I ordered A sectional at the end of December, was told it would be delivered January 17. It is now January 25 and a week ago. I was told it would be here on the 31st. I called today and now I’m being told it will be here February 7 when I ordered this sofa I told them I did not want to order it if it would not be here soon, they assured me it would be delivered around the 17th as of now I have nothing . After I order this sofa, I have heard several people complain about their delivery times not to mention when I text the sales people that I worked with they never return text or calls. wish I would have went somewhere else. This will be my last purchase! If u ask me .. I think they try to get their sale and don’t have the courtesy to tell you that you may not get your merchandise for months afterwards.

When I bought my furniture the week after Christmas, I was told that everything would be delivered by the end of the 1st week of January except for one piece and it would be delivered near the end of January. I was okay with it. Now….the 3rd week of January, other than a couple of small pieces delivered at the end of last week (2nd week of January), I am now being told by the folks at corporate that the rest of my pieces are all on back order and won’t be available, if I’m lucky the end of January, or into February (4-6 weeks mam). Meanwhile, back at the local store, where I’ve had to go in several times (one time to change the delivery address because they can’t do that at the 1-800 number and the local store got it wrong to begin with), the salesperson who helped sell and make the commission (told me they would be available in the first place), is still telling me I’m going to get my pieces this Tuesday. This has been the worst experience ever. I have been jerked around completely. The folks at the 1-800 line don’t know what’s going on and can’t help me every single time I call. Then when I go locally in person or call my salesperson, I’m told a completely different story. She even argued with me that she told me most of the pieces would be the end of January. I feel like I was duped in the beginning regarding when the items would be delivered. One piece delayed was okay, not all of them! If I had known they were going to be this delayed, I would’ve gone somewhere else and bought my furniture. Next time, I will. This is causing me to lose money by not having the space set up.
