Very friendly from the sales person to the warehouse worker!! Skylar and Makayla were great!! I didn’t catch the name of the warehouse worker but he was very friendly too!!

Shaun was amazing and was very patient with my husband and I. Lamayiah was a guest support as well. Good people.

This is the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. My boy Tom helped me and my fiancée find the perfect couch with a side of comedy- without pestering us while we looked around. On the other hand, my girl Lam’iyah was the best customer support ever and kept us upbeat while we went through the credit processing!! I want to share my experience in the Ashley furniture store on Wilma Rudolph. At the store everyone welcome you and they are very friendly but we have one of the greatest sellers Armando he was very courteous and humble giving me and my husband time and space to see what we like, next he was very knowledgeable about the products and respect our budget, we definitely will be back and buy more for our home in Ashley and with Armando. I have to add the delivery was the at the exact date we set and in time and the delivery employees where awsome too and very knowledgeable of the furniture.

Marcus assisted my fiancé and me with finding the PERFECT mattress! First, he was very knowledgeable about the furniture we browsed and helped us find the perfect bedframe and mattress without having to compromise! Marcus was very personable and has wonderful customer service! We are very pleased customers. :)

To be honest we usually actively try to avoid going to Ashley Furniture due to their overpriced furniture and rude/pushy salespeople. However, this time we made the trip after going to many other stores and just not finding what we were looking for. We were pleasenty and totally surprised. The gentleman (Shaun), that met us at the door with a smile and showed everything, flipped our previous feelings toward Ashley Furniture. He listened to us and understood what we were looking for and showed us many options to choose from. He then helped us narrow it down based on some simple questions we didn't think of. We ended up finding the perfect couch we were looking for with a great price. I can fully recommend Ashley Furniture now and highly recommend shopping with Shaun.

Shaun was so helpful and great to work with! He made the buying experience easy and comprehensive and made sure we got the best financing option we could for our new sofas. He took the time to sit with me and answer every one of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed to make a purchase at all. Found the sofa set I bought there over a year ago and immediately found the recliner that I wanted to complete the set even though it was no longer on the sales floor. Marcus was our sales associate the day we walked into Ashley Furniture to see what was available in dinning room sets. Marcus showed us what they had and also explained that we could mix and match chairs from different sets to customize and fit our style of home and also our budget. I have been a customer of this Ashley Furniture Store for years and have always received great service from this establishment.

Mrs. Natalie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable with every item we had questions about. Even with her and her husband's own encounters with some of the pieces really help us decide on the best furniture for us. Her demonstration on some of the products were jaw dropping as well, a well informed employee, thank goodness she greeted us at the door and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. On the finance ordering area Ms. Lady was well informed of our situation and really worked with us as far as our credit, delivery and availability. The whole team seemed to support one other for the same goal, assisting us in our purchase.

From the moment we walked in the door Armando made sure we found we we liked. He tried to get my boyfriend to buy more furniture for his man cave but i said No 😂 But if we comeback to the store we will make sure Armando sell it to us because he was very knowledgeable about the quality of the furniture.

Amber got me in and out quickly and efficiently by addressing my price range and then comfort needs. I was able to pick out a queen sized mattress under $500 in less than 10 minutes and pick it up from the warehouse same day! This was much different from Mattress Firm where they tried selling me stuff i didn't need, which was out of my price range and not in stock.

Before I purchased item online, I went into the store to look at the item I wanted. I specifically asked the salesman if I needed a box spring and he told me no. I preserved the items and when items were delivered. One of the delivery guys informed me I needed a box spring. Very inconvenient. I placed an Order for the box spring and now I have to wait another week for delivery. Overall, delivery and customer service was great when this situation arose when items were delivered.

This place is awesome. Natalie was so helpful and knowledgeable. Makayla was extremely helpful and professional.

Nice store and staff. Love the couch. I questioned the premium delivery fee. Over 200 dollars , when friends in my exact area paid 50. Driver tracked stuff in the house to see where I wanted couch. Then I watched him cleaning his shoe before they brought couch in. Left trash in my driveway that he cleaned shoe with. Really should consider shoe covers!

I am very picky and I want to look at all my options and Amber was very kind and patient and fun to work with! She never made me feel pressured and was willing to go above and beyond for me during the entire 2 to 3 hours that I was making my decisions. Her upbeat personality also made me feel like it was a friend helping me instead of a salesperson. Lydia also exceeded my expectations! Very pleasant and very informative. I had no questions after her explanations. She knows how to cover all the bases! Overall, please ask for this team then next time you need furniture!! They are the bomb! Update...I needed a few more things and returned the next day. My team had already ended their shift. Shaun stepped in and helped me! I do not remember the young lady's name un finance that helped Shaun, but they were also very awesome! So far, the customer service at this Ashley location is excellent! I will be continuing my relationship with this location in the future and recommend this location and the names above for any of your furniture needs as well!!!!

The employees (Ms. Skylar, and Mr. A) were very helpful, they had superior knowledge of products, and worked as a team to get sales made. I will be buying here for my next furniture purchase / upgrade as well. I have been shopping Ashley for almost 10 years for my furniture needs / wants as they seem to always be the best around. Could have been a good experience but feel like they misrepresented the truth. Advertised 60 months @ 0% interest then at checkout said we had to buy the protection plan in order to get the 60 months. No mention of that in any advertisement, also according to a representative I spoke to online after we left the store said it wasn’t a requirement. I gave the 3 stars because I like the furniture I bought but I will be purchasing the rest of our new furniture somewhere else just based on the principle of being truthful. If it had actually been a requirement and stated up front. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it.

Ashley store in Clarksville, sales person super helpful. We purchased an adjustable mattress. Paid almost $4k, problems started maybe a year or less. We paid extra for massages/vibration on the bed, they were so loud. Tech came out and replaced, year later one motor fell off!! Part not available anymore. Then the head portion will only adjust half way. I called to check warrant, essentially 12 months! So almost $4k and 5 years, most of the features have stopped working properly. But invested too much to replace. Very disappointed as Ashley Furniture always had good name in my book...USE TO

We’ve been looking to upgrade our fabric sectional to something more pet friendly, we’ve looked at several stores in the area and online in hopes to find the perfect fit for us. When we walked into Ashley Furniture we were immediately greeted by Casey. Casey allowed us to search around to see what best suits us. When we had questions on the next gen durapella sectional and the game plan couch, she helped us compare the two to help us decide by doing some demonstrations on the fabric and by far we were the most impressed with the durapella but just weren’t set on a a decision. After thinking on it for a few days, we were ready to make the purchase. Natalie helped us this time but she ensured Casey would still get our sale. We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. Our salesperson (Maria) greeted us upon arrival. She asked what we were interested and recommended several different options. She also allowed us time to roam around the store to check out a few items on our own. She even gave us a ride on the movable base, and I must say that Zero gravity setting was heavenly. We did end up purchasing several items but wanted to confirm the sizes before finalizing our purchase. We did return to the store and even though Maria was not available (due to assisting someone else) we were helped by Jaclyn. Jaclyn helped us with finalizing our purchase and also switching a few items around that was too big for our intended space. The interactions I had with all the employees were very positive. They completely understood the couple-contrast we had going on especially with the communication. I had my ideas and my partner his own, eventually we came to an agreement and the representatives were excellent through the entire process! I picked up the product myself as requested and assembled upon delivery. Whilst unboxing our piece however, i noticed there is a protective open-faced frame that comes tacked into the bottom of the chest of drawers. While it may be a protective measure it was a challenge to get off the base. No damage through the process between our problem-solving skills, but if most products have that tacked-in protective frame at any part of the furniture, i definitely recommend having professionals do the delivery and assembly for you!

Ordered new cushions because ours were destroyed by an animal. They looked up my order and ordered based off my purchase and ordered new cushions. They took 8 weeks, ok. When they came in 2 were wrong, ok. They then said to get the right ones it would cost me $130 more if I wanted them. I have now been forced to pay more because they made an error ordering (apparently). And I still have to wait 6 more weeks to get them in. Not impressed.

The major drawback was that she didn’t mention any of the return policies or what delivery would look like if the furniture wouldn’t fit in my vehicle (I was planning to pick it up). I don’t mind these differences if they’re upfront about them. I ended up canceling the order and will be buying directly from the source for the same deal but better and return delivery options.

My husband and I worked with Tom as our salesman and Makayla as our customer support specialist. We went in looking for a new living room set that would accommodate our family of 6, and Tom was very helpful in finding something that would fit our living room space. He even explained that the sectional set we bought came with newer technology in the form of something similar to trampoline material which is more supportive then the typical S spring that most people are used to. He even went as far as to remove a cushion and step directly on it and comically hop up and down to prove how well it would hold up over time against our kids and animals hopping and flopping on it. Makayla was also pleasant to interact with and was willing to work the delivery time around our crazy schedule, she even made sure to let us know they had a cancellation and we would be receiving our sectional a day earlier then expected! They walked us through the financing process and made sure to explain everything in detail. In order to make our payments more affordable Tom was able to make it so we were also given an extension from a 12 month no interest to an 18 month no interest, which my husband and I can never thank you enough for. Dalton also was able to answer my questions about financing and provide other banks that I could finance with. I was approved within a minute. Lidia did all the financing paperwork and was also knowledgeable about the financing and got me the best terms available. The whole staff is very kind and will help you in anyway that us necessary. This is my second trip back and I bought furniture both times now.
