Just got my new couch and it is beautiful! Paul was very gracious and helpful with looking up couches and pricing. He also was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The delivery time was about 2.5 weeks since my couch was already in stock at the warehouse, and the delivery guys were quick, but careful with the couch! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!

I visited the Outlet in Gray, TN and was assisted by PAUL. I really want to shout-out Paul because his customer service was excellent and unrivaled when compared to the service I'm accustomed to at other retailers. He was happy to serve -- so much so that I've made it my top priority to write this review.

Drove an hour and a half (one way) based on the conversation below. They had NO two seat reclining sofas. The staff said "she must have thought you meant loveseats, or three seat sofas that have two recliners". What!?! "Do you have any two seat reclining sofas?" "Hi Shaun! We do have two seat reclining sofas - lots to choose from! Cloth or leather and alot of the sets are 20% off the clearance price: crazy good deals!'

We went in looking for a sleeper couch, Triston Conkin was the sales associate who helped us. He showed us what they had available but also let us know there were sleeper couches that could be ordered. We ended up with ordering a sleeper couch that Triston had showed us in a sectional so we could determine if it sat well and looked like what we wanted. People were great……EXCEPT…….. Furniture arrived at the warehouse and we received no phone call that it was in. Second……left message for our salesperson to call us….NO PHONE CALL!!!!! Made me feel we were at a car dealership. Everything to get you to buy and then…they forget you!!

The sales associates were outstanding and I was able to select from both new and outlet merchandise. The available outlet items were good quality and had no damage. Just one off. The discounts were very reasonable compared with store prices.

Miranda and Paul the manager were very helpful and the whole experience was smooth, calm and very pleasurable. Great deals and great customer service

Called Friday and talked to Miranda about sending me pictures of dressers they had in stock for a good price for our son's bedroom. She immediately sent me pictures with the prices. We ended up finding a dresser we loved and the whole process was super fast thanks to Miranda. If you are needing any furniture for home, Miranda is the one to go see.

Never again with Ashley. Buyers be warned. I wrote a book on here about my experience but somehow 'exceeded the character limit' due to how long this chronicle of nonsense has been occurring and the number of events that have transpired. I will summarize. Lies, lies, lies. At the store level, lies. From customer service, lies. Good luck actually getting what you receive. I bet it takes no less than 2 months from date of purchase. Just go to Zaks. Be ready for lack of communication and false expectations. Plenty of other comments on here that also will tell you don't expect to receive your items in any reasonable amount of time.

Staff was helpful but that doesn’t ultimately get your furniture to you. If you want to wait and wait and wait for your furniture, then buy here. If not, steer clear. The other reviews prove it’s an issue. My bad for not heeding them. Ordered a bed August 23rd. Waited one month for something that should have been just over a week. Was told it might make the next truck when ordered. One week later, I was told definitely maybe on the next one and so on and on. Fast forward to “it should be in September 18th” and finally called the 19th to be told it was in… with no notification to me as the customer after waiting so long. The kicker is that if you’d like to cancel the order to get it elsewhere, they charge you a 25% restocking fee. They have zero regard for customer satisfaction.

Paul is amazing there. He’s helpful and was very nice. However, I won’t be ordering anything else from Ashley again. On 07/22, I told them what I wanted and even showed a photo. I was told that my living room set would be delivered to them on 7/31 and that it should be delivered on 8/05-8/10 because it takes a few days for them to do deliveries. I was also told that my items would possibly deliver to them separately which was fine because the expected date of delivery was great. Then I called on 7/31 to make sure they received it. I was told “No. It says the chair will be delivered here tomorrow and the chaise couch will be here 8/08 so delivery for these items will be 8/12”. This was irritating but I accepted it. Fast forward to today, 8/09. My husband goes to pick everything up. He calls me to say they only have the chair and the ottoman wasn’t on my order AND the chaise couch is on back order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Spent over 1k was told items were in stocked and would be shipped to me in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later told not in stock and playing a waiting game with the company 25% charge to cancel even though they lied to me about shipping and it being in stock. Worse experience so far

Bought a couch online. $3000. Delivery company never even called. Scheduled my delivery which thankfully I could be there for and then 2 weeks later and it’s the day before delivery day and boom! 2 more weeks waiting! Online is not the way to do your orders. This store in gray does not have anything to do with the corporate Ashley. After putting a review due to the huge inconvenience online Cathy from Ashley Furniture in Gray texted me and I was able to atleast come and pick up the couch myself. I do not believe anyone should ever use or recommend their delivery service as it has been a horror story with the online delivery. It was actually easier buying a house.

My husband and I went to the Ashley Outlet in Gray, TN on July 4, 2022. We were looking for an adjustable loveseat or recliner. When we entered the store we were immediately met by an enthusiastic salesman named Tel that showed us exactly what we asked for. We happily purchased their beautiful product and will pick it up in a day or so. It was as easy as Apple pie! Happy 4th America, and thanks Ashley and Tel for your great service.

I found exactly what I was looking for. Tel, which our salesman, was great at helping me find what I needed. He showed me several different couches and recliners, one of which he told me was a big seller. I ended up buying the couch and recliner. He was very professional and quit quick and getting us in and out. Will definitely be back if I'm looking for new furniture. Thank again Tel.

Four guys were working not a one said Hi or asked me if I needed help .they we're all looking at their phones. Don't get me wrong I really hate when they walk around with you but I did need help so I just left.

Just bought a sectional. They had what I wanted in stock and they even ordered me some stuff they didn't have. (None of this it will take 2 months that I got with other sellers in town) On top of all of that I got A GREAT PRICE. Tim was a great help.

We purchased a dining set on Aug 5th. The chairs were available in the warehouse, but the table had to be ordered. Since we didn't want chairs that had been sitting in the warehouse, and we didn't want to take an incomplete set home, we placed an order for the complete set. We were told it would arrive in 2-4 weeks. Three week later we received a call that the set was ready for pickup. We disassembled our existing set, took it to storage and went to the store. Upon arrival, my husband was told that the table was not there...only the chairs. After talking to the sales department, they admitted that they had not ordered it. The chairs in the warehouse were actually the ones that had been there all along. They offered to order the set, and, because of the mix up, the sales rep offered to deliver and set it up for us himself. The time frame for arrival was moved to Sept. 7th. On Sept. 7th we called and it was not there. The time frame for delivery was thsn pushed to Sept. 14th. We called on Sept. 14th and there was still no table. The warehouse told us that it was scheduled to arrive around Sept. 16th. We were tired of waiting and asked to cancel the order, but were told that we would have to speak to the sales department. My husband called and spoke to the " sales manager," who said that he couldn't find the order. He then told my husband that there were people in the store and he would have to "get back with him later." Ten minutes later my phone rang. It was the sales manager. He confirmed that the table was ordered and promised that it would be here on the 16th. I told him we were very leary of that promise because there had been so many promises, and told him we wanted to just cancel the order. He began to.argue, then said that it would be here by the 15th. When I told him that I did not trust what he was saying because he was changing his dates within the conversation, and there was a discrepency between the dates he was giving us versus what the warehouse said, he became condescending. I turned the phone over to my husband, who completed the cancellation. I would not recommend ordering anything from them unless you don't really want furniture. Also, the management is really poor.

Time it takes to get your order is terrible. I placed an order in July with a two to four week deliver. I am now advised it will be the end of October (Maybe) They will advise when it arrives. Not allowed to cancel order without a cancellation and restocking fee. Buyer Beware. I will never purchase from them again if I ever get this order.

The warehouse should be open the same time the store is. You would think they are one in same. Warehouse is closed on Monday and earlier then store on other days. Drove an hour on two different days. I was quite disappointed that I could not get my furniture on either day. When looking up hours on internet you would assume the Gray location hours are the time it is open. I like my furniture but not sure that I will go back in the future. Just a shame and I wouldn't be surprise if you have lost customers in the past over this issue. :(

We have bought most of our furniture from yhem. The service was wonderful!

If you are a fan of Ashley furniture and love good prices this is the place to go. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The only issue I have is that a lot of the items are not available for weeks. Unless you buy something in the clearance section which you can take home immediately. All in all this is our number one place to start with when we're looking for furniture.

Lori was so knowledgeable about the different types and styles of furniture and what would best suit my needs/living space. She was also very patient as I figured out what I wanted (I can be a little indecisive haha). So happy with the couch she helped me pick out! The store was easy to find, parking lot was easy to get in and out of, building was very clean and spacious with lots to offer! Lots of different styles of furniture. Would definitely recommend!

After seeing the Carynhurst 60” TV Stand online, I called my Ashley Furniture Store in Gray TN. It wasn’t available in the store but the salesperson, Lori helped me order it by phone. Lori was knowledgeable and made this purchase easy and convenient.

I showed up thirty minutes before they opened and the door was locked. The trainer manager opened the door and let me in anyway. He was very helpful even though he was training people and I was there before opening time. He showed me some mattress and I was done quickly. I will shop here again.

Trying to get information about our couch delivery. We would like to just pick it up since we cant get our delivery scheduled. Told by the Kingsport store to look up the # for Gray, when we call Gray no one answers and mailbox is full so you can’t leave a mesg. So far I can only give 1 start because I can’t get anyone to answer or help.

They have some beautiful furniture. We went in expecting to just look around, then saw a fantastic looking leather power reclining sofa and recliner for over half off. Love the choices which were available.

After ordering furniture for my home it arrived 3 weeks later only to find out they ordered the wrong furniture. Ashley then took it back and orders the correct furniture and after a month it came into their wearhouse but they said they won't deliver it for another 5 days, this left a bad taste with me seeing that they have made the mistake and I have been without the furniture for 2 months they won't try to make it right be getting it to my home quickly seeing that it's in their wearhouse and won't bring it to me for 5 days is crazy. So if you want a furniture company that will take care of you and will make sure to make it right you may want to look elsewhere. This was not a damaged item the store ordered the wrong thing and I am now forced to wait over 2 months for the correct order.

Nice selection of furniture available at good discounts. We were able to take home our order the same day. Chris was very helpful and nice to work with.

After a divorce and loosing our furniture, we came in early May to buy a couch and found the perfect one! After 2 weeks we called to see when we would receive the couch and were told we wouldn’t see it for another month and a half and the couch wasn’t even built yet! We weren’t told this when buying, so, understandably we were upset. They refused to give us a refund and instead offered to sell us a couch they had in stock on the floor which wasn’t what we even wanted. So we waited the month and a half. It’s late June now and we called to see when the estimated date was and they said they still didn’t know but they haven’t gotten the couch yet and it could be another month. 3 months for a couch when you have no furniture is bad enough, but we weren’t even told this could happen! On top of all this Rebecca, the one who checked us out and somehow missed to tell us we could have to wait months for a couch was an extremely rude lady who when we were asking for a refund said “excuuussseee me.” Very unprofessional there’s a clear reason she didn’t get promoted to manager and instead trained him. Tldr: DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT 3+ MONTHS FOR FURNITURE!!

Jamie, the salesman, was great with providing me the information I needed to decide which would be the best sectional for me and my family of furry creatures and we are very happy with our choice! The delivery guys were also great, they called and informed me they were actually early and didn't have to spend the day waiting around. They removed the door to fit my couch in and set everything up!
