Buyer Beware! So after having interactions with the wonderful store folk, I purchased last year a full fabric sectional. I was told that buying the warranty was not a scam and they really do cover everything. Punctures, tears, stains, normal wear from use, etc. So now, less than a year after I purchase, I see that the couch is sunken in and the back is torn a bit, as there is no wood to support it. I call, quite proud I bought the warranty. Well after a few hours being jumped around on the phone, getting various numbers to call and speaking to a few people, I finally got in touch with "ProtectAll", a misnomer if ever there was one. After almost an hour going over all my details, the emails, the phone numbers, etc, they finally find my claim, only to ask if I am familiar with the "terms and conditions". I then get texted a lengthy document where I am informed that "blah blah blah" so I ask this gentleman to save us time and cut to the chase, "After doing right by your company, buying the protection plan, and spending an additional 400$ on this, you're not going to help me are you?" "No, sir." Yeah, don't be an idiot. Don't be like me and think that by getting the warranty you are going to be protected. Less than a year! They won't honor their warranty. Less than a year! Don't waste your money. These sales people operate on a kickback, they have mouths to feed and don't care if you get got in the process. It is sad that this is the state of things, but hopefully this will convince someone else on the fence trying to do the right thing to think twice. DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY. IT IS A SCAM.

Robert, Jared, and Jemaica were amazing!!!! Robert helped me pick out my dresser that I’ve been searching for months for and got me a great deal on it! The office staff made it such a quick and easy process with checking out! Will definitely be back to buy the rest of my furniture for my place!

My husband and I went to Ashley’s furniture store this morning. This is our second time shopping there, since our first experience was fantastic. We were greeted when we walked in, and got to have Amber again, who did a fantastic job, getting us the furniture we needed the last time and also this time. What an awesome person. I love that they never pressured us, but allowed us to look around on our own. Amber and the staff treated us like family. When we were checking out, we had Lamyiah, who was patient and also had a fantastic personality. She also was kind, and took her time with us, which meant a lot to us. My husband and I truly believe that all the staff deserve raises. We have no desire to shop anywhere else. Ashley’s furniture store is the best furniture store in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Thomas is amazing. He showed me options for the sofa I was seeking. I have dogs and he gave me great advice on the type of upholstery that would be most durable for my needs. Personable, knowledgeable, and very patient. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Came in looking for a couch and was immediately greeted (but not bothered/harassed) by Thomas. He’d check in periodically ensuring I was still good. When I found one, he was able to give me all the info quickly and get me the cheapest price. Jemaica helped with the check-out and was extremely polite, professional and able to streamline the process in order to get me out the door quickly!

The Ashley outlet has a HUGE selection of new furniture in beautiful condition at crazy low prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful, yet not pushy. When you’re looking for furniture, make sure to stop by and ask for Thomas! (Though if he’s not there, I’m sure you’ll still be well taken care of.)

Customer service was great, and store was very nice. Not the largest selection. I had to shop for TV stands off the kiosk, but staff was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Only issue I have for this place is the failure to discuss the Ashley credit card. Upon research from multiple sources I have discovered they will cancel your card once paid off negatively impacting your credit score even tho you paid on time and by the dead line.

Good service - I appreciate the sales crew, they have been helpful during the times we’ve shopped there. It’s an Outlet so availability can be limited, and sometimes ordering stuff takes weeks for it to arrive. That seems to be the standard now, order and wait weeks.

This is a review for Ashley furniture in general. Do not bother opening a card with them unless you’re immediately going to use it. We were getting ready to move so I applied since we were going to need a new couch and a couple other things once we got down to TN. I was approved for $2,500. In about 2 months we hadn’t had a chance to shop, but they dropped my credit limit to $250 stating my credit score was the reason. Which caused my credit score to drop more as I lost available credit. Well can’t buy a couch for $250 so I haven’t used it but we are almost due with baby #2 so had some things to buy/order. Just got a notification that the account was closed due to inactivity which caused my credit score to drop again. I found that out through credit karma, I received no sort of communication from Ashley about any of this.

I ordered a couch from the Ashley website and found out after the fact that it would not ship for 3-6 weeks so I cancelled it. I stopped in the Fort Campbell outlet location and Robert & Charell took quick action and found me a similar couch at a similar price that will be delivered when I need it this weekend. The team there was awesome & helpful! I was in and out of the store with plenty of time to spare all within my lunch break. I couldn’t be happier! Wonderful service! Employees made sure to help us. For example, they gave us a list of services that can haul the furniture we’re replacing, since Ashely Outlet doesn’t haul— including a furniture donation facility that hauls away donated furniture for free. The furniture is beautiful, they had a kiosk to digitally view options that weren’t on the show floor, and the employees did a great job explaining the delivery options and the process of the delivery option we chose.

The sales staff were great. Easy transaction, very good to deal with. They reco'd a delivery service, and the guy was awesome, showed up on time, super nice. So why 3 stars? It is an outlet store, so items are as-is and some of the furniture is more messed up than they appear on the surface. Inspect each item REALLY carefully or you could get stuck with a damaged item. Treat it like a used car from a questionable dealer, look for repairs or anything that seems out of the ordinary. You might get a great deal, or you might end up disappointed.

So many wonderful things to say about this location and the staff members are a huge part of my great experience. 6 years ago, I bought new furniture for my apartment. The furniture is still like new. I bought the Robbindale bedroom set. I also bought a set of end tables. 6 years later and I've just bought my first house and my experience was so amazing here at Ashley's last time, I came back to furnish my new home. Mr. Xavier James helped me find some amazing pieces in my price range that are of great quality and have made my first big girl purchase feel like home. He was committed to helping me find what was best for my taste and budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the items and how to maintain the items. Thomas at the Ft. Campbell Blvd store was extremely helpful in helping me to get a house furnished for a displaced family after the Tornados in December. He was extremely considerate of the families loss and the timeline to get everything replaced. He helped us to only order in stock items and to visualize the space we were moving into. The distribution center and delivery crew were also very helpful and made sure to squeeze in as soon as possible. It's nice to get great service but it's great to see that Ashley cares about Clarksville. It's a national furniture brand but the stores are definitely local. 10/10 recommend.

I stopped by another high end mattress store, the customer service was such a bad experience, that we just turned around and left the store. Don't waste your time going here. I specifically asked for them to look up to match the price online and give me the 25% off Black Friday sale which they didn't. They don't match prices to their online outlet website prices and over charge you above retail price online but give you a discount to make it look like they're trying to save you money. I feel ripped off making my purchase and won't ever be going back there again.

I went in to find lamps, but ended up trying out "the purple pillow, Harmony". I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt. I'm a side sleeper and the low profile one fit my neck and aligned my spine. Sooo, after trying all of them, I spent $164.35 for a pillow!!! Wanted to wait till I slept on it last night. OMG, it was so comfortable, I didn't have to fluff, bunch, or do anything. I simply laid down and boom, it's morning. I didn't move all night!! Felt great this morning. No neck or upper back pain. If you're looking for a pillow for a wonderful night's sleep, I highly recommend you try the "Purple Pillow, Harmony". And a big Thank You to Thomas, who got all the pillows for me to try, and explaining everything about them. I can't say enough. I'm one happy camper !!!!

They called 20 mins out and got there more towards beginning of our 2 hr time frame which I was grateful. They use like a blanket or pad to not scratch up the furniture or my door getting it in my apt. Showed me my headboard lights up by touch I wasn’t even aware of. Told me about the nightstand coming with 2 usb chargers that were in drawer. And I asked questions about how to get bed apart and showed me basically what to do. They were great.

Ryan and Robert were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the purchase of our mattresses. Quick and easy purchase. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured which is something that is really off putting when going to furniture stores. We will definitely be back if we need anything else in the future.

When we first walked in we were greeted by a sales guy Robert. He didn’t follow us around like a lost puppy while we shopped. He said if you have questions to let him know. We did and he immediately helped us out. He was willing to help us out with whatever questions we had. He got us the best price for the bedroom dressers that we wanted. We paid for them and at check out he gave us a business card with his personal number on it in case we had any questions. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend this place. We actually plan on going back to buy a couch from them as soon as we get our sold. Thank you Robert!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Actually, their staffs were actually acting cool greeting customers, except for one black guy with the bald head who always sat at the register desk and acted like a dick to me every time I came by for shopping. He talked to me in a very aggressive and unfriendly way that "I remembered you, you have been here 4 times!", which made me feel really uncomfortable.

I just moved into my home about a little over a month ago. I've used Ashley's one other time and it was a great experience/, however that was a different state. I ordered on 6/03- my stuff was expected to arrive within two weeks.I wasn't informed but my brother in law found out that Ashley's had an outage that affected all customers. I didn't receive an email about the issue. I looked up the website and it said it would be resolved within a few days. 15 days goes by and there was still no resolution.. that meant- they couldn't look up your order and provide a date for delivery. I called last week and the week prior and I kept receiving that my order would be available for delivery in two weeks.. but as soon as I threatened to cancel an order over $3,000 - they were quick to schedule me within a couple of days. The delivery guys were great! But! The sales woman inputted the incorrect sku and now one piece of furniture doesn't match the rest. Waiting a month and this is what happens. I'll never order from Ashley's again. I found another furniture company and the remaining rooms will be purchased from them. If you ordered from Ashley's in the last month... good luck!!!

Great customer service with Ryan in sales. Would’ve been a 5 if the young lady at the front desk made the correction to the spelling of my first name. I spelled it to her correctly T-A-M-E-K-A, and she still typed it as Tamika. Even after being reminded to make the correction twice before we left the store and her reassuring us that she would, she still haven’t, as I’m still receding messages with the incorrect spelling. People’s name matter and so does the spelling.

If you are looking for furniture of any sort you NEED to come here first. I had called the store to see if they had replacement legs for my sofa and they had some laying around the store that the manager Chuck offered free of charge. Since he was so nice I decided to look around for stuff we needed anyways and he worked on the price TREMENDOUSLY with us and gave us a ridiculous deal. All soldiers should come here when PCSing to save yourself money. Amazing quality too. Can’t say enough about the service I received. 10/10

Never ever use ASHLEY FURNITURE!! I have purchased a bed, couch and table with chairs. The bed had to be replaced within 2 weeks due to the base electronically not working. The couch had to be replaced due to the delivery guys dropping and breaking it. They LEFT the DAMAGED couch and I had to FIGHT to get it replaced. Now out table and chairs are PEELING apart and if you put any kind of warm plate on the table it will leave a steam mark. (This is not that hot of plates-Just ones we are eating off of.) The screws in the chairs have stripped out and the legs will not stay intact resulting in the clasping of the chair. Yes i purchased the 5 year protection plan that they conveniently will not HONOR. I will sit on the floor before i ever buy from them again. Horrible business and no customer service.

DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!! I wish I could give this store 0 stars. These guys have been giving my Mom the run around for over a week. She paid to have a bed delivered and put together. We noticed within the 72 hr period that the bed was missing parts and put together incorrectly. The frame is slightly damaged. The store manager told her she has to wait until June 12th for someone to even come out and look at the bed! Are you kidding me!!! She's been on the phone with these jerks every day for over a week trying to get a new bed, but they won't help. They told her if she doesn't want to wait that she can call and order new parts and that we could fix it ourselves if she doesn't want to wait. How is it ok to tell a customer that. Maybe you shouldn't hire shity people that don't know how to do their job. Maybe the customer should come first.

I called because I needed to order a couple of chairs for my Ashley dinette set but I didn't have the item numbers. I spoke with the sweetest young lady, her name is Celia. I did my best to describe the items I needed, after a couple of minutes she was able to locate the pieces for me. She was extremely helpful, she even walked me through the ordering process and my purchase options. It was a pleasure speaking with Celia! Her professionalism and eagerness to help really made my day. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. I will definitely be visiting the store in the future.

He was very warm and receptive. He was not too overbearing, and was very willing to help me. I told him that I would visit the store later that afternoon, but he was not there when I returned.Rachael greeted me as soon as I walked into the door, and she was very warm and accepting. I asked Will Ryan, but he had left and went home for the day. She said that she would continue to help me with what Ryan was helping me with. to make a long story short, I walked out without a considerable bill of À dining room, set, couch, and a chair. Great customer service

My Husband and I have been looking for a lift chair for about 2 weeks. We have shopped around and today we decided to check out Ashley Outlet across from Rural King. We showed up and was instantly greeted at the front door by Rachael. She spent time listening to me and of the need for a lift chair. I’m facing a complete hip replacement in 2 weeks. She found one not on the floor but in a warehouse. It matched the one I liked but it was made with a different material than the floor’s model. I highly recommend this store. It’s a friendly atmosphere and my husband and I were happy with the office staff as well. I bought the recliner. When I made it home, I was happy to know the the chair will go really well with our other furniture.

I will never buy another piece of furniture from any Ashley. The salesman was helpful but ordered the wrong desk. I realized it pretty quickly and he corrected it. A few days later my desk was delivered. The delivery drivers told me the hardware was not available but they would leave the desk and order the hardware and it would be delivered to me in the mail. After a week I didn't receive it so I called customer service after 30+ minutes of the phone the CS person said she was ordering it, the call dropped. I called back 2 days later and was told my hardware was on the way. Now a month has passed I went back to the store they told me to call customer service 6 calls later in one day, because they repeatedly get disconnected I was told a technician would be contacting me I 48 hours. Of course no call. 3 calls today, now I'm told someone will contact me by Wednesday. I have repeatedly asked for supervisor. The worst customer service. Now I am stuck with a $800 desk in multiple pieces with nothing but lie after lie from Ashley.

Do not buy from Ashley furniture if your product is not there at the store. We bought a $2000 sectional and were told it would be ready for pick up in 3 weeks. Okay no problem at all. We wait and it arrives a little after 3 weeks. We pick it up and bring it home and it's missing a cushion. Call them and they tell us they will mail us a new one to replace the missing piece. Wait 3 weeks and a foam cushion insert arrives without a cover. We call Ashley and it takes talking to 3 different people for them to realize that it was 2 separate parts that needed to be ordered. They "order it" for us. Wait 3 weeks and nothing arrives. Finally my wife goes to the store and they order it there and say a tech will come install it. Another cushion foam arrives in the mail not cover. They send me a scheduling notice for the tech. We choose 2 weeks away. Still no cover, we call and they say it will be drivers tomorrow to the warehouse. We wait around on the day the tech is supposed to install and guess what no cover. Supposed to arrive in another 3-4 weeks. So here I am, I have a sectional for 2+ months with a missing cushion. And I wasted a day waiting for a technician for no reason. This company has terrible customer service and is not even capable of ordering the right parts. Save yourself the headache and buy anywhere else

I had the best and most exciting experience getting my living room furnitures. Not only this place is a hidden gem here in Clarksville, but the Store manager and the rest of the employees are indeed very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. In all fairness, I got a great deal given to me by the store manager. I wasn’t aware prices are negotiable on the clearance side of the house until he said he can give me his best offer. Everything went smoothly and it I got a clear guideline as to when what where who how my furniture will be delivered.

They were vey helpful and patient with what I was looking for. Really enjoyed working with them.

i ordered furniture from asley. was told bedroom funiture would come from chatta with in 2 weeks. I was left voicemail that dresser and mirror were in. I asked about rest of furniture with no satisfactory response. I decided to cancel order. I also had ordered some living furniture. the sells person told me I would have to talk to manager. i called custOmer service and they said none of my order would arrive until after October 1. I had explained October was not acceptable due to family issues. after over a week and several emails I finally got email from sales manager that order canceled. I asked about my down payment and after a couple days the manager sent email that would apply to my mattress which was billed separately. I went to pay off mattress and was told I owed $600 in re stocking fee I cancel order in less than one week. I told him I wouldn't pay it and he said Yes I would because I signed contract. I tried to negotiate a smaller restock fee as none of my order was to arrive untill October. No cooperation The biggest problem was in front of other people the sales manager said that because of what I did I "took food from the mouths" of the sales lady's children. I will never go there again.

The sales staff at this Ashley Outlet is amazing and had it not been for their knowledge and helpfulness I would have gone somewhere else. This store has been absolutely HOT AS HELL all summer long. The first time I was in the store I couldn't stay more than 5 mins because of the heat. Not sure how they are able to put in a day's work in that heat but I do appreciate them for it. 4 stars for the building but 5 stars for the staff and Robert who helped us so much.!!!! Fix the AC for these employees, please.

Robert was a great help. I was able to tell him what I was looking for and he took me through to show me what they had and got me same day pickup and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Fair pricing as well!

Kind and efficient. We drove two hours to come to this store because our local store did not have what we wanted. If the salesperson had not been so helpful over the phone we would not have came. He was as equally kind and helpful in person.

This store has good product for good prices. The best part of my experience was working with Robert and Chuck. They were easy to work with and made it a very pleasant experience for my wife and I. The leather recliner we got from them is worth every penny. Now my wife sits in it every single day. Chuck, Robert or Devonte are very good at customer care. Very helpful to find me some good deals on some clearance items. Very happy on today’s visit. Plus they gave me the perfect amount of space to check things out on my own. When needed I didn’t have to go find a sales rep either. They we quick to answer questions and just all around friendly.

I did much research for cost and delivery of this sofa in order to get the best deal. Even Amazon could not match the price or professionalism of the Ashley Store. Marie, salesperson, was kind and extremely helpful.

I was vey pleased with the service of Ryan, he was very nice and helpful. He let me look around with no pressure of making a sale. My husband and I chose a sectional, which was at a much lower price than most places. Delivery is free and they keep you updated about your delivery day. I am very happy to have gone to Ashley Outlet.

I needed a replacement coffee table, the dog chewed on the end. I asked how much it would be I was quoted 602.24. A quick Google search found it for 349.00. They claimed they couldn't see that and price matched it and sent a link to pay. Telling me it would be approximately 22 weeks before it was delivered. The ashley online said it would be shipped in 2 days. I told them this and he said Ashley was not providing accurate shipping times. The table was reduced an additional $10 and I took my chances and ordered it. It has already shipped and will be here tomorrow. Do your homework.

We have been Ashley customers for more than 20 years, but never again! We ordered a matching living room set and a dining room set on May 8, 2021. We were told that it would take 12 - 14 weeks. We received part of the living room set and the dining room chairs after about 8 weeks. We finally got the dining table after about 20 weeks. We finally got our sofa today. December 20th! Of course Ashley's Furniture blames COVID and the supply chain, but the reality is that they sold, and continue to sell products that they don't have. We bought other furniture from Big Lots and received everything within 2 weeks.
