After searching for months I found the Olsberg loveseat and chair I want on the Ashley website. I called the store in Cleveland, TN to inquire about purchase and delivery. Ryan Adam's assisted me. What a great experience! He handled my order and covered all questions I had about payment, warranty, delivery, time frame, etc. Kudos to Ryan! So looking forward to receiving my new furniture.
Buying experience was good. I walked out feeling as a good purchase had been made, at a good price, and a delivery date set. That is where the good ended. Their machine was down so we had to return to make the payment. That is when we were informed our delivery date had changed to a day earlier. It was in major conflict with a life event that we could not miss! We were assured they would put the delivery to the afternoon. The day before delivery, it was calling for storms the next day. I messaged the sales manager that sold us the furniture and he said he would get it rescheduled. The day of delivery I received a text saying the delivery drivers were going to be at my house at 10:13am as I was 3rd on the list for delivery. I contacted the sales manager that I had purchased with. He said he had forgot. When the furniture arrived, it was damaged. We had been told to refuse the order if it was damaged. The delivery driver said he would have to make some calls. He said he could get a replacement for the damaged piece and bring it to me. He seemed like a trustworthy man and wanted to make it right. He was apologetic about how the delivery date was changed, how they didn't care that we were told an afternoon delivery when they don't do that, and that the furniture was damaged. This man kept his word. He was the only good experience we had. I received multiple text and emails to provide my feedback to Ashley about my experience. When I did, they made excuses and one person even ended the conversation without giving me the opportunity to speak. This is an unacceptable way to operate a business. When items cost $1,000s there shouldn't be this many issues with just getting what you paid for. When you try to let the company know how your experience was, to be blown off again. I would caution anyone about purchasing from this company. If you do, take delivery then and don't trust them to honor their word.

Tyler was very informative and helpful. He helped us from the time we arrived and until we left. He continued to be very helpful throughout the process and even added the protective plan that would still fit our budget. If you haven’t tried to buy from Ashley’s then you’re missing out. Ordered and paid for a bed a few weeks ago. Went to pick up the bed and the wrong parts were ordered. Called to have new parts sent. They told me since I picked up the bed with the wrong parts, I was out of luck. After an hour, I was told the parts were ordered. They were not. Went to the store and talked to the manager. He said he’d take care of it and call me. He didn’t. Got on the phone again and they said they ordered the parts. Still waiting. I would be very cautious to purchase anything from them.
Ryan and the crew on shift were helpful in answering our questions without being overtly pushy - Offering water several times and walking us through different options we could take.
Defective products!!! Worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!!!! 3 weeks after delivery reclining feature stopped working so sofa is stuck in complete reclined position. The Next Gen Durapella Fabric started peeling off. WE HAVE HAD USE OF OUR NEW Furniture that we paid $ 3000.00 for LESS THAN A MONTH M. OR HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 2 months. All we get from the customer service team is the run around or ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if yoy do you will regret it.

I bought a sectional with extend coverage. The salespeople told me it covered animal claw marks and chews. It doesn't. It does cover animal waste. Which happened. I filed a claim , and now extend is don't have an account. Ill probably never buy from Ashley again.
Straight forward experience, let the folks know what I was looking for and was happy with the options provided, Tyler was the representative who helped me at the Cleveland Location, nice staff there and he worked through the application process quickly and gave prompt and well articulated explanations of the process. Good location if you are looking for outlet location furniture shopping experience.

Dorothy was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. We are happy with the purchase. What I didn't realize is that they carry no inventory at the store and its almost $200 to have it delivered or go to Chattanooga and pick it up. So in the future it might make more sense to shop at the Chattanooga store and at least be close to where I have to get it.

I must admit my attitude going was not the best and I had to go back and apologize. After stating the reasoning behind my discontent, I was still met with pure professionalism, and was able to secure my purchase and arrangement for delivery that met my schedule. I am very happy with the service I recieved even after my negative attitude, and would recommend this store to anyone.

My family and I visited this store last night hoping to get some furniture very quickly. Ryan greeted us on arrival and was a great resource and salesman throughout our time at the store. We were not able to get our furniture quite as quickly as we were hoping but it was not for lack of trying by Ryan and the other store staff. They did all they could to help us and were very friendly and informative throughout our time there.

I ordered a bed and got it when it was set to be delivered. Ordered a couch the same day. The chaise portion had to be made so I said that's fine. Get said it'll be here before end of the month. Got a update saying it's ready to go. Made the date and 3 days prior to delivery they tell me the chaise portion is delayed and they'll deliver half the sectional. I was warned this happens with them alot by my girlfriend who had the exact same issue happen with her. So now they are gonna expect me to pay for something that isn't even here yet which I'm not doing at all. They put on a pretty face to sell you something then drag feet. Be careful when buying from them. Just want to help set expectations. P.S. I've only contacted one actual person through the phone because I had to spam 0 for the system to give me someone to talk to. It will route you around with no option to get a agent. Even the text message option doesn't work, it will tell you that's a invalid response even though it's on their list of options. Not this stores fault but just something to keep in mind if customer service is important to you.

Told the salesperson what I was looking for and he was able to guide me to a couple options and I made my choice and believe it will be a perfect fit for my needs.
Some sales person in a Lab coat pounced on us the minute we came through the door. We found a chair we liked wrote check. They called to say my check was no good. I whent to bank to complain as i had a lg amt of founds in acct. The bank printed activity on that acct . And it was Never presented to bank. Not good business. Will never go their again!!!!! Dont trust..
My wife and I visited the Ashley Furniture store in Cleveland today. Ryan was excellent and helped us through the purchase of two recliners and a reclining love seat. He listened, provide excellent input and we arrived at a solution that met both of our sets of needs. Very pleased with his support and look forward to receipt of our furniture later this month.

Went in to look and see. We have a small space and wanted to be able to find something that would allow us to utilize it with the most seating. “Red” helped us out. We set on just about everything imaginable. He even got out a measuring tape and measured what wall distance we would need, etc. He went above and beyond. Can’t wait to get the new furniture. We went into Ashley's looking for a loveseat and some kitchen chairs. We weren't sure what to expect since we never shopped there before but we found great service from Alex Heston who helped us find everything we were looking for at a great price. We are very pleased with Ashley's!!
Price online was 100.00 less that the invoice. I did get it for 100.00 less which was a good deal for everyone. Taylor was very professional and I would recommend him for future purchaes.

I truly regret giving Ashley a 2nd chance!! Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled woman knowing I said many times i was on Tight budget. I told the sales rep i was relocating to FL for Medical reasons and my ADA apt in my room for me to access in my wheelchair i was having to downsize my bed to a full from queen. I advised very much so of having spinal injuries also. The Rep sold me a mattress that was set up in store and looked completely different upon seeing. My dad is my caretaker and had to drive an hour out of his way to warehouse when we were advised it was right down the road upon arriving at warehouse he had to then wait in a line for over 45 min to get to the pick up door to pick up sofa, mattress and frame as we were told the frame was called better than a box spring. The man who loaded the items into the uhaul told my dad to not open the boxes with the frame and mattress in them until destination and be sure to stand back on the mattress as it can cause injury upon opening. This is where Ashley furniture does the got you action against customers!!! Not only do you sell me a chair and upon getting home noticed it had a big white paint stain on it. To find out it was a show room item and regardless of being damaged where it could not be seen upon purchasing I'm told it was an as is item so I was stuck with it. But then the big got you moment is where they have the mattress and frame each in a box that's sealed and the mattress is vacuum sealed. To which upon cutting the seal is when the mattress pops out and unfolds. But at the pick up my dad was advised to not open the boxes until destination due to this. The sales Rep, multiple managers and the man at pick up all knew we were relocating from TN to FL to which is where the items are and upon opening the mattress and frame my dad and I immediately didn't recognize the bed nor the gray frame. My dad then sat on the mattress to try it and it immediately sunk down to the frame to which I have a photo of!! I've cried so many times because I don't have money just to throw away and go buy a more expensive one like I was literally told by a customer care Rep but then it's up to the store and due to sanitation they cannot take back any mattress even though had not been slept on just set up. I didn't get any assistance from the Rep and yet your customer service is called customer care but this is very opposite of that!! It's very sad that I'm now going to have to pay for another uhaul to deliver my queen size bed to FL and also cause me to not be able to maneuver in my room in my wheelchair h to which is very very disconcerting and no customer should ever have to not be comfortable in their new ADA apt and also unable to access their bathroom now for a shower or anything. Why should a customer have to endure this just for your company to make money and your sales reps to get their commission!! Shame shame on you and you definitely now will never ever get my money again and I'll definitely be sure to let all of my family and friends know to beware of your company¡!!! Thank you to the lovely sales Rep who acted like she gave a crap about someone being very ill but in the end didn't even recognize you when you went back into the due as she's no different than a car salesman out to make commission!! Oh and can't forget the mgmt telling my dad to put paint thinner on a chair with the very soft fabric sorry not sure exactly what it's called but my dad nor I have never ever heard of putting paint thinner on furniture for any kind of stain and nor did the store Rep at Lowe's.. so I'm stuck with a chair with white paint and a mattress that's absolutely worse than a cheap hotel mattress and a frame that's supposed to be better than a box spring frame but no way by no means is it as you can feel the frame upon sitting on the bed!! I can't forget about the rust also all along the frame as well!!! I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well!! BEWARE OF ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! GO TO A BUSINESS THAT ACTUALLY CARES UNLIKE ASHLEY!!!

Sales person Dorothy is a liar and this location has shady business practices. Was lied to by being assured from DOROTHY that the Manager Drew would have no problems returning a pillow and mattress cover we no longer needed since we cancelled our order less then a day after purchasing paying in full outright in store. Never opened items, never left my car was told to WAIT and bring next morning for refund only for Dorothy to lie about it. Calls should be recorded to expose your shady sales reps. I have spent thousands at Ashley Furniture. Never again will I and I will put my experience out to my huge social media following regarding this incident. Sales rep should be fired and Manager Drew had the opportunity to make it right and override a refund but chose not to simply in spite of us canceling our almost 4k mattress/boxspring order. SHADY business buyer beware!

Absolutely abysmal experience. Salesmen would not listen to our needs because of my physical disabilities. Always tried to upsell more complicated pieces. Wasted two hours and felt absolutely humiliated. Needless to say we went somewhere else after that listened to what we needed.
Was gonna but a couch wife changed her mind wanted a different one but shipping was 4 weeks so decided i didnt want a couch at the moment anymore

I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to for this. Do not use this store. I was talked into buying extended warranty because it is so great and easy to file a claim and get replacement pieces and it has been TERRIBLE. Been going around and around for months trying to get 2 loveseats for my sectional replaced. (Keep in mind the sectional total was $3000 + $1,000 extended 5 year warranty and only had it 2 months before it broke.) The 3rd party warranty company was excellent but the employees at the Cleveland store gave us the run around for months. Still waiting on answers and no one will give us a number to speak to someone higher up. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

During this Memorial Day sales event, I went with my Wife, in search for a recliner. Now many people including myself do not like big box stores, reasoning being is the pushy sales person. 10 out of 10 would recommend shopping at Ashley furniture. Our customer service representative was incredible! We were greeted when we walked in the store, we told him what we were looking for and he lead us right to it! The only disappointing thing was that we wanted a side table and a coffee table, but the one we wanted was brand new and they didn’t have a time on when we would get them together. So we held off on purchasing it. But we will be back!

JUST DON'T DO IT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We bought furniture and waiting several weeks for it to be built and delivered. I took off work the day it was delivered only to find that they had sent me furniture with all kinds of chips and dings. The delivery men took a leg off of the dresser to transport it and then left without putting the leg back on. I called the store and was told they could not turn the delivery men around even though my furniture was incomplete. I had advised the delivery man of the chips and was told they would send a tech out to fix them. When I called the store, they advised they would not send a tech out and that the delivery guys should've taken the furniture back with them. I told them I wanted a refund and was told the best they could do was 10% future purchases (like I'd buy anything else from this God-forsaken place). I did have to apologize to the lady on the phone as I lost my mind with her and it wasn't her fault. Just spend the extra money and get quality furniture and quality customer service so you don't end up like me please.
The experience was horrible. We bought a desk, paid for it with a credit card , and then were required to show ID after the fact, where the sales person began to collect information that was not relevant to the transaction. Bad business practices such as this is why fraud and identity theft is running rampant in this country. Also, this store has a know issue of not being courteous and taking your purchase to your vehicle or helping you load it. Stay Away From Here!
Red was a big help and showing us different styles and pointing out the different fabric colors, and also showing us similar items to what we were interested in. He wasn’t pushy, but very knowledgeable, and also admitted when he didn’t know an answer, but immediately went to find it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience shopping in our local store!

My experience with Ashely furniture has been quite disappointing. It is evident that their salespeople are solely motivated by commissions, as they never give you the space to explore and make your own choices. Moreover, their disrespectful behavior and deceptive tactics of offering false deals are truly off-putting. Every visit feels like a high-pressure sales pitch, leaving no room for a comfortable browsing experience. Unfortunately, their quality and pricing have also taken a nosedive, making everything overpriced. Do not recommend
Had an amazing experience at Ashley furniture at the Cleveland location today! I walked in very upset after trying to buy a couch on marketplace. Walked out with a brand new affordable couch and delivery that works around my work schedule. Chris (Red) was an amazing help and came through with the best couch in our price range for me and my family. We'll definitely be returning for anything else we need in the future.

I recently visited the store for a sofa. The sale prices all changed once they started the writing the paper work. And yes they had to have my phone number to complete the paper work. So i left, only to start getting text once i left the store. Dont give them you phone number. This was my experience yours may vary.
They would get 0 stars if I could. The bed we purchases from this store came broken. We have been waiting 2 MONTHS for replacement pieces and nothing has been done to assure us they're even coming. They snuck a no return policy in the contract so there's nothing we can do to get the ridiculous amount of money they charged us for a broken pile of fake wood back. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau and are waiting to hear back from that. It's seemingly that there will be no rectification for their shotty business practices

Changing my prior 5 start rating. Sales experience was very good Delivery was very lacking. Customer service has been truly lacking. I have been bounced back and forth from department to department with no supervisor contact. All contacts have been initiated and followed up by ME, the CUSTOMER! Going on 3 weeks and ZERO contact from ANY supervisor initiated, be it customer service or the store. This is well documented within Ashley system. Exceptionally disappointed that I am the one HAVING to initiate ALL communication between the customer service, store, and all points in between. Only giving 1 star because you HAVE to put something in to post.
It's a very nice store. Great selection. Unfortunately the employees are like leaches. They want leave you alone to look. Went to buy a bed and front room furniture the first trip. Got so irritated at the sales people not leaving me alone after the 4th time approaching me I walked out. Went to rooms to go and bought the living room furniture. I only went back to get the bed cause that's the one my son really wanted. It would be a great place I'f they greeted you and let you look. I hate being pestered. It's extremely obvious they work off commission.

Went looking for new bedroom furniture. Red was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to help us in anyway to make the sale happen. Formed our package to exactly what pieces we were needing. The manager was also very nice and willing to work with us on cost. They were able to get me a delivery date right before Christmas.

Stopped in to see if the store had a living room furniture set we would like. This was only a quick look planned. Salesman we spoke to, Mark, showed us the various available sets and we planned to continue shopping at other stores before deciding. Decided to look at replacing our bed with a new Temperpedic and frame. Found the perfect bed with the help of Mark and the manager, Drew. Both gentlemen gave us a very nice shopping experience and they were highly knowledgeable about the features we desired.

We'll adjust rating when they fix the issue. Great experience with salesmen. Placed order, went home. Wanted to order another item and saw how some items were less online and so we called Guest Services. We are awaiting their call to adjust pricing on a few items that are less online or we will cancel the order and reorder. They said the store would call and they have not since this a.m. when we spoke. The shipping was also more for 1 item already delivered. The subcontracted company arrived saying it was 40 more than we were told.

Was scheduled for delivery today but called and they had my order on layaway when I paid for it in full! How do you tell us our items are in layaway when paid my bank was drafted same day I placed order. After speaking with 3 different people was told it was corrected and would now be delivered on Tuesday! Yet I get a text asking for a survey on how the delivery went today! Clearly need to check your system before asking how to the service was! Service was TERRIBLE!
Sales rep was great. Disagreed with paying additional cost to place furniture inside of residence I have always had experienced that part of the purchase included in the cost of the product. Will never buy from Ashley again

Absolutely amazing experience! Mark was wonderful and helped me with every step of the process of buying my new couch and mattress. I am so impressed by the level of customer service provided by everyone in the store. Before moving to TN I lived in a fifth wheel and had sold all my furniture, so I’ve been looking for the perfect couch for my new place and found it on the Ashley website. Even tho it wasn’t in store to see and try out, Mark showed me what the material of the couch would look and feel like and what the feel of the couch would be with other models they had in store. He also helped me find the perfect mattress by really listening to what I like and look for in a mattress! The other Mark, with the financing dept, was also amazing and answered all of the questions I had regarding how their financing worked and that whole process. I know sometimes financing depts can be difficult but with both Mark’s helping me it was a breeze. I am so excited to get my new furniture and absolutely will be going back for my furniture needs in the future!

We purchased a bedroom set and dining room table from Ashley in May. We paid for the “whit glove” delivery. The people who delivered the furniture and broke part of the bed. They covered up the broken piece and crammed trash behind and under the dresser instead of taking it with them. My wife and I have emailed and called multiple people, including the local store, but it took 3 months for them to deliver the bed rail. It has now been two more months and nobody has come to install it. Upon contacting the local store, we were informed that we could install it ourselves, but that would void the manufacturer warranty. They said that they would email and try to escalate this, but we were never contacted again. I called, and my wife emailed customer service again, and we were again advised that someone would come out, but after asking when we would be available for a tech to come out, the person messaging my wife quit responding. I have been informed that a service request has been opened three separate times, but this past time I contacted the customer service person told me that there had never even been a request put in their system. It has been a frustrating 5 months to get this fixed, especially given that we paid hundreds extra for the delivery and the extra warranties, and we can’t even get a response now. I previously had recommended Ashley to friends and family, but won’t recommend them to anyone.

Definitely will not be back at this store!!! I cancelled everything and returned the mattress topper. Spent 9 grand on furniture and walked out with ONLY the mattress topper. I called the Ashley store customer service number after 3 weeks of the cleveland store giving me the run around about when they would have my items and they accused me of having 2 (that cost near $300) pillows that the store didn’t even have in stock. Then charged me “extra” fees and never gave me the $100 off the mattress. They didn’t care one bit. Instead…the store blamed me for it. Apparently it’s my fault I didn’t understand what I was purchasing. Ummm yeah if I’m spending 9 grand on furniture then I know what I’m getting and I remember exactly what I was told WHEN I purchased it. I told everyone I know not to go here.

Red is the most resourceful and helpful associate I’ve met here. Went to three different furniture stores and couldn’t find anyone to talk to at one of them and nothing sparked my interest at either of the other two. I’ve never been much of an interior aficionado, but red has helped me put into perspective what will look good and function well in my space and kept me in budget. I will always ask for red anytime I need anything for my living space. Thank you so much red if you see this for all the help.

Update: it has been almost 3 weeks since I bought my new entertainment center. We’ve called a dozen times, texted pictures to 4 different numbers, and still have not received a replacement pier for the broken one they sent originally. We haven’t had a technician come out yet. Yet keep being told by the end of the week…. For three weeks in a row now. We will NEVER use Ashley for any purchase in the future. The two other smaller furniture stores in town were amazing. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. Original post: Opened five boxes of our new entertainment center and one of the five was the wrong item but also very broken in multiple places. Then to call to get it replaced, on hold forever, being told a technician will contact us in 72 hours to then set a time to repair it or order a new one at that time. It cannot be repaired - hinges are bent and wood broken in half. But then we have to wait for even longer to get a new one. Very bad customer service.

I loved going to the store!nice set up and clean! The workers in the store were awesome and informative 👏 👌 they gave us plenty of time to look around and talk with out feeling like you were being watched 👀 🙂 They only thing that upset me was I had a delivery for the same week Thursday and it was pouring rain so they needed to reschedule I was fine with that but they could only re schedule for another 2 weeks out that was irritating when they had my funiture and couldn't make the trip sooner because they only deliver on Thursday in my area and I just moved here so I didn't have anything to sit on till they could deliver which was today and the boys that did it were fast effective and polite! Delivery was a bit expensive too but i love my furniture 🙂

I really didn't care for the modern furniture. I remember a time when you went into Ashley's and the furniture was beautiful 😍 beautiful oaks. mahogany woods. Know it all looks like furniture that would be placed in an office.

He helped us get a mattress, topper and two pillows at amazing quality under our budget! Luke was a amazing help too! Very nice and honest people! My boyfriend and I just had one of the best experiences ever in this Ashley. We began by walking in and we were immediately greeted and made aware that we had plenty of help from the get go. Tyler helped us with getting our mattress, two pillows, and a mattress protector all under our budget while maintaining quality. We also had amazing service from Luke. After everything was picked out, there were some issues with checking out and they stayed an extra hour, something that they did not have to do, to help us have a great experience and get just what we wanted. They truly are the best… we will be back soon!

Buyer beware of major markups at this location!! We’d been researching tv stands and accents tables online, found some on the Ashley website, but were hoping to buy in store. Noticed several we’d looked at with a much higher price tag than the company website- the tv stand we planned to purchase was $780 on the website, but was priced at $1899 in store!! Nearly 2 1/2 times the listed cost! The furniture is nice, but I highly recommend you do your research before buying in that store! We won’t be back.
Will never go here again, they lie about prices and services. Waiting for someone to call me they delivered a ripped chair, they have my money do they don’t care about repeat business.

They let us look- checked in on us, and answered all of our questions. Received a recliner my wife had ordered. The reclining mechanism did not work. So I called in hopes they would make it right . My options given to me was to pack it back up in the box it came in ( which was rendered unusable after unpacking the recliner) and wait for a shipping label. Make arrangements myself to have it delivered back to them. Or load it up myself ( I am a heart patient, I explained this to them, didn’t matter to them) and take it to a charity such as goodwill and provide a receipt that it was donated . Then they would ship me another one . they couldn’t provide someone from the store to pick it up and bring me one that wasn’t defective ( not their way of making things right) fortunately I was able to find the problem and fix it myself. The release cable came loose and it was a simple fix . Keep it in mind if you order from this store and you receive defective furniture. ITS YOUR PROBLEM. Not theirs
DO NOT shop here. DO NOT pay for the warranty. A broken chair was delivered to me at my expense ( the massage function of a power recliner does not function as it should- something I did not detect until sitting through the massage cycle a couple of times). An exchange was denied, and now the call to schedule a service technician has been delayed from 48-72 hours to 8-10 days. Buyer Beware!

DON’T BUY THERE!!!!! Don’t do it!! I purchased a recliner on Black Friday with delivery on December 8, 2022. They never showed up and when I called they moved my delivery to December 27, 2022. They said they tried to call me the day before but I never got call or a message was never left so I didn’t receive a call. I have never used Ashley Furniture before and I will never use them again. They are unprofessional and never returned a call. I called 5 times on this one issue and no one called me back. They would promise to call me but never would. I cancelled my order and will never go back there. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.
Customer Service isn't good. Walked almost all the way through the store, passing employees sitting on furniture, not a single greeting. Went down from there.

First of all, we were so very excited to have an Ashley store in our hometown and in a prime shopping area. As we walked in, we were amazed at the beautiful furniture and neat & clean showroom! We were then greeted by a salesman named Juan. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. As we were walking through, we noticed a very outgoing individual who came by to warmly greet us as well. He then introduced himself as Luke, the store manager. We were super impressed with this young man. He knew his Ashley products and took great pride in his store. We could also tell he and Juan truly cared about their customers' wants and needs. We had looked for the perfect bedroom suite for a while now and found the one we had dreamed of at Ashley! The best parts were they made it so easy and their pricing was very reasonable! Juan and Luke went above and beyond to help us with our many questions and to make sure we were taken care of! We will definitely be back furniture shopping with them with the wonderful experience we had! Again, thank you for taking such good care of us and delivering impeccable service and beautiful quality furniture!

FANTASTIC experience in this store today. Great customer service, walked in looking for an end table, left with TWO full bedding sets at honestly what felt like the best price I’ve ever gotten. The sales team made us feel like home and the store was arranged beautifully! Recommend this location over the others I’ve visited in the past 6 months!
I originally wrote a 5 star review because I had excellent service from my salesperson but after we got the furniture home, one of the legs on our Raelyn dining room suit snapped in two when we pulled it out from the table. The chair legs aren't one solid piece, they are held together with a thin dowel. I am on my second month of trying to get the leg replaced. I've had to call multiple times and since there is no customer service line in the store I visited the store. I was told a ticket would be created but it never was. I called and got an off shore customer support that kept getting disconnected. I had to call the store and ask for sales to speak to a live person. After all that they are telling me that this type of issue doesn't fall under the manufacturer's warranty because it's been past 72 hours. You hope you don't need to report a problem after buying new furniture, but when you do, no one wants to have to spend tons of time calling or go through this much frustration to hold a company accountable for the defects in their products. I definitely will not purchase from Ashley again. ---Original Post--- I went to EVERY furniture store in the Cleveland area and the team at Ashley was the most helpful! Courteous, lots of teamwork, they went above and beyond to help me find just the right furniture for my room and they worked to get me the best deal. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! ❤️

Drew, Luke and Chris are the guys to see when you’re here. We were very indecisive and they were nothing but patient even locked our keys in the car in the parking lot and they continuously checked on us until the locksmith got here. Luke, the manager insisted we come inside to wait. We ended up getting the cambri Couch cannot wait for it to be delivered.
Worst furniture store ever. Representatives at Ashley asked my girlfriend and I if we would like to have our old mattress disposed of. We agreed as the convenience of not taking a mattress to the dump was nice. Upon delivering the new mattress they said they could not take the old mattress because it had a stain on it. After calling the manager of the store Luke I was informed he would get to the bottom of why they didn’t take it and cal me right back. Three days later after not hearing from anyone I called customer service. While politely expressing my frustration he said there was nothing he could do and disconnected the line and this ended the call without me being able to even complete the survey at the end. The next day I called the store again and asked to speak to Luke the manager who was conveniently busy and they took my info and said I would be contacted immediately. Now after 9 days of purchasing our mattress I am leaving this review. Everyone do yourself a favor and find any other store to do business with. They do not care about their customers or if they make a mistake they do not care.
Got a bed here and it is life changing! The manager and the salesman were fantastic! Highly recommend, give them your business!

I just purchased a new home in Murphy NC and this store was the closet to us. I have purchased Ashley furniture before and after 15 years still good quality. So made a call to this store and talked to Destiny and Juan. Both extremely helpful. Luke, store mgr, reached out since we had a certain circumstance of coming from FL to NC and dealing with TN store. Luke, was extremely helpful. Basically handheld me through entire process. Made sure I was taken care of. When I made it in to the store to purchase my furniture, I was passed on to Sales extraordinary associates, Chris Rios. Chris has been amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also handheld me through entire process from picking out what we needed, purchasing to financing. In this new world of bad customer service l have been renewed that there are stores who still care about their customers. I have never met such amazing people. They have gone above and beyond. I recommend if you are wanting great quality furniture and great customer service, please go check out my “New Family” at Ashley and tell them Ivy sent you!!
I absolutely love the guys working here. They are informative, professional, and pleasant to be around. This place is the total polar opposite of the location in Chattanooga which looks depressing and the staff were not the greatest. Definitely go here to the Cleveland location.
Wanted 400 dollars to deliver 1 piece of furniture doors on front of furniture warped wouldn't close
Our salesman, Randy, was very informative and helped us find all the pieces for the house we just closed on. There was no pressure and our time there was a joy. The delivery is soon and we can’t wait to have our new furniture and mattress!!
