FANTASTIC experience in this store today. Great customer service, walked in looking for an end table, left with TWO full bedding sets at honestly what felt like the best price I’ve ever gotten. The sales team made us feel like home and the store was arranged beautifully! Recommend this location over the others I’ve visited in the past 6 months!

Drew, Luke and Chris are the guys to see when you’re here. We were very indecisive and they were nothing but patient even locked our keys in the car in the parking lot and they continuously checked on us until the locksmith got here. Luke, the manager insisted we come inside to wait. We ended up getting the cambri Couch cannot wait for it to be delivered.

Worst furniture store ever. Representatives at Ashley asked my girlfriend and I if we would like to have our old mattress disposed of. We agreed as the convenience of not taking a mattress to the dump was nice. Upon delivering the new mattress they said they could not take the old mattress because it had a stain on it. After calling the manager of the store Luke I was informed he would get to the bottom of why they didn’t take it and cal me right back. Three days later after not hearing from anyone I called customer service. While politely expressing my frustration he said there was nothing he could do and disconnected the line and this ended the call without me being able to even complete the survey at the end. The next day I called the store again and asked to speak to Luke the manager who was conveniently busy and they took my info and said I would be contacted immediately. Now after 9 days of purchasing our mattress I am leaving this review. Everyone do yourself a favor and find any other store to do business with. They do not care about their customers or if they make a mistake they do not care.

I went Ashley in Cleveland, TN on 10/16/22 for their Grand Opening. I previously bought 11,000.00 in furniture from the store in Chattanooga in February 2022. On 10/16/22 I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress, adjustable base, mattress protector (on backorder but stated I could pick up in store when it arrived) and two pillows that I took home that day, a desk and chair. The paperwork was done multiple times incorrectly. The gentle who helped us was super nice but was here just to help from Louisiana. I paid to have the items delivered, set up (white glove service) and the old box springs hauled off. On 10/18/22 I get a text from a store manager that stated he needed me to call him. I called and once again the bill was incorrect, and he had to readjust. I was sent a text on 10/19/22 to confirm a delivery date of 10/28/22. I confirmed and it stated someone would contact me within 48 hours to confirm the delivery time. By 10/27/22 I still had not received a notification. I went to the store to pick up the mattress protector and find out a delivery time and was told that I never confirmed the delivery date and that I took the mattress protector home the day of purchase. I showed the text and email proven this was incorrect and told them I never took home a mattress protector. I was told I don't know what to tell you except come back tomorrow and talk with the manager. I had the managers number from where he texted me to readjust the bill and he stated his apologies and said he would try to get this delivered. I received a phone call from Destiny who works the front counter in Cleveland. She was very unprofessional, rude and her words were nasty. At this point I was told my order would be delivered on 10/28 with a time frame 10;45-1:45pm. The driver called at 10:02am and stated he was 30 mins away and stated he was on his way. They (2 men) came in my home with nothing on their work boots, didn’t want to set it up, did not even plugged in to make sure it worked, then stated they couldn't haul the old box springs because it wasn't on their sheet. I ask them to call the store because this was a service that was in the agreement. After much back and forth he finally called his boss, and they hauled my old box springs off. They put it in their truck in no box or plastic with other people’s new furniture to be delivered. I spent almost $10,000.00 for the most part the customer service has been awful. The gentleman who helped me in the store at the time of purchase was great but because he wasn’t properly trained there was a lot of issues on the paperwork and billing and Luke the store sales coordinator was super nice, and I thank him for helping get this delivered. I would look around before going to Ashley’s and make this a last resort if you want truthfulness and great customer service.
