigger profit. Shop local, buy local, buy quality American products or just quality in general. Never again

Recently I purchased a new TV stand from Ashley Furniture. In my opinion it was the perfect piece of furniture. First, it’s just plain beautiful. Second, the materials are of high quality. Third, functionally it provides the space and dimensions I required. I had spent weeks looking at furniture on Facebook Marketplace and other vendors. I went back and forth between a regular TV stand like this is and one that has a built in fireplace. The employees at the store were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. I will visit the store again in the future so I highly recommend this business.

Terrible service. Came in expecting to walk out with a new sectional, but not a single person acknowledge me and wife while we were looking at the couches. There were salespeople who saw us, but walked the other way, or pretended not to notice us. Maybe we aren’t kind of the customers they prefer, but I thought all money was green. American Signature Furniture had better, and now we have a nice 4 piece sectional and ottoman!

Dalton and Jared made this visit almost effortless on my end. They helped me find everything I wanted and made accommodations during a stressful moving time. 10/10 amazing experience

This was my best experience ever shopping for Furniture. The service I received today, 9/14 was awesome. Ms.Ashley S. Was super helpful and totally customer oriented, she even had my credit limit increased. WOW...Ms. Natalie worked with me for over an hour, her knowledge was great and her attitude sales oriented. Ms. Casey helped me yesterday and also totally great knowledge and even offered to come in on her day off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FURNITURE STORE TO EVERYONE. You ladies ROCK!!!!!
