When we were shopping the sales agent was very helpful however after purchasing the couch’s and trying to get the delivery set up they her was challenging. She told me to text her and not call but two different time of trying to reach her with no reply gut 2 to 3 days and ea time she would rtell me she was away and also would not give me a number to call or include me on the email with them as I asked I finally found a number on my own where I could deal with the delivery company . That finally worked out but the dates were later than the sales person originally told me. While the couch’s are great the communication was a struggle .
Julius was the best! Thanks to him we got both the couch we wanted and a great recliner. He is awesome and made a stressful process much more fun!

My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a rocking chair. Upon entry an associate immediately greeted us, which was nice. She asked what we were looking for, and we stated ‘rocking chairs’. Immediately she made a face and stated they didn't have any there. However, we’d been there a few months prior while budgeting and planning and they did have exactly what we were looking for, so we thanked her and continued through the store. We got to the rocking chair section (which did in fact exist) and started going through them together since my wife knew exactly what she was looking for. The associate reappeared and told us we should have specified ‘indoor’ rocking chairs. My wife apologized and affirmed that we were indeed looking for ‘indoor rocking chairs’. We told her we would just be looking around and she wandered off for about twenty seconds. As we tried the selection of chairs, we noticed the associate creeping in and circling around us. Quick to comment on the colors and size of chairs we were looking at. I will note that she told us she was new, so we tried to be polite and patient. My wife found the chair she wanted but we weren't planning on ordering it just yet, just planning on getting the chair name and information so we could order it later. My wife asked the associate for details on how the payment plans worked and that’s when things started going downhill. Instantly, the associate swept us away towards her kiosk, telling us to just enter our information. I filled it out, thinking it would just be a quote as she gave us little to no guidance through the whole thing. My wife went over our

I have been dealing with the warranty company on my lift chair since May 21st 2024 they sent out the wrong part and here it is August and I still have not got this resolved also to add I'm handicapped and it's in the notes of the technician that come out I have not got anywhere with Ashley or with the warranty company

I went to the store to purchase two twin beds. The sales representatives, Michelle and Julius, were very patient and helpful. I was undecided about what I really wanted because what was online wasn't in the store. Julius and Michelle were attentive and comprehended what I was looking for. They informed me that they were able to order what I found online. Finding what was suitable for my twin boys was made possible through their assistance, which was invaluable. Bought an extremely expensive sectional from this store and they failed to mention that the actual couch was springless, but more of a trampoline style structure. One year in and the couch has been repaired twice and the warranty has expired. I am not left with a sagging couch with horrible customer support

I had picked out furniture due to I had house fire, everything fine in store. I emailed salesman after talking to my insurance they advised me to cancell order due it was upgraded furniture more than allowing and one thing I purchased turned out salvageable so I don't need. I emailed salesman twice to tell him I was canceling order to please respond he has not responded. I am going in person to cancell order advised my insurance but would still like him to respond due salesman said he would be paid this week and if cancell he dont need to be paid. I was told I could cancell or change order due to insurance will not pay out for 1 or more months. I will go back in and shop once I have insurance money but if he dont get with me I will go elsewhere due to it was alot of furniture I want to make sure he knows this I can't go till weekend to cancell. Due to he in Cordova I'm in Mississippi. So he needs to respond. Pam
I feel like I am not being taken care of fast enough to have my bed repaired or replaced. The bed was assembled with missing parts by the ashley delivery team, and now the bed has broken. I have waited almost two weeks to get a claim approved. And now, I am told that I have to wait another two to four weeks for parts to get delivered so that the bed can be fixed. Ive tried to work with them to give me a faster option. I've asked for a replacement bed, a temporary cheap frame, and even parts off the bed from the showroom floor, but all of this was denied.....so now I'll have to sleep on the couch for probably a month. I need someone from ashley to help me. My back is not enjoying the couch.

Don't waste your time or hard earned money with Ashley Furniture. I purchased 2 new loveseats on 3/9/24 and one was delivered broken. I have still not received the replacement loveseats I ordered as of 7/1/24. I have filed BBB complaint and all they will say is we have no refund policy. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. No two people you speak to tell you the same thing or can see each other's notes from previous conversations with customer. The business practices of this company are terrible. It's completely set up to screw the customer.

I purchased a nice recliner from Ashley Furniture for my Dad, who lives out of state, and I needed him to receive it as soon as possible. The Ashley team made it happen with an Ashley store near him. Bailey went above and beyond to serve us at Ashley. She took the time to help show us the difference between different cushions, fabrics, models, colors, prices for our entire living room set including couches and tables. We had a lot of questions, and she answered all of them patiently, honestly, and with deep knowledge of her product. She even came in on her day off to help us finalize the transaction. I was helped by Ms. Gail Smothers who was very patient and helpful while I looked over the office desks that were on the showroom floor. After I decided on my purchase, Ms Smothers made sure that my discounts were applied to my purchase transaction.
Thought everything went well while in store. Once delivery time, items received that I did not need for my bedroom set. Took an entire week to get that sorted out and I'm still waiting for my refund. The salesperson was more concerned with adding items to my order that I didn't need, than making sure everything was correct.
Bought a QUEEN size mattress a year ago and the quality is just not there and they sent out an technician (Samuel)for an inspection and his findings were the mattress does not qualify for a replacement but mind you the mattress sinks and has NO SUPPORT only after a YEAR? ..WHICH IS REALLY POOR QUALITY MATERIAL EVIDENTLY. Finally found out Ashley Furniture is not quality product and manufactured on the level of IKEA furniture, which is cheap materials being used. I talked with so called corporate people and they aren't trying to honor my complaint about their product. And beforehand spoke to some store management and he claims he would discount the price towards a box spring. with another purchase...I DON'T NEED A BOX SPRING I NEED A REFUND . So I strongly suggest if you want quality product and SERVICE Ashley IS NOT THE PLACE FOR IT

I went to the Ashley Furniture in Cordova on Germantown Pkwy for a mattress. Justin did a fantastic job. He has Superb customer service, very informative, and also went above and beyond with how the technology worked on the mattress as well. I highly recommend him when visiting this store, not only for mattresses but for everything else as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a sectional couch with delivery scheduled for last Friday. The team said the couch would not fit and took it back to the show room. I went back to the showroom to pick a different couch and scheduled the delivery on Tuesday. I had half of the sectional delivered in boxes, thrown in my living room. (I was missing 2 other pieces and had paid for white glove delivery with includes putting it together). They offered to deliver and put the pieces together THE NEXT FRIDAY. When they showed up the next Friday the delivery team threw the pieces in the living room again. When I told them I had paid for them to put it together they told me “they don’t do that” and left. An hour later they called and said “we are on the way back to put it together”. By that time I had already done it myself. Customer service and hospitality here is non existent. You would think fixing a problem caused by a company would be resolved as quick a as possible. The delivery team is rude and unprofessional. When buying furniture, literally go anywhere else. Don’t waste your money.

Shannon was the most helpful and even went the extra mile for me to get my items delivered as fast as possible! DSG is the worst Ashley Furniture experience EVER!!!!!!! The corporate operations center expressed no remorse for screwing my order up, delaying delivery on the items I purchased, and showing that I indeed paid for the items for over a week! The store reps (except Shannon-very knowledgeable) had no clue how to fix it, they wouldn’t escalate my call in corporate and I was KIND the entire time!!!!! Not a single, “sorry about that buddy”. I mean they gave me absolutely nothing!!! I will never shop with the group ever again. I wish you the best of you do.

I don’t feel I should have to purchase white glove delivery for 79.99 just to have option to return my table when you didn’t even have one in the entire store for me to view. Plus, if it it arrives damaged I should be able to return it anyway without this extra expense. I’d like for you to offer to credit it back & state that I can still return item. It’s not fair to consumer in any way.

Quick and easy. Came in late with my wife on a Saturday night after we got tired of cleaning our old sectional and spoke with Julius about what we were looking for and he made a great recommendation that we decided to go with. The 0% financing was also nice
Lee helped me and my wife the whole way. We were torn between two different sectionals and she was very helpful in helping us weigh our options. We ended up purchasing the first one we looked at, added an additional section, and the coffee table that opens as well. Chuck helped us at the payment stage will Lee moved on to someone else that needed assistance and he got us taken care of and also let us know about the protection plan which we added on to our purchase as well. Dealing with folks like then makes you feel a lot better about spending that amount of money when you're dealing with nice people. Will definitely Italy be returning when we decide to update our bedroom or kitchen furniture next.

Looking for a replacement furniture for my son's bedroom that was destroyed by an automobile.
Screw Ashley furniture.. I will never use them again.. They will tell you what you wanna hear to try and make you happy but in reality nobody knows anything about your order. My wife and I have waited months and months for two end tables and a coffee table. They will call you and tell you that the order is ready and to schedule a time and date to deliver BUT THEY WONT CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT IT HAS BEEN POSTPONED!! I have taken off work so many times the last couple of months to be home for the delivery and nobody ever shows.. I should have learned by the second go around but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. “Don’t buy from Ashley”

Furniture terrible quality and Extended Warranty is a joke. Furniture less than 3 yrs. old and Warranty doesn't cover "that part" of the loveseat. Don't waste your money! I called Ashley’s store, I called the extended warranty and I went to the store to ask for help. I have been courteous and nice. When I went to the store, I was asked to leave. I wasn’t told they were sorry I’ve had a bad experience and they didn’t offer to help me. They asked me to leave the store. That is the type of company they are. I am going to continue to share my experience with everyone I can. There are 2comments on my review but I can see only one. I am guessing it is Ashley’s replying that I can’t see.

Went looking for a sleeper couch. One guy admitted they were short staffed but said he could help. Asked a question about a product and he said he would be back with price since it was not clearly marked. Never came back. Looked up the price on line while waiting. Next person come by and told us a price and it was $100 more than the on-line price. They may want to work on providing better automation to staff to find accurate info.
We walked in just to kill some time before dinner reservations. Patrick assisted us in looking at sectionals and was not pushy and made our experience relaxing. After dinner we returned and ended up purchasing the sectional (totally unplanned for our day) and they stayed even after closing to help us to complete our transaction. Thanks to Jermaine and Patrick for our new couch and fantastic customer service and experience!!

bought a $1500 king size mattress, picked it up from the warehouse, bought it home and it was 3" shorter than my king size mattress frame, after a month of contacting ashley sending pictures and just generally being ignored and beaten around the bush, they have a "furniture inspector" come to my house and say there was a manufacturers defect and that ashley will be contacting me for a replacement, after 5 days of no call i decided i'd try my luck calling them again, well as luck would have it Ashley's approvals department said the techs report wasn't specific enough for a replacement so i'm just SOL on a $1500 mattress. Garbage customer service, garbage warranty claims, garbage approvals department, and for some reason even though they have a store in every part of this city, outsource everything to people that aren't from around here, don't care to help, and just genuinely have poor attitudes

They also call when they're on the way. It took no time to go the furniture in. They were quick and professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

I bought furniture in the beginning of July and here it is September going into October (going on 3 months) and my furniture isn’t put together. When the delivery guys came to deliver my furniture they didn’t have the correct screws and claim they would come the following week to put it together. I was given the run around that someone would contact me, someone will be there next week, well everything is backed up and every excuse possible just to shut me up. I tried returning the furniture but they have a “no return policy” and also they had the audacity to hit me with a late fee. I will NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!

I purchased a recliner from Ashley's on August 22nd. It was delivered on the 28th. After delivery discovered the chair was broken. Called and reported. It has been a total mess to get the chair fixed. Very poor communication from Ashley's. We were told a tech would be out on Sept 9th to do repair. Called today on the 9th, they claim no work order. Unbelievable

Shady business practice of adding protection plan to ticket without any mention of it during sale. Had it removed and they increased the price of the furniture to offset the difference. Great American Home Store got our business instead.

Interest deferred was advertised as 24 months. Just received first bill, and it says 12 months interest deferred. So to not pay interest my payment went doubled. They were kind enough to show a minimum payment that would take 18 years and triple what I financed. LAST Ashley purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we purchase a set of recliner on the 25th of July 2020 with a 5year protection on it however the recliner mechanism went out in which they send a service technician out to service it which was ok for awhile but that's the icing on the cake the board of plank in which the mechanism was attached to got broken after about week of installation several techs came out but with different stories until few days ago the last technician inspected it and found out that that last technician that fixed the mechanism damage the board and on and off with Ashley HomeStore for a solution to this issue. We have to pay $130.00 for a technician to come out even though we have a 5 yr warranty that covers any service call but in order to expedite service we paid the service call but yet NO SOLUTION IN SIGTHDo they deserve any STAR I don't think so

When I bought the item they were all accommodating. The item was missing one small but vital part I tried to go back to the store and retrieve one. They treated me like you already bought it. I'll never set foot inside this store ever again. You seriously need lessons in customer service. Especially since your items are high priced.

This review is a warning to others. While the furniture is very nice but too expensive imo. Regardless of that, on a Saturday late April this year my wife and I toured this Ashley store looking for a complete bedroom set. The sales rep Julius was friendly and helpful while looking through the store. When we found a bed and set we were interested in Julius sat us down to go over pricing which started at around $14000 for the complete bedroom set a lot more than we were expecting…..after our sticker shock Julius asked us if we’d be interested in checking out if we qualify for an instore monthly payment plan. So we agreed ONLY to run my wife’s credit to see what options we may have. After a 30 minute wait, my wife and I decided its a lot of money, we approached Julius at the sales counter and informed him we need to think about. He told us we have until the end of the day if we decide to purchase. Later he texted my wife and we informed him we are not interested in the bedroom set its just too expensive we thanked him for his time. WE NEVER AGREED TO PURCHASE ANYTHING VERBALLY OR IN WRITING. For the next month Ashley bothered my wife at work numerous times about delivering the order WE NEVER AGREED TOO. She told them we never agreed to purchase this and to stop calling her at work. We assumed this was the end…wrong… this month my wife received notification from her bank that her credit score fell over 40 points and she had perfect credit. After researching this it turns out Julius at Ashley Home Furniture acted as if we agreed to a sale and a payment plan and reported my wife to the credit bureaus past due delinquent for $498.00! We never agreed to open an account and did not leave the store with any items nor did we receive any deliveries. This is FRAUD. She called the bank and reported this FRAUDULENT act by Ashley Furniture today. Damage already is done to her credit. Store management owes my wife a sincere apology and should deal appropriately with this fraudulent act by Julius and anyone involved For Ashley Management so you don’t reply “we have no record of you”. My wife has a different last name than me.

The worst furniture buying experience ever. I tried to buy 2 queen mattress sets for 2 new bedrooms. I told the salesman (Holloway) exactly what my needs were as far as product and delivery date. I insisted he check his stock to insure that everything I needed was in stock and available for delivery at the first available delivery appointment, at which he promised of August 12, 2023. As their credit card machine wasn't working, i paid by check at their insistence. 6 days later I got a telephone call from Ashley's telling me that the items I had purchased were not available and that they were at least 2 weeks out. I told them that I needed the mattresses before then whereas they told me to visit the store and get them to help me.I went the store and talked to a salesman (Mr. Holloway was not working) who referred me to the assistant manager, Mr. Harris. Mr Harris tried to at first switch the mattresses I bought to other mattresses which I was not interested in. He then told me that he would refund $1237. of the $1327. I paid. He deducted $100 for some mattress protectors which were given to me as free by Mr. Holloway in the purchase. I told Mr. Harris that he could have the protectors back, I never wanted them and they were still new, unopened in the original packaging. Mr. Harris refused and said that the protectors were not returnable. He insisted that I call their customer service number for help. I called their customer service and reached Chris, who refused to offer a last name. Chris was rude and abusive "It's your fault that you believed those guys and took those mattress protectors, you got scammed" he told me. I asked Chris where he was located and he told me Guadalajar, Mexico. He admitted to just being a hired subcontractor, not an employee of Ashley's. He became more and more abusive.I asked Mr. Harris speak to the store manager and was told he was out of town for 3 weeks.Mr. Harris left during the phone call and I had another employee retrieve him, at which time he came back even more rude. I asked him for the refund of my $1227. and he said he couldn't give me my money back, the money had to be refunded by the company "somewhere in Canada.". I asked him when I could get my money as the check had cleared my bank and they had my money and he shrugged his shoulders and laughed as he said, "I don't know."After leaving this Cordova store, I discovered the customer service number for Ashley Homestores in the U.S. The woman on the phone asked for my order number and identification then told me she could find no record of my purchase. She told me that the Ashley Homestore in Cordova was not a true Ashley Homestore and were only a licensed store, therefore they could do nothing about the problem. I asked her how I could tell the difference between a real Ashley Homestore and a licensed Ashley Homestore, she said I couldn't. I asked her if Ashley Homestore as a corporation condoned the business practices that I was describing which included lying to customers, bait and switch tactics and fraud, to which she replied, "Yes."I have since discovered the innumerable number of other customers on Yelp that have also been treated reprehensibly by this store and have discovered that Ashley Homestore has several class-action lawsuits pending due to their dishonest business practices. Good judgment tells one to avoid places like Ashley Homestore on Germantown Pkwy in Cordova, TN.

Lee was OUTSTANDING. She not only made me feel good about my purchase she made me feel good!!! I went in to buy a “big girl” bed for my 7 year old and left feeling like I gained a friend. Lee was patient when my daughter kept interrupting out of excitement. Lee made me feel right at home how could I not want to purchase something. She even remembered that I had been eyeing a rug when I initially walked in. Lee shaped my experience needless to say she’s a gem and I will be returning.
Justin was very knowledgeable on his inventory. He also tolerated my two year old who needed a nap by the time we were done! I have my whole living room suit delivered and set up in roughly two weeks! Big thanks to Justin at Ashley’s!

Awful experience we were told all mattresses came with a cover. Then at the checkout the salesman hands out the cover. We were never told it was going to be charged at $279.99. When we realized it was not free we then tried to return it. Only to find out IN STORE THEY DO NOT PROCESS RETURNS. So we were told to call a number were of course the first sentence is: “hey I was not the person who sold it to you I just handle calls.” Really that response!! Ridiculous. then I was told a supervisor will contact me back. They never called back. I will never buy here again. Also amazon has the same cover for $40. Overpriced and bad customer service

There is something to be desired in the customer service department area... Since my experience started with a $12,000 purchase in 2018 you would hope that "catering" to customers would be a priority- not so much. Having been told my most recent furniture purchase would come assembled only to later learn it was not was very disheartening. Their distribution center is hidden and almost unfindable!! Maybe I will spend my next several thousand with a different company.

Do NOT buy anything from Ashleys We have been getting the run around for almost a month at this point. We bought an electric chair with a warranty. We have been able to use the chair that we received in June 14th for a total of 3 weeks. Why? Because the electrical parts don’t work and it takes an act of congress to get Ashley’s to respond. We Got the chair fixed after 2 .5 weeks after the first issue. Then 11 days later, we had the same issue. We have been trying to get someone to help us since august 14th. We keep getting the run around, texts that make no sense as they contradict themselves. This is getting ridiculous. We asked for a return because we haven’t been able to use the chair and we were declined because we have to go through the warranty process which they are intentionally making complicated and not actually resolving the issue. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t buy anything electronic from Ashley’s.and don’t expect help with any warranty issues. We bought a lift chair for my dad on May 30, we received it June 14th. On Monday July 17th we called because the foot raised itself and the electronics do not work. I have been told multiple things by multiple people and no one will give me a straight answer as to when this will be fixed. Update…. It has been a week and still no resolution. I called Ashley’s they are claiming they sent the information to the warranty company but when I called the warranty company. They have no record of anything being submitted. So continued update. I called the number they provided and was told their system was down and they would call me When it was back up. It has now been over 24 hours and surprise surprise no call.

We went to the Cordova store and purchased $8,000 worth of furniture got the extra insurance and was told if anything happens to it they would replace it when they delivered the stuff they cut the leather with a box cutter long story short they didn’t replace it they sent the first guy out at 6:00 pm and said it would take 4 hours to fix it we said don’t want it fix we want a new one so we went up to the store talk to the manager Chuck said no problem we replace it than they said no we have to repair it the second guy comes out to fix it and when he got done it looks worst now than it did it’s crooked and all the leather is loose pitiful so no I’m sorry but we are not happy just wanting it replaced now I guess we stuck with some crapping looking couch sitting in my living room if they had a zero out of five I would give them a zero don’t use them they lie

We had a great experience shopping here today. We went in just to look and get ideas. Our sales associate, Jermaine, was great. He didn’t try to force us into buying anything. We did end up purchasing a new mattress and will likely return for when we want a new sofa.

Bought a lovely trundle bed from Ashley recently. I had a mattress for the top but needed one for the slide out trundle. Only has room for a mattress that is 4” thick. Ashley doesn’t sell one. They did suggest their much thicker mattress which would not fit. What a joke.
Customer service was good. Price is alright. Logistics were not so good. I ordered a couch to pick up at the warehouse. The salesman told me that the warehouse was closed for the day so i would have to pick up another day. He said i could call the warehouse and ask when i could pick it up. It was about 4PM. I called the warehouse and they said i could pick it up immediately because the warehouse did not close until 5PM. I drove 30 minutes one-way to pick it up. It was 4:30PM when i arrived at the warehouse. They said one week ago they started closing at 4PM instead of 5PM, so i could not pick it up and wasted an hour of my time and gallons of gas.

The overall store experiance was great while making a cash purchase back in November 2022. I purchased a kitchen table set with 6 chairs. I received the set late November. Upon receipt the chairs were already assembled and place around the table. After the delivery men left, which was 5 to 10 minutes later, I decided to move the set closer to the wall. I realized that 5 of the six chairs were off balance. Totally off balance. I immediately called the store and was told there is nothing they can do because its their policy that if it was defected then it must be refused. After several calls, I was told to send pictures. The pictures clearly showed the chairs feet not all touching the ground. I was told someone would come out. This took until late January 2023. Ticket after ticket was done. Ashely furniture had 2 boxes shipped to my home in March 2024 without my permission. These large boxes were left on my front porch. In April 2023 two repairmen from the repair team showed up saying that they have to do another ticket because only two chairs were mailed. I was told that he would expedite the ticket for a replacement set. Today its June 25, 2023 and I havent heard from Ashley or noone else. Poor, Poor, Pitiful Service as a company. I will never make another purchase from this place again. Sick of people taking your hard earned money and not giving a damn afterwards. s set

Entire system has been down for over a week (I was told twelve days). Finally able to make my purchase and was told I had to use “bill and pay” system via email. I did that and received payment confirmation within three minutes. I went the next day to pick up my sofa and was told that it could take up to 48 hours for AP to post my payment to my invoice and release it for my pickup. Just unbelievable that this occurs and also that no one told me this would be the timeline. Just a pitiful excuse for a retail point of sale. I will look elsewhere for my needs in the future.

I think they have a great selection of furniture. But not sure as the sales staff didn't allow us to look around. They kept suggesting other furniture that we might like, which seemed to always be on the other side of the store. So we would follow them, walking past things that might have caught our eye, but we never felt like we could just shop and explore for that piece of furniture that spoke to us. If you like pushy and klingy sales staff, this is the perfect place for you, but not me.

I was greeted be Debbie within a few seconds of walking in the door. I was looking for new mattresses. She guided me through the store to the bedding area and started to give her extensive knowledge on each type of mattress. I was tired of shopping from store to store and luckily this was my last stop. I was able to find the bed that fits me and can’t wait until I get the delivery in a few more days. It goes without saying I am very pleased with my shopping experience. This location will be my first stop whenever I need more furniture.

Had a fairly good experience purchasing furniture. The salesperson was informative and kind. I kept telling her I had time to purchase and look around. She was kind of pushy and was pressuring me to buy at that moment. I did buy a sofa and loveseat only because there was a promotion of buy one piece get one half off. They do offer a nice extra protection plan where someone will come and clean the furniture if something happens to the pieces. Wish she was not pushy. It was uncomfortable. Rushing people to buy stuff is not cool. Left a bitter taste in my mouth. I do appreciate her knowledge about the furniture. I might go back.

During checkout I noticed that some prices were actually higher than the online price. I made him aware after I paid, because the breakdown didn't print out until after I paid. There was not employee discount , he literally went in knocked one item price by $20 or $50, but went in upcharged the next item at a higher charger. The charged me $340 for delivery and online delivery shows $219.00 for the entire delivery. There was not employee discount pricing done, it was a switch and bait. I would never work with him again. I'm going to call the store and speak with the manager only. I'm asking for a refund, because he was deceiving and a plain out LIAR‼ I will definitely stick with online or the discount store.My total was less online than purchased in store. I kept asking about the delivery charge, I should have known he was up to something. He kept pulling his phone out to use the calculator. I want my money back!

If I could give zero stars I would. We spent over $7,000 and when the sofa was delivered, one of the recliners did not work. I called ashley warranty and was told someone would call me back, not only did I never hear from them, but I ended up with a part in the mail and no one scheduled to install it. I called and was basically given the run around. Never again will I deal with this place.

This was my first time buying new living room furniture in a furniture store. Paul made the environment so welcoming and he was very kind and knowledgeable about each product we looked at. We didn't feel pressured into buying something, as we looked at a few other places. We couldn't turn down the great service we received at Ashley today. I would highly recommend working with Paul and going to this location for anyone looking to buy furniture.

Expensive for the quality that it is, both times I had furniture delivered something was wrong or done wrong and they do not stick around to be shown so nothing to be done unless you have the warranty on everything.
If there were an option for zero stars that’s what I would’ve chosen. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. We bought a couch and it broke within a month. After a month of waiting for they finally came and fixed it. Two months later it broke in the same place. They finally replaced it after waiting months. Then after two months the new one broke. “In the same place”. Now they are saying it’s out of warranty and they refuse to fix it. Even though I really didn’t want anymore furniture from them at all. They still refused to even take it back for trade and wouldn’t even give a discount. The cheapest furniture I’ve ever seen.

The sales gentleman were great ! On the other hand the delivery 2 guys first attempted to leave without puttin a pannel on my kids beds . When asked about it they retrieved it off the truck and then in correctly pur in on the bed. I had to point out loose bolts and ask them to tightin them .

This has been the worst experience ever in purchasing furniture! I purchased a dining room table on December 26, 2022 and as of today (February 24, 2023) it is laying on the floor in my dining room. The table came the following week after I ordered it. However, they (the white glove delivery team) stated Ashley didn’t get the legs to the table. Two weeks later I received the legs, but they didn’t have the hardware to assemble the table. So, now, I have a table, let’s, and no hardware. I have called, Drive 200 miles to go back to the original store where I purchased the table and still no hardware. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY!!!!!

This place is ridicules! We went here to buy an oversized recliner, had to fill out all kinds of stupid paperwork, which I almost said forget it as I don’t like signing my name to stuff, but ok… I read all their stuff, sign it (I don’t sign anything without reading the whole page) then we are told we can’t take our purchase out the front door?? It’s a big double door, but instead we have to take it out a little skinny door (less than 40 feet from the front door and still facing the front of the store) I will NOT be buying anything else from this place! I knew I should have listened to all the bad reviews that are on yelp!

I’ve never dealt with a business more committed to poor customer service than Ashley. I had a credit that I wanted to redeem. The sales person said it would be submitted to corporate then in a few days I would be able to apply the credit towards a store purchase. She gave me her contact info and said if I texted her she would respond immediately. That was over 2 weeks ago and I’ve been texting her almost daily and she’s stopped responding entirely. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do for me. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager I was told there were no managers available. Absolute nightmare!
Hayden did an amazing job at helping me and my boyfriend pick out the perfect starter bedroom set for our house. He did an amazing job at working numbers and getting the price in the range that we wanted. Hayden made sure we walked out of Ashley’s furniture happy and we did.
My wife and I started our day with a plan in mind, buy a couch and loveseat… We shopped around at 3 furniture stores. Ashley, being the last one. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It was like something out of Goldilocks… The first store we went to, no one came to talk to us at all and we found a living room suit we liked. But it was the highest price of the three. The second location, we were met with “I don’t pressure sell or hover.” They hovered the whole time. The selection was the worst and they were the lowest price. Ashley was “just right!” Their selection was better than the previous two locations! The customer service was spot on and were met by Julius who made the buying experience extraordinary! If you are in the market for furniture, check out Ashley. You won’t be disappointed. Also, the Presidents’ Day sale is going on now.

The young man at Ashley was so patient. He attended to me and my husband only, unlike the sales associate at Havertys, who left us to go and socialize with his coworkers and he never returned. So the following day we went to Ashley where the young man was very attentive to us, and for that we bought a brand new bedroom set, living room, dinette set, and a very lovely TV stand. Kudos to Ashley and the young man who was our sales representative on yesterday. We enjoyed doing business with you, and I highly recommend Ashley Furniture.

Terrible, don’t buy your temperpedic here!! The sales man lies about taking discounts off and only cares about his sale, he will tell you anything you want to hear and is not going to be 100% honest with you. He also switch our base and told us it was an upgrade but it had less bells and whistles than the original we agreed on for the same price.

I am VERY happy with my experience at the Ashley furniture store in Cordova, TN! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Julius, the sales associate, and was given information about their current promotions. Once I informed him I was there to look at recliners, he told me exactly where to find them, and in which section of the store to find each style, such as modern, contemporary, traditional, etc. After that, he allowed me to venture around the store without hovering over me, or making me feel rushed. When I was ready, he immediately gave me his full attention. Once I narrowed down the options to the two recliners I liked best, Julius was more than happy to help me decide between the two. He was about the same size as my husband, so I asked if he would mind telling me which one was more comfortable for him. Not only did he oblige, but he did it with a fantastic attitude! Also, I truly believe he gave me his honest opinions, especially since he said he preferred the one that was slightly less expensive than the other. After I decided which one I wanted, he was very thorough in explaining each step of the purchasing process, including going over the five year warranty and the estimated delivery date. Overall, in large part to Julius, it was a wonderful buying experience! I've purchased from Ashley several times in the past, and I will continue to purchase from them in the future! Their service is always excellent!!
STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE.At first, I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company so I did not think to investigate or look into anything. I purchased a sectional set online and they sent me the wrong item in addition, I had something I am allergic to in the fabric. I have been trying to return the item for SEVERAL WEEKS and I keep getting false promises and waste more and more of my time. They are the biggest rip off company I have ever dealt with in my entire life and I am so shocked that they are allowed to operate in the business world. No matter what you see in this place, save yourself the agony and don't purchase it or give them a penny that you will be guaranteed to loose and be miserable with your purchase. Oh yeah, I am still trying to resolve these issues and I know that I will be resulting in taking them to court to get my money back.

Went to Ashley to look for a mattress and ended up buying one the same day. We met with Justin the sleep guru. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He answered all of our questions and then some. I would recommend going to see Justin even if your are having trouble sleeping. It may just be the mattress!

I will never go to the Ashley on Germantown Rd. The salesman told me I had to order it on line. They didn't want my business. No star I went to the Ashley Store on Winchester and this store was great. The Saleman took the time to order my purchase and told me about the Warehouse because I wanted to pick it up. Five star
During delivery one of the delivery guys dropped a cushion in the mud outside. No big deal since he said he would reach out to the store and we would be taken care of within the hour. No one contacted us and when we did it took hoops to jump through to just get stuffing delivered separately from the actual cushion. The stuffing was about 1/3 of what we needed. After multiple attempts again to get a simple cushion for our brand new sofa we are directed to call centers, phone trees, etc and here we are 10 days later still missing a complete sofa.

My latest experience was completely different this week than it has ever been. My wife and I spent a couple of hours in the store putting together a bedroom set. The salesperson emailed me an order confirmation. Three days later, I returned to the store and questioned that I didn’t see the discount of 25% that was discussed. The salesperson said he would need to redo the confirmation. He proceeded to increase the price line by line, saying the discount was applied but not shown on the original confirmation. I explained I had gone online while he was off three days and came up with the same pricing, without any discount. He said online pricing is already discounted. I said ok, what about the $1000 off an advertisement since I was spending well over the minimum required in store. He said they’re not allowed to double dip on discounts but would ask his manager. This would have been the fourth time in two trips to the store he needed to “talk with his manager” I became frustrated by the lack of transparency with the situation and told the manager when I left. I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from Ashley in my lifetime but never again.

The bed frame we purchased was damaged when assembled. We are still waiting for a technician to call and schedule a time to come verify the damage so it can be returned. Each time we call for an update we are told to expect a call in 24-48 hours. It’s been weeks. Ashley’s uses a vendor for the service.
EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL! - Ashley furniture as a whole is a horrible business and they ruined my 2022. I am still chasing a refund into the New Year but because they have promised me my money and still have not refunded it, My credit report is starting to be affected my score has been going down due to non payment because the balance on my account is less than the refund I was promised. So while I am still waiting on my refund I've decided to pay the balance out of my own pocket to start the year off and as soon as I walked into Ashley home store the representative I spoke with wanted to send me out the door. The very FIRST thing she said was "Let me give you a number to call because we don't do that here"......... I have made payments before at the locations in Nashville but something told me Memphis would treat me this way. I'm from here so I'm not as surprised, but I know I will NEVER spend money with Ashley Furniture EVER again.
We had a wonderful experience. In a day and age where good customer service is hard to find, Brian exceeded our expectations. Nikki was the BEST! However the delivery of one of my chest od drawers has gone HORRIBLE. As long as there isn't damage to the item then there isn't a problem. The item was damaged and not removed from the delivery truck by the driver. NOW EVERYONE from the store in Cordova and customer service is either not answering my call or directing me back to each other. I've has the SECOND ticket number issued today and told to call the store but noone will answer the phone.

do not buy any furniture from here. We ordered a bedroom that it came in about a week later the items were damage. They took us about a month for them to finally admit the damage. Then we get the items replaced and we get more broken items. these are cheap not well-made. Absolutely not worth the headache

Do not order in store. Do not order at this store. I was informed they could deliver to my address. They could not. Two failed attempts and three phone called 30+ minutes to cancel the order. Driver was RUDE when I tried to meet him at the gate to the military base (they have to be screened for active criminality). So happy to serve 20+ years for y'all. Order online, it's cheaper (20%+), and FedEx will deliver to your door without issue.

The sales people were not too pushy like at some furniture stores. They deserve 4 stars, BUT the furniture we selected is on back order. That's fine as we don't mind waiting. We were promised a delivery date as early as today, October 24th. Upon calling for an update, they pushed it back saying our furniture might be available for delivery in 2 weeks. Their promise for an earlier delivery than us just ordering from Ashley online was the reason we didn't look elsewhere for furniture. It just seems like they told us what we wanted to hear. I'll update my review if they end up keeping their original word, but i highly doubt that will happen.

I originally placed an order with Ashley and ended up canceling because I got gifted the items I ordered. Upon canceling, I was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to get my initial leasing fee back from Smart Sales and Leasing and Fortiva. I waited that time only to call back and find out that they order was never cancelled. Well, an escalation was put in so that Ashley could let their vendors know that I the furniture order was cancelled and to initiate the refund, but after waiting for a week, no refund was received. I called the vendors and the vendors told me that they haven't received any cancellation notice from Ashley, in fact, it is still pending. I called Ashley and they are stating they reached out to them. The biggest thing with this store is the run arounds and the lack of care for their customers. It is the miss information given to the customer that leads to me having to take matters into my own hands and then when I talk to Ashley, they say take it up with your bank? How dare you tell me that! As quick as you took payment, it should be the same energy to give me my refund back no exceptions. I would rather go buy their furniture from other vendors, then to walk in the main store and purchase anything. The customer service is better with other companies and the concern level is better. It is a shame that other furniture companies can sell their furniture and resolve issues, better than they can.

I bought a $1400 power recliner in June of this year. Within a month the cotton is coming out the foot part! It is because the seams were coming apart. I have been calling them every week, and have been lied to! I have asked to speak with a manager and never received a call back! It is now September. They even lied like someone was coming between 11 and 1 and NO ONE SHOWED! I have sent pics and did everything on my part! I would love some advice because this is unacceptable! If I have to get the news and the BBB involved, I will. Save your money and shop elsewhere because Ashley Funiture does not Care about you and they definitely don't back there products! UPDATE! After seeing my review, someone from Ashley contacted me and resolved all my issues! I really appreciate the fast and turnaround and the compassion shown. Thanks!🥰🥰
Horrible. Sales associate lied about the 10 percent fee if I returned an item that I Have not received by the date quoted. Part of the order that was delivered was missing parts and no one can tell me when replacement will arrive. Oh but I can’t return the item even with parts missing. Worse furniture store ever. Managers are very aggressive and rude. Everything fine when they sell you products to make commission. Soon as a problem arise you can find no one to help. I’m very understanding of things not going as planned. It was amazing to see how staff and managers acted when there is a problem with your order. Not as nice and helpful then. They care more about that initial sell for the moment instead of keeping customers returning. That commission could be so much better with repeated customers

I am absolutely in love with this Ashley Furniture and will be back when we get our house, Lee and Bailey were awesome and Bailey found what we were looking for to the T in about 5 minutes. She was super busy when we got there so we got to really narrow down what we had planned but didn’t see any floor models that really represented that. She made us extremely happy and even stayed after close to get us the discounts we knew about and everything taken care of. We will be back to furnish the res t of our house when the time comes!

Patrick and the staff at Ashley were great to work with. He helped us get the perfect sectional to fit our space by customizing the layout, opening up more possibilities for us to find the piece that best served our space.
I knew what couch I wanted already, but since I got there 30min before closing I thought it was too late to talk to someone about financing so I was going to wait. Nikki approached us and told us she could get it done in 20min. AND SHE DID! financed and sold for delivery in 2 weeks I can’t wait!
We came and asked for some help but we were asked to wait for the salesman who was busy chatting with his friend. And no one tried to help us though we were the only customers in the store at that time.

I would not give it one star really. First 3 days I have called without success to voice my complaints with furniture. They only give you 72 hours from delivery time to do so. That's three days and for three days no one has answered or called back. Don't fall for it. Go somewhere else to do business. Look at this ... on phone e over 19 minutes with no hold music or a person. Update no one returned my call.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend Ashley’s HomeStore to anyone. I originally wanted the Porter storage bed but was advised it was on back order until November so I went with the Porter panel bed. I placed the order back in May with Lee and Tim. I still haven’t received my furniture! I went to the store and spoke with the manager Kim. Kim advised me if I cancel, I will be charged 10% of the $5000 order even though I haven’t received anything. The salesmen were only out to make commission. So no I don’t recommend Ashley’s HomeStore!!
They came earlier than expected to deliver and setup my new couch. They were friendly, quick, and efficient in the setup.

this place has horrible customer service. was made fun of and laughed at for trying to make a return on an item that will not work. was told something was cancelled and no fee was applied by one employee but then another employee told me a 10% fee was applied even though i don’t have the item and the item hasn’t even been picked up. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE.
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our sales person, Deborah, was fantastic. She was so helpful and accommodating. We picked our furniture up as it was a clearance item and had a seamless experience from the front desk to the warehouse manager. 10/10 - will absolutely buy from Ashley again.

I was excited to finally find a table set that was perfect. I literally shopped around for about a year before I found the one I could see myself with for a long period of time. Making the purchase was easy. It wasn’t in stock so I was told it would be about a month. Well here we are now. The first delivery the 3 bar stool, the bench, and one of the table leaf had damaged. The delivery guys spoke to someone in their claims department. I spoke with the claim person briefly and was told they would replace the damage items with new ones. Second delivery they bought back the same exact damage bar stools and bench exact. The leaf did not come on this delivery ( after spoke with the person in claims he replaced) Again the delivery guys called someone in their claims department. I spoke with the person as well and told him how much of an inconvenience it was. I was told a 15% could be given back. Well yesterday they came to delivery the 3 bar stools and bench. The bench was broken while on the truck. Again went to the process of calling claims. I called today to see about getting more than the 15% because this is just ridiculous at these point only to be told they don’t see a 15% being offered back and they are only covering the bench. Spoke with the manager he was comprehending the situation well at all. I asked to speak with under management and was told it would be 48-72 hours before one called me back. This experience has been terrible and a lot of my time wasted.
Normally I do not like to put a business on blast but this particular Ashley location caters to a certain crowd. Twice I went here and no one came to service me. Well yesterday I came ready for a purchase and a salesman greeted me but left me several times to go help the Caucasian customers that came in after me. He left me sitting waiting for him while he walked around with this family and it made me feel like my purchase was not important to him. He finally sent someone else over to help me bc he felt this family was more important than mine. He took the time to walk them around and show them different items but did not show me the same courtesy. Yeah I would say that this location in Cordova is not friendly to the African American race. Sorry but that’s my perception based on the times I have been there
Poor delivery. Everything was damaged on arrival. Glad to overpay and wait 3 months to wait longer. One item was told it got discontinued so they damaged the last one.
Tim was fantastic!! He really helped me and took his time. He listened to my concerns and wasn’t focused on just getting the sale. I highly recommend going to see Tim for your furniture needs!
I was in the process of looking for a new kitchen set. I worked with Hayden. He was very helpful, knowledgeable of the products and joy to work with. My mother and I were very satisfied. I love the set I chose and can't wait to pick it up. I will return in the future! 💕
It took a little over 5 months to get my new nightstand but it is beautiful. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional.
The delivery was on time and they kept me informed. The gentlemen that delivered the piece were nice and respectful. Owen the salesman was super helpful. I will ask for him whenever I come back to shop.
How can store's ask customers yo pay for products they don't have. The wait for the product you've paid for can go as long as 6 months. This isn't the way businesses should do business

Great custtomer service Very disapointed in the delivery service first I recieved the wrong sofa and no one has yet to reach out to me regarding when they will pick this one up and bring me the correct sofa. Very poor customer service. I do hope they bring me a new sofa and not one that has been in someone else house. I would really just like to know wjen or if I will get the correct not sofa but chaise lounge sofa sleeper.
I would just like to say that hayden is the best salesperson I've had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. He was very attentive and knew his job very well. I'll be sure to send many people to see him they're looking for furniture and we will continue to come back and buy from him in the future
As of right now I'm giving a 1 star. We usually have a good buying experience up till recently. We purchased a full bedroom set, our salesmen was awesome! The transaction was smooth and we received the best pricing we could ask for. About two weeks later on delivery day, which we couldn't wait for turned out to be a mess with one of the items. one of the night stand drawers would not open all the way. I noticed this a little time after the delivery guys brought it in and left us. I tried to open the drawer and it would only pull out about 3 inches. When I did so I could see a ball bearing rolling around. So the next thing we thought to do was call the store and let them know that the furniture was defective. We were told we would need to call Customer Support and they would help us. LOL well this was a no go. We were told a Tech would give us a call in a few days. Of course no call. So we called back again! And were told the same thing. Still NO help. This went back and forth for about two weeks. So now we are getting back in touch with the Salesman and he said he would talk to the store Manager. Next we were told to call another number which we did and were told that ASHLEY does NOT except returns or exchanges. Well since this was a damaged item you would think they would at least fix it or send a new one. And once again we were told to call another number and this foreigner argued with my husband said they would SEND PARTS! And hung up on him, still NO HELP. We are not furniture builders! We should not have to repair our broken/damaged item that was delivered this way! So this is about to get even more interesting! So in a nut shell. Beware from buying from this company and you better be prepared to test out every piece of furniture, mattress, lamp etc. you get before the delivery people leave your house! This is still an open issue and it WILL get resolved!
Just incase anyone is looking for furniture or you know someone looking for furniture DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use or go to Ashley Furniture. They’re completely dishonest and can not keep a delivery date they tell you originally at all. Your items will be pushed multiple days or weeks even a month from whatever date they guarantee you in person. To get a person on the phone in their corporate office is impossible. We have been waiting on hold for over an hour at this point. We have used the Jackson, TN location as well as Cordova, TN. Our first bed we ordered in Jackson was pushed a month from the original delivery date we were given. We had two options. 1 go to Cordova and pick another bed or 2 pay the 10% cancellation fee that was over $500 that they would not waive even though they could guarantee the original date in person and then change it over the phone. We then went to the Cordova location and had to get a different bed so we didn’t have to sleep on the floor. We had to then pay an EXTRA $1800 dollars to get the bed. We also ordered a dining room table that was guaranteed delivery on Friday July 8th. I never received a delivery confirmation text about my table so I called them. They said that something happened on their end and their system showed we owed $54.00 balance so that’s why there was no confirmation text. They zeroed the remaining balance out and said they “fixed” it and ordered the delivery to be scheduled. They now have my table being delivered Wednesday July 13th. She said if I needed a table that fast I could go up there again and pick another table out. I told her no. I needed the table I ordered because I’ve already had to change my bed from the original choice and pay and extra $1800 to get it. I want the table I chose. The kicker to this whole story was they told me to call them tomorrow morning at 10am to check if the table I ordered would be in the warehouse and if it is I could go pick it up if I needed it before the new scheduled delivery date. If it’s in the warehouse why can’t it be delivered on the original date Friday July 8th??? Why would I have to go pick it up if I PAID FOR DELIVERY??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. If I could rate the company and service 0 out of 5 stars I would. 0/10 do not recommend. I never write reviews or post anything of this sort. Just wanting to spread the word to save someone time, stress, and a lot of money before they make the same mistake we made from doing business with them.

Ashley’s Home Furniture is a JOKE seriously. Have purchased Beautiful furniture from there before, but this time was a NIGHTMARE. Take your business elsewhere. They have children working up at the guest services area. Julius and Ronnie were the salesmen I was dealing with….GARBAGE. Very unprofessional. It took nearly half a year before I was told that my furniture was not coming. No one would ever call me back or answer the phones after numerous attempts of reach them. I eventually canceled the whole order. It took absolutely too long to clear off account so I could go elsewhere. I had to get in contact with someone named Juan in Canada at Corporate to get it cleared off account. He was extremely nice and worked with me to get this resolved. People these days don’t care about anything unless it affects them. Cruel world we live in. 😡

Justin is great. Quick to help. Takes the info you give him and shows you only what fits those parameters so you don’t look at a bunch of stuff you wouldn’t be interested in. Show room is clean and they have plenty out for you to test to help make a decision.

Friends, family, everyone. Do not buy from Ashley Furniture. They have a no return policy, so even if they deliver broken furniture you might be stuck. Thanks to Discover Card, I finally have my money back. The first delivery, they brought the wrong pieces, and one piece was broken. A couple weeks later (after a couple no-shows) another piece was broken. I refused delivery, and told them to take it all back and give me a refund. They refused. They came back a couple weeks later with the same broken piece of furniture. Buyer beware!!

If I could give this company 1/2 star I would but the system would not allow it. We ordered a dinette set in November 2021. Per the paperwork that was signed stated delivery would be 10-12 weeks which include follow ups from the company. Unfortunately, no one contacted us to follow up on the eta of items ordered nor did anyone have a clue as to when we would receive the items. I reached out to the company three times with three different dates. Six months later and we still do not have the furniture. Contacted the sales rep today and was told he would call me back in 20 minutes. Guess what…nine hours later have not heard from the sales rep. This is a true example of a tacky business with poor communication. Highly disappointed! No worries we are taking our business elsewhere.
Be careful whoever buying from online or store they deliver on weekends purposely damage stuff and When you try to contact them on weekdays Their policy close they cannot return a refund and meanwhile whatever you are saying to Customer service need to exchange or return they will write down half thing and then they say it’s not possible to refund or exchange Because of our policy.

I bought a piece of furniture in November and i still don’t have it all to be able to put it together. Shop here at your own risk. I have been storing wood for them for over 3 months.
I had a good time at Ashley’ s . I was pushed around in a wheelchair by the employee .l was given a blanket and a pillow to try out the mattresses.l was offered cold water.l received credit to recieve my first split king tempur posturpedic mattress ,base, and box springs.
Justin helped us with getting the bedroom furniture we wanted. I had found all The pieces on line. With the supply chain shortage everything these days are so hard to find/get. But Justin made it all happen. We couldn’t be happier and will use Justin in the future.
I walked the whole sales floor and was never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I came prepared to pay cash for dinette set off line. Never will purchase anything from this place.
Everyone that helped me was amazing! Antone and Brendan from Sunday was awesome n explained everything to me and made sure that I had full understanding and made sure I get the best prices. And Julius helped me on Monday and helped me get my bed and nightstand and made sure everything worked out in my favor and explained things to me as well. Overall experience was great and I can’t wait to get the rest of my bedroom set

Customer Service is not their strong point. I have been waiting for an account credit for almost a year. I called the store today and was told to contact Synchrony and they told me to contact the store. Noe it seems they are not answering my calls and voicemails to management are not responded to.
Tim messed my order up several times
I purchased a TV stand in Nov, it was shipped to me in Feb but with no hardware. @ months later I still dont have the hardware.
I placed an order in November for a TV stand, the wood arrived in Feb with no Hardware to put it together. Over 2 months later still no hardware. I am pretty much a storage facility for the wood for Ashley at this point.
I am absolutely overjoyed with my purchase of a brand new king size cool touch mattress and box springs! A HUGE thank you to my salesman Jesse Gilbert for sharing all of his knowledge about bedding, I had no idea there was so much to a mattress but he can get you into EXACTLY what you need for your personal situations! I am giving a one star review only because I am forced to choose at least one star. My wife and I ordered a new bedroom suit back in August of 2021. At that time, we were told that the delivery would be sometime before Christmas. We were surprised that it would take 4 months, but we were understanding and went ahead and ordered anyways. In November I went to the store for an update. It was then that we were told that due to requesting all of our pieces in one delivery, it would take longer. So, our order was broken up into 3 separate fulfillments at my request. 2 weeks later, our dresser, chest, and bedside tables were delivered. This was on Black Friday 2021. When we asked about our bed, we were told it had been moved back to February. Since Christmas, the time-frame has changed continuously. Most recently we were told May and then possibly April. I am sick of dealing with this! Had I known then what I know now, we would have gone elsewhere. The managers and salesmen have some of the worst customer service and excuses of all time. The communication is just horrible. I will absolutely never give another dime to this terrible business. Ps. Please do not respond to this review to try and “make amends” with me Ashley. It’s way too late for that bs

My 75 year-old MIL bought two recliners last week in anticipation of her cancer surgery and treatments. The delivery men didn't stay long enough for her to test out the chairs, and shortly after they left she realized something was wrong with one of the chairs. She called her salesperson and he never called her back. She eventually got in touch with someone who told her they would send someone out the next morning. By the next afternoon she hadn't heard from anyone so she called. She was told they had no idea who she talked to and they don't send anyone out on Saturdays. She was then told it would be Monday and gave her a confirmation code. Monday rolls around and nothing again. She called back just to be told they don't know anything and if she had a confirmation code they would be coming out. It's now Tuesday and she can't get any straight answers. She now has a recliner that is unusable to help her during her surgery recovery.
Justin was awesome, and helped me get a great deal on my bedroom set. He took time to explain all the differences between competing products as well as financing options and promotions!

Brendan was a great associate to work with and the store manager went above and beyond to give us deals that we didn’t even ask for. The overall customer service it just top notch. The pieces of furniture that I have purchased are gorgeous and though it takes a while right now to get certain things it’s been worth the wait.

Lesa Joyner, our sales person, was fabulous! My wife and I were in her store in early December shopping for kitchen table & chairs for our son and his family. Ms Joyner went out of her way to assist us; even following up to provide answers/details about the kitchen set we had selected. And, weeks later when we returned to the store, she remembered us, our choice, and reason for the purchase. Customer service is always important, but especially so when product availability is critical to the project. No hesitation recommending Lesa and the Cordova Ashley’s furniture shore!

It’s always a pleasure coming to my local Ashley HomeStore. I can say this though, you guys are getting a little aggressive. Kind of let people look around because you come pouncing on people. It’s ok if we look and you can see that we aren’t ready to speak just yet. Unless it’s your policy not to allow people to look around first. Other than that you guys are still pretty good.

We were amazed at how many options that they had, and even with a “back order” in terms of shipping, we still received ours within a couple of weeks! Staff was extremely friendly and not pushy, which is a big deal for us when it comes to shopping and “sales pitches”!

I’m not going to lie when we first walked in we was ignored no one seemed willing to assist us in what we needed. So as we browse the inventory we didn’t see what wanted but then another area caught my husband’s eye and we found what we was looking for. And then it happened Rachel came over to assist us! And with her help she found us a table that was on clearance that we didn’t even notice and we bought our table and brought it home off the floor!!!! Just kind of a typical Furniture Store. Everything was pretty much the same nothing spectacular it was just okay.
As a first time furniture buyer, I walked in not knowing a single thing about how to pick out furniture. Ms. Bailey, better known as my savior, not only directed me to my forever mattress, she was extremely attentive in ensuring that my furniture and financial needs were met. Even after I left the store, Ms. Bailey readily made herself available to answer any additional questions and helped troubleshoot my home delivery. In general, all the staff here were super friendly and warm. I highly recommend this store due to the sales representatives. I most definitely hope to return soon to pick out additional pieces to furnish my apartment.
We entered the store, found what we were looking for. We were approached by Representative Nikki Murphy. She assisted us with our entire purchase & offered what discounts we were allowed. Finally, informed us of approximate delivery time & made sure she had all our contact information. Best representation experience ever.
This past weekend, my husband and I went here to look around as we are updating some of our furniture. As soon as we walked in, we had a salesman follow us within 3 feet. I know that they are doing this so that they can help and get a sale, but it was very unsettling. After my husband and I sat down to talk over some options, he brought the assistant manager over. The assistant manager never spoke to me, only to my husband. After speaking to him and whatnot, the assistant manager began to walk away, but then turned around and looked back at me and said, "You can smile, you know." We ended up leaving and not buying any furniture that day. We went to Great American Homestore where we had fantastic service and no one made rude comments. I just wanted to let others know.
We went in today to browse. Sales associate, Nikki, greeted us with a smile. Directed us to the area we needed & gave us our time to look. She was helpful with answering any questions & we purchased a new recliner. Pleasant experience.

Gave Ashley a second chance today and had a good purchase experience. Ashley lost me last year when they couldn’t deliver a sectional within 6 months after promising 6 weeks. They also didn’t feel compelled to communicate delays and didn’t appear seem to care when I finally cancelled and requested my money back. Today I was informed my sofa and loveseat purchase is ready and would be delivered the week of 12/13/21. They will officially win me back as a loyal customer if they deliver as promised.
One start is been generous. 5 days of work lost waiting for a delivery that hasn’t happened yet. There trips to the store to get lied about it, giving me dates to waste more time while nothing gets delivered. On top of that the managers told me they are doing me a favor- they must have forgotten I am giving them a favor by no canceling my purchase, I wonder how they would get paid if people like me won’t purchase.

Order $20,000 worth of furniture in July. My delivery dates keep being pushed back. I was offered 10-15% off my order but never received that. Today was offer 5% then the agent cancelled my order which I never asked her to do!! My child is still waiting on his bed and now we are told end of January? How? Originally I was told 12 weeks max. Very unprofessional. Never again will I buy from them. And as you can see many comments along the same lines as this.
Julius was very helpful. All associates are very knowledgeable of all the items in the store. Great prices and deals.

Horrible experience! They do not EVER answer the phone. I had to go up there TWICE to talk to someone about a refund. I ordered a bunk bed 12 weeks ago, never received, asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive that. This place is horrible and I will NEVER buy anything from here ever again.
We had an wonderful Experience today. We went in looking for a mattress and spent a long time looking at different kinds and prices.. Our sales person was fantastic at assisting us and answering all our questions. Also we were there with 5 children and are sales person did not miss a beat.. My family went into our local Ashley store to by me 11 year olds Christmas gift. he decided he wanted a new adult style bed for his 1 Christmas present. We were assisted by a salesperson named Jordan barks. she showed us multiple mattress options. she also showed my son an adjustable base that was in a box on clearance. she took us to the main displayed and let my son try out all the feature of raising and loser as well as the massage feature. she said the one in the box was the one on display we would have to pick up the box within 72 hours. we decided to go with the adjustable base with massage and a new sealy euclid ave mattress with euro top. We left the store Saturday with plans to pick up the adjustable base on Sunday. We picked up the base on Sunday with my son supper excited that he cleaned his entire room just to be ready for set up of the base and delivery of his new bed on Wednesday. We went to open the clearance box at our home and were surprised by a completely different remote than what we were shown at the store. furthermore, the base we received also didn't contain the massage feature that my son fell in love with. We reached out to the store sale associate on Sunday night, we had to leave a message she responded by text the next day asking how she could help us. i explain the situation. she informed me she was sorry, and she was mistaken by what base was in the box. i informed her the only reason why we chose to purchase the clearance boxes was based on the features she showed us. Her reply I do apologize," i misread the box and thought it was just another one of what we had out. you did still get a great deal for it for 50% off tell me what i can do to make it right" i asked to have a manager call us, the stores assistant manager Bob reached out. he offered an additional $100 off. i discussed further that what’s important is my son get the features he was told he was getting. They also informed me they can return the clearance base if i wanted to buy the correct base at the regular price of 1299.00. I asked if we could get a price break on the correct base and was informed that item is price locked. currently the whole situation has been very frustrating. currently i just want to return the base completely to the store and iam leaning towards canceling the mattress order. It seems to be a mistake was made by the salesperson, and while I don’t think it was deliberate, I choose ashley and have done business with them in the past based on doing what’s right with a customer, it seem not to be how they are running their business now.
We had a great experience shopping for furniture today. We weren’t bombarded at the door by sales people like often happens at furniture stores. Justin helped us when we were ready, and was very kind and knowledgeable. The store had a great atmosphere, everyone we came in contact with was very nice, and nobody gave us the evil eye while our children were testing the sofas.
This year was hands down a lot more pleasurable when dealing with Ashley than two years ago. I got superb customer service from Mr Tim and Mrs Lee. If you need anything, please go see them. They care about their customers!!

I was very apprehensive about furniture shopping. I basically knew what I wanted, but I also know how salespeople can get when you walk in. I was greeted by Debbie and she asked a few questions and listened as I explained what I wanted. She showed me what I wanted and then showed me a recliner that would go with it. She was great and didn’t pressure me into what I didn’t want. It was a great experience and I will be back for more purchases in the future. I am receiving just what I wanted with the quality and price I wanted to pay. Thanks again for making me feel important and not giving me a high pressure sale.

Ordered and paid for our furniture months ago. Delivery dates have come and gone twice. The customer service is abysmal and has not been any assistance. Got a call saying that the furniture was here and that a delivery date needed to be scheduled. When we called they acted like they had no clue what we were talking about. Almost certain that they sold our furniture to someone else. I will never shop at this store again. Pathetic. Update: Ended up having to cancel the entire ordered due to the fact that we were lied to over and over about the shipping and recieval dates. Now we are being lied to about our refund. Everyone from the manager Chuck to the people at the front desk have told us things that were not true. Buyer beware do not shop with Ashley Homestore, you were warned.

Sales person didn't offer any insurance for the purchase that we made. When we inquired abouts insurance she only said there is a 1yr manufacturer warranty.
We purchased a dining room set & were told it was in stock & we could pick it up the following week. Come to find out only the chairs were in stock, the table would not be available until January 2022. I went back to the store and was able to swap the dining set for another that was in stock. Everyone was very nice & accommodating to help resolve the situation.

BUYER BEWARE!! .Do not purchase furniture with this company. I do not usually give reviews, it is what it is, but I wanted to let people know what service with this company looks like. My fiancé and I purchased a couch and the experience was pleasant until delivery day arrived. The gentleman delivering my couch showed up almost an hour early and threatened to leave if they could not drop off right then. My fiancé sped across town to get there only to find the couch sitting in the grass that had recently been sprayed. They continued to damage the couch as well as my wall as they tried to get it in to my apartment. We did not take deliver of the couch and they returned it to the warehouse, We called support and after being told that we had to go back to the store to reselect a couch we were told by our sales person that the situation needs to be resolved over the phone with support. (another hour wasted.) Once I finally get support on the phone my delivery fee was refunded and I was promised that a new couch was available now and we could pick it up. I made it clear that we would not accept the same damaged couch and I was promised that they had a another one. My fiancé picked up the couch, confirmed that it was in fact a different couch, got it home, unwrapped it and found that it was the EXACT SAME DAMAGED COUCH. When I called support yet again, I was told by a supervisor that there was never another couch and if we want that design we will have to wait another month. Since we donated our couch the evening before delivery we are to be without a couch for another month! This situation is still ongoing but after being lied to already I do not see this having a positive ending. DON'T DO IT! Run!

Very good experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brad on the purchase of a bedroom suite and mattress. He was very patient and totally in tune with what I wanted. I felt that he was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to make me feel comfortable in that I was getting the best value for my money.
We had a really good experience with the salesperson, Rachel, and the couch we found and ultimately bought we are very happy with!! However, once we decided on a couch my wife began looking for pillows and so she was grabbing them from various places to see what they looked like on our new couch. The manager was really awkward about it, staring at us the entire time, and kept telling our salesperson to make us put the pillows back. It would have been nice had the manager offered to help us find the perfect pillows instead of being weird about it all and rudely telling my wife there were pillows missing from couches she never even touched. It made us feel so uncomfortable that we almost left and went to a different furniture store, but in the end we did purchase from this place because of the good experience with Rachel who puts customer service first!
Very bad customer service, ordered bedroom set in july and was told to be delivery in 2 months.its 3 month now but still not giving any eta.tried to call so many time put us on hold and hung up.
Many many items to look at! Hard to decide but helpful associates available. Due to the world wide pandemic, we were made very aware that some items may be held up and we appreciated the fact that no one tried misleading us in thinking all product would be delivered quickly. We bought a beautiful dining room suite, table, 5 chairs and a bench plus a great table for the foyer and a few accessories! Thanks so much to Kimberly and Bessie for the great service!

I went into Ashley Furniture Store and received the best care from the store salesman. She was very thoroughly and polite. She also was straight to the point on the question that I ask her. Ashley Furniture has a variety of different concept of decorate for your home. The next time I enter the store was with my spouse and she still was very polite and down to earth. She also told us about the sales that was going on. My husband even said that he like her personality. So I was SOLD.
I love Ashley Home Store. The sales team is so knowledgeable about the furniture and they take the time to listen to your needs. They are not your typical sales people. Patrick was our sales consultant and he was very honest about everything and worked above and beyond to get us the furniture we wanted.
I was the first person in the door morning of 3rd. Sales associate (Doug S.) immediately greeted me. He was so very helpful he did not follow me around while I was looking. He did come over after 20 minutes or so to see if I had any questions. Once I had made my mind up what I wanted. Doug finished the paperwork very quickly in a very friendly yet professional manner. I've bought 3 pieces of furniture from them in the last 2 years with extended warranty. The hardware in the recliner I bought failed. It was under warranty but when we called to get it fixed they gave us the run around for a few weeks until we emailed them that if they didn't fix it it was a breech of contract. Weeks later they fixed it. The second piece, a couch, started to come apart on one side. Again, still under warranty. They gave us the run around for weeks. Never called us back to fix. I still have a broken couch. They don't honor their warranty that you pay extra for. They commit themselves to horrible customer service after they already get your money by giving the run around through phone and emails. You're better off shopping elsewhere.

There is nothing Ashley furniture could ever do for me again. I bought furniture that was 1/3 delivered after 3 months and then the 2/3 was to deliver on 8/21/21 and they didn't show up nor called. When I called to inquire about the delivery, I was told that it was canceled because I didn't confirm the delivery which was a lie. I told her that I did receive a confirmation and read it to her. Then she apologize and wants me to wait a whole week to schedule another delivery. I've moved a whole room of furniture out twice anticipating deliveries that never happened. Im going to blast every social media post I can to dissuade people from shopping with you guys because it's obvious that you can't deliver!!!
So bad. Sales person experience was great but when it came time to actually get our mattress delivered, it was just delays and excuses and more delays. And everyone we talked to said “well the last person you talked to lied…” (We originally ordered from AshleyFurniture.com on July 7th (!!), and were so frustrated with delays we went to the store to see which would come first.) Told sales person we don’t care about brand or paying a little more, we just want the first mattress available. Paid a lot, were promised a lot — and 30 days later we’re just told it will be another week! So I went to Mattress Firm yesterday at 5pm—and my mattress is already at my house. AshleyFurniture should be ashamed of themselves.

My experience working with Ashley Furniture alone was not the best. I understand the wait times from COVID, but when deliveries did finally come around…one was missing parts, another was missing an entire piece of furniture and then at one point they charged us for something that was never delivered. The reason I decided to still give them a higher rating of 3 stars is because of Monica. Monica is the Customer Service Manager. Monica went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get the parts we were missing, the piece we were missing and the entire item that we never received. It wasn’t easy for her either but she never gave up and fought for her customer. I hope Ashley Furniture is doing what they can to make Monica happy because without her it would be a mess.
This place seemed to do its best to leave a horrible taste in my mouth. Some salesmanship is to be expected but they were downright forceful and uncooperative. After telling the sales rep and his boss that we were looking for a mattress only, they proceed to offer us the frame along with the mattress a total of 4 times after being corrected every single time. After that we finally bought the bed we wanted, we were told that it would be 2 weeks until they had the actual mattress in stock. We begrudgingly accepted because they offered us the bucky board for free. With the extra saved money we bought some sheets to go with the bed. After the 2 weeks we called to find out where the bed was and why we hadn't been contacted for them to deny ever telling us it would be there by that time and saying that it MAY be in stock after another 2 weeks. Infuriated, we went to cancel the order all together and return the sheets to be once again let down by them. The bed was in stock but the bucky board was not. After a half hour conversation with the phone rep who was determined to tell us that they had no such bed. We were already done with the lack of communication and elected to cancel anyways. We just wanted this to be done and over, return the sheets and leave. But no. Of course not. The sheets cannot be returned once they leave the store. This nugget of information was never once even hinted at by the 2 people who were part of our transaction. And so here we are with 300 dollar sheets for a bed we didn't even buy. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
just look at my beautiful new couch! Ashley’s is going to deliver it next weekend! I’m so excited. It has all the bells a whistles that I want and need. The center folds down to become a console. In addition, it’s an electric recliner!

l was a little skeptical shopping at Ashley because the furniture store on the Navy Base get most of their furniture from Ashley. But, to my surprise I found what I was looking for and at a cheaper price.
The desk and drawers was cracked and the center drawer front had broken off the drawer.
We were looking for a recliner. The employee who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the process well. In no time at all we had purchased a quality recliner. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Justin was my sales person and let me tell you, he is great. Very informative with no pressure and always kept checking on me while was looking and this wasn’t my first trip. When I came a few days later, he remembered my name. Bought a recliner and now just waiting on dinner room chairs to come in. Justin made it easy. Great experience. Tried to buy some furniture tonight and at first a lady approached us and started to help us then she walked away never to come back. We waited half an hour then went to the sales desk and didn't get any help. Then I approached who seemed to be a lady manager and told her we would like to buy some furniture and she said she would try to find an available salesperson. Fifteen minutes later after watching her stand and do nothing we walked out. There are many other furniture stores in the Memphis metro.
tried to buy some furniture today and we were ignored for about 30 minutes when we were ready to buy our pieces. flagged someone down, i believe she was the manager, and she yelled at us like “OMG WE WILL GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU” she was super rude and acted like it was such a hassle to get someone to help us. need to work on customer service for sure.

My family and I have bought from Ashley before because of the good quality and customer service they always provide. This weekend was no different. We purchased an entertainment center from Ashley this weekend and the rep made it an easy and effortless process!
My wife and I where able to look around the store with out being pressured to make a decision and the salesman gave us plenty of room without walking right next to us. He was readily available to answer our questions.

I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Ashley. We had a good experience in the store with our sales person Lisa. Then she turned us over to the office, and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. They have done things and not told us. They will call and say the furniture will be delivered, and it's not. They will call, text, and e-mail asking us to confirm delivery, and clearly one person who calls doesn't know we just talked to someone else from their company with a completely different story. We even had one person tell us the other person that called didn't know what they were doing. Well, obviously! It has been a bad experience.

Store sales lady met up with us, help looking through options in the store that fit what I wanted. She answered all questions and very clear about the process. She was knowledgeable about their options and providing me information about buying at the store or elsewhere.
I would give this store a zero star if i could. I went into the store in February 2021 to purchase a couch that i was told would be delivered mid May 2021. I decided to finance it because the salesperson told me I wouldnt get the couch until months later instead of my original plan to pay in full. At the end of May, I called asking about the delivery date and was told it would actually come mid Juneish. I called them today after almost 4 months of ordering this couch and was told because of an ottoman piece was taking forever to ship but they “would go ahead and separate the order and ship the couch” as if he was doing me a favor by shipping me the couch. I told them never mind I wanted to cancel the order which I had to be transferred to a sad excuse of a manager. He started by saying I was very rude and that I was never a customer because i never “gave them a penny” and that he would “make sure” I never returned. He then continued to complain about how the store had to pay for my finance charge for the couch. Never again.

The service was very good. I saw a couch I wanted online and went to the store to make sure I liked the color and the feel. Actual store price was better than the online price.
Very satisfied with service we received. Nice to have helpful sales people, instead of the usual pushy ones. Furniture was even available and delivered sooner than expected.
Walked in and was greeted right away. Got Tim Conley as our sales person. Was very friendly and informative. Didn't pressure us into a sale. Called back the next night to buy a couch and was turned away by Patrick and the assistant manager for a sale cause it was too close to closing time. Called Tim after and he took care of us the next day by honoring the discount and bumping it up for us. Personally not a fan of dropping $4400 for furniture but we will see how it feels and holds up once we receive 10-12 weeks from now.
So I bought a couch in 2018 and was pushed to buy a useless 5 yr warranty that will not fix cheap structure of the couch bc “its not covered”. Needless to say beware if you are gonna drop 2 grand on a couch that isn’t gonna last even 5 yrs. Never again!

Update on my experience. Made a sofa purchase in 2018. LIE: salesperson (Angel) at the time guaranteed full coverage for next 5 years. Truth: called extended warranty company to replace 2 pillows (GBS enterprises) whom stated only the sofa bench was covered and "pillows" are considered an accessory--- yes, an accessory 🙄. Since 1 year passed with the store Ashley refused to replace pillows and states I will need to repurchase pillows alone. Outcome: EXTENDED WARRANTY is useless save your money!!! Some have had a great experience with this company, I had the worst with *** liars*** and ***deceivers*** to make a sale.
I went to the Germantown Parkway location looking for furniture. My saleslady Mrs. Lee was very knowledgeable, and was instrumental in helping me find exactly what I needed. If you ever go to the Germantown Parkway location, ask for Mrs. Lee....you won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley my sales professional Patrick Vijiarungam was truly professional, knowledgeable, patient and considerate. When I arrived at the store he was with another client but he came and acknowledge that I was there and to say that he would be with me when he finished with his other client. Patrick informed me of all pertinent information related to my purchase. I will admit that I was hesitant to purchase from Ashley again because my previous sales professional was no longer at Ashley but Patrick provided the same quality service that I had with my previous sales professional at Ashley. I have been doing business with Ashley for a long time but had the worst experience on April 13, 2021. We went in to buy a mattress for my daughter! I was met by Julius Davis and told him I wanted to buy a mattress! The manager Julian Hollaway joined us. My daughter and I picked out a mattress without any help or suggestions from either one of the salesmen. We basically sold the mattress to ourselves! We were told the box springs was sold separately so we ordered that as well along with the mattress cover. I have my receipt which shows it would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. My daughter received the mattress minus the box springs on May 24, almost 6 weeks later! I called the store and spoke with Justin and asked why we didn't receive the box springs? He was very rude, told me I didn't order it even though both my daughter and I know we did! I know mistakes are made but Julian never apologized once and threatened me with not being able to shop at the store anymore just because I told him they made a mistake and wouldn't own up to it! Anyway, I ordered the box springs and had to borrow a truck to go pick it up because we didn't want to wait another 6 weeks! I asked to speak to Julian's manager and he told me he didn't have one! HeThe manager was supposed to call me today, May 26 but never did! This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Cordova location!

Tim was great to work with from beginning to end on our journey for new dining tables for our kitchen remodel. I’ve bought from Ashley’s furniture twice in the last 8 months and very confident in the team that is built at this location. I wish they still had a rug wall that I could browse. Having to walk through the store several times to view rugs and compare them by pictures on my phone is inconvenient but the staff was nice and not overly watching us like a hawk so that's a huge plus.

We had the awesome experience to deal with Deborah Robinson as our sales associate today and purchased a new power sofa & recliner. She “knows her stuff” and we picked out what we wanted and made the purchase and was out of there in less than an hour. I will be patiently awaiting the delivery of my new furniture very soon. I will always request Debbie to help us next time we want to purchase anything in the store.

Salesperson wasn't wearing his mask correctly despite the fact that we mentioned it several times. We left in under 5 minutes because he wouldn't stop following us and trying to talk to us with his mask under his nose.
My fiancé and I bought a couch and love seat set from Ashley’s in October 2020. We were told it would take 8-10 weeks. At the time it was fine because we didn’t move into our new home until the end of the year. Well, I got a call the beginning of November saying our furniture was being delivered. Never received it. Got another call in November, your order is going to be delivered. Didn’t come. Got a call in December, received only half of my order. I NEVER agreed to having my order put into two shipments. When I called I was told that my other half will be there at the end of January. It has now been pushed back multiple times to we’re I will not be receiving my other couch until JULY. I ORDERED IT IN OCTOBER!!! I will never order Ashley’s furniture ever again.
Walking into a furniture store can be very overwhelming. Furniture store after furniture store we grew discouraged and tired. When my wife and I walked into Ashley furniture Bailey Barks greeted us with a warm hello and asked how she could help us. We were looking for a sectional couch that’s when she showed us “Big Fluffy.” I instantly fell in love. Bailey made sure she gave us all the information we needed to finance before we even started the process. She was very welcoming and very informative. If your furniture shopping please go to Ashley furniture and ask for Bailey, she will definitely get the job done.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service on delivery in my history. Lied to every time you try to talk to someone. Customer service Managers refuse to talk to you. Been waiting on bedroom furniture since January and have had multiple automated calls that it was to be delivered on a certain day , here it is Middle of May and still no Furniture and Customer Service when I called told me another Lie, about why they could not deliver what I purchased. WORST Service ever will NEVER buy from them again. Store was helpful and they tried hard to get our stuff. Delivery and Cooperate are the WORST ever. Spend your money somewhere else
Second time around shopping with Ashley and it was just as great. Justin was did an exceptional job in getting us two recliners. After clearing up a little confusing with pricing we walked away a happy customer.

After we had not received a phone call back after calling 4 times we called again and finally got someone. Told we were waiting on 1 thing that’d be in on May 1. So we called 2 times and surprise surprise no returned phone call. We dropped over $9000 for new beds for our family. Do not go there. We are on week 4

Provided great customer service. *** But the delivery part sucks!! I received my items one didn’t come assembled, waited 2 weeks for them to come put it together, customer service was rude, rude delivery drivers. It was completely different experience from inside the store! ***

Tim ensured we were assisted right away and Diana (salesperson) was AMAZING! I needed several pieces for my new home and she was so patient and assisted me every step of the way with selections and the items were beautiful yet affordable to ensure I stayed within my budget. My experience with this company has been absolutely horrible! Customer service has been terrible. Paid furniture off in full, first week of December 2020. I understand the delay, due to COVID, but what I don’t under is why no will take the time to call and update if items are not going to be delivered timely. Delivery date was set for March 25th. That day has come and gone and I still have no furniture. I had to call to receive an update on my paid furniture. Of course, no one answered, but a representative did call me with an update later on. When I advised I wanted to cancel my order one of their representatives became extremely rude.
Terrible experience. Customers beware! I purchased furniture December, 2020. I paid in full on the date of purchase. The salesman informed me that my order would be delivered in four weeks; however, the furniture was never delivered. When the four weeks passed without receiving my delivery or any communication from the store, I contacted the store. The store informed me that they were behind and that my order would be filled mid March, 2021. When mid March passed without hearing from the store or receiving my delivery, I contacted the store and was advised that my order would not be completed until mid to late May, 2021. I requested a refund at that time. The manager then reached out to me and offered a 10% delivery fee reduction. This calculates to approximately $9.00 as compensation for breach of contract (material misrepresentation of delivery date), poor customer service (failure to comminicate), and dishonesty (salesperson promised four weeks to complete). I declined the 10% delivery fee reduction and again requested a return of my payment on 3/19. I was told that I would have my funds returned in five to seven business days. As of 3/29, I have not received my money back and when I contacted the store today I was told to call back in another week for an update. This is not only bad business; it's conversion. It's alarming that any company would engage in any one of these behaviors let alone all the above. Please be cautious in doing business with this store.

Ok ive bought several items and furniture before soo needed a Bedroom set including a new Mattress BOUGHT the best they had Mattress wise Salesman was great on point nice ..... once the furniture was delivered Great installers by the way 2 days later one of the end Tables Drawer when opened FALLS apart bearings on floor first time never opened before ..Cannot get anyone to jus pic this up bring me a replacement have NOT made one payment yet REALLY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ONE PAYMENT !!!!!!!!!
I ordered a kitchen table back in mid November 2020. The sales man told me 12 weeks and I agreed. 3 months roll around and the table still isn’t here. After several emails, I got part of the table delivered this past Friday, March 19, 2021. I am still missing my bench that goes with the table and they keep telling me it is back ordered. There is no idea when it will be in. My other table chairs that were delivered are super wobbly and uneven. They are supposed to be sending a repair guy out to fix. This has been a mess and I am not sure if I will ever order from Ashley’s again. I have bought a ton of furniture from ashelys, so this sucks that the service is this terrible now.
Wow what a wonderful experience ! The customer service person was polite, offer what ever type of help I needed. He gave me his name, explained specials & sale going on. Then said he would wait for my que to come help. Then he helped with measurements I needed. Got my cost and waited till I was sure of my purchases. He was efficient & went over purchasing process, furniture delivery process and warranty paper work, completed sale. This is my idea of excellent service!

After speaking with a very pleasant saleswoman over the phone she had an idea of what we were looking for. We met with her in the evening and she painstakingly walked all over the store with us many different times to help us pick out the perfect sofa and recliners to go and are living Room. She was very pleasant And more than willing to help. All of the furniture in my house has come from Ashley furniture, and I will continue to buy any other furniture that I need from there as well. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I have purchased.
Changed my rating from 5 stars to one because after 9 months wait to get our furniture delivered, it showed up damaged. Ordered a replacement that also showed up damaged. I'm not kidding when I tell you it took 3 more units (all damaged) to get one that honestly still has damage on it but it's the least damaged one - a year later.
Patrick was amazing salesman. He put a sell on me and made me purchase an AMAZING adjustable bed. I can’t wait to enjoy that bed. Thanks Patrick!

It is always a pleasurable experience when shopping at Ashley Furniture. They allow you the freedom to shop at your leisure but they are always right there to assist when they are needed.

I purchased a bed 6 weeks ago. Was told all the parts were available (in stock) with the exception of one piece which would be arriving in the store very soon. Getting impatient I called today and was told that actually only one piece was in stock and the rest still had not arrived yet and that it will still be weeks before all parts are in and delivery can be scheduled. The lady on the phone had about the poorest customer service I could ask for - probably reading from a script. Clearly incorrect information was given to me when I was "enticed" to purchase the bed. Will be another 2 -3 weeks before delivery. Buyer beware!

The 90 Night Sleep guarantee return process is a nightmare. Had a delivery scheduled for today 2/27/2021 from 1-4pm. They never showed or called. I call to find out what is going on the rep was rude. I call for a different rep and she said the delivery person called me and I rescheduled. That is a lie. I have not spoken to anyone all day. Just waiting.

I have bought a lot of furniture through Ashley furniture through the years. My problem comes through the furniture insurance they use. Don’t waste your money on it. They claim they will cover everything. This is False. They won’t even come out a put a missing bolt in your couch . I have only tried to file two claim in 12 years of purchasing furniture through them. The first time when my kids were young and the ladder to the bunk bed broke. They would not cover it. Then just recently when my husband got on the bed the head board broke at the same time a bolt came out of my loveseat that attaches the metal frame to the wood frame. They refuse to cover either one of them. Learn a lesson from me and keep your money don’t pay for the insurance.

We bought a computer desk, bedroom set and a sectional in early August. We were told it was going to take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. We were good with that. The day came for delivery. We confirmed delivery for the items then we got rid of our old items to make room for the new. Well delivery day came and the only item on the truck was the bedroom set. So we get another delivery date. We get half of the sectional. Even though we were told everything was on the truck. So we get another delivery date. Date passes. Another date. Date passes. Corporate gets involved gives us $100 off. Yeah a discount. Still cant laydown on my couch or work at my desk. Well here it is February 18, six months after we bought the furniture we are still waiting for the couch. Guess the fine print said six to eight months for delivery not six to eight weeks.
1/2 I usually prefer to handle matters directly but am forced to write a review seeing as I cannot manage to get assistance from the current management at Ashley’s Furniture Cordova. Dealing with this Ashley’s Furniture location has been an absolute nightmare. Management and staff are incompetent and customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to access a credit that I have been due since March 2020 and have been given the run around for going on a year. I have dealt with three separate managers and numerous representatives over the course of this time period and apparently there is zero communication taking place among this team. They also do not appear to believe in documentation as I have had to call and go in person on numerous occasions and explain my situation repeatedly since no notes are ever made to my account. When I do speak to someone I am constantly told different stories about why a simple credit THAT I AM DUE is still not on my account after all this time. Regarding the more recent encounters, I went in person in December and spoke with the manager at the time, Beth, who assured me that the credit was on my account and all I had to do was come in when I was ready and pick an in-store item. When I returned in January to place an order for a nightstand, I was told by the customer service representative and the current manager that I could place my order with them and they would call me within a few days to schedule a pickup date. I assumed the matter was taken care of and I’d be picking up my nightstand some time the following week. I even received an automated email from Ashely’s that same day regarding my recent order. When nearly a week passed without a phone call to confirm a pick up date, I called and was told by a rep I could schedule for any day Tuesday-Saturday. Since I was hoping to pick it up Sunday or Monday, I told her I would call back once I confirmed which of the days I would be able to do. I called back ten minutes later and was told my item was on layaway and awaiting payment before I could schedule a pick-up date! After having to repeat my entire situation again with Chuck, another member of the team, I was told credits are only applied by corporate and that they had not yet applied my credit. I am completely lost as to why this was my first time hearing this and I had previously been told by the manager that my order was placed and it was just a matter of picking up the item. Chuck stated he would share this information with Monica, the operations manager, and I would receive a call back soon. Monica never called me back. Over the course of the last couple weeks, I have dealt with Monica, on three separate occasions - twice over the phone and once in person. The first time, I called Monica since she never returned my call and she said she had no idea what I was talking about and that no notes were on my account. I had to explain myself again and she said she would look into it and get back to me shortly. She never called me back but had one of her staff give me a call letting me know a request had been sent to corporate to apply the credit to my account so the order could be completed. The rep stated that the typical turn around for a credit to be applied by corporate is three days and I would hear back as soon as the credit was applied. I waited a week and called Ashley’s as I never received a call once again. This time I was told that Monica had entered the request for the credit as a gift card request which was rejected by corporate since it was supposed to be an A/R request. I don’t understand how the operations manager is unaware of the appropriate department to which a credit request should be sent. At this point, I decided to just go in and speak with Monica in person. During our in-person encounter she sat with her representative as the rep submitted another request to corporate and supposedly to the correct department this time. I was told it was submitted under the highest priority available which had a 24 hour turn around time for a response.
2/2 I was told I’d receive a call within a day or two. I did not receive a call so I called again today. I was told the request was sent to the wrong department in error and that they had to resubmit the request and that “they are working on it and will get back to me.” All of this is after I was told by the representative who submitted the second request under Monica’s watch, that she had submitted another A/R credit request the same day my request was submitted and the credit was applied to the other customer’s account within the same day. I do not appreciate being disrespected and treated as if Ashley’s is doing me some kind of favor. I am owed a credit for a nightstand I never received last year and am entitled to my credit. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a place of business. Please save yourself the hassle and spend your money elsewhere where you are valued and respected.
Just left Ashley to get a refund on ottoman because they over charged me and I had to wait a month and a half to receive it. The manager was VERY rude and told me " you better be glad you came in one day or I would have charged you a 10% fee and it will be 2 to 3 weeks to get your money back" and walked off. Very unprofessional !!!!! Will not get another penny out me I'll take my business elsewhere....
I am updating my review to show the complete opposite of what I experienced back in June 2020. Angel, the store associate, was nice, but Ashley Furniture is a SCAM! My detailed review: On June 9, 2020, I purchased furniture for 3 rooms; King Headboard B776-158, king footboard w/storage B776-56S, king panel rails B776-97, 5 drawer chest B776-46, 2 three drawer nightstands B776-93, Dresser B776-31, bar table with storage D647-42, 4 upholstered barstools D647-124S, lift top cocktail table T637-20, power rec sofa U4370247, power rec loveseat U4370218, wedge U4370271, GBS 5 yr protection 5000-5999 at Ashley Homestore in Cordova, TN. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my entire order. In August, I cancelled my power rec sofa U4370247, power rec loveseat U4370218, and wedge U4370271, because they kept pushing the delivery date back, but for 3 months they kept calling to try to schedule delivery. I should have cancelled the bedroom furniture at that time too, but they talked me into keeping the order open by telling me no other furniture company could meet the delivery dates either due to Covid issues. I am frustrated and disappointed because it has been almost a year and I am still sleeping on the floor. They keep telling me my furniture will be delivered on XX/XX/XX date (which conveniently happens to be a couple of weeks away each time). I’ve made countless phone calls and texts with nothing but future promise dates. On Jan 21, I was told the furniture would be at the warehouse on the 26th. I called on the 26th and I was told my order had been cancelled (without my knowledge). I was then told a manager would call me in about 20 minutes (was told this numerous times before) and never received a call. On Feb 8, I called the store, where I purchased the furniture, to ask them to cancel what was still on order, and asked them to come pick up the 3 out of 7 pieces they delivered, because they are useless without the rest. I am unable to get the mattress off the floor without the footboard. I was informed by Kirby, at the store, that I cannot return the pieces since they had been delivered and that her manager, Monica, would contact me. Typically, I have not heard back. I tried to post a photo of the "contract" they failed to uphold, but for some reason Google docs will not load. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! Yall, I recently moved, and my old furniture in a new house had me a little bummed. I visited Ashley to look for a bedroom set and ended up buying a kitchen set, living room set, AND a bedroom set from Angel. She was so helpful and sweet. I know I drove her crazy because I was there ALL DAY, but she never once acted like it. (Plus, shes pregnant-whew!) Hahaaaa!! I enjoyed my experience with her and I encourage you to ask for her if you visit the Cordova location! Thanks so much Angel!
They delivered the wrong mattress at the beginning of January it's the second week in February and I still have to wait to almost March before they can rectify the problem not acceptable

I’ve never write any bad comments on anyones business but today I felt that is my responsibility as a costumer that spend close to $8,000 dls on furniture at Ashley’s, and it seems that this is nothing to do with the sales rep or anyone at this specific location but as we spend this mount of money here and no one helping us or trying to do something about it other than apologizing. We bought 2 furniture stands, 1 China cabinet, a patio furniture and a book shelf, all of this between September - November of 2020, the delivery people damage the book shelf on the first deliveries back on October, file the complain and it should be delivery by January with the patio furniture, the delivery date was supposed to be last Saturday January 30th, for some reason it was cancel after we confirmed several days before and only find out because my wife call them to make sure that everything would be good, Nop no one gave us a reasonable explanation to how the delivery was cancel and by who, oh well we should be having the delivery today feb. 4th, my wife call yesterday just to make sure that we will receive the delivery today and guess what !! Someone canceled again, we have all the text msgs, and the emails but someone canceled again, my wife call and trying to dealing with this and Nop, everyone blaming someone else, well today feb 4th I had to cancel a meeting In Nashville because no one could be here to make sure that the furniture come as we expected ( remember the damaged bad since the beginning) I lost a day of work, a possible client for me in Nashville and no one trying to fixed this issue, who knows if we are going to get our furniture on the 9th witch mean they’re re scheduled for the third time !! We already paid the furniture back on September - November, no one trying to help, after we sped good amount of money no one cares no more, that’s not a good service, we will not recommended to do business with Ashley, we are aware of this covid situation affect everything specially deliveries, we’ve been so patient and understanding of this née era but this isn’t about the delay of the product but a very bad human mistakes one after another one and no one take responsibility for it, we have bought some other furniture at the same time with another place ( Great American Home Store ) and it’s been a good 2 months that had been delivered to our home and way better service, better communication with the sales person and the delivery Dept. The difference between this two stores is huge on every level and the price isn’t much difference other than the quality !! I wish I would not missed another day of work !! Time is money and costumer service is the key to success, not a good one here.
Bad services. Bad manager, And the employees not helpful, and they gave me hard time, and I spend like 3 hours in the store to just make it even $500 and another $500 to get my credit back to me which was $850 for two accounts. (I spent almost $11,000 before 5 years ago in Ashley store on Germantown rd , Cordova, tn ) So they try to force me buy protection to my purchase $130 .. and also they cut off the lights while I was paying on the cashier. from the above I had bad experience with Ashley store snd I will never come back .
My sales associate Debbie took the time to show me multiple beds until I found the right one...and then she helped me select the perfect mattress to go with it. I love the purchase. Great experience 😊

Today was my second time in this store hoping to buy living room furniture, the first time no one greeted or even spoke to my husband and I. I decided to try again today and once again, I entered the store and walking to my left made my way through the store looking at pieces. Employees passed me, not one said hello, can I help you, is anyone assisting you, nothing. I made it to the other side of the store and was on my way out when finally a really nice petite female employee with short black hair asked if I needed anything. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly and very helpful. The item I was looking for is only available online, but I was definitely going to purchase if she would get the commission. I've decided to take my business elsewhere and I'll be purchasing my new LR and Dining set from another furniture company and Needless to say will never visit this Location again.

I must admit that I had some doubts about shopping at Ashley, but I went to the Ashley location on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, TN and met Bailey aka Superwoman! She helped me out tremendously!! She made shopping for furniture for my new place seamless and stress free! She had a wealth of decorating knowledge and knew what style I was going for. She kept me informed every step of the way with my order and made me feel like I was her only client, but she had several. Her natural friendliness and willingness to help me made my very happy! If you're ever at Ashley's on Germantown Parkway, please ask for Bailey. You will NOT be disappointed!

No one helped us or even acknowledged that we were there until we were almost done looking at the sofas, a sales associate said hello. We left because we were never helped in the 30 minutes we were in there. There was only 4 customers in the whole store at the time. Ridiculous!

No one spoke to me or any member of my family. If you want to help an employee make a commission, track one down for yourself. I finally asked a woman a question about an item I clearly wanted to buy, then she walked off. I found another employee and he tells us that our simple non custom piece of furniture won't be delivered for around two months. Not going back if I can ever help it.
Good selection of furniture. We were noticed immediately upon walking in however, not badgered and the sales person was really helpful. We haven't made a purchase yet but so far seems great. The negative is the delivery fee is $169 which will factor in when deciding where to purchase.

My husband and I are looking to redecorate our home after 8+ years. We walk into Ashley not knowing exactly what we wanted but knowing it was time for something new. We were immediately greeted by Ms. Lesha. Ms. Lesha listened to why we came in and gave us tips on how to best check out all the pieces in the store. As we looked around she did not hover but stayed close for any questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about every product and also gave us great decorating suggestions. I will be back as we continue to refurnish our home.

When you first walk in you are greeted with a smile and someone is always there to help. I had a salesman name Tim at the Cordova location that approached me to assist. I let him know what I was looking for, he walked me through the store and helped me locate a dining room set. I found the set I liked but the table was too big so I bought the chairs. The chairs was alil over my budget so Tim suggested I come back for the New Year sale. I came back in today and purchased my 2 chairs and a bench. I can’t wait till they come in!!!

The only reason I give this store 1 star is because I can’t give it a negative 100 stars. Don’t believe anyone at the Germantown Ashley store especially Lesa Joyner. We recently made a large purchase over 15k from this location. My brother and sister-in-law warned us not to and we should have listened. They have been waiting since July on furniture they purchased then to be delivered and we are almost to Christmas. When we went in we told Lesa that we were concerned about such a long wait time and we wouldn’t purchase at the moment if the delivery was going to take months. She assured us that we would only have a month or so at the longest. Lies, Lies and more Lies is all we received since. We have received a couple or three items so far and the tv stand that was delivered came in a soaking wet box and not even put together as we paid for everything to come together. When we called about this they said we didn’t want it put together so it was touch less freight. They said we had to put it together. I unboxed the stand to put it together and low and behold it was damaged, now imagine that! I am so upset with this store and how they deal with you after you purchase that I want to see them out of business. When we first went in to look we were made to feel like the most important people in the world but as soon as they got our money they didn’t even know our name. These people don’t know the first thing about customer service. All they know is let me make the sale and then I’m good, to hell with them once we get paid. I promise you that I know a lot of people across this great nation and I guarantee that each and every one of them will hear about our horrible experience with this extremely uncaring and hateful store. I may not be able to achieve my goal of shutting them down but I can surely detour others from shopping there as often as possible. Every dollar counts in this day and age and if I can stop them from making some I am happy. PLEASE rethink and look elsewhere before you purchase here and I guarantee you a better experience in your furniture purchases. Thank you for reading!

Local salesperson was very nice and helpful. We ordered a 9-piece living room including a recliner that was not part of a specific set. The order was placed mid August and we were told that the build time frame and delivery was 8 to 12 weeks. We received ALL pieces, save the recliner after 13 weeks. We were told at that time that the recliner was a few weeks out from the manufacturer. Two weeks ago I phoned Ashley and was told that our recliner was scheduled into the warehouse on 12/18 and that we would be contacted to schedule delivery. Today, after not hearing from anyone to schedule delivery, I called Ashley and spoke with someone at "corporate". (I pressed "1" for delivery). When I asked about the disposition of the recliner, I was told that there was another "Manufacturer delay" with a new warehouse date of MARCH 4, 2021. SERIOUSLY? The "Customer Service" using that term loosely, person that I spoke with truly responded that due to COVID, they were experiencing manufacturer delays and acted very indignant that I would even question why we had not already received a call. Needless to say, that recliner will not be built for us. Order cancelled and will NEVER purchase from ASHLEY again. I will give you some advice though... COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

Sales experience was great. The delivery and after sale customer service stinks. I’m going on my 5th appointment for delivery and 3 of those they didn’t even put the stuff on the truck and the 4th time they said they couldn’t get hold of me but nobody ever called or left a message. Nobody will call you back and customer care hangs up on you when try to talk to them.

I purchased two bedroom sets today. Easy financing and was approved in 5 minutes. There was a large selection both online and in the store. The sales person was patient and allowed me time to decide on what I wanted. They currently have a good promotion going on - 60 months no interest. I requested that my bedroom furniture be delivered by Christmas Eve. She didn&'t make any guarantees but did her best to try and make that happen. I would highly recommend Ashley Home Store especially the one in Cordova.

They matched the cyber deal they had going on so I saved $400 on the chair i wanted .Salesperson was the best . Wasn't plushy like other sales people I've dealt with in the past . I had a great experience with Grace yesterday at the Germantown store as she greeted us when we walked in. That in itself was the first big plus! I was looking for a loveseat and ottoman in somewhat of a certain price range. She immediately began looking around the store while we browsed. Long story short, I found the perfect set which was twice as much as I was wanting to spend but the fact someone (that being Grace) went out of their way to help, I didn’t blink an eye spending more than I’d intended ☺️ I recommend this store in particular. They will receive my return business!

Ordered a bed frame eight months ago. Only to have them not show up to 5 drop off appointments and deliver broken products. *updated* Letisha with DSG strike force team reached out to me and seemed she would turn this around and have some one pick up the left over parts. I was wrong its been 2 weeks and no response to my request for updates.

Our salesperson, Tim Conley, was awesome. He checked in with us often but did not hover like some of the other stores we visited. They have a great selection in furniture and the prices cannot be beat. Tim got us the best deal possible. He was very patient and knowledgeable. My experience today at Ashley Furniture store was excellent the salesman made sure that sale when as smooth as possible.
This is an absolutely amazing store- If you are looking for wonderful people to help you make a selection based on your needs, this is the place to go. Customers are number one top priority, and the staff truly care about what their customers needs are. And, they have great products that will actually last. Rachel with the dreads was very aggressive when I clearly told her I had no plans of using a line of credit me and my friend totally left out of the store with a bad taste in our mouths and Joshua from Acima was way more helpful than the store attendants.
We had the best experience today at Ashley Furniture in Cordova, TN. Today. We had been to several other Furniture stores in the Memphis area and failed to find anything. Then we decided to visit Ashley Furniture. As we walked in the door we were immediately approached by a very kind and patient Sales Associate. Her name was Alanis Rich. She was very informative and helpful in every way. We were being difficult because we were not sure exactly what we were looking for. The store was busy and she directed us around the store and then allowed us to look privately while she assisted another family. We appreciated that. She then came back and asked if we had found the perfect sofa or sectional. We had because of her suggestion, and purchased a 3 piece set and then she suggested 2 lamps to go with our new living room set and we purchased them. She was so patient and gracious to us. Thank you for hiring this lovely Lady to your business.

Worked with Justin he was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately what we came to purchase had been discontinued but he did what he could getting us some clearance patio furniture I had been eyeing for a few weeks.
Ordered a sectional July 29th. We currently have 2 of the 5 sections. Our estimated delivery dates kept getting pushed back and now they said the couch is on backorder until further notice. Every time we call no one can give us any hope that this couch will ever arrive. I am close to canceling the order. Update: we were supposed to receive two more sections of our couch a week before Thanksgiving. The delivery showed up with all the sections. The manager in the store had told us we would get $400 off the couch during one point in this timeframe. He said he made notes in our profile reflecting that. We have never seen the $400 come off our overall bill. When we called, the person I talked to said she needed to get a manager involved because she couldn’t find those notes in the computer and the initial manager was no longer employed at Ashley. No one ever called me back.
First let me say that Ashley has a very vast selection of beautiful home items in their warehouse showrooms. With that being said. I have been a customer with their company for over a year now. When I first ordered my furniture I was informed that it would be a 4week wait (I wanted things delivered together). Fast forward 8 weeks later and I was still awaiting a shipment from the company for items that I requested. Now it has been over a year since I first purchased items and I have had a few issues with billing. I pay my bill early and instead of crediting THAT month's corresponding bill with the payment made early in the month I get a LATE fee and past due payment notification on my next bill informing me that the previous payment was not made. Their billing, their lead time for delivery of furniture, their poor customer service over the phone and unwillingness to actually FIX issues gives them a 1.5star from me. NEVER in my life have I ever seen such discord with billing and financial issues within a company that offers credit. PROPOSTEROUS!
Can't get customer service to call you back or have repairs made to new furniture. Do not recommend at all!
Poor customer service. Order was wrong after 3 months of waiting for delivery. Ended up canceling order and went with la-z-boy. The sales associates only care about the commission and not the customer. Will never step foot in this store again. Thank you for the reassurance.
My husband and I ordered furniture months ago. We have not received any type of communication regarding the status. They do not answer the phone. We live in Fayette county so it’s not convenient to drive there just for an update but we have. Our Furniture was supposed to be here in early October. When we went to get an update, they said November. We still haven’t gotten a call/email or anything From anyone, we have to do the work. We even sold Our furniture because we had no idea that our furniture wasn’t coming in October. The holidays are approaching we have a brand new, empty home. Our guests have to sit in folding chairs. I’m so annoyed because I feel we were told anything just for a sale. It’s inconsiderate. It may make things a little better if they would fix their phone systems, become proactive and communicate better. I feel like I was scammed. They clearly don’t appreciate their customers. If they can’t make this right we will cancel the order and close our credit account.
As usual great customer service! I usually deal with Timothy D but he was at another location. Bailey helped us and she was just as great. Not pushy, but there if you need them! I will be back for sure.

We had the worst experience during COVID with this store. Items we purchased based on availability never happened because the items never arrived at the warehouse. Crazy part is we would call and be told the items were scheduled for delivery then call when the delivery date had past and we never recieved our order just to hear another story like the items haven't arrived at the warehouse. Calling the store is extremely unhelpful and the sales representative are only interested in making a sale. They could careless to communicate after you have purchased your items to inform you of the changes with the item arrival date. Basically, after the experience we had with this store I wouldn't recommend them for your furniture purchase!!

Throughout, my shopping experience he asked questions about what I was looking for and offered recommendations. I decided to purchase a dresser using Acceptance Now. I had such a nice experience today at Ashley Homestore in Cordova. Ms. Love was my sales associate and she went above and beyond my expectations. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. She also gave me her personal cell number in case I experience any issues after delivery. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of. Thanks again!!
Very poor experience. They continued to push back our expected delivery date. When we finally received one piece that we ordered, there were screws missing. I messaged the salesperson and she said I would have to contact Guest Services to which I asked how could I do that because they do not answer the phone. She stated she sent the pictures in for me and they should get the screws and contact me. One month later they still have not contacted me. I also wanted to order a couch and love seat that were continuously pushed back every month and I later found out the love seat was not even ordered. I messaged the salesperson to cancel my order but she did not respond. The only way to cancel an order is to actually go back in to the store because they do not answer the phone. I do not plan to ever be back in to this store.

I bought a couch in September and was told that it would be delivered on the 10th of October. Yet when that date came i was then told it would be here on the 24th of October. They actually gave me $60 back to make up for it. I called today just to make sure it was still coming this week, and what do you know now they said it wont be delivered till NOVEMBER 25th!! I asked them to cancel my order which they did, but know i have to find another couch!! i understand that bc of covid everything is behind, BUT COME ON GUYS
Wasn’t planning on purchasing living room furniture that day...but found what I wanted and decided to do it. Plus they had a 50%off 2nd item discount. Just couldn’t pass it up! Credit check and paper work took maybe 15-20 min. Fast and easy. Nothing down. Very affordable payments.Felt good about the whole experience. Sales person was helpful and made sure I purchased the protection plan...you get it back if you don’t use it in 5 yrs.
We were greeted by Ben and he helped us all the way up until we got our new couch and loveseat which he said was a great choice! He most definitely made our experience great and we will be back again to see him! Thank you so much!

We went to the store to buy a set we saw online. We found out the deals online are not available on store and were a bit disappointed to learn that. However, Bailey was very kind and helped us figure out all the other deals available to us in store. We took our time deciding and she was very patient. Eventually, we bought our set and are very excited to receive it soon.
