Had an amazing experience buying a dining room table for our new home. Ben was so polite and helpful! When I received my sectional it was a little bit dirty in some corners do to the delivery process. Thankfully the material is washable otherwise I'll rejected it. I don't get it why they didn't take care of furniture as they will received their own.

We have shopped here before and always had a great experience. Yesterday I was in desperate need of livingroom furniture and was greeted as soon as I walked in. After explaining what I was looking for Charell showed me where to look. She let me look around for a few minutes before approaching me to see if I had any questions or needed any help. At that time I asked her the price of a sofa and loveseat i was looking at and if it was available to be picked up. She gave me the price said it was available and we went to the register to checkout. In and out of the store in less than 20 minutes and off to pick up my new livingroom set. If it was not needed immediately I probably would have had them deliver it but desperate times call for desperate measures. I truly believe this place does an amazing job of training their employees because I have NEVER had a bad experience with any of them and I have shopped here a bit.

Great experience. Was able to find many furniture pieces for our home and at excellent prices! They're even willing to negotiate on pricing. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Plus, we have a quick delivery time.

I had gone to look at kitchen tables and chairs 2 weeks ago. I made a point of asking for the sales person who assisted 2 weeks ago, Emma,to have her assist with final purchase. Very efficient. The color table and chairs though are not in stock but will be arrive in as approximately 6 weeks. I just paid for the entire thing rather than dealing with the store needing 1/2 down and setting up the remainder on layaway. I didn't want to have to remember to go in and pay until the items arrived. Overall, a good experience. Unless you have several items the delivery fee of $180 is not worth the price for local delivery. This is outsourced by the store.

Buyer Beware! So after having interactions with the wonderful store folk, I purchased last year a full fabric sectional. I was told that buying the warranty was not a scam and they really do cover everything. Punctures, tears, stains, normal wear from use, etc. So now, less than a year after I purchase, I see that the couch is sunken in and the back is torn a bit, as there is no wood to support it. I call, quite proud I bought the warranty. Well after a few hours being jumped around on the phone, getting various numbers to call and speaking to a few people, I finally got in touch with "ProtectAll", a misnomer if ever there was one. After almost an hour going over all my details, the emails, the phone numbers, etc, they finally find my claim, only to ask if I am familiar with the "terms and conditions". I then get texted a lengthy document where I am informed that "blah blah blah" so I ask this gentleman to save us time and cut to the chase, "After doing right by your company, buying the protection plan, and spending an additional 400$ on this, you're not going to help me are you?" "No, sir." Yeah, don't be an idiot. Don't be like me and think that by getting the warranty you are going to be protected. Less than a year! They won't honor their warranty. Less than a year! Don't waste your money. These sales people operate on a kickback, they have mouths to feed and don't care if you get got in the process. It is sad that this is the state of things, but hopefully this will convince someone else on the fence trying to do the right thing to think twice. DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY. IT IS A SCAM.

My husband and I went to Ashley’s furniture store this morning. This is our second time shopping there, since our first experience was fantastic. We were greeted when we walked in, and got to have Amber again, who did a fantastic job, getting us the furniture we needed the last time and also this time. What an awesome person. I love that they never pressured us, but allowed us to look around on our own. Amber and the staff treated us like family. The Ashley outlet has a HUGE selection of new furniture in beautiful condition at crazy low prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful, yet not pushy. Only issue I have for this place is the failure to discuss the Ashley credit card. Upon research from multiple sources I have discovered they will cancel your card once paid off negatively impacting your credit score even tho you paid on time and by the dead line.

This is a review for Ashley furniture in general. Do not bother opening a card with them unless you’re immediately going to use it. We were getting ready to move so I applied since we were going to need a new couch and a couple other things once we got down to TN. I was approved for $2,500. In about 2 months we hadn’t had a chance to shop, but they dropped my credit limit to $250 stating my credit score was the reason. Which caused my credit score to drop more as I lost available credit. Well can’t buy a couch for $250 so I haven’t used it but we are almost due with baby #2 so had some things to buy/order. Just got a notification that the account was closed due to inactivity which caused my credit score to drop again. I found that out through credit karma, I received no sort of communication from Ashley about any of this.

Wonderful service! Employees made sure to help us. For example, they gave us a list of services that can haul the furniture we’re replacing, since Ashely Outlet doesn’t haul— including a furniture donation facility that hauls away donated furniture for free. The furniture is beautiful, they had a kiosk to digitally view options that weren’t on the show floor, and the employees did a great job explaining the delivery options and the process of the delivery option we chose.

I just left the store. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. They let me browse thr store without constantly asking if I liked anything. The salesman, Zack (i think) would check in periodically and ask if I had any questions, without being overbearing. This is my third time purchasing from this Ashley Outlet and will not be my last. I will be going back for a. Ew bedroom suite within the next month.There products are priced well, and eventhough it is an outlet, it is good quality.

Thomas at the Ft. Campbell Blvd store was extremely helpful in helping me to get a house furnished for a displaced family after the Tornados in December. He was extremely considerate of the families loss and the timeline to get everything replaced. He helped us to only order in stock items and to visualize the space we were moving into. The distribution center and delivery crew were also very helpful and made sure to squeeze in as soon as possible. It's nice to get great service but it's great to see that Ashley cares about Clarksville. It's a national furniture brand but the stores are definitely local. 10/10 recommend.

Ryan was a great help. He made the purchase simple and was very polite and professional.

They had what I wanted in dining room chairs and were able to get them delivered within two weeks and before Christmas. However, I was not made aware that the chairs were being delivered to a warehouse in Clarksville (I didn’t know existed) and not her Ashley outlet I purchased them from. This was inconvenient and unexpected since everything I’ve ordered before at that store, has been picked up there.

Rachel is the best salesperson I have met in a very long time. I stopped by another high end mattress store, the customer service was such a bad experience, that we just turned around and left the store. Thank God for people like Ms. Rachel, who is not just trying to make a sale, she felt like a friend. This will be my go to shopping place from now on.
