My mom and I went to this Ashley location to look for a simple couch. We worked with Marsha to look at every option in the store. Marsha was awesome! She was gracious, kind, and personable. We found a couch that we loved here and bought it, same day. We are supposed to have it delivered within a week. We are so excited for our purchase and truly grateful for such a great experience. I recommend asking for Marsha when you go in.

I already reviewed my store experience now reviewinf deliver. Great delivery experience from Ashley Furniture in Cordova! Appointment scheduled two days prior and my delivery arrived within the window. They used a contract delivery team, Tron and Derrick, and they were absolutely wonderful. Both were very respectful of my home and my furniture. They took their time to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and didn’t rush the process. Professional, courteous, and attentive—delivery service done right!

We love the variety of furniture selections available for viewing on their showroom floor. We also love the furniture quality and their prices. We were disappointed when we found out that we would have a three week wait for our furniture.

Carey helped us find the perfect couch and we got an awesome deal—50% off. She also helped us score a Tempur-Pedic mattress for my little family for 75% off, which was an incredible deal. On top of that, they are very military friendly and gave us a military discount as well. Carey also walked us through the Ashley Advantage credit card program—we were approved and got 0% interest for 60 months!!! Because of that, we were able to get the couch and mattress plus 3 awesome BedGear Storm 2.0 pillows. Highly recommend asking for Carey if you shop here!

My fiance and I bought a couch online from here in December 2025. They advised days later that it will be delivered on Feb 24th 2026. Upon calling the listed number, they stated it will actually be delivered and set up in March. I asked if I could take a couch from them and pay them 3 months later, they said no (which fair enough) but they have no problem holding my money for 3 months while I wait for a couch. So now, per the number attached to this store, I have to wait to get an email in hopes it will come sooner, then I will have the opportunity to cancel my order. Then I have to wait 10 business days for my money back. If you are in need of furniture and don't have a way to pick it up, don't shop online here.

My wife and I went with intentions of only looking at living room furniture. I hope I'm saying it correctly, but we had Gavin as our sales associate and he was 100% professional. He was knowledgeable on everything courteous while letting us look around and available for any questions we had along with no pressure. I am beyond pissed with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a sofa sectional on November 28th with the delivery date of December 16th. I got a call on December 15th telling me that my Furniture would be delivered the following day and I should receive a text with the 3 hour window. I never got the text so I called on delivery date to see what time frame to expect and the automated system said I was scheduled for December 18th. I took a day off work to be sure I was home. I asked to speak with a human. The human tells me " i know this isn't what you want to hear but your Furniture will be delivered Thursday "......... like hell it is. When the store opens at 10am, I will be canceling my order. I don't want to do business with a company who clearly has no respect for my time or money. They don't even standby their word. I didn't ask for that date they gave it to me. Im truly disgusted.

People super helpful, we were there a little longer than expected

I walked in, talking on my phone. The salesman didn't interrupt me. In fact he left me alone. After finishing up my phone conversation, and went to find the salesman that didn't interrupt me. I brought a recliner for my husband's Christmas present. I will definitely be back. My husband is very pleased with his new recliner and 55" TV.

My sales associate Ms. Deb was great. We came into to see a piece thought we had seen with a competitor in the color we desired.. We were instantly approved on the purchase, I think it took me longer to put the info in. than it took to get a response There was some back and forth on the price match, but the competitor treated the item as a special order because it wasn't in the store..We returned to Ashley to complete the sale at a better price than the competition and delivery date.

Ashley Furniture Review – Warning to Future Customers My wife and I recently purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture, and the entire experience — from delivery to customer service — was extremely disappointing. I am writing this review so future customers know exactly what they’re getting into. The installation crew Ashley Furniture sent was an absolute joke. They stripped the screws on three different handles, installed one handle backwards, and left the bed only barely acceptable despite the visible damage. This was one of the most unprofessional delivery and installation services I’ve ever seen. After their team caused the damage, we contacted Ashley Furniture customer service, which turned out to be just as bad as the installation. Instead of helping, we were bounced between phone calls and emails, given incomplete information, and ultimately sent only one replacement handle even though their crew damaged three. The customer service representatives were not helpful, did not take responsibility, and made the entire process far more frustrating than necessary. It felt like Ashley Furniture’s system is designed to delay, deflect, and avoid fixing their own mistakes. What makes this worse is that all of this is happening under the leadership of Todd R. Wanek (CEO) and Ronald G. Wanek (Chairman). For a company of this size, the lack of quality control, oversight, and accountability is shocking. Key issues future customers should know: • Poor quality installation crew • Damaged hardware due to careless assembly • Incomplete replacement parts • Extremely poor customer service • No ownership or follow-through from Ashley Furniture I am leaving this review because shoppers deserve honest, detailed feedback. If you value quality, proper assembly, or reliable customer service, I strongly recommend looking at other furniture companies before buying from Ashley Furniture. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I hope this review helps others avoid the same problems.

I purchased a dining table and chairs in August. I moved to Tennessee from Idaho and did not bring furniture with me, so as soon as I arrived here I needed a table and chairs. By October, after many failed attempts at delivery, I decided to cancel my order here. I emailed customer service and my salesperson in an attempt to reach a live person to resolve this with no response. The only way Ashley contacts you is by automation. I left a voicemail for the store and my salesperson with no response. The only way I could resolve this was to have my bank dispute the charges as I did not receive the merchandise and a large sum of money was held for those months. It was a very frustrating experience and I do not recommend under any circumstance. One star in order to share my experience with others.

We have been looking at couches on and off for a few years. We had never been in Ashley before, were immediately greeted and was able to explain our layout and what we were looking for. Justin let us walk without hovering but if we had a question he was ready with an answer. In finding "the" couch he gave us the nitty gritty details that haven't been told to us before by a salesman. Will be returning here for any future furniture purchases.

Larry (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was awesome we were looking for something very specific but it didn’t seem like it was possible to get it. Instead! Larry gave us different options and prompted us to think outside of what we were initially wanting and didn’t quit until we found an option we were satisfied with that didn’t feel like a compromise. We found a sofa that we love and with 4 cats, a dog and a baby on the way we wanted to make sure we were being selective and that our couch would be durable and meet our growing family’s needs. Will be coming back for dining room set !

Bought an extended warranty and needed to use it and I am being told by the warranty company that they do not have a record of it. Called Ashley and they said my order number was changed and the extended warranty must have got taken off after I paid for it. Do not do business with them they are underhanded and will not stand behind the products they sell.

The start of my journey was fine but when it came time to make my purchase things went down hill, I swiped my card and it read something was wrong, swiped my card again, and again something went wrong, now 3,000 has been taking of my card and no purchase made and now I have been told I have to wait 3 days to see if the money is back on my card. The two young men tried to assist with this but nothing has been resolved. I just want my money back on my card. Please and Thank you!!

Do NOT shop here for mattress! I was upsold to a $5100 Tempurpedic mattress. I was told "Oh, don't worry about spending so much money. We have a 90 day comfort guarantee. If you add-on the $100 mattress protector, if you don’t like it your can pick a different mattress. The mattress is very uncomfortable to me and it is making my back pain worse. I have to strain to get out of the bed and I can't even turn over in bed without a lot of effort. I came back after 30 days and picked a different mattress and it happens to be $2000 difference and they are saying that I can only exchange it and will NOT refund the $2000 difference. Major bait-and-switch. Buyer beware! UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the reply that I should call and we would come to a resolution. The resolution is that my money is still in their pocket and not mine. Next stop BBB and Tempurpedic website.

Me and my daughter had an Awesome experience today 10/1/25 with Carey and Julius. They were customer friendly, Knowledgeable and patient, Just Awesome 10 Stars.

I went to Ashley store in Cordova on Aug 1st. I was told by the sales lady that all my furniture and patio set were in except the ottoman and would be delivered Aug 27th. Aug 27th rolls around the awesome delivery guys come and I'm missing a sofa. Sofa suppose to be delivered Sept 17th. Sept 17th comes and the sofa is damaged so they had to take it back. My ottoman suppose to be delivered Sept 20th. I didn't hear anything so I called the store just for them to tell me it's still on backorder. So why did y'all schedule a delivery 🤔. To make a long story short I'm still waiting to this day for my sofa & ottoman. It suppose to be delivered on Oct 15th (almost 3 months later).This here is my first and last time shopping at Ashley

I went into the Ashley store on 8/9, where I preceded to spend over $8000 on furniture. While checking out I was told by the sales lady that all my items were in stock and would be delivered in 8/19. I get super excited as 8/19 rolls around. The day comes and I get notification of the time frame of my delivery. Delivery guys do get there during the time frame perfectly. Lovely gentleman comes in and asks me where I want everything. So I point out where everything will go. As they unload, the gentleman comes back to me and asks what all I ordered. I tell him and he goes”I don’t have all of that”…. Huh? They don’t have it? Where is my stuff? He does help me get in touch with a lady I guess who is at the warehouse who tells me those items have been back ordered and should be in the following week. NO one called beforehand to tell me this. I had to find out on delivery day. But that’s not all. The nightstands I did get with this delivery were scratch very badly so they had to send them back…. Then the Cherry was the delivery guys delivered me the wrong mattress. When I informed them that was not the one I ordered, he proceeded to tell me he must have gave mine to another person but he would go get it. Hours later he did bring me back my correct mattress, which you could tell had been opened and place on that other person’s bed. With all the stress of missing and damaged items I failed to realize until after the delivery guys left that one of the chairs to the $1400 kitchen table had a wobble. I reached out about that. Still waiting to hear back on resolution. Oh but the saga continues. The next week rolls I around get a call that the damaged night stands they only have one in stock so will be a week or so to get the second one in. But thankfully the rest of my furniture does arrive safely. A week later the second nightstand is set to be delivered. My fiancé takes off to meet them. Said be there between 1-4. Well at 5 pm they finally arrive. My fiancé opens the door for the gentleman and guess what???? He drops the nightstand. Yeap drops it. Hitting my fiancé in the leg with it, which part of me is grateful because his leg protected the nightstand that took almost a month to get in from being severely damaged, as of now it just has a small nick on back corner. Which I did send the video and pictures to the company via that stupid Jenny bot. So honestly I wouldn’t waste my time if you are looking to buy furniture. For the price I paid for everything it should not have taken a month to get all my furniture in especially when I was told it was all in stock. And their “white glove” delivery includes items coming in scratched or them dropping them. This has been completely frustrating and draining. I personally won’t buy here again.

I have spent lots of money over the last 15+ years at the Ashley Furniture store on Germantown Pkwy. The prices are always within my means, the products last a long time and the service has ALWAYS been over and above!

Had a wonderful experience with a salesman named Telly, he went above and beyond helping me choose the right choice.

On August 30, 2025, my sister and I went shopping for a couch for her apartment. We walked around the store for about 20 minutes. Nobody offered to help us. My sister actually found a couch she was considering buying, no one offered to help us. She is going to try a different location or go to a different store because we couldn’t even get basic customer service at this location.

Vonte has excellent customer service. He is an awesome salesman. Go see him anytime you visit Ashley. I have a wonderful experience eveytime I go.

Huge selection and the most knowledgeable, helpful salesman made our purchase easy.

Julius was attentive and great. He listened to what we wanted and kept our budget in mind as we discussed our options. We purchased the split king mattresses and adjustable bases today. No hard selling which was a plus. Definitely will consider Ashley’s again if we need anything.

Michelle met me at the door, listened to what I wanted, and took me right to it. Ask for Michelle for the best service and product knowledge.

We bought a chair and ottoman online.It looked like it had been used.The cushion on the back of the chair was smushed so bad & there would be no way to fix it.The feet on the ottoman were dirty & scratched.Not worth the price!!!Called 5 times to get a Supervisor to get this chair picked up & get a refund.They told me twice that they don’t take refunds.Buyer BEWARE!!I will never shop there again!!

The sales people were knowledgeable and very nice. However, the delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. I was supposed to get my mattress today and delivery was changed to Friday. This isn't a good day for me and I've been preparing all day for it to arrive today. What was a good buying experience was made not so good by this action.

The moment I entered I was no given a moment to just look around. I was immediately approached by a sales person. Which was highly irritating. Once I let them know I wanted to look around first, they did walk away but still stayed close. Once I had walk the entire store to see merchandise and prices. I was able to compile a list of items I was interested in. At that point I did go to the original sales person and inform them of the items I wanted. This is where they were extremely helpful, I was able to discuss discounts and financing and get everything ordered. Prices there are really high so I am hoping the prices match the quality once they arrive. So word of advice to those in management there…. Give buyers a minute, don’t just attack them as soon as they walk in the door.

Awesome sales Team both John and Telly were patient and very helpful to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted. The parking lot of this location on the other hand, full of potholes!!! After our 2nd visit and making our purchase, BAM!!!

Our salesperson, Telly, was very well informed, friendly, and patient with our questions. He wasn’t overbearing, only showed us what we told him we were interested in, and if we didn’t like it he directed us to another possibility until we finally found what we liked. We can’t say the same for any of the other sales people! With four of them standing together, Telly was the only one who greeted us and offered to help! The others never even spoke, just looked at us. Telly was the reason we didn’t just turn around and walk out of the store! We’ll certainly ask for him when we purchase more furniture!

They have a large inventory, so it’s nice to poke around and get a feel for different styles, etc. The sales team was nice, everyone we noticed or walked past seemed nice and even from hearing them talk to other customers, I’m sure they were knowledgeable. We knew we weren’t ready to have a conversation with any sales staff because we’re people who like to have our own look around before asking questions and getting down to a final decision rather than going through a full consultation with staff. So, when approached by a few sales reps, we politely declined. The last gentleman to approach us didn’t take our first No as an answer or our second one, ultimately asking for my name and relaying it to his manager over a comms system before walking off. We anticipated the next part with anxiety (we both deal with social anxiety). The manager walked over while we were looking through some items and introduced herself. I let her know that we were just going to leave. She had a bit of an assertive or slightly aggressive attitude as she rebutted us deciding to leave, even wrongly insinuating that we had a problem with sales reps introducing themselves and checking on us. Based on that, I assume she’s had similar complaints before. I told her that I understood their jobs and didn’t mind that, but when we say that we do not need assistance at this time, it means exactly that. She kept trying to explain the situation, to no avail, as we were set on leaving to avoid a repeat of what we had already experienced. Again, kudos to the sales reps who are doing their job. I believe the manager meant well but missed the mark today. As a customer service supervisor myself, I get it. I hope that my words are received as constructive criticism and/or feedback.

All I have to say is Wow!! John Ellis was my Sales Associate and he had great customer service and very polite and had great patience with me. He explained every detail and he understood my vision on the picks in the Sectional and the Dining Room furniture! I also want to acknowledge Mr. Thomas as well!! Mr. Thomas makes you feel welcome and inviting. His Management skills are excellent. He help my husband and I with the pick up and it was so refreshing to have people that does cares about you and not just your money. I will be referring others to this Ashley in Cordova and I applaud you both for a well done customer service!!!

Because of a recent illness, we needed a power lift recliner to replace one that we have. Stopped by the Cordova store around 10 and it didn't appear that they were open or that, if they were, they were low on staff. Walked in and was met by Carey who showed us various option, offered us a slight discount on the one we liked, found that there was one available in stock, and set up a delivery time all within about 30 minutes. Carey was cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. We've purchased some items in the past from Ashley's and, should the need arrive, we'll check back with them in the future.

I bought a little accessory box that was supposed to be a set of three, but they only had one. The set was supposed to be 50% off. They would not give me any more off even though I only had one of the three pieces the sales person took forever to ring me up and decide what to do And then he didn’t even wrap up the glass box for me

Justin was fantastic. He listened to me , which was key. I went to another Ashley store earlier in the day, where I felt dismissed by the store manager. From the moment I walked through the door , I felt welcomed. That store now have a lifetime customer.

Prices are shocking, but otherwise very positive. Really liked the salesman.

My husband and I have been looking and struggling to find a couch for years (not an exaggeration). We just moved, so we had no excuse and were worried we’d just keep having a hard time, but we found what we hope is going to be a perfect set up with a new couch and oversized swivel accent chair in our perfect colors! Deb helped us out with the details and she was great! She gave us enough space to figure out what we were looking for and as soon as we were ready, she was right there to walk us through the sale and specifications. Definitely recommend!

Cordova Ashley Furniture store was a good experience for me. We bought an accent chair. Our salesman, John Ellis, greeted me when I arrived. He worked to figure out my needs and was very personable. My husband and I returned later that day to buy the chair. It should arrive at a later time. It was the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. I will return to Ashley Furniture for furniture or mattress needs!

If ever in the Germantown Pkwy location, ask for Mr. Telly Slayton. As soon as I walked through the door, he wasted no time approaching and asking if I needed any help. He was a joy to work with. He had the BEST attitude. He was very helpful in helping me choose the best mattress. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

John was awesome with working with my husband and I. We have completely different taste when it comes to furniture. We must’ve sat on all the couches a bazillion times, but he patient and very friendly. We walked out with our dream couch at the price/terms I wanted. He was never pushy or rude. Will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase!!!!

He even stayed past his end of day, and moved furniture so we could have a better idea of how pieces would look together. This has been the absolute WORST experience and we will NEVER purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again OR recommend them. 1. They charged ANOTHER CUSTOMER’S furniture onto our account. I have been going back and forth between customer service, Synchrony and the store since before our own furniture arrived when I first noticed the charge. I told them I believed they charged another person’s items on our account in which we were told that was not possible because there would be alerts, so now it feels this was done purposefully. Happened to be the same person (Michelle) who sold us ours, make the “mistake” the next day and charge someone else’s items on our account. We have YET to receive a refund and the proper customer has not been charged so they basically have free furniture. I do not see why this is taking so long to resolve and have been given no timeline, just that they’re “investigating” - they know who the incorrect charge/furniture belongs to, they have an Ashley account and they know the mistake they made on our account yet still no refund. 2. 3 out of 4 pieces of furniture were damaged or not fully assembled. Even the furniture they’ve exchanged it for has been damaged and now we have to do ANOTHER exchange. I was told to file a claim for the bed that was missing pieces - like it was our fault they didn’t fully assemble it. The furniture has had broken legs, brown and red paint on it, multiple dents and missing pieces. 3. The delivery driver (Riverstone Logistics) damaged our hallway during delivery. Ashley furniture is saying they’re not responsible because the company they hired did the damage, which is not our problem - we paid the delivery fee to Ashley, not them. So we have also been going in circles between Ashley, Riverstone Logistics and the truck they hired trying to get our hallway repaired. Still nothing on that. This is BEYOND poor customer service - the quality of the actual furniture you receive is bad and they do not provide ANY resolution to problems they create. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

My experience in store was good with Gavin, but afterwards was terrible. I was told that I would receive all my furniture on June 13th, i received everything but my dresser. I was very upset about that because I had a house warming the next day. I was only given a 150.00 credit which I could not find anything that I really needed so I end up just getting a rug, then upon that I could not use my birthday discount because y’all dnt stack discounts . Why not? I was told that I would receive my dresser today, I called this morning, and was told that I would not be receiving my dresser today and that it would not be in till next Tuesday and that I would have to set up another appointment date to come out to my house. I am very frustrated because I paid cash for my purchases and should have been compensated a more. I will not be returning to Ashley’s.

mrs kena jones was amazing she waited and took her time with everything even though i was kinda indecisive, she stayed the whole time and we picked out the i thought would be best for me hands down the best sales associate i’ve ever encountered.

I got what I wanted but I was not able to use my $50 discount. The associate who helped me said she would give me a 10% discount in place of the $50 off code I had because it was more, but she didn't do either. She didn't apply the 10% off not did she apply my $50 off. I know they may work on commission in not totally sure about that but don't lie to me and make me spend extra money just to fatten your pockets. Small things like that make you want to not shop there anymore. It also makes you leave bad reviews and tell your friends and social media about the dishonesty there.

Went to Ashley home store today looking for a chair, I was greeted by Kena She was very pleasant. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me three chairs, one which was a recliner and I didn’t think I wanted a recliner But after showing me the selection that she had, I did buy the recliner very comfortable. Looks like a chair and not a recliner. My overall experience was very good. I’ll definitely go back five stars.

Customer service was nice in store. When our furniture didn’t show up on moving day, all that ended. Our rep admitted that management genuinely won’t help. Thought I’d try their support line to see. Sure enough, the whole point of their outsourced support line is to exhaust you into no action. They will do nothing. Had to manually pick up furniture at a warehouse. The rest arrived with a delivery crew, that half tightened all the bolts and required me to go behind and tighten all items. Shipping straps were all still attached as well. 1.5 years later and I’m writing this review seeing that my couches are basically disintegrating considering the fabric on them is so cheap. Even with an industry standard that furniture is being made cheap, this place goes past that. They market the furniture with brands that sound official but are genuinely just the cheapest lowest quality stuff you can buy. Don’t buy here.

Mr. Larry help us out so much! My daughter was about to purchase a table and he suggested that we measure it first to make sure it would fit into her apartment. That extra step helped out a lot! Thank you

Dealing with Ashley is an absolute horror show. Rigid return policies, delivering the wrong product, delivering damaged product and then trying to force you to go through some claims process to deliver what should have already been delivered undamaged. Misrepresenting the delivery and return process. I can't understand how it's good business to try to force someone to keep something they don't want and to make it the customers problem (via paperwork) when they can't deliver an undamaged product. Unbelievable. Never again.

Amazing service. We were helped by a guy named Vonti. He was extremely knowledgeable in the furniture we were looking at and put no pressure at all on us to purchase something. He even took the time to acknowledge my 4 year old every time she asked him a question. Highly recommend asking for him when you go in. He will definitely be getting our future furniture purchases.

After window shopping recliners online, Ashley's had the best choices of contemporary styles in more modern colors. Kena found me wandering and took me to the chairs I had saved on my phone. My entire experience with everyone who worked there was great! My chair doesn't arrive until next week, so I can't review it yet.

We were just shopping.prices of mattresses. We had no intention on buying yesterday but our sleep sales person Melanie helped us and she was wonderful. She really knew her stuff. We ended up purchasing a great mattress which was perfect for my husband and my back problems. We had no intention of purchasing a bed but while we were at the service desk T.G. suggested that we go ahead and get a bed also, so we did. My husband & I also got 2 great pillows and a mattress cover. Thanks to Melanie and T. G. made our shopping experience fun.

Ashley delivered and set up my new bed. The crew was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They got everything upstairs and set up in about 45 minutes. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the service.

Kena was amazing. I came Saturday night and narrowed it down to 3. I told here I would be back on Monday to make my final decision. She informed me she would be off but, would come in for me. Shopping at Ashley was a very pleasant experience. Carey was super helpful and so kind to answer any and all questions. Plus it was a sale weekend which made it even better. Very nicely stocked store according to my family members who actually made some selections. Order was completed online which was quite helpful for me.

Edit 3/27 Almost a year. I am now on the phone with them. I had to call them. They can't find anything about my claim except that it exists. When my couches were delivered, there were a few small tears. I contacted to report it about 30 mins after it came in. April 23rd. As you can see, they said they will respond within 2 days. After a month, I called again and spoke to the girl at the store and she said "the stuff for the repair is ordered and will be delivered to your house sorry noone contacted you" cool. Well, today is 7/26 and I have not heard from them at all. So we have these expensive couches (I forgot how much but leather, electric reclining) with a tear and noone customer support to be heard from. Hopefully they will contact me soon.

Absolute worst customer service experience. Have been to the store multiple times for a warranty issue. I get directed to the Extend warranty team and file a claim on their website it automatically gets denied submitting the reason for claims. And then directs me to a phone number to call. When calling the number you get a medical hotline number that sells medical devices. It’s just cat and mouse chase. I’m disappointed in the management at this location and their “warranty” for not standing behind what you pay for and what they proclaim. So happy that my couch under a year old squeaks more than a metal bedframe and has a tear in it from normal use

The Ashley Home store in Cordova is neat, clean, and well organized. The management staff is professional and helpful. However, a particular sales associate requires additional training in customer service and honesty. I purchased a Boyington recliner and was prepared to purchased a second recliner from the warehouse and a temper pedic adjustable bed. I repeatedly asked the associate if there were any store or online discounts and was repeatedly told there were none unfortunately. So I decided to purchase the one recliner and hold off on the second recliner and bed. Upon exiting the store I decided to go to the Southaven location where I was greated by a professional and courteous staff. I was immediately informed about sales items and there willingness to price match any items that were online. I was shocked to learn that the same items I inquired about in Cordova were listed as sale items and in fact there were available discounts and price matching from the company's website. I immediately informed the sales associate in Cordova and expressed my concern with his dishonesty and canceled my original order. I proceeded to purchase the exact same items from the Southaven location. Thank you Ashley home store Southaven for making this experience right and for your superb customer service. As for the sales associate in Cordova, he requires additional training in customer service and above all honesty not everything is about a commission. He had the opportunity to earn a much larger commission had be been honest. Repeat and loyal customers should be your focus since you are in the customer service business.

Never have had a bad experience buying from Ashley Furniture. My sales associate was very helpful and made the process very smooth. Everything above was great but when it came to swap out a mattress that was causing back and neck pain earlier than the 30 day period I was told I couldn’t and had to wait for 30 days. I paid $12k for an adjustable bed and mattresses which sounds really ignorant I’m sure. I feel like there should exceptions on situations like this and also found that you can exchange the mattresses with one equal or greater amount of money but not less which wasn’t explained when I made the purchase. Very deceiving. So lesson learned when dealing with Ashley furniture… this will be my last purchase with Ashley Furniture. I did speak with Kurt Haines vice president of Ashley furniture who had someone reach out to me but nothing came about just told me I have to wait for 30 days. Not happy with this company! Spent approximately thru the years $25,000 to $30,000 on furniture there. Lost a customer!

NOTE: This review is NOT regarding the in store experience, but felt it was important to post what happens later. BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy this overpriced junk furniture, especially anything they say is “leather”. I purchased a sofa set with the 5 year extended warranty (which I was told would cover anything and everything). It’s less than 2 years old and the color/dye is fading in huge patches, so the dark brown leather now has huge light orange patches all over- looks like a giraffe. We take excellent care of our things, and it has only been sat on normally, as one does. It’s either defective/faulty leather, or so cheap it will not even hold the dye. However, Ashley will not help with this problem, nor the expensive “warranty” they sell you on. Don’t waste a dime there, go elsewhere!

The customer service team at the store was very helpful and friendly. The only problem was the cost of the delivery and it was only 13 minutes away! Delivery fees were ridiculous and too expensive!!!

I’m very disappointed with the service I got from Ashley furniture warehouse. I went to pickup my cocktail table 12/28/24 around 11:45 am the lady at the desk ever looked up to say may I help you and I stood there 10 minutes before getting any response from her. When I backed up to the ramp for the worker to load my table I noticed it was sitting on top of some type of machine that looked like the back of a forklift suspended like four feet in the air the worker then slid box off the top letting it hit the concrete floor and yelled damn This is heavy before sliding a two wheel dolly under the bottom to wheel it down the ramp to my vehicle to be loaded he never tried to call for help man handle the box and damaging it getting it into my vehicle. When I got home and unboxed the table I noticed on of the legs had been severely damaged and called Ashley right away and spoke to the customer service rep.. informing her of what had happened which she relayed to a supervisor and they said because they were replacing it I couldn’t be compensated for my time and trouble and this box with the damaged table would have to sit in the middle of my living room till the 7th off January because that’s the soonest I could get another table. So I’m stuck with a broken table due to they’re negligence and I have to take off from work burn more gas to go through this same process all over again. I would not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone shop elsewhere for better service!

This has been by far the worst Customer Service experience I’ve ever experienced! I made an in store purchase 10/20/24 for a sofa and rug set that was on display!!! Initially my sales associate told me it would be 2 wks before it would be delivered. After about 3 wks of the purchase date, I visited the store again where I was told it would be delivered the following week. After still no delivery, I went to the front desk where I spoke with Lee, she told me that my order had not been acknowledged yet & this was some time in Nov, so she put a ticket in the system for them to check into my order. (She’s been very helpful with providing information) as I didn’t receive any insight from my sales person. I allowed a couple more weeks to pass before I went back to the store, which makes it now my 4th trip, and I spoke with Lee again. She informed me 1st wk of Dec that there was an eta or 12/14 showing in the system. I called on 12/13 to confirm since that was a Saturday delivery date. The salesman who answered the phone was a male this time, he couldn’t provide any info other than NOW my new ETA is 12/28. During my last visit with Lee, there was a female GM who Lee proceeded to ask questions pertaining to my issue. The GM stated that the situation was “out of her pay grade” and she was of NO help either. I was told my order was being shipped from Canada. My response was that even if they had to make the rug, it shouldn’t take 2 months to do. Here it is now, I’ve been in my new home since 10/12/24 and STILL don’t have a rug for my living room. Sofa was delivered 12/5 and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY Rug!!! I was given a discount for the wait but even then, that doesn’t suffice for the amount of time I’ve had to wait on my purchase. The sofa was $300 more than the price online, but that’s another story. I WOULD NOT REFER YOU ALL TO ANYONE. No one follows up!!! THE GM never spoke a word to me nor did she at least apologize for my wait time and inconvenience. I was only given a discount. Sometimes a discount isn’t exactly what people look for in situations like this, that’s a “hush up” sales tactic! I’m big on RESULTS & SOLUTIONS!!! CAN ANYONE PROVIDE SOME TYPE OF INFORMATION OR RESOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE, ASAP??? I’m this close to requesting a refund for EVERYTHING and making my purchase elsewhere!!! I passed up 3 other furniture stores to do business with Ashley. This was my first and LAST experience. I work in sales currently, so I know the game all too well. I’ve been very patient, and I never take it to the extent of giving a review, But I had time today.

My experience was exceptional, Kyla introduced herself. My mom and I roamed the store for a few looking for a recliner. Kyla explained the current sale. Mom and I made our decision, made our purchase and on our way.

I walked in the store and was greeted by Debbie, a very Pleasant saleswoman. She was not pushy or aggressive. She walked me around the store, showing me available selections but allowing me to decide for myself. It was a very wonderful experience for me. Deb is an absolute delight. I purchased a coffee table and an end table. And the pieces are solid wood and look great on my space. The sales associate was polite and allowed me to browse the store without following me through out the store. I had a little hiccup regarding my in store pickup but the manager or assistant manager readily took charge of the issue.

Update: A nice lady contacted me from the Corporate office: Long story short. She apologized for the unprofessional behavior and bad customer service I received from the Cordova location. She said she would email Lee and let her know that I would be able to return the mattress pad. God is good and will not let His child be put to shame. So, who had the last laugh was me. You don't mess with a child of God and think you are going to get away with it. Lee and Justin definitely needs to go back to training on customer service. Everyone I told couldn't believe they talked to a customer like that. Good they work for Ashley's because any other company, they would have been written up or FIRED. The customers are the reason you have a job. If it wasn't for the customers, the company wouldn't survive. You lost a sale and money. I took my business to Rooms To Go and got Top Tier customer service from Amber. I received the worse customer service I have ever received in my life. I made a purchase in your Cordova, TN store Saturday.  I changed my mind and decided to go with a mattress a little less expensive. I contacted Michelle today to let her know I was coming back in today after work. She is the young lady who sold me the mattress and I also purchased an island for my kitchen. When I arrived at the store, she was working with a customer. I told her, I will sit and wait until she finish with her customer. A caucasian lady came by and asked if I needed any help.I informed her, I was waiting on Michelle.  She was very nice. Next thing I know, a black lady comes and state she is the Assistant manager Lee Conley.  I told her I was waiting for Michelle. She says well Michelle can't help you if you are doing a Return.  The way her demeanor from the beginning was just off.  I told her the price range I looking for. She automatically walks off towards the high price mattress in the back. I told her what my budget was and she kept asking. It was like she was just trying to make me just purchase something whether I really liked it or not. She was really unprofessional. After so long, I just wanted to return the items. I was willing to come back after my doctors appointment,  but the way her attitude was, I just canceled the entire order. Then she proceeds to tell me I can't return the Ver-TEX Queen, which I was never informed,  in that case, I wouldn't have purchased it at all. Her name is Lee Conley. She said it's just like underwear. I said, it’s been in my trunk since Saturday. It's never been opened. That doesn't make any sense to have me stuck with a $349.99  purchase that I will never use. I asked her for the corporate number, she told me " no" I said well you call corporate for me. She said, no she can't. So, when I saw a caucasian man Justin Holloway walk up, I said excuse me sir, can you call corporate for me. His attitude and bad customer service was worse than hers. They are the ones with the attitudes, but he said somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I said no I didn't,  it had to be you. I told them they would feel the same way, if they were stuck with a $349.99 item that they don't need. He said, you are the one with no bed. I was like "wow" to myself.  I said I have a bed. This are the type of people Ashley furniture hire? I've NEVER RECEIVED and I have received bad customer service before,  but Ashley furniture your employees take the Whole cake. I said before I will never shop with your company again.  I gave you all another chance and this is the customer service I receive.  All I want is to return this item and not deal with this company again in life. If you all don't let me return this unused item, I will be reporting this to the new stations as well. Not a happy customer

When we were shopping the sales agent was very helpful however after purchasing the couch’s and trying to get the delivery set up they her was challenging. She told me to text her and not call but two different time of trying to reach her with no reply gut 2 to 3 days and ea time she would rtell me she was away and also would not give me a number to call or include me on the email with them as I asked I finally found a number on my own where I could deal with the delivery company . That finally worked out but the dates were later than the sales person originally told me. While the couch’s are great the communication was a struggle .
