Armando was so helpful and patient with us. We had to leave to do some measurements and come back a few days later. Him and the manager, Jaclyn were very helpful. We got our couch delivered 6 days later. We love it!!

I came in on Saturday, the 27th, and was greeted by Jacklyn. She asked if she could help me and I explained to her that I was looking at the moment due to in the process of buying a house. I will say that due to Jacklyn’s friendliness and not being so pushy, like some other places I had been to, I will be coming back to see her when I do make that final purchase!

They made buying my daughter a bedroom suit and the whole family new mattresses so simple and fun! Thanks to Amber and Jaclyn for all your help!!

A friend and I visited the Ashley store in Clarksville TN yesterday and everyone there was so helpful not only with his but they were training a new girl need Lady and they were so very patient with her and walked her thru everything step by step. Amber was our sales associate and it's the second time we have been in to the store and she has worked with us. Amber is fabulous and very knowledgeable about what she sales and what's in stock at the warehouse. She is an absolute joy to work with. Amber, Lady, and all the service girls were very welcoming and helpful and they all have taken Lady under there wing and are teaching her well. I was very happy w my visit with them yesterday and I love the couch I bought so Thank you Amber and the team.

The interactions I had with all the employees were very positive. They completely understood the couple-contrast we had going on especially with the communication. I had my ideas and my partner his own, eventually we came to an agreement and the representatives were excellent through the entire process! I picked up the product myself as requested and assembled upon delivery. Whilst unboxing our piece however, i noticed there is a protective open-faced frame that comes tacked into the bottom of the chest of drawers. While it may be a protective measure it was a challenge to get off the base. No damage through the process between our problem-solving skills, but if most products have that tacked-in protective frame at any part of the furniture, i definitely recommend having professionals do the delivery and assembly for you!

Jerrod worked with us and spent his time finding a wide variety of pieces that would work in my new home. Not only did he know the merchandise inside and out, he also took notes on the spaces I described to him and picked pieces he knew would go well in the spaces. Ordered new cushions because ours were destroyed by an animal. They looked up my order and ordered based off my purchase and ordered new cushions. They took 8 weeks, ok. When they came in 2 were wrong, ok. They then said to get the right ones it would cost me $130 more if I wanted them. I have now been forced to pay more because they made an error ordering (apparently). And I still have to wait 6 more weeks to get them in. Not impressed.

Shay was great—she did everything well and quickly. I mainly worked with Amber, who was fine and was willing to match deals I found online. The major drawback was that she didn’t mention any of the return policies or what delivery would look like if the furniture wouldn’t fit in my vehicle (I was planning to pick it up). I don’t mind these differences if they’re upfront about them. I ended up canceling the order and will be buying directly from the source for the same deal but better and return delivery options.

My husband and I worked with Tom as our salesman and Makayla as our customer support specialist. We went in looking for a new living room set that would accommodate our family of 6, and Tom was very helpful in finding something that would fit our living room space. He even explained that the sectional set we bought came with newer technology in the form of something similar to trampoline material which is more supportive then the typical S spring that most people are used to. He even went as far as to remove a cushion and step directly on it and comically hop up and down to prove how well it would hold up over time against our kids and animals hopping and flopping on it. Makayla was also pleasant to interact with and was willing to work the delivery time around our crazy schedule, she even made sure to let us know they had a cancellation and we would be receiving our sectional a day earlier then expected! They walked us through the financing process and made sure to explain everything in detail. In order to make our payments more affordable Tom was able to make it so we were also given an extension from a 12 month no interest to an 18 month no interest, which my husband and I can never thank you enough for. This is my second trip back and I bought furniture both times now.

Jerrod, had no problem stepping in and helping us with everything we needed, every question answered and didn't leave our side until we got to Shawn. And Shawn hit it out of the park from there making sure we left happy, nothing but clear answers and no beating around the bush. We walked into Ashley today and left with a beautiful dining table & sofa love seat set thanks to Gee! My husband and I have come in multiple times and walked out because we felt like we were being crowded by various sales associates and left without purchasing. Stopped in the Clarksville store to find a couple couches. I expected to look, get some ideas for future consideration. With the help of sales staff, I found an excellent replacement for my older couches. The color turned out to be perfect. I imagined quite a long process to get what I wanted in color, fabric, etc. I made the purchase. No need to look further.

I went into this location on 9 Nov, the staff was very helpful without being overbearing. Chuck, Robert and Dani were able to provide answers for all of my questions and were super patient! My order was delivered to my home in about two weeks. Will definitely go back in the future.

Worst experience I ever had. Took forever to get the correct parts for my bed and just asking the company for the correct parts is the biggest hassle ever. I payed for my bed to be assembled and have insurance, Ashley still wanted to charge me to assemble my bed even though I was told any Ashley company will do it an no charge because I had to move for the Army. Don’t recommend going here, better to shop local. This Chain company benefits themselves and I didn’t like that everything they have wasn’t made in the US but in every other foreign country so they can make a bigger profit. Shop local, buy local, buy quality American products or just quality in general. Never again

My wife and I went in expecting to browse and buy one or two things, but Jared helped us find almost everything we needed to furnish the new house in one trip. Really good stuff, and he was able to save us a lot of money by bundling purchases together and applying different deals. He was also just a really cool guy and helped us put our thoughts together while our toddler was being a toddler. Then Jared 2 helped us complete our purchase!
