Good service - I appreciate the sales crew, they have been helpful during the times we’ve shopped there. It’s an Outlet so availability can be limited, and sometimes ordering stuff takes weeks for it to arrive. That seems to be the standard now, order and wait weeks.

I stopped by Ashley Outlet to look at furniture items. I met Chuck as I walked in, he was very nice and willing to answer my questions. I decided to purchase a love seat. While making the purchase, I met Jemaica, Charrell and Amber. All of the team were polite, courteous and respectful (hard to find these days). I enjoyed meeting the team and had an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend this business for your furniture needs!
Went to look for a sofa and Ryan and Charell are amazing and a great help. They gave us all great advice on a protection plan and gave us some clean for our sofa. I definitely recommend going to the outlet store and seeing them.

This is a review for Ashley furniture in general. Do not bother opening a card with them unless you’re immediately going to use it. We were getting ready to move so I applied since we were going to need a new couch and a couple other things once we got down to TN. I was approved for $2,500. In about 2 months we hadn’t had a chance to shop, but they dropped my credit limit to $250 stating my credit score was the reason. Which caused my credit score to drop more as I lost available credit. Well can’t buy a couch for $250 so I haven’t used it but we are almost due with baby #2 so had some things to buy/order. Just got a notification that the account was closed due to inactivity which caused my credit score to drop again. I found that out through credit karma, I received no sort of communication from Ashley about any of this.

Excellent excellent service here. We were greeted by Chuck who answered a couple questions and then gave us space to look around and make a decision. Robert checked in with us to make sure we were doing good. Jamaica checked us out and was very friendly through the process. Their great service made the entire process a pleasure and we walked away happy customers.
Jemaica helped me and she was SO sweet, knowledgeable and she kept me laughing the entire time which really helped because I’d been having a rough day! Her customer service is off the charts!

I ordered a couch from the Ashley website and found out after the fact that it would not ship for 3-6 weeks so I cancelled it. I stopped in the Fort Campbell outlet location and Robert & Charell took quick action and found me a similar couch at a similar price that will be delivered when I need it this weekend. The team there was awesome & helpful! I was in and out of the store with plenty of time to spare all within my lunch break. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about during a stressful move.

Wonderful service! Employees made sure to help us. For example, they gave us a list of services that can haul the furniture we’re replacing, since Ashely Outlet doesn’t haul— including a furniture donation facility that hauls away donated furniture for free. The furniture is beautiful, they had a kiosk to digitally view options that weren’t on the show floor, and the employees did a great job explaining the delivery options and the process of the delivery option we chose.

We recently moved from Los Angeles, needed a new couch and dining table. We chose Ashley Outlet because it is a Veteran owned business. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and made to feel at home. We said we were looking for furniture but would not be ready until we remodeled our new home. The next time we came back the salesman remembered us and helped us find the perfect dining table and couch for our house. I just left the store. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. They let me browse thr store without constantly asking if I liked anything. The salesman, Zack (i think) would check in periodically and ask if I had any questions, without being overbearing. This is my third time purchasing from this Ashley Outlet and will not be my last. I will be going back for a. Ew bedroom suite within the next month.There products are priced well, and eventhough it is an outlet, it is good quality.

Long story short - we got a new couch, planned everything ourselves and were confident we could put it together ourselves and I threw my back out. Thomas at the Ft. Campbell Blvd store was extremely helpful in helping me to get a house furnished for a displaced family after the Tornados in December. He was extremely considerate of the families loss and the timeline to get everything replaced. He helped us to only order in stock items and to visualize the space we were moving into. The distribution center and delivery crew were also very helpful and made sure to squeeze in as soon as possible. It's nice to get great service but it's great to see that Ashley cares about Clarksville. It's a national furniture brand but the stores are definitely local. 10/10 recommend.

Rachel is the best salesperson I have met in a very long time. I stopped by another high end mattress store, the customer service was such a bad experience, that we just turned around and left the store. Thank God for people like Ms. Rachel, who is not just trying to make a sale, she felt like a friend. This will be my go to shopping place from now on.

I went in to find lamps, but ended up trying out "the purple pillow, Harmony". I couldn't believe how comfortable they felt. I'm a side sleeper and the low profile one fit my neck and aligned my spine. Sooo, after trying all of them, I spent $164.35 for a pillow!!! Wanted to wait till I slept on it last night. OMG, it was so comfortable, I didn't have to fluff, bunch, or do anything. I simply laid down and boom, it's morning. I didn't move all night!! Felt great this morning. No neck or upper back pain. If you're looking for a pillow for a wonderful night's sleep, I highly recommend you try the "Purple Pillow, Harmony". And a big Thank You to Thomas, who got all the pillows for me to try, and explaining everything about them. I can't say enough. I'm one happy camper !!!!

They called 20 mins out and got there more towards beginning of our 2 hr time frame which I was grateful. They use like a blanket or pad to not scratch up the furniture or my door getting it in my apt. Showed me my headboard lights up by touch I wasn’t even aware of. Told me about the nightstand coming with 2 usb chargers that were in drawer. And I asked questions about how to get bed apart and showed me basically what to do. They were great.
Ryan and Robert were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the purchase of our mattresses. Quick and easy purchase. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured which is something that is really off putting when going to furniture stores. We will definitely be back if we need anything else in the future.

When we first walked in we were greeted by a sales guy Robert. He didn’t follow us around like a lost puppy while we shopped. He said if you have questions to let him know. We did and he immediately helped us out. He was willing to help us out with whatever questions we had. He got us the best price for the bedroom dressers that we wanted. We paid for them and at check out he gave us a business card with his personal number on it in case we had any questions. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend this place. We actually plan on going back to buy a couch from them as soon as we get our sold. Thank you Robert!!

The two gentlemen that delivered my dining set were extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was 2 medium sized boxes and 1 really big one, but they were delivered and set in my living room for me to assemble (I didn’t pay the assembling fee, as I can do it myself and save some money). But I am glad with this experience, as my packages came in perfect condition, nothing was missing, and the gentlemen that delivered them were polite and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service with Ryan in sales. Would’ve been a 5 if the young lady at the front desk made the correction to the spelling of my first name. I spelled it to her correctly T-A-M-E-K-A, and she still typed it as Tamika. Even after being reminded to make the correction twice before we left the store and her reassuring us that she would, she still haven’t, as I’m still receding messages with the incorrect spelling. People’s name matter and so does the spelling.

If you are looking for furniture of any sort you NEED to come here first. I had called the store to see if they had replacement legs for my sofa and they had some laying around the store that the manager Chuck offered free of charge. Since he was so nice I decided to look around for stuff we needed anyways and he worked on the price TREMENDOUSLY with us and gave us a ridiculous deal. All soldiers should come here when PCSing to save yourself money. Amazing quality too. Can’t say enough about the service I received. 10/10

I did my best to describe the items I needed, after a couple of minutes she was able to locate the pieces for me. My Husband and I have been looking for a lift chair for about 2 weeks. We have shopped around and today we decided to check out Ashley Outlet across from Rural King. We showed up and was instantly greeted at the front door by Rachael. She spent time listening to me and of the need for a lift chair. I’m facing a complete hip replacement in 2 weeks. She found one not on the floor but in a warehouse. It matched the one I liked but it was made with a different material than the floor’s model. I highly recommend this store. It’s a friendly atmosphere and my husband and I were happy with the office staff as well. I bought the recliner. When I made it home, I was happy to know the the chair will go really well with our other furniture.

I went in looking for some furniture for a great deal for my new apartment and they jumped to help me find things I loved and kept me easily in my budget. The whole staff is so kind and helpful! We came in with an idea of what we wanted but had some questions.Thomas greeted us and let us look before making contact to see if we had found anything we liked. He answered our questions completely and told us about the website. We went home, looked at the website and made some decisions. We have had great experiences with Ashley Outlet in Clarksville twice now. Worst customer service ever was in there for probably 10 minutes wasn't spoke to once. I probably didn't look good enough or something but I had money and wanted to spend it. In fact I passed all 5 associates and wasn't even said hello one even just sat on the couch I was looking at.

I had the best and most exciting experience getting my living room furnitures. Not only this place is a hidden gem here in Clarksville, but the Store manager and the rest of the employees are indeed very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. In all fairness, I got a great deal given to me by the store manager. I wasn’t aware prices are negotiable on the clearance side of the house until he said he can give me his best offer. Everything went smoothly and it I got a clear guideline as to when what where who how my furniture will be delivered.
They were vey helpful and patient with what I was looking for. Really enjoyed working with them.
The sales staff at this Ashley Outlet is amazing and had it not been for their knowledge and helpfulness I would have gone somewhere else. This store has been absolutely HOT AS HELL all summer long. The first time I was in the store I couldn't stay more than 5 mins because of the heat. Not sure how they are able to put in a day's work in that heat but I do appreciate them for it. 4 stars for the building but 5 stars for the staff and Robert who helped us so much.!!!! Fix the AC for these employees, please.

I was vey pleased with the service of Ryan, he was very nice and helpful. He let me look around with no pressure of making a sale. My husband and I chose a sectional, which was at a much lower price than most places. Delivery is free and they keep you updated about your delivery day. I am very happy to have gone to Ashley Outlet.
I needed a replacement coffee table, the dog chewed on the end. I asked how much it would be I was quoted 602.24. A quick Google search found it for 349.00. They claimed they couldn't see that and price matched it and sent a link to pay. Telling me it would be approximately 22 weeks before it was delivered. The ashley online said it would be shipped in 2 days. I told them this and he said Ashley was not providing accurate shipping times. The table was reduced an additional $10 and I took my chances and ordered it. It has already shipped and will be here tomorrow. Do your homework.

We have been Ashley customers for more than 20 years, but never again! We ordered a matching living room set and a dining room set on May 8, 2021. We were told that it would take 12 - 14 weeks. We received part of the living room set and the dining room chairs after about 8 weeks. We finally got the dining table after about 20 weeks. We finally got our sofa today. December 20th! Of course Ashley's Furniture blames COVID and the supply chain, but the reality is that they sold, and continue to sell products that they don't have. We bought other furniture from Big Lots and received everything within 2 weeks.

My mother and I Gwendolyn Johnson recently purchased furniture at the Ashley HomeStore outlet and Dani, Rich, and the young lady who was our sales representative and just everyone involved even the delivery guys they accidentally dropped something and it really wasn't a big deal it was a little scuff on the bottom but they are replacing it and giving us a little refund and they went way out of their way this company operates like most companies should they care about their customers so that's why I'm writing this review. No they did not pay me and no I do not work for them. I'm a licensed certified private investigator and I have a license line of authority in Tennessee ,not to impress you with that but I'm an honest person .so if you're looking for a great place to buy furniture this is it

When I found what I was looking for Ryan had become busy with another customer a manager came to my aid to answer my questions, I believe his name is Henry, and they had the exact match to the furniture I already have, I received a great price and I can pick it up the next day from their warehouse. Thomas (our sales representative) was excellent. He was helpful without being overly “attentive”. He guided us through challenging stock shortages without making it a major deal, which was not the case with other representatives we had worked with in other furniture stores. Went looking for 3 rooms to fill. Was able to find some beautiful furniture to put in my new house! Robert was AMAZING and was so patient with me and my indecisiveness at times. All of the staff was friendly. Great prices too!!!
The sales associate, Mr. Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. When we asked him what we were looking for, he use his tablet and found the exactly what we liked. He also took his time explaining different types of mattresses and we were able to find the good one within our budget!!!

Don’t get the insurance! They don’t have registered drivers. So they can’t come on post if your military. They refuse to actually come out to your house to clean. Spent over 6 hours on the phone the manager told me he would send me out a new slip for my couch after hours of fighting them on the phone.. nothing 6 months later. If you have it you can cancel and get you money back to pay for someone who won’t fight you hand and foot to come out!

I needed a counter height table as traditional heights hurt my knees. I saw one online but wanted to see the quality. Rachel greeted me promptly. I told her what I needed. She showed me clearance first which I appreciated as I'm on disability. We found the one online through their in-store display system. As it wasn't in stock she showed me similar quality items. She ordered it for me and I left happy AND in under 1/2 hour! Definitely will shop here again.
I purchased a kitchen table and chairs and a box spring. I came in early and Robert was so helpful. I returned with my husband’s truck a few minutes before closing to purchase these items. Robert had left but Ryan assisted me and loaded the truck. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful.

This store gets a lot of business and has good deals to offer. Even with them being busy with several customers, I was offered assistance within 10 to 15 minutes of being in the store. We entered looking for a bargain mattress and found just want we were looking for. A super thick, medium firm full foam mattress. We bought the clearance floor model as we just wanted a good deal. The sales guy was nice and helpful. He was able to answer the few questions we had quickly and efficiently. FYI - I’ve had bad luck with quality and durability of Ashley sofas. But the mattresses are good.

Went in with a purpose; Ryan was there, told him what I'm looking for; after the first request for piece of furniture didn't satisfy me, He showed me another piece of furniture; they had 2 of them, I fell in love with and bought them both. I asked him to turn it over somewhat, so I could check out the frame, he had no problem with that. I recommend Ashley's home store, and Ryan to everybody.

We purchased a complete bedroom set and living room set yesterday and they couldn’t get it on a delivery truck today, but all three showed up at our house and delivered and set up everything tonight. From the moment we started looking Stephanie was easy to work with and never pushy and between Stephanie and Rich the store manager we were completely satisfied with everything they did for us.Part of the deal was it had to be delivered today and since Stephanie’s husband also works with Ashley they made it happen without a hitch. The selection is so good. We went there first as they close a little earlier on Saturdays. Immediately found a sofa I liked. I was afraid of just buying the first one we found. Robert, who was a perfect, said the pieces were in stock, and informed me, as we were leaving to go, that I could let him know if we did want them, and I could make the payment by secure link. We did not find anything and I called Robert after hours to tell him we wanted it. We went in Sunday and there was Robert, ready to get us squared away. I added a dining set. My husband was pre-approved thru the Ashley card, we got 36 months 0%( before the first visit). Delivery is set up. So that was my experience, here's my review. Great pieces of decor, great prices, easy financing and great people. Definitely get Robert to assist in your buying needs.
