I have unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture. I recently purchased my first home in the area. Excitedly, I came to Ashley to buy my first piece of furniture for the house. I purchased a nice couch, and scheduled delivery for Saturday, December 7th. On the payment invoice, I noticed my billing address was on it for delivery, rather than the shipping address, so I immediately contacted the store and spoke to the employee who sold me the couch. He was quick to correct it in the system, so I assumed all was well. Then, two days prior to delivery, I received a confirmation on which the wrong address was still listed. Upon seeing this, I call Ashley customer service, where they also confirm they have the correct address. Because I have confirmed twice, I assume the emails are just wrong and it will be delivered to the correct address. Day of delivery, I receive the tracking link and see the delivery is still going to the old address. Despite doing everything in my power to correct this, they still go to the wrong place and are unable to deliver. I am told I will be contacted for redelivery, but come Tuesday, I have still not received a call. I call in, and the automated system informs me I am now scheduled for the 18th, which is 11 days after I expected my delivery, and I will be out of town so will need to make arrangements with family as the next available day isn’t until January 9th. I am not one to leave poor reviews, but I am shocked that there has been no attempt whatsoever to correct the situation in any way. As the customer, I did everything I could to ensure correct delivery, and it still didn’t end up being correct and I am now the one being inconvenienced. Very disappointed.

Allan Lee my salesman was knowledgeable and very professional. He assisted me in getting the sofa I needed and wanted while be honest about how the sofa would wear over time helping me to make an educated decision. I would recommend Allan as being their very best furniture salesman. If you need furniture be sure to ask for Allan Lee at the Hixson Ashley Store.

Did not accept my payment method and when the vendor wanted to assist them with making the payment they ignored them I couldn't get there. attention. Tried to call your 153 store to get assistance and kept getting the phone recycling mess. Not happy with you right now.

Had a really great experience at the Ashley Outlet the day after Thanksgiving. Our sales person Kim was exceptional. She was very helpful and attentive without being overbearing or pushy at all. The selection was good and high quality. We are excited about our sofa purchase.

Adam was the first to greet us at the door and stayed with us through our 2 visits to the store. He was patient, kind, and not at all pushy while my 93-yr-old mother had to check everything until she found what she wanted. Very kind, Adam, thank you!
