Great customer service, great items in stock. They had everything we needed and even gave our toddler candy to munch on. That made it easy to see which couches could tolerate sticky toddler fingers! Our salesman Camryn was great too. He knew when to back off and let us look and could tell our body language when we needed him. He was always in the background but I never felt like he was hovering. Definitely a 5 star event - our visit yesterday to Ashley in Jackson, TN. We were looking for a recliner or a rocker/recliner and if YOU are, yes this is the place to go. I'll bet I sat in at least 15 different ones before I found THE ONE! Awesome styles, colors, fabrics, features and great prices. I do think our sales person had the patience of a saint, thank you Wayne! Can't recommend highly enough the variety of different choices, styles, features and colors on this particular item. I know, you want to be comfortable, when you read, watch TV, take a short nap or just plain relax. Our new recliner is all that and so much more. Can't hardly wait for it to arrive. Absolutely worth the visit - (or the drive!)

The staff was exceptionally nice and the store was clean, beautifully decorated, but most of the furniture was white, beige or gray. For a store in West Tennessee I'd think they know about dirt and red clay. Darker colors would be better for the area, children and pets.

Watch the Details if you shop here!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were going grab 2 recliners, $900 ea=$1,800+tax total $1980ish. We were going to pay no interest payments and I asked for the total and she said $2,700 lol. They added $900 in delivery and insurance which they DID NOT ASK me did I want. The saleswoman started talking real fast and changing all the details as we went forward. if this is how she operates all the blame goes to her, but if this is how she was trained Ashley can have it all. Either way if you chose to shop here pay CLOSE ATTENTION to the details because they are looking to take advantage of you and take as much $ as they can get from you. IDC if payments are $40 or $400. The total I have to pay you is real and you tacking a whole extra chair on their is RIDUCLOUS.

When we went to the store in Jackson and looked at the furniture, it was amazing, but then found out that we had to get it ordered and it had to come out of Memphis. Did not like that idea. I was satisfied with satisfied with the workers and SHYUN. HAMLETT was very helpful. I would recommend talking to her. She is sweet and understanding even after my furniture got messed up from Memphis. They brought it out here, but then when the guys came in, they messed up one of the legs as I turned it in in Memphis, all they did was say they would send my legs and equipment that I would have to be able to fix my leg. I have not yet received my legs or my boltsfor my chase lounge and paid a really high fee for a delivery fee and did not get my service that I was expecting when brought to my house. One of the guys really knew how to put the furniture together. He was a wiz at it, but the other guy did not know nothing. He put two legs on and missed the two legs up, they are still supposed to be sending me my boats and my legs for one side of my couch that the other guy put on and messed up and I’m still waiting. I ordered a sofa and a lounge with having satisfaction for the sofa. The guy put it together. I do believe his name is Timothy, he did put it together and he got it right until the other guy came in which I don’t know his name. The young man came in and messed up the two legs on the front of the lounger as I am still waiting on my bolts they said they would tech out to fix it. I am yet to get my screws for my legs and my legs on my left-hand side of my lounger so I was very disappointed in their service out of Memphis. I sure wish that Jackson would have delivered it not Memphis, but that’s the way it goes now I think I realize why they order online so they can put it together themselves and not sure about that because I have never ordered from there so I don’t know if people get their furniture actually get it in good shape or what I wouldn’t recommend bring from Memphis at all they just gave me the runaround and haven’t sent my equipment yet

The customer service at the store location in Jackson was awesome. I had no issues and the lady was helpful. With my order, it was going to take longer, but everytime I had questions or needed an update, she was very quick to respond. The only issue I had was with my ottoman. It came on its own so I did not have to wait longer for my couch. However I had set the delivery up and it never came. The time was from 11-2. I did not hear anything until 4 that their truck had been broke down. I just wish there would have been better communication since I had asked off for work. Thankfully they were able ti deliver the next day.

Purchase two identical sofas on March 11 2024. One off the floor one had to be delivered from memphis. One off the floor was not given the correct cord for the power recline and headrests. Contacted my salesman and was told that the manager was putting the cord in the mail the next day. Today is June 11th 2024 still have not received the cord. No way to contact your stores directly. Furniture seems to be good furniture but customer service is no good at all! It's a shame when you spend over $3,000 on sofas and cannot get the parts to make them work correctly. Where I'm from your word is the most important thing you have. That being said purchase from them at your own risk, because their word isn't worth anything.

Very nice store. Great associate! Shyun Hamlett showed me several available styles and then let me look on my own. I was looking for a recliner that fit me. I didn't want a big bulky one, and I wanted a recliner that I could handle easily when I felt like reclining. Mororized ones were too big for me, but I found that the "push button" Zero wall style of recliner was just right. David, my husband agreed that I had found a good size for me. I wanted a different color and she ordered it for me. It will be delivered soon! I'm very pleased and happy with options and pleasant service that I received at Ashley's in Jackson,TN.
It was great. Shyun made it quick and easy and even noticed a deal that I missed to make sure I was able to take advantage of it. She gave great suggestions, never came off as irritated but in fact quite easy going. She walked me through it all from the deal to the purchase to drop off options, everything. I purchased the 4 barstool set counter table in gray. Good quality and so far has not disappointed!

I, just recently, visited my local Ashley Store, in Jackson, TN, and fell in love with the beautiful oval white coffee table, with an additional lower shelf and gorgeous cabrio-styled legs. I ordered it and received it in just a few days. It was delivered and placed in my living room, just where I needed it. I have received compliments right away. It is so pretty.

“Title: Beware of Ashley Furniture - Terrible Experience! Review: My wife and I had an utterly horrendous experience with Ashley Furniture. We invested a significant amount of money to furnish our new home, only to face a cascade of errors and negligence. The delivery process was a nightmare - the drivers seemed clueless and the orders repeatedly incorrect. To add insult to injury, they damaged our kitchen table and shrugged it off with a nonchalant "oh well..." attitude. What's even more frustrating is that we, the customers, had to initiate every call to rectify their mistakes, while the salesperson conveniently washed their hands of any responsibility. When I expressed my disappointment, their response was essentially, tough luck, no refunds. So now, not only are we stuck with their shoddy furniture, but we're also burdened with fixing their mess. I have an item delivered that was dropped from the truck by the delivery men. The item is broke. I'm trying to avoid leaving bad details on here. I was promised by the store for almost a month that I would get a replacement. However I can't get a call back. I can only get someone when I call there and more empty promises. I've talked to the escalation department and sadly the person was so very rude and no help at all. I texted 206-203-5109 and no one replies. Please tell me how I can talk to someone that can resolve this.
Very large store with huge selection. We went in this time for a new bed frame. Sales lady was very helpful without being pushy. The bed we found ended up being even cheaper online so we made the order and they will be delivering.

They said I would receive a call to schedule my delivery a day prior. No call . The day of the delivery I call them they said it would be delivered before 4pm. I stay home all day, 4 pm rolls around no one shows up and no one calls! I call them back and they said I wasn’t even on their route schedule! Next delivery availability is in 5 day! I wish I would have known before throwing away my dining table! Now I won’t have a table for a week!

It took a while but eventually got the order submitted for a replacement item covered under the protection plan. Then Scheduled the delivery date. Then, less than a week before the delivery date, received another message to schedule the delivery date. I asked about what happened to the first delivery date, and Ashley said it was canceled. I then schedule the delivery date, and I'm Then told there is no record of that delivery date being scheduled and I'm told Ashley is just guessing at whether the item will be in the warehouse at time of delivery. I'm not happy about it. But the people at the Jackson store are nice and easy to work with.
I have made many purchases from Ashley for more than 20 years. I have never had a bad experience. From the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and more! I have had my bedroom furniture from Ashley’s for more than 20 years! I just purchased a new living room set. The deliveries have always been timely, I anticipate the same for this one. They employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Cassandra Lee was very friendly and was a tremendous help! Additionally, financing has never been easier and the no interest offers are excellent.

Size perfect, color perfect and soft plush fabric perfect. I’m very happy that she greeted me the first time and I am extremely pleased that she was there when I returned. Not such a great experience! We were greeted immediately when we walked in the door, the sales person took about a Few minutes with us showing us items we were interested in, And from there we were kind of put to the side, as other customers were coming in we were asked to hold a few moments. A few moments turned into 45 minutes of waiting at this point I was fully frustrated, and proceeded to Leave, but my husband was still willing to do business here a manager, came over offered to service us, the best of her ability she Apologized for our wait. But I saw how our rep service at least two others as they were running back-and-forth and never acknowledged us I guess to close their sales But all sales are important, especially mine, so as we left purchasing nothing, I felt Discarded as a customer, anyway a couple of miles up the street Found the exact same items, made our purchase that evening and had our delivery scheduled for the next day left feeling satisfied and appreciated as a customer.
As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and assisted by two employees. We came in for an item online but ended up getting a sofa that we loved more so happy we came in. Cassandra was great help and knowledgeable with great suggestions. Her manager Amelia was also great with assisting to make the process as smooth as possible!

We went into the store on a Sunday afternoon, looking for living room furniture. After looking at several different pieces that we liked, we made a decision to get the sectional that had four built-in recliners. The sales lady put together a price, and we decided we was going to finance it. after she described our financing options, we decided to go with three years no interest with a 20% discount. She filled out the paperwork by asking a few questions and the financing was approved in about five minutes. We signed the paperwork and the furniture was delivered to our home in three days. Buying furniture has never been so easy in the past. We need to buy more furniture for our house, and Ashley furniture will be our go to furniture store.

They were extremely helpful with the purchase of a new mattress. Based on their customer service alone, it’s definitely worth going there. We pretty much knew what we wanted however we were shown similar options which was extremely helpful because we found something we liked better than what we had in mind. I can see why the lady who helped us was promoted to be assistant manager.
We needed a basic kitchen table set. We were out and decided to make our first stop, Ashley. We were greeted by Anthony Foster. He introduced himself and asked how he could help us. He invited us to move through the store because items were scattered in all different locations. We looked and he let us shop, but he was always available, almost like magic, if we had a question. We eventually settled on a table with 6 chairs. Price was within our budget and now we are awaiting delivery with "whiteglove" service. Delivery time was very reasonable. Thank you, Anthony Foster.

The furniture choices were so many. I knew that I wanted a sofa and recliner and William showed me several different styles and I fell in love with one that I chose. It has so many features that will help me as I have difficulty with my legs swelling and they elevate that will help with that. Ashley furniture damaged furniture upon delivery. We called to get it replaced and have been given the run around for over a week. Even gone back up to the business to talk to someone in person. Manager is not helpful. Said he would have someone call us but we are STILL waiting on that call two weeks later. I would not recommend spending any money here at all.

The sales person was rude and acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. We went to check out with our clearance item, same sales person said you want to buy a chair. It took 12 sheets of paper to purchase a $29 chair. She took a picture of the chair with her phone- not sure why. She never smiled or said thank you for shopping with us.

And we felt price was reasonable for the quality of product we chose. Delivery was on time to the appointed time.

Long story….but we are on our 4th attempt to get our furniture delivered and it has been canceled again. The first time it was canceled on the day it was suppose to be delivered. There is no way to contact the store - and the sales person who provided me with his number has still not returned my calls. No explanation of why it was canceled. On the second attempt - the furniture was delivered damaged - because I could not get anyone to call me back - I drove from Henderson to Jackson to speak to someone. Amelia then became my contact person. She was very nice and wanted to help. Furniture was rescheduled - then canceled again the day before. I had a text conversation with a “Solution Supervisor” who assured me this would not happen again. Furniture was rescheduled - and has been canceled again. I contacted Amelia because the original sales person still won’t call me back - she said the furniture was damaged - again. I have now after dealing with this for weeks and clearing our schedule for these deliveries 4 times - canceled my order.

Like to have never received my furniture. They canceled every week for almost 2 months. They still haven’t brought my chair that matches the couch. The night stands delivered smelled like petroleum and I’m praying that will disappear or they will have to go back. The delivery guys were excellent and fast. They showed they had my furniture in stock in computer yet when it came to a delivery time they would cancel for unavailability. It was extremely frustrating dealing with a franchise and corporate the just does whatever.

Purchased a sectional from the local store in Jackson. Paid extra and lost out on the sale they were having to have the chaise changed to the opposite side of the sectional. Which is what I needed. When it arrived the sectional arrived like it was in the store and not the special order I had put in. I have been calling customer service and the jackson store every week since the delivery and we are almost 2 months later and it still has not been corrected/ changed out. The jackson sales manager keeps being short and saying she will take care of but still nothing.

Worst experience ever, they say they offer progressive leasing, my husband and I got approved through progressive, we pick out our merchandise etc but when it was time to do the paperwork for Ashley NOBODY knew what to do. It’s was a very frustrating experience and they may need to stop offering it on train their employees on how to go into the system and get everything straightened out. We drove an hour away for 3 days to end up with NO MERCHANDISE
2nd Update: clearly the owner wrote to call so they look as if they’re handling the bad customer service. I’ve sent three text messages and over 48 hours late still not respond. Update: due to response from the “owner”, I sent a text with all the information 5 hours ago. I have yet to hear from anyone. Will continue to update when I hear from them! Salesperson did not give all the details on 3 piece table that was purchased. When we found out we called and stated we did want the items. We tried to talk to the store manager who would not call us back. The assistant manager Anthony couldn’t help us. We canceled a large order and asked for the refund. They have yet to issue the refund or communicate with us. A bank charge back will need to be done on furniture that was cancelled. It’s a shame they will not try to work the issues out with the customer. Trust me they’re all sweet until they get your money after that your a nobody! Be happy to share the text messages from the salesperson who lied more than once.

My husband and I walked in the store and Amelia (that may not be spelled right) asked if she could help us, I told her exactly what I was looking for, which was a full size bed with storage for my son and she took me to 4 different one and then there was a twin bed with storage that was exactly what my son wanted right next to the full size ones, I asked her if it came in full and she looked it up for me verified it did, she gave us all the info we needed and I believe we were in and out of the store in 30 minutes and my son will have the exactly bed he wants delivered soon. When I came in, I was greeted warmly and with a smile by Jarvis. I was on my walker and he offered to push me around in the wheelchair they had near the front door!! Very considerate and impressive!! I was looking for a new lift recliner and he took me to look at those in two different places in the store. I tried out several and Jarvis was very patient with me and my questions. I found one I liked s lot and then got all the info on it and a picture on my phone to send to my daughters. Then I thanked him and told him that I needed to check out a couple of other places and would get back to him. He took me back to the front door where I got my walker and did just that. There was no pressure at all to buy then. After checking other local stores and not finding anything else that I liked, I returned to. Ashley and asked for Jarvis and completed my purchase. They also price-matched the Ashley on-line store’s price for the same one in a different color which saved more than the amount of their extended protection plan!! I found this to be the best shopping experience I’ve had in many years!! Check it out for yourself!

I bought a desk chair from them. Sales rep was nice in the store, I made a purchase. When it came time for delivery, the guys didn't want to get out of the truck because of my dogs. Fair enough, so I took the dogs inside to lock them up. While I was inside, the guys very hastily put the chair together in my driveway and were waiting at the door with it. They had me sign for it while one of them carried it in. He left it in the living room and left before I had a chance to inspect the chair. The armrests are broken, will not stay attached to the back of the chair (which is also a reclining chair, so the back moves without the support of the armrests, making the chair virtually unusable). The sales rep, Sade, gave me her number to call if there were problems and has not answered once. There is no number to call locally to actually speak with the people who sold me the chair. I don't think a technician can fix the internal pieces that are broken and I don't want the delivery guys bringing another chair to my house. I want my money back.

Sade Black is very nice and helpful. What I did not like is I had to finance one thing for 6 months and the other I could do for 36 months to get a discount. Bought a mattress but had to buy a $300 mattress cover so I would not loss the 10 year warranty on mattress. There is ALOT of delivery and warranties fees. If you pick up and put together they will not stand by their products and warranties will be denied. Have not received anything hopefully everything will go smoothly.
Our visit was just great, we went in looking for a storage bench, ended up with two. The young lady Sam was great also.
I bought a new living room suit it was delivered a few days later the guys damaged the couch moving it in and now they don't want to fix what they messed up it's just been one lie after another with these people they have no problem taking your money but they won't fix there Mistakes so shop here if you want but just know they don't stand behind what they tell you I'll never make the mistake of stepping in there store again but if you like wasting money it's a great place to do it.

Because they say you have 30 days but they tell you after you buy something they say once you get it in your house it's yours... the recliners we bought are the most uncomfortable recliners and we found the same recliners at another store cheaper price we will never buy anything from them... they asked if they could do anything to make it right I said take the recliners back or exchange the recliners and they said no they don't have a return policy I will never for any reason buy anything from Ashley again...

Hank our salesman was excellent. He was friendly and took the time to tell ad show us everything He checked the warehouse and told us it was in stock and would be delivered on December 16 but on the 14 was notified that delivery was cancelled because it was not in the warehouse and rescheduled for the 23rd. It was then changed to the 26th due to road conditions, which I understand. But thinking it was to be delivered on the 16th we sold our table and chairs. This meant we DID NOT have one for Christmas dinner! The delivery men done a good job but the table was incomplete as the shelf was not with our order! Now it will delivered in 7-10 days! There has to be a better way of knowing if it is going to be delivered when told it would be. We purchased in December 6th!

Bought a couch and love seat 11/26, paid in full. I was told delivery would be 11/30. No one showed, called the store was told delivery was for 12/23. After talking to the manager was told it would be 12/10 at the very latest. Just got the text of delivery for 12/16. Never again will we purchase anything from this company. I have been giving the run around on deliveries and empty promises to “make things right”.

Horrible!! You delivered replacement parts for brand new damaged furniture to the wrong location. Actually was just left at the wrong location. Luckily the people knew me and brought the boxes to my house. I paid for delivery and set up of all of my new furniture. The new drawers have to be installed.

I purchased a table for my mother on 09/05/2022. After NUMEROUS delays we finally got the text message to schedule delivery (Saturday before Thanksgiving). In preparing for delivery, we were to have the area the table was going to be placed cleared out so my mother sold her table to a neighbor in preparation. She waited around all day and then there was another generated text that was saying to schedule delivery. I called and advised we had already scheduled delivery and that it was to be delivered that day. The person on the phone advised, no, it would not be delivered until 12/03/2022 now. I advised what is my mother going to do with Thanksgiving on Thursday and she no longer has a table. Nothing was done regarding this so again it was scheduled for delivery the Saturday after Thanksgiving. My mother waited all day and they never showed again. This has been a terrible experience. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to deal with this. What was to be a gift to my mother was a complete disaster. Left 2 messages for the store manager Gail and never heard back. The customer service is terrible. You would think with all the issues and delays we were experiencing somebody would have taken this under their wing to have it resolved. NOPE! We have received a call today that it will be delivered (11/29/2022). Praying that this is the time, otherwise, I will ask for a refund and spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Mentioning when I placed the order the salesperson was having side bar conversations with another salesperson about how many deals he had that day. And advised he was not making hardly anything off of me, etc. I could go on and on but this has been an extremely terrible experience. Update: I was contact by someone from Ashley. Basically just apologized and removed delivery fee. Was never delivered on 11/29 as noted above. Was scheduled for 12/3. Was never delivered that day either after my mother waited for delivery all day again. Is now scheduled for 12/6. I would have gone elsewhere but my mother wants the table. Sent email to contact person and she again apologized and advised it is scheduled on 12/6. I have lost track of how many times this has been delayed. Unacceptable!

My salesman, Chuck, was wonderful! I found exactly what I was looking for and the process was very smooth.
Spent over $1700 on a love seat sofa combo, bone white. Received the Love seat first big black stain on left hand corner, could not return per company policy had to have repaired in house this took weeks and constant calls to company. Sofa arrived at a later date, and we expected it to arrive later than love seat, this time we had them unpack sofa to inspect, and again another large area just stained black, so we sent it back. constantly in touch with company, now trying to tell us that item is on layaway, even though we have paid for it fully in beginning, not even sure when or if sofa will arrive. their company rep is of no help, we are still fighting to get sofa. We have dealt with Ashley before in California and had a great experience with them. The Jackson Ashley outlet obviously does not care or respect us enough to just conclude this process. Our sofa was cancelled by Ashley, and the refund is close to $200.00 less then we paid for sofa, We are now having to go through the buying process again as there is not another sofa that will match our love seat.

Walked in today fully prepared to buy a sofa. I came in the door and the sales lady just stared at me. I walked over there and asked her about a smaller sofa because my space isn't very wide and she looked at me and said "we only have 90" or above." She didn't offer to let me look around, make any suggestions, or even show me anything online. It had the feeling that she didn't even want me to go onto the sales floor. This is my first time visiting this particular Ashley and I don't plan to ever go back. I'm furnishing a new 3 bedroom house right now and I can tell you I will not be purchasing anything from this store. I definitely recommend staying away from this place. There are so many more places with better sales people.

Buying furniture can be a stressful process. We had already been to several stores with no luck so when we walked into Ashley(our last stop of the day) we didn't have the highest of hopes. That all changed with the help of Amelia. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect piece with a great promotional rate! Upon delivery one of my nightstands that was in a box had a broken and had a chipped marble top nightstand. The delivery guys did not damage my order because it was still boxed when they arrived upon delivery. The delivery guys were very nice and and immediately called the office to report the damaged nightstand. I was only able to keep one of them and was told by the lady at the office that the company would replace my other nightstand and have it shipped out right away! I ordered my furniture on Tuesday Sept 27. Today is Thursday Sept 29. I would like to expect it to be delivered in the next two days please! Very displeased that now I must wait on a partial order to be completed!

We came here to buy a mattress and we had an amazing lady help us find exactly what we wanted. Due to the amount of trouble we have had getting the things we paid for and the incompetence of the salesman to sell us the correct parts and then be told something else would work that also will not work with the tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base we purchased. Customer service has been horrible, paid cash for a bed frame we can't use and can only use the headboard now apparently we will have to fight to get a refund on the remainder of the bed frame. If we could leave no stars as a review we would, but we will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again in our life and we will make sure, to the best of our ability, that our family and friends never buy an Ashley product or shop in your stores, incompetence is putting it nicely.

Absolutely terrible. My furniture arrived damaged on Tuesday and I was told that they would have a new piece out in a few days. I confirmed the delivery for today by email and by text. I received a automated call that did not leave a voicemail so I called back and it was Ashley. The automated voice told me my merchandise would not be ready in 2-4 weeks. I tried to call the store but did not get a hold of anyone. I stayed on the phone and waited until a customer service rep finally answered (maybe about 30 minutes waiting). He told me that delivery was available but not the actual furniture. I am beyond tired of waiting for this thing so I will have to go ahead and cut my losses and try to find something else. Can't depend on Ashley.

We purchased a couch, love seat, ottoman, small dining room table and 4 chairs. We ordered them in April 2022 and was told that delivery would be in 2 weeks. Our furniture was delivered was on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. When we got our loveseat, on the back there was a black mark on it and the delivery team stated that the loveseat will be replaced. When we call the store no one answers the phone as well. Please help us get this taken care of.
Had our order all worked out everything is good till the shipment it never came this was the second time I've had to clear my schedule and wait all day for someone to deliver our furniture and it never happened no one called a day before no email was sent they hung up twice on my husband for our order I don't understand what's going on with their delivery system but it's not very professional.

I would never buy other thing from them again. Got a couch and dining room table and a bedroom suit. End up the dinning room suit was all glued back together and tried to give me that and I wouldn't take . The bedroom furniture was to be delivered and they never delivered it claiming they couldn't find it . That is why u have gps. And then it wasn't even including the bed . That is going to be almost 2 months till we get it. U know if u all where professionals u would of gave us the one off show room floor for the table and chairs and even the same bed. But know they said it will be a month in a half wait. So if I was u all I wood not even shop at Ashley's furniture at all.

Hank, the manager, is great! He thoroughly explains items, works to get you the best deals, worked out shipping for us & is super friendly. I highly recommend him as a salesman. Also,Ashley has beautiful merchandise. Update: our delivery was completely screwed up and Hank ignored my calls & texts. Canceling the order & going elsewhere.
Our sales associate Victoria was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She listened to us regarding to what was wanted. There was no high pressure sales and everything was communicated very thoroughly.
Horrible experience. When our order FINALLY arrived, a picture was missing and the workers did not bring any tools and we were missing hardware for a twin size bed. My husband let the workers use his tools for assembly. We were told that the worker would return the following day to assemble the bed with the missing hardware. No one ever came or called. We had Ashley send us the hardware and it was wrong when it arrived. After a terrible experience trying to speak with someone in customer service, Ashley finally ended up sending the correct hardware and when my husband got the bed put together, it was a full size not a twin. So now instead of taking this issue to Ashley we have decided to just purchase a mattress to fit the full size bed. As for the missing picture, my husband went to the store and they just gave him the one on display. No discount. No explanation. Just handed him the picture right off the wall and sent him on his way. The workers who came to our home were rude, unprepared and unprofessional. They were also three hours later than the allotted time slot we were given.
Spent several thousand dollars at Ashley's recently and although the sales people were okay, everything after the sale was a complete disaster. Our furniture was delayed several months and when it came, the installers had no tools and had no professionalism at all. I ended up letting them borrow tools and they didn't have any hardware to put the furniture together. They mailed the hardware I put the furniture together myself and the bed I purchased was the wrong size. It's impossible to talk with anyone at the store or on the customer service line that can help with anything. My experience has been so bad I'm just buying a new mattress to fit the bed they sent rather than dealing with Ashley's furniture. Installers are very shady, they will just show up at your home randomly in unmarked vehicles.

Bought my daughter at $3,000 bed from Ashley furniture thinking that everything was going to be great it took forever for the bed to arrive they changed the date twice and then when they showed up the workers scratched up my white hardwood floor and then left all of the boxes that were larger than my car laying on my front porch with the trash that came with the boxes. I then called the corporate office and made a complaint about the floor and the boxes and the first time I called the worker told me that they would schedule a pickup on Monday for the boxes and that someone would be in touch with me about the floors. Needless to say no one was ever in touch with me about the floors and the boxes were never picked up so I called corporate again only to be told that no one was going to pick up the boxes and that they don't do that I told the gentleman about how the guy from the previous phone call had said that the boxes would be picked up he pretty much left in my face and gave me no help he was so rude I do not suggest anyone shop at the store if they are expecting good customer servicenevepicked up

I was extremely disappointed. Nothing the sales lady said turned out to be right. She mislead me on the price, payment plan, and delivery. She was difficult to reach when there were questions. I probably will not shop at Ashley Furniture ever again, but if I ever do, I definitely will not do business with her.

NONONO- I will never spend another dollar at Ashely's Furniture. We ordered several items and was told we had 72 hours to complain with any issues. The kitchen table had something on the top of it and when we tried cleaning it off with soap and water, the coating on the table started to come off looking extremely bad. We called and asked for them to come out and look at it so that we can return it but they never called us back. I called again and they advised they are not going to come out or return it and had a really bad attitude since they already had the money. Totally rude people and very cheap materials. I must say this business is the worst I’ve ever seen and they will not be in business long treating hard working citizens like this. Plz continue to share and let people know how this company is.

The Ashley Furniture Store in Jackson Tennessee has horrible customer service. They have been extremely dishonest and have mislead us on multiple occasions-beginning with the sales person to the store manager. I have never had such a terrible experience buying anything before this. I was told to call corporate multiple times and would just end up with a call center In Mexico (who by the way was the most honest of all of the people we have dealt with.)After I called corporate I called the Jackson, Tennessee store again to let the manager know that the number she gave me was from a call center in Mexico and not the Memphis corporate office. The store manager got mad and hung up the phone on me. Ashley has EXTREMELY bad business practices!! If you are looking to buy furniture, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE, especially the JACKSON, TENNESSEE store!! Go to a locally owned furniture store and give them your business. I normally buy local and I should have this time. It was my mistake. Now I can’t even get a refund without losing 10% (when the issues have been on their end.) I have had this much trouble with moved, false or canceled delivery dates and I still don’t have the furniture. Ashley Furniture doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
First time I have shopped Ashley Furniture. It was a fantastic experience! The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We found what we needed at a GREAT price. I am completely satisfied. The shore was CLEAN and laid out for easy shopping.
After spending 10s of thousands of dollars in this store over the years, I'm done! My wife & I visited the store a few weeks back (late Feb.) to "kick some tires". We're in the process of updating our decor throughout our home. The store has a very worn appearance, dirty carpet, poor lighting and a lot of damaged product on display. We had a $399.99 in store credit that we had to use before 2/28/22. We couldn't find anything that just jumped out at us. We figured we would pick out some lamps to hit the $500 minimum sales threshold requirement of using the store credit. We were told that the credit would need to be approved. The salesman, "Hank" followed up while we were there and told us that the product would have to be placed into lay-away for a few days to allow the approval of the credit. We decided to wait. We left. My wife, on a follow up visit picked out (5) lamps and completed the deal with Hank (or so we thought). We heard nothing for days so my wife started trying call the store. No answer... she left messages, no response... she called a Corporate #. The gentleman that she spoke to stated that he didn't understand why there would be a wait to use the store credit. It should be approved at the store level and be instant. He also stated that he didn't see anything on the computer related to a sales order for us. Well after several more attempts to call, with no one answering the local number, we're done. There are plenty of furniture stores that would love our business. We will definitely stay away from Ashley stores and their brands in the future.

I got 6 sets of things and it was cheaper monthly. They went beyond what i expected. I went in for a quote and expecting to leave with nothing and it became a whole thing. Im a stay at home mom and my husband is the provider still ran it under my name because the house is in his name. They still made it happen! Id recommend anyone to these ladies!! Theyre excellent!!

We have ordered a table and six chairs and two more bar chairs to match the table 3 weeks ago . They have called us to come pick it up in Memphis and we went last Saturday . Since we had bad experiences with Ashley before we wanted to check the items and the workers said we cannot open the boxes here . Ok we opened the box at home to find out the gave us the wrong table . Since then we have been calling customer service, we went in the store where we ordered 5 times, finally one lady made an exchange but no one has called us with a date or nothing . We called customer service and they said 5 months from now and she said that we are lucky to get an exchange. Are you kidding me ? Them made a mistake, they gave us a 250 dollars cheaper table and now I have to fight to get the right table we ordered . Never in my life I had such a poor customer service ! My husband and I wanted to change the whole living room and we even settle on several items and wanted to order, we probably would have spent 10000 dollars in their store but now I would never buy anything from them , not even a vase !

After spending 2 hr on dec 27 with a salesperson named Teresa, I go back to make a purchase just from another salesperson to tell me Teresa had lie to my face and then she laughed about it, and talked about how Teresa was just trying sugar us. And for then to have 25% off but after they add a non option dilevery fee of $150 we were only saving $9. Then for the salesperson not listen to us when want to pay cash but she only wanted us to use there options and keep talking over us.
Disappointed to say the least! I had an agreement with Ashley's in Jackson TN that my delivery would be 12/18. It was a no call no show. I wasn't upset about it, I wasn't really ready for the furniture due to a remodel. I stopped by to tell them i needed to see why furniture didn't deliver and to try to get my recliner because it was my son's Christmas present. They released my order to fill other people's order because they did not get ahold of me last week. 🤬 Needless to say, I canceled my 9,000 order and will be shopping elsewhere! This was ordered in October! And I have patiently waited and now I have to start all over. My family and I have been loyal Ashley Furniture customers for years but I will NEVER buy anything else.

The store was beautiful and the staff were AWESOME! My sister fell in love with a beautiful picture of a horse she couldn’t afford. After finishing my purchase, I asked to secretly buy the wall stallion for her. The staff collectively organized the purchase, two of the salesmen loaded it into my truck, all while keeping her busy. They have a great selection. I have bought from them for years. Everything in my home is Ashley. I gave them a 4 star because the store staff is great but if a piece of furniture is damaged it's hard to get customer service to fix it. You have to yell alittle.

Purchased furniture with cash and was told delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks from time of purchase. Turns out they lied to make a sale and delivery was actually going to be 12 to 14 weeks from time of purchase! Told them we could not wait that long and requested a refund. Currently it has been over a month and a half since refund request and we still have no refund! Customer service has been absolutely awful and no one is willing to help with anything! Will never do business with Ashley in Jackson, TN again, and would not recommend to anyone else!

I bought a rug 2 months ago from Ashley Jackson and never received it. They made the shipment through Fedex now FedeX says that the company gave him the wrong address and Ashley says they gave the correct address and cannot refund me. Now I have neither rug nor money and nobody knows how to give me a solution. I feel ripped off

No solutions so it is getting into fraud territory to me

Recently my husband and purchased living room furniture. The associate, Alisiya D., was help any pressure. She made us aware of sales. We needed time to make a decision. She was understanding and asked if we see her when we came back. She sent my husband her information by text. We returned the following day. We decided to make a purchase. She explained everything. She answered our questions. She helped to take smaller purchases to our vehicle.

We ordered a couch from the Jackson store and opted for pick up. Received a call (two months later) that our couch has arrived. Drove to Memphis to pick it up. No one mentioned that they are closed on Monday. Drove back yesterday and picked up couch. Unboxed it today and it is the WRONG couch. After 45 minutes on hold, my husband was told we have to drive back to Jackson to tell them which couch we want! I WANT THE COUCH I ORDERED! I have called the store for over an hour now but no one answers. And what the heck am I supposed to do with this couch I have now?!? No one wants to help :(

I purchased a mattress and base in August and a few days later I realized the salesperson ordered the wrong size base. I tried contacting the salesperson, the store, and customer service, multiple times with no response. When the salesperson finally responded and said it was fixed and taken care of, it wasn’t. I had to physically go to the store and talk to someone there to have the problem fixed. My delivery date has changed four times, but they have not once contacted me about a delay. I have had to reach out to them instead, which is the worst thing to accomplish. Every number you find on paperwork or the internet links to the same customer service number and is useless. I was supposed to get my bed today but it was not delivered and when I called customer service I was told I would not receive a notification until the delivery date was confirmed, so I took my bedroom apart yesterday thinking I was getting my new bed/base today, but it won’t be available until November. I just don’t understand why there wasn’t a call, a text, or email, notifying me of a delay in delivery. I get that deliveries are behind right now but also I feel like I should be notified of this?? I have had nothing but trouble since the moment I signed the papers. I have tried calling the store so many times and have left many voicemails and I still cannot get a call back or resolution, so I’m going to go back to the store in person to cancel my order because this has turned into such a stressful situation. I’m literally sleeping on a mattress on my floor. It’s ridiculous and I’m done.
I would recommend shopping somewhere else all they care about is getting your money. I had a couch delivered the first of August and it has a tear in the back of it. I have tried numerous times to talk to a person they won’t call back after I told they would fix it when it was delivered. Like I said once they get your money that’s all they want. The management team at Jackson is a joke along with the person that owns the store. So go somewhere else to buy your furniture because Ashley is just after the money if they wasn’t then my couch would have been replaced or fixed.

Larry was fantastic to work with, and his patience was appreciated. We probably sat on every couch and recliner in the store, but never felt pressured or like we were a bother. Instead he watched, listened, conversed, and chimed in with helpful information as we made our decision. He made thoughtful suggestions, and provided information when it was needed, and even apologized when he felt he forgot to give information that may have been helpful! We didn’t buy the first day. Instead I returned a couple days later and he remembered everything! The sales process was a snap. I recommend Ashley because the quality is top notch! Larry is as well!

Follow up to my $5500 bed frame and mattress. Spoke to the manager at Jackson after 4 weeks, she blamed it on someone being out. She said I would have a refund. Two weeks later I hadn't received it, and they kept trying to deliver. I had to do a charge back. Now everyday we get a call from a automated machine, text or email asking to verify their random delivery date. Today weeks later (Sunday) someone from corporate called to ask if we got our refund... had to demand to be removed from the call/text list and explain that we already did a charge back weeks ago. What is wrong with this company?

They sales people are lying to you about the delivery date they don’t actually know when your things will get delivered and when you call the store to attempt to get ahold of someone they never answer the delivery people don’t even know what’s going on and will lie to you as well you will get automated texts saying your things are ready for scheduling just for that day to arrive and no one shows up and when you call to find out what’s going on they tell you your things are not even at the warehouse yet and you still have weeks to wait before they get there the delivery drivers will break your items and lie and blame you so Ashley’s will fight you tooth and nail to not hold up their end of the warranty the sales woman I had was wonderful and kind super helpful but everything after the purchase date has been nothing but hell

I will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley’s in Jackson again. We ordered a sectional sofa, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands and a recliner from them it took 3 1/2 months for it to be delivered and when the sectional arrived there’s a rip in the back. Now they won’t return my phone calls or emails about getting it replaced or fixed. Very poor customer service.

She has a wonderful eye for detail and had our rooms at home in her mind. She would say, “so you door is here and your tv is here”. We bought a sofa and my sister bought a sofa as well! This young lady is good for Ashley Furniture. I will he buying all my future needs with her!

Told me I could cancel my order when I spoke with customer service. Then I get a call that my couch is in which I cancelled a week prior. So since it was in the warehouse now ready for delivery they charged me 10% when I thought the order was cancelled after speaking with their customer service. Very disappointed in them. Also still waiting on more of my refund since I had put a down payment down for the couch.
Probably doesn't hurt to go in and look, but buy online. Service at the store is terrible and they have no idea of anything after the sale. They don't care when or if the items are delivered.
We absolutely love our experience here! Our lady who tended to us allowed us to feel the confidence we needed in our search and gave us the information we needed and more! She was so kind and upbeat. I praise the lord and bless the people here for taking the time to wait on us and our needs.
Miss Tata is awesome. She helped my aunt find a chair that she can easily get in & out of & is the perfect fit for her & her home. We also found a side table that will accommodate her “stuff”—making her life easier in the process. Great quality furniture, lovely fabrics & finishes. Every single employee in the Jackson, Tn store greeted us warmly yet we never felt pressured.
When you pay cash for an order in May and delivery is set for June, you'd think they could get it to you before August 20th. My prese was scheduled for delivery in June, then in July, then again in August. Just got a refund today because I still don't have it. The only way you can talk to a person is to go into the store - their automatic answering system hung up on me 4 times today. I'll never shop at Ashley Furniture Store again. The manager was rude, tried talking over, kept interrupting me, and then said I was being threatening. No. I was angry and upset. I told him I was going to write reviews. So here we are. After paying cash in May,I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund check. They'd get no stars from me if that was an option.
Ordered $5,500 bed, set a deliver date. I received a email saying my stuff was ready. They send a text saying to pick a different date or call. I call 3 times no answer. Delivery day happens, no confirmation, no delivery. They call 2 weeks later and refuse a refund without %10 fee. I reschedule for Saturday 8-14-21. They confirm delivery day for Saturday on Thursday 8-12-21 then call Friday 8-13-21 and say they can't deliver because they do not have it, after saying they've had it over a month. Delivery does a ticket to the store at 1pm, no response by 4:30pm. I call customer service they do a ticket to the store. They say the manager at the location is the only person to talk too. I call the store and they refuse to answer the phone after 3 calls before 5pm. This is ridiculous, I'm just going to have to do a charge back on the credit card if they don't fix this. I've never had this much trouble before.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN JACKSON TN They messed up my billing after being told I would not receive a bill for 45 days after my last piece of furniture was delivered. I got billed out the day I bought the furniture instead. So my credit took a hit for 2 late payments that I had no idea about, and two late charges. Also when I finally got my furniture 2 months later than when they said it would arrive. My bed frame was broken, My dresser was broken and my headboard looked like the rubbed it through mud. After calling for weeks and being lied to over and over again by both managers I still have not received a call back. Nothing has been done to correct THEIR mistakes. I have called at least 20 times with no answer. I still haven't received the replacement furniture. At this point I will be taking them to small claims court. This is a pathetic excuse of a business and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying furniture from them. I hate I gave them the opportunity to even have a chance of selling me something. All they cared about was making a sale. Very unprofessional, ethical and flat out terrible would be still be too nice of comments on this business my only regret is that I cant leave them less than a 1 star review. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
Paid cash for a sofa and recliner in June 2021 was told 8 weeks delivery. Its now August being told another 8-10 weeks. Also the salesperson didn't add the battery pack to our purchase for the recliner. We've got to go back and buy it separately because she forgot to include it. We have to call each time and ask when delivery will be, they do not notify you when dates get pushed out.. They are not being upfront with us about lead time because if they were we would've probably bought somewhere else.

The prices do not reflect this and neither does anything printed in the store. I politely thanked her and told her I did not know that Ashley was that sort of business; and ended the call. I accept blame for trusting the salesperson's explanation of what I was initialing, but I am appalled at the underhanded business tactics of what I thought was a reputable seller. I no longer care about keeping the credit card open, I will not do business with them again. They are not trustworthy, and I feel you should know how they operate and what you're actually purchasing before you buy from them again. UPDATE As you can see, a representative from Ashley responded to my review. I emailed the information they requested, and have NOT received a call. They want the general public to think they are reputable, but they are exactly what I reviewed them as being… DISHONEST!!! #Avoid Ashley Home Store!

My sales lady Ashely was very knowledgeable and patient while I was making my choices. First comment I made was the day of the sale. Today is Aug 23rd, 2021 Still haven’t received all the pieces to my table or sectional. Called Ashely was told I would be called back that afternoon, never was. Called several more times never got a call back. I just had to drive to the store to get updated that the pieces are on back order until sometimes in September but that dates not guaranteed. So disappointed!

Ashley furniture was great place for us to shop for our new home. The manager was great with helping us find everything we were looking for and the prices were reasonable. However the saleswoman not so much. We ordered 4 items- 2 came in on time. The others came in 7 months later with a damaged couch. When they came to pick up the couch, after refusing to give my money back, they damaged our new front door. I will say they did pay to repair the damages to the door and eventually reimbursed us for the couch.
We found 4 pictures that we believe will work well for us after the painting is done. Where worried about finding a group we would like and stumbled into these this morning while looking at leather couch colors.
Went into store with intention to buy bedroom suit for extra bedroom and ended up buying a new one for the master bedroom instead. Larry at the Jackson, TN store went above and beyond assisting us. This is the 2nd time we’ve bought from him and will continue to ask for him in the future.
I would of given 5 stars but sadly my experience started a bit wrong. The first day myself and my husband went to purchase a large amount of new home furnishings not a single salesperson spoke to us. It was a bit disappointing, I loved the style.and furniture from this company so I tried a second day. Thankfully the woman who helped us was very kind and patient with us. Im very happy I gave the store a second chance. I do wish the sales people didn't judge people and assuming they are worth helping or not..but the furniture i found is beautiful and hope I can get it in my new home very soon. With all the terrible reviews on delivery I hope it goes quicker than later bc im more than willing to cancel it and find something else somewhere that is prompt..again the sales woman was truly top notch and loved working with her the entire process

We went to Ashley's to look for a bedroom set. We found one that we liked more than any we had seen anywhere else. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. Trinity Yarbro was our sales agent and she took care of everything for us. No pressure just help. She set up delivery and gave us copies of the paper work. We got the set we wanted at a discount price. When we are ready for a dining room set we will go back and talk with Trinity.
Found the perfect kitchen set and was in and out in under an hour. Love Ashley Furniture. We’ve bought several things from there!

They had several in stock but it took 10 mins to get someone to help me as most every sales associate were engulfed in their phones. You basically have to set yourself on fire to get an associate to help you. Get to the transaction and they insist on writing down driver's license numbers to file in an unsecured way. This policy is not posted or mentioned at time of purchase. Store Manager was unwilling to help visually verify that I indeed was the card holder and was unable to communicate why this policy was in place. I had to void the transaction due to this unusual and unnecessary requirement of private customer data. The general malaise of this stores staff was most evident in management. This store is the very reason why sites like Wayfair are so popular. Poorly run and staff who aren't incentivized to care. Cannot recommend on so many levels.

Ashley has a great selection of furniture in a range of prices and quality, helpful sales associates, and frequent sales for great savings. We always include Ashley in our hunt for new furniture. The showroom is also beautifully arranged and decorated. We have purchased many pieces there and have pleased with them all.Today I found some clearance pieces that were a great deal, plus two occasional chairs for a stylish flair in our keeping room!

My husband and I went to Ashley’s looking for a new mattress on 5/30/21. Alisiya and Joey helped us in finding the right mattress for us. After looking at several places we decided to purchase with Ashley’s on 5/32/21. Joey was very knowledgeable in the products and Alisiya was very sufficient in helping us with the process and paperwork! They made it fun, friendly and easy! We will definitely go back in the future when buying other furniture!

After purchasing three rooms of furniture and spending a considerable amount of money, we can not get our salesman or store manger to return our calls. When we finally received the correct mattress after three months, we were told by the delivery guy we were sold the incorrect adjustable base for our new bed. Going on three months we have yet to sleep on our paid for bed. We have had numerous problems with delivery and damaged pieces and wrong items delivered. We expect resolution and need someone to contact us immediately!!

UPDATE: furniture was finally delivered just to have screws that were too short to hold bed together, no wooden slats to complete bed, and a “full” size mattress that does not even fit the bed frame. It’s more than 6inches too short. I’ve been calling for 3 day and no luck contacting anyone. And have sent several messages (as per Ashley Home Furniture requested on this review) with no response at all. Horrible customer service!! Buyer beware. After we were scheduled for delivery and confirmed 3 times via text. Ashley Homestore no called and no showed when we waited 5 hours on schedule delivery date. When contacting customer service regarding no show we were met by extremely rude, unprofessional behavior.
I was welcomed by Gail Smoothers. Looking for a mattress. Told her all my health issues on the way back there. She explained the Benifits of the head and feet moving up and down. Had me lay in two different ones. I told her she has explained more to me then my Dr has in 2 years. Went back the next day to lay on it again for almost 30 min. I left to check out a few other places. No one came close to her customer service and knowledge on these beds. I went back and bought the bed.

Everything but I want to talk about my experience today with the TD RETAIL CARD SERVICES I HABE WAITED 46 MINUTES AND HAD TO HANG UP THE PHONE.
They don't tell the truth about delivery dates and NEVER answer the phone or call you back.
The staff was great! Friendly and helpful. Only downfall was upon delivery the end table had a split in it and entertainment center was a mess had several broken places and parts was not in grooves it was sent back and end table was reordered ,I just wish we could have gotten the display instead of waiting for another. We will see how it is upon reordering hopefully all goes well. But they was very nice in getting it reordered guess time will tell.

Receiving my furniture 10 weeks after I ordered it it was frustrating enough, but to top it off, the night stand was damaged so they didn’t even take it off the delivery truck. Now I have to wait another month for one??? Also, my chest is damaged & someone had the nerve to try & cover it with a sharpie? That is seriously unprofessional. I’ve called customer service several times to no avail. No one is helpful by phone & a few times I’ve called, I’m on hold 10-15 minutes & their line disconnects. GRRRRRR

Update: received check today. Purchased a bed $600 in value. Paid cash in full Jan 5th. I was told 6-8 wks. By March 10, we had not heard a single word of when they were going to schedule a delivery day so I messaged them. Prompt response they advised me 3/30. On 3/31 they still had not messaged me back to schedule a delivery date. Prompt response they told me 4/10. That’s the third expected date (6-8wks, 3/30, 4/10) mins you I purchased 1/5. So I requested a full refund on 3/31. I was given a GRT ticket i.d and was informed order has been canceled, she apologized for the inconvenience and I should have my check within 14 days. On April 8th I got a text telling to cal a number to schedule a delivery time (that I had canceled!!) I spoke with another person on 4/8 and she said it was never canceled. Then she canceled it. I wait. Called on 4/20 still no check and they said it wasn’t canceled until 4/12. Here it is 4/23 and still no check. Been dealing with these people since January!!! Will never shop with this company again!!!!
I'm really upset with Ashley's we had a date for our bedroom suit to be delivered and we had to reschedule for the next day we waited for a phone call from the delivery people we never got it. I tried to call the store in Jackson tn several times and couldn't get anybody to answer the phone so called customers service and the said it would be 2 more weeks before we are going to get it. Really? We have all ready gave the bed to someone else thinking we would have a bed for our granddaughter to sleep on but we have a air mattress on the freaking floor that she has too sleep on. I'm sorry but unless I change my mind I will not use them again. Thanks

I was wondering this evening as I sat in the chair I ordered from Amazon 2 days ago... ".... why can't Ashley HomeStore deliver furniture in a week?... or 2? or a month?... or 2 months??? why does it take them 3 months but Amazon can get furniture to me in a couple days?..." I placed an order mid February... it won't be at their warehouse until May 13th? I can't justify canceling the order and losing $1200 or so in "restocking fees"... and I probably couldn't cancel anyway since no one from the store has returned my call... I'm sure once I get my furniture and my home is furnished, I will like what I ordered... I don't recommend Ashley HomeStore based on the nonsense of it taking 3+ months to get items to me.
Our Ashley experience was taken care of by Jon King in the Jackson, TN store. He went above and beyond the call of customer service and kept the atmosphere light and humorous but professional. He was very informative and with his help, he was able to determine our wants and needs. Because of his customer service, we will be returning customers to the Ashley HomeStore.
I saw a wooden accent cabinet I loved online. When I went to the store they quickly ordered that item for a wonderful price and I found 2 other similar items I got them to order also. They have already scheduled a delivery date

After purchasing the customer service experience has been terrible. Took 6 months to get sectional repaired and I have tried calling the store for 3 weeks now and every time I call I can never get anyone to answer when push option 3 which goes directly to the store. How can you have a business and never answer your phone?!
As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted. A sales associated promptly assisted me with my purchase. I was out of the store within 30 minutes. Very satisfied!!!

It is a great place to get furniture!!! When we walked in we were greeted kindly and the atmoshpere was good. They had great deals going on in the store and the people helped out in any way to make us feel comfortable on our purchase we made. There were no high pressure sales people. We were greeted by friendly staff when we entered the store, asked if we could be helped and told where to find what we were looking for. They checked in with us to see if we had questions and answered those easily. Audra, in the Jackson TN store, took time to sit and talk to us when we were ready, about our needs. She asked if she could show us her favorite. It turned out to be my favorite as well. Again, there was no pressure to buy. She gave us her card and said call if we had any needs. This was our first time in Ashley’s and the welcoming that we received was excellent. The lady that helped us was upbeat and professional she listened to our needs and tried to help us find everything that we was wanting. She wasn’t pushy and she was very patient with us as we thought through each of our choices, we was there for close to three house looking and deciding and like I said she was very considerate of us and what we needed.

Loved working with Ashley! We had been to several furniture stores around town with no luck finding what we wanted. Ashley was our last stop and within 5 minutes we found the couch we had been searching for! The sales associates gave us space to figure things out but were ready to help as soon as we needed it. Bought my sons bed, waited 6 weeks for it just for them to send THE WRONG BED. My son liked the wrong bed so we kept it and ordered the furniture to match. Dresser showed up (3 weeks later) severely damaged. When I called, they stated I needed to call back later because the guys that delivered the furniture hadn’t updated the order to “delivered” yet, so they couldn’t do anything at that time. Will definitely be ordering future furniture elsewhere.
I purchased a king bed, mattress and mattress cover. Bed had a tag stating immediate delivery. Was told established delivery date 3 to 5 business a days. My sales associate Sara was awesome! But no one else at the store seemed to want to keep my business. I also got a call afterwards asking if I was going to bring the mattress cover back. I told her I never got anything from that store. Later on when I called them back about the mattress cover she said they found it in a closet. She told me she was going to call me back but they didn't. I had to call them. Beautiful furniture and Sara was good and helpful but the rest if the store experience was awful.
Had great service in the store. but the real problem came afterward, when I found out was lied to at the store. it took 4 months to get my delivery, 2 times had to return parts for damage. and then they ruined my new floor. I called and file a damage report and they don't give a crap either. been waiting for over a month just to get something done. These people don't give a rats butt about your house, don't trust them. The was bumping into walls and just dragging everything around. Just awful.
I had a really bad experience from ordering online from Ashley Furniture but I went in to our local Ashley store and they were very helpful and accommodating and they went above and beyond to help get my order delivered.

The first time we went our experience was great so we decided to go back in. Well this time we were shopping for a mattress and the lady that help us was very nice. So we tried out a mattress decided on that one and started to see about ordering it. Well then she said he had a 12in of the same mattress in store instead of us having to wait. So we agreed on that one and she check us out long story short it is not the one we wanted. It’s very uncomfortable and we had no idea it was a different mattress until we unboxed it. Also I looked online to see if I could find the one we wanted and the return policy and found out we over paid for the mattress we received. So over all I am very disappointed. I will not go back.

Waited all day for delivery. Never arrived, driver never came into the town where I live and never called. Reported that they arrived and sent in picture of a house that was not even mine and said I was not home. We ordered 6 months ago.
Do Not shop at this store! I can't even believe all the ads they are running on tv right now encouraging people to shop there when they can't even deliver any products as they promise! Customer service at this store is non existent. My daughter has been given the run around on her purchase for 3 months and was delivered a dresser with a huge crack in it today. when she told the drivers she did not want this cracked dresser she was told to file a claim! Buyer Beware!!
Ashley’s Furniture is the worse business! DO NOT SHOP HERE! We ordered furniture Nov 17 2020 and we have yet to receive everything we have ordered. We have contacted customer service only to be hung up on Multiple times. We have contacted corporate and when asking to speak to another manager we were told “You just don’t like the outcome I’ll have someone contact you” then they hung up and we were never contacted. When delivering a dresser they backed up into our fence and didn’t have the courtesy to let us know. We have contacted Ashley’s Facebook page and nothing. We have asked for a refund because we have not received our things and was told no! Today was the last straw!!!! We finally received one dresser for it to be damaged when I called to make a claim I was told to send a email. I now have contacted the better business bureau! Worse business I have ever dealt with!
This was one awesome visit to Ashley today. After seeing the commercials during the snow storm, I wanted a new cozy bed and Gail gave me the help and freedom of finding the right bed and mattress. Ashley hss been where I have shopped for years and I was glad I went in today. Go in and visit today.

They will not answer their phone no matter when you call during their hours or what day you call! Also will mess up your delivery date and address this has happened not just to me but almost everyone I know who’s purchased something from this store. In person the service is good but if you need to contact them any other way good luck. There is no way you can get any problem fixed with them and when you do get in contact with someone they are incompetent or can not help you. 0 out of 10 I don’t recommend buying furniture from here ever and if you do be prepared for a lot of mistakes and no remorse from anyone!

We had the worst experience !! Was told our bedroom suite and mattress would be delivered one day and our two recliners another day . If you read your paperwork it says you should move your old furniture out and have room for the delivery . We got a call that our delivery could be earlier so we scheduled it earlier . We moved our bedroom suite out (gave the bed to our daughter ) then when the delivery came there was no bedroom suit only a mattress . Called our salesman that morning (sat) he finally returned my call hours later . Which was after the warehouse closed so he couldn’t find out where my bed was . Said warehouse would be closed Sun so would be Mon . Didn’t hear from him Mon so messaged him on Tues and he acted like he had called me . When I don’t him he didn’t he said it was hard to keep up with so many customers and they were working understaffed . Said he was off until Thursday so would check then . Got a text from him @330 pm on Thursday saying he had not had time to check his email ( but he could have checked it in the time it took to text me ) again day then we’re working understaffed do tell me why at 5 pm when we walked in the store there were 5 employees (him included ) sitting around doing nothing and I didn’t see one customer . We tried to speak with the manager but he was no help . He stayed sitting down , listened to the salesman side . Never spoke to us , never introduced himself never even got up from his seat . He let us leave there as mad as when we came , threatening to cancel our entire order . We ended up going to pick up our bedroom suit at Memphis to keep from having to wait longer since it was sitting there . Picked up 6 pieces , 3 of them were. Damaged and one want even the right one. Our second scheduled delivery was canceled so we went to pick it up too . Have been told our delivery charges could be adjusted but so far have not . We have been charged over $500 delivery fee and the only thing they have delivered was a mattress. Not to mention the people who delivered it were not strong enough to get it in our house without falling with it on the sidewalk and then sliding it across our wood floors and scratching them with the plastic in the mattress
My experience was great tiffany was amazing. She helped me out all the way threw told me what to do and not what to do. I also felt like there was no pressure on me. And I believe I'm gonna be really happy with my purchase. Worst experience EVER! HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE AFTER MY STUFF GOT HOME! SHE FORGOT 2 PARTS OF FURANTURE I ASKED FOR AND DID NOT CHARGE ME SO I THOUGHT I PAID FOR ALL MY STUFF AMD THE PRICES WHERE WAY WAY WRONG!
We had the absolute WORST experience !!! Our salesman was very helpful the night of our purchase , but after that he was too busy to even check on our order for us when there was a problem. Stated they were working "understaffed" but when we went to the store there were no customers in the store and multiple employees just sitting . We actually got more help from another sales person who looked up our order for us. We were even more upset to find out most of our stuff was in , just sitting in the warehouse in Memphis and was not delivered on the originally scheduled date. We were then taken to the back of the store to speak with the manager (Larry) who by the way never even got up from his seat or introduced himself. He did listen to our salesman side of the story but did not seem to be interested in our side. Long story short we left the store upset and threatening to cancel our entire order and the "manager" never even attempted to find out about our compliant.He actually never got up out of his seat . Once we found out that we had an option to pick up our purchase at the warehouse ( an option that was never told to us ) we went and picked up our purchase. Three out of six pieces we picked up were damaged and we had to take back, Not to mention one of them pieces was not even the right one. There was a $519.96 delivery fee added to our purchase. We were told this would be adjusted as the only thing that was delivered was a mattress. We picked the rest of our purchase. There was also another item we added but "took off " the order the day of purchase. Our first bill has now come due and that item and the full delivery charge are still being charged. Our salesman assured us more than once this has been taken care of. We fell like after the purchase was made we were ignored and lied to. We would not recommend buying ANYTHING from Ashley's .
We had the very WORST experience!!!!!I have written two other reviews but they seem to be &" missing&" . The night we purchased our bedroom suite and recliners the salesman was very helpful . After the sale he did not seem to remember anything he told us. We went to the store to try to get our compliant addressed after we could not get any answers by phone , They took us to the back of the store to speak with a manager. This manager never even got our of his seat, he did not introduce himself to us, he did not even listen to our compliant . He only listened to the salesman side . The only answer we could get from our salesman is they were working under staffed and he could not keep up with 120 customers. I am a nurse working in a pandemic , I highly doubt he understands what working &" under staffed &" means, I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
Great experience. The selection was amazing, customer service was wonderful and there were no high pressure sales. My husband and I were allowed time to shop and talk. Once we made a decision our sales associate was promptly available and assisted us with completing the sale. Two thumbs up!

This has been the WORST retail experience I have ever encountered. Waited two months then received furniture on 01/28. The couch and chest were used. The couch had stains on it. Also, with Covid that is even more upsetting to receive used furniture. I called immediately and eventually was told drivers would come back to pick up used items. They did not. Then the next day I was told they would come, they did not. Then was told new items and pick up of old items would happen Saturday. We waited- that did not happen. Finally on the following Wednesday 2/3/21 they came. The new couch was good but the new chest had broken drawers so we sent it back. Now I am trying to get a refund for the chest. I have talked to countless customer service people and every one of them have promised to refund and then it never happens. I’ve been promised calls back with nothing. So now I have been charged for something I do not own. I have tried calling the local store over and over and never get an answer. I really hope Ashley’s makes this right so this whole mess can be over.
If i could give zero stars I would. I purchased a couch in November, to be delivered by December 31st. I still have no couch five months later. They delivered 2 of the same items, and have not picked up the duplicate. I have called 4 times, its been 6 weeks. They keep blaming covid. This has been a nightmare. They tell me I have to wait 6 more weeks. When I told them this was unacceptable, the customer service rep said I signed a contract saying they can deliver whenever they want.
I think Ashley Signature is a somewhat good midpoint line of furniture. However, even on a 25% off sale directly from the store, I could have purchased the furniture much much cheaper online with the same delivery date and free shipping, while the store charges for delivery. The sales person was not terribly knowledgeable.or collected but nice until I signed and purchased. At that moment, they seriously rudely turned and walked off saying thank you over their shoulder as they rushed for the next customer/sale. I made the purchase in store and paid way more for a less than mediocre "personal/professional customer experience". I Would Not do that again, nor would I recommend it. I will go online for the next purchase or different store. I found that buying directly from Ashley Home Store doesn't save me money or get me my furniture faster. I personally will Not buy from Ashley Home Store again! I'm now waiting for my furniture. I hope it arrives as expected. Update: 2/21 Again, put off another two weeks, and another month and a half. Seriously, 3 months has turned to 6 months and I'm not sure if we'll get our furniture then. Of course, in the beginning, they give us a date and tell us they are picking up production so it may not be that long! HA!
I purchased an adjustable frame and hybrid mattress from Ashley Furniture in Jackson Tn on November 14, 2020. I called, went up there, called, went up there etc, because every time the bed was supposed to be delivered, it never arrived. I finally canceled the order on January 18, 2021. The delivery department wouldn’t answer the phone. 45 min-60 on hold just have the line disconnected. The reason for the purchase was because my husband had a stroke, and needed the bed frame. This was discussed at the purchase of the bed and was promised delivery by no later than December 1, 2020. I do not recommend buying furniture from them. When I purchased the mattress and frame, they said it would be a 45 day delay on the payment. I was also told I needed a mattress cover for the warranty. Ok not a problem, I was then billed for the mattress cover $125 on a mattress cover that is non-returnable and no reason to have the mattress cover. I paid $125 for a mattress cover that I don’t need. I paid for a mattress cover for a bed I never received 🤬 $125 for no reason. Update: I see the owner responded, if the owner would like to send me his information, I would respond. I will not put my information on this site. I looked up the feedback address and I can’t find that address listed. I clearly stated the stores name and location. The reply asking where was irrelevant. I do not believe this is an owner.

Placed an order for love seat, chaise, ottoman in Dec 2020, everything is supposed to arrive Feb 12. Went in to order a chair and mattress yesterday (2/26/21) and found out some items we ordered have been pushed back; however, sales associate put in a rush order to expedite the December order. I told them I would cancel if they did not fill order on time. This is second time this has happened, last year we placed the order for the same pieces, was told it would arrive in 2 1/2 months. Received text messages and calls the order would be delivered on time (the following week it was to arrive). Day before arrival told only ottoman was on on truck—I canceled entire order. The sales associates that have helped us are AWESOME! I feel bad for them because they are working for a company that seems to have lost all integrity. 5 stars to associates! Jackson store is also very dirty—nasty even. No wonder when you look at the management though. If order is filled on time I will update. I’m about ready to end my relationship with Ashley Furniture (been buying with this company for 15yrs from Oregon, Alabama and TN). Peace, love, joy and Roll Tide! 3/25/21 Finally received my order on 3/3/21 but they did not bring everything. Received rest of order on 3/7/21. Everything was supposed to be delivered in February; numerous emails telling me it was coming but didn't happen till March. I was charged 2 delivery fees; called in and was told I would have an adjustment; never heard from them until I called in today (3/25/21) to report that the chaise I purchased has a broken board at the bottom of where the lower back is. When asked about the trouble I have had and about the adjustment was told I do have an in-store credit of $125 (whoopee!). A service person is supposed to contact me about coming out to fix the chaise--well see how that goes. It has been a nightmare to work with Ashley; 15+yrs a customer and I am D O N E. If I were you, I would S T A Y A W A Y from Ashley! All the best!
we ordered multiple item back in July of 2020. we STILL haven't received our last end table. we've called over 20 times and everytime we're told they've sent an inquiry to the warehouse but we can never speak to a manager, a warehouse worker, a supervisor or anyone other than a customer service rep. I will NEVER do business with Ashleys again. absolutely horrible experience.

I placed my order back in September of 2020. Finally received all my pieces on January 19, 2021. I would only recommend this store if you’re willing to be patient for your items and if you’re able to deal with hiccups that come along the way. The furniture is exquisite, quality is on point. It’s just dealing with the rescheduling, being told lies after lies about the delivery date, and no one reaching out to you to tell you about those changes.. that cause problems. If they were more up front about everything before the buying stage, they wouldn’t have lost so many customers. A simple, “Hello before you buy this, I have to tell you that this piece of furniture would take 6-7 months to be delivered out due to COVID and the lack of builders..” then everything would be fine. But no, they’re money hungry people so - BEWARE.

Don’t purchase from Ashley!!.. ordered in Sept 2020. My order was finally scheduled to arrive today Jan 2021. The truck broke down. No one called to make me aware. I called to check on my order. The person at the called center told me, “unfortunately you will have to wait a while longer!” I called the store. I was told I would have to wait three more days to “possibly” get rescheduled! This has been the worst furniture buying experience ever!!! The employees don’t care. They say whatever to get you off the phone!! Never again!!!
The staff were very warm and accommodating. They helped address my concerns and answer my inquiries promptly. Happy to have visited and made my very first purchase for furniture. The showroom was very spacious, clean and organized. I would like to applaud the sanitary precautions followed — presence of Hand sanitizers on various locations. Would definitely be back for more home furnishing needs.
Was a very smooth and easy experience, all my questions were answered with ease. Sarah was very friendly, enjoyable, and helpful! Wasn’t pleased that the item itself wouldn’t be available for delivery until March, but aside from that my customer service experience was great.

We have never shopped with Ashley before until today. The customer service was amazing and we wanted to pay straight or cash for a sectional but we also wanted a dining table, so the host said she could get us approved for financing but I didn’t believe her. Not too long after filling out an application we were approved and very satisfied! They were amazing and we will continue to give them our business!!

Went in to look for a new sofa. Found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Sarah for all your assistance. I would have rated the experience a 5, but the sofa delivery date is 2 to 3 months out due to COVID-19. This of course is no fault of the store.
Visit was quite pleasant in that the young associate Alycia, was very nice and knowledgeable. She showed me exactly the recliner that worked for me. If I need anything else I will certainly be back and ask for her.
I ordered four to five pieces of furniture near the end of November. I was told at the time that the furniture would be delivered by at the latest January 6th 2021. I asked them at the time if they were sure it would not be any later than that and they assured me that January 6th would be the latest. A few days later i met a family who told me that they had ordered from Ashley's 3 months ago and still haven't received their orders. They were told it would be 1 month when they purchased the furniture in the store. Today I called about my order and sure enough they are now telling me that it will be mid to late February before I get my furniture. The lady on the phone even told me that the sales people in the store know how long it takes but tell people a shorter time line to get the sale completed. Its so frustrating to be lied to by a company you gave your business to. I'm going to try and cancel my order now and will never do business with Ashley Furniture again.

Ordered a tv stand with fireplace. Was told it would be delivered 12/19. When they showed up it was only the fireplace. I called and was told the invoice for the tv stand was not released. Received a call 12/21 that the invoice had been released and delivery was schedule for 1/2 between 1:45-4:45. Our delivery updates kept pushing the time back. Finally it was to be delivered between 7-7:30. At 7:05 the Ashley truck drove by my house. Never stopped....I called two different people who kept insisting I was the next scheduled delivery. It's now 12:30 am and they still havent showed up. Poor poor service. Can't wait for our local Ashley store to open tomorrow 😁
My experience at Ashley was pretty good better than I expected. The lady that assisted us was a new team member and she was very nice and helpful even in the process of learning her position. Ashley Furniture had Great Deals on their Prices and Interest so we took advantage of one of their great offers. 👍🏽
We have had previous experiences at Ashley Homestore and as always most pleasant great information on products (Donna) a very courteous salesperson never pushy she let us take our time and if not ready to buy then take our time but our minds were already made up.No other place do we shop for furniture.Thanks Ashley we will see you again!
Very good experience. I did spend more than planned but not because of the sales person. I went there looking at a cheaper set and found one of better quality. Very impressed that he didn't push me in either direction. Also I was stopping there after work after a blue collar job and there was no judgment what so ever. Very recommended.
We spent almost 5k under the assumption it would be delivered by December. This was in September. The sales associate assured us it would be delivered by December. It is now December 22nd and currently it says delivery expected in February. However, the delivery expected date keeps getting pushed back week by week.
Great shopping experience
My wife and I looked at a sectional about a month ago. We just closed on our house and went ahead with the purchase of that same sectional. As well as going back to the same nice lady that helped us the first time (Donna). The whole process was very smooth and well handled. I would recommend asking for her if you have not shopped here before. She will more than likely meet, if not exceed, your expectations. The sectional will take about 2 months to come in, but as we all know this is holiday time. I'm patient and not worried about the time. I'll be waiting for it to be delivered and give another review at that point in time. Thank you very much.

This is the worst place to buy furniture 😡 first they sent me a email to confirm the day of delivery and I took the day off to be there when they deliver and took my parents old bed out of the room so they can bring the new bed and they never showed up my parents have been sleeping in an air mattress since then, so I called and they told me than it was a mistake they gave me a two weeks waiting and they didn’t showed out so I have to called again and they gave me an other date and called again and told me an other date 😡 this has been 4 times in 7 weeks and today I called three times and they just hang up on me 😡
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. By far the worst company I have ever bought from. I asked to speak to someone to escalate my concerns and dissatisfaction and obviously they don't care since there has been no one respond. Yet to get an answer on when the other half of bed will be delivered after we were assured it would be delivered complete. After 2 months of delivery delays you would think someone would have insured they had everything or at the very least informed the customer.
We ordered a kitchen table and chairs along with 2 recliners on our first order, then a few days later ordered a couch, loveseat and a desk. Due to the timing of the orders, our first order was to be delivered December 11, and the second order was to be delivered January 14. I called Ashley in December 8, just to confirm our delivery so I could be home. Everything was normal at that time. December 11 came and went with no contact at all from Ashley furniture. I called today, December 12, and was told that there was a note on the account saying I told then I wanted everything delivered at the same time. As it turns out, the truck driver added that note because one recliner didn’t show up. I asked if I could have the kitchen table, chairs and the one recliner anyway and was told it was too late, that I had already rescheduled everything for January. This was obviously done via telepathic means as I had no contact with anyone in the real world regarding a reschedule. So... now I’m without a kitchen table for another month. At least. To say I am frustrated with Ashley Furniture would be a massive understatement. If they had contacted me and explained the situation BEFORE telling me that I rescheduled my delivery (which again, I did not), I would have understood. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend not dealing with Ashley Furniture. Find a retailer that actually cares about the customers after they have your money. They got my money. They won’t get any more...

I’ve had the worst experience with Ashley’s furniture! I ordered a sectional in July and it was supposed to been delivered in September. It been place on back order every since. They have poor communication skills and I have to call them on the day of my scheduled delivery just to find out its not coming every week! They have made this Christmas stressful for my family and I. I’ve never had any issue with them til this year and been a loyal customer for years. I order ed from the Jackson, TN location and they just stopped answering my calls! They have been very unprofessional through this entire process! They will say certain pieces will for sure be here one day and then the next time it’s another piece that is missing.
the worst customer service. dates the are 3 to 5 months out and not telling the customer. verifying orders when the automated system calls you but you can't verify then your order gets cancelled and goes to the next customer. when you call the customer service your on hold for hours with no answer😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 THE WORST!!!! Beautiful furniture friendly salespeople
Very Very Disappointed! We purchased a dining room set, and 2 accent chairs and a rug on November 1. I stressed many times that I wanted everything delivered at one time. I did not mind waiting for that to be made possible if need be. Long story short, they sent the rug to me on a freight truck. They delivered the dining room set with no table, one accent chair was torn on the bottom and the rug has a hole in it. We have sense received a new chair, kept the rug for a discount and still have no dining room table and they cannot tell me when I will get it. Thankfully I am crafty and built one for us to have somewhere to eat dinner as a family. Every time I would TEXT and check on things, I would get told to call a 1-800 number. The Jackson location never once answered the phone when we called. We ended up driving 45 minutes to the store to get help. I will not go back, and as a repeat customer this is very diss-heartening. Please consider shopping local and spending your heard earned money somewhere that shows appreciation for your purchase.

Will never do business with them again, once I finally get my order completed. Been trying to get ahold of someone for the passed 30 minutes today 11/30/20. Places the order in July and was finally suppose to get the last piece on 11/25/20 but the driver called after skipping our stop and said the couch frame was busted. Called Customer Service where they hung up on me twice and picked the phone up and just continued there conversation with a friend then hung up again. Order has been pushed back multiply time. The last was because they provided the wrong billing address and just said “ Sorry we will fix it”. Biggest joke there is. Gonna keep calling until someone finally answers but looks like I’ll have better luck on here! Update: drove 45 minutes to the store. Spoke to a lady named Jennifer. Went from 3-5 week on my couch to supposed to be here 12/4. So far she’s the only helpful employee I’ve found!

I'm giving 5 stars but I was really disappointed when I got to the store and the couch I had anticipate on purchasing wasn't in the store I could only view the couch on zoom. My salesman Cody was really nice and helpful in finding a similar couch to the one I liked. Shout out to Cody he's a great salesman! I'm supposed to get my couch delivered at the end of December but if it takes any longer I don't think I will order form Ashley's again.
This store is a joke me and my wife bought a couch and loveseat and a bedroom suit bedroom suit did not fit so we put it on the truck for return for them to take it off of our bill like they said they would I've done talked to corporate twice and then talk to their whoever runs the office in Jackson three or four times and they still haven't talked it off my bill I've been paying on it for almost a year now buyer beware

If you want to wait ATLEAST 6 months for your furniture go right ahead and shop with Ashley! Will never do business with them again! I ordered a end table and tv stand from them and waited around 5 months before I got my last piece delivered. I got lucky thats all I had to wait! Some were on their 8 month of waiting. I had been promised delivery dates 5 or possibly more times! even took off work because they confirmed delivery the night before just for it to not come that day. All they could say is they left it off of the truck and didn't know why. Didn't seem too concerned!
It clearly states in every door that masks are required yet at least FOUR employees weren’t wearing a masks. How inconsiderate!! I left although I was interested in making a purchase.

It would be scheduled and they would tell us someone would call us to confirm a day ahead, then a call would never come. We had to call 2-3x per week to chase down our furniture. Not to mention dealing with the RUDE store manager, Jennifer. They literally acted like they could care less that we were still waiting on our furniture. It took 13 weeks for our furniture to be delivered, only for the delivery guys to break our kitchen table when putting it together. Now we are told it will be another 3 months before we can get another one. We cancelled our order and have now been waiting 5 weeks for our refund!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!
My experience at the Jackson,Tn Ashley's furniture store was excellent. Our sales rep (Joseph) was professional and not overbearing like others could be. He was knowledgeable about their peices and work extra hard to save us money where he could. At no time were we pressured for a quick sale or commission. Dont hesitate to go there and ask for Joey. Overall 👍👍.
We purchased our sectional from here in 2018 with no issues with delivery or after. We recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame and our customer service was fantastic per usual.
Purchased a dinning room table two yrs ago, now the stands are loose and the table wobbles. We thought it was a lose. While looking at a piece to set behind the couch, I mentioned to the salesman about the D.R. table, he said just a minute, and when he came back, he informed us there is a five yr warranty on the table and it is completely covered. Here's a number to call and they will be happy to repair or replace the table.
We bought a king size bed with a confirmed delivery date of the 10th between 2:30 & 5:30. Never delivered. Went to the store and was told it would be delivered possibly Thursday but definitely this Friday. I haven't heard anything so I called now being told its not even in yet! Nice way to treat a disabled vet with a severe spinal problem! I did have planned to purchase all the furniture we needed for the house we just bought but not after this! Do not shop here! All they care about is taking your money then leaving you hanging. They obviously are not true to their word! Avoid this place! You would get better service at a low end store!
Fabulous merchandise - horrible customer service. After a trip to the store after a delivery mishap, I was offered a discount on my purchase. It's been nearly two weeks now and still no refund. The credit card machine gladly accepted my payment for purchase but has been rather stingy when it comes to credit or refund. Tomorrow I will make my THIRD trip to the store to try and sort this out as no one is able to reach the local store by telephone or text.

Ashley furniture is a joke. Furniture cheaply made and comes on day one with bad defects. Protection plan in a fruad. Covers nothing and sure doesn't protect you for anything. It should be called "RIP off plan". This was my first and last experience with Ashley. I spent over 2,000 and and in a little over a year I have a pile of junk. I would've been better off going to Big Lots!!!
Where do I begin? Ashly is awful!! We bought a sectional last year and day one broken spring. Now a year later and the cushion is falling apart because of a broken zipper that we didn’t even know was there. Protection plan is a joke. Paid an extra 300 for nothing. It covers nothing! This is my first and last Ashley purchase. You will never get any of my money ever again. What a waste of over 2,000. Ashley you are horrible!!!
I have been looking for a sectional that fits both my taste and what my spouse wanted, which was two very different styles. The staff was amazing there and went above and beyond to find what we needed. They worked with us and helped us find the perfect sectional for our new home. They made the process so easy and we highly recommend going there to find your furniture needs!
I purchased a sectional last year and have had nothing but problems since I brought it home. I paid over 2,000 for it and spent 400 on a 5 year protection plan only to find out it covers nothing!!! When we brought it home a spring was broken. It took me 2 months to get that replaced. The cushion on the new part of sectional in the seam has come out. Now a zipper on the back cushion has broken. How can a zipper break when it has never been unzipped? I spent an hour of my life I cant get back on hold for them to tell me the the protection plan doesn't cover that. Why? I was told I would have to pay someone to come fix it. Total waste of $400. I will never buy anything from Ashley again. Very cheaply made and cost way to much to tear up and have so many problems from day one. I will also tell everyone I know not to buy from them as well. HORRIBLE!!!
The absolute worse experience ever. I ordered furniture 7 months ago with my delivery date changing 3 times. When the order finally arrived it was the wrong merchandise. Ashley's furniture need to the shut their doors for good. They are freaking crap.
Terrible experience this far. I would actually like to cancel my $5,000 order with Ashley Furniture over the horrendous customer service and lack of communication. Why haven’t I canceled my order? They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with! It has been 12 weeks since I placed my order with Ashley. It has been 10 weeks since I received a text saying my order would be delivered in six weeks. I have heard nothing since. Multiple times I have attempted to call customer service, only to be on hold for 1.5 hours or more with NO ANSWER. I tried emailing their customer service email, only to receive a message stating that the email is no longer in use and to follow a link to yet another avenue of contacting Ashley. After following the link and expressing my concern, I have STILL not received a response. I can totally understand the extended lead times and delivery interruptions due to the COVID pandemic. What I can’t look past is the inability to communicate with Ashley, and their willingness to ignore their customers. Even if the furniture were to arrive today, I would be extremely nervous about continuing to do business with them, knowing that they are essentially unreachable if a problem were to arise. Just a follow up as of December 20th. I STILL HAVE NO FURNITURE AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. THE PEOPLE AT DISCOUNT FURNITURE WAREHOUSE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU LIKE THEY ARE DOING FOR ME. We met a fantastic sales manager from Dyersburg who helped us tremendously and she is the bright spot of this place.The HORROR STORIES begin with the Store Manager who FORGOT(wink wink) to issue us a refund for our Living Room set due to our cancelation two days after purchase for which we Paid Cash! We requested a refund and were told that we had to get it from ASHLEY HEADQUARTERS because they can't give our MONEY BACK. So after 2 MONTHS WE STILL OUR OUT ALMOST $1,500 and no answer to when we will get our monies back.
The staff were friendly. We knew exactly what we wanted when we got there and found it. No questions asked. No haggling back and forth. The salesmen didn’t continue to try and sell everything in the store. He wrote down the items we said we wanted, went a itemized the list with prices, and got us fixed up. Would definitely recommend.

And the store manager is who she had dealt with. So my daughter has been in her new house with our her living room furniture since June. And they have had her money since June. We had Friendly customer service, but now it seems it’s just to get their commission. Never were we told that we would be on an over 3 month delay to get our furniture. I had to come back to the store at least 4 times because they couldn’t get my paperwork correct. Every week I’m lied to about when I’ll receive the rest of my furniture. It’s gotten to be a bad joke that I’m stuck hearing. I will not recommend Ashley to anyone nor will I shop in there for a long time. Still waiting for the rest of my bed and a table that we purchased middle of June. Customer when you call is non existent!!! Not apologetic when I have been on hold an hour just to hear them lie to me again about when I’ll get the rest of my stuff. Husband is ready to bring all the stuff we have received back and get our money.

Me and my husband ordered from Ashley on June 10th, 2020. We signed a contract saying we would receive our furniture 3 weeks after ordering and we would be sent a reminder text message before delivery. The furniture we had already we gave away a day after receiving the message. Well, guess what! We never received our furniture! Our “delivery date” has been changed six different times since July 10th and it is now SEPTEMBER 23! Not to mention we received a message This past thrursday saying it would be delivered today the 23rd. So we actually called the store and MADE SURE we would receive our furniture, they said yes your scheduled for delivery, cool. NOPE! still did not receive our furniture. We called them once again, and they stated we would not receive our couch till sept 30th and we wouldn’t even receive our love seat till “some time” next month. IN THE MEAN TIME ME AND MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN SITTING IN LAWN CHAIRS for a lil over 2 months now in our living room, AND WE HAVE CHILDREN! when we called the store the manager stated she could only give a 10% discount! That is beyond the biggest bull crap I ever heard. So I can be completely without anything in my living room for me and my kids to sit on for over 2months and the only thing you can offer me is a 10% discount!!!!!! Idk what type of business they are running, but this is beyond ridiculous. I am beyond livid. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, BUT if that’s the case then the employees at the store shouldn’t make us sign a contract saying we will be receiving it on a certain date, because that is very very misleading. And they need to be on the same page on what actually is being delivered, like do these employees not know what they have in stock! Who’s sending these messages that we will receive our delivery? How do they know??? I am livid! And I want more then a 10% discount!!!! Not to mention my on these six different delivery changes my husband has been running late for work waiting on Ashley furnitures “delivery “ if any thing they owe us money.

Today was a great day for us when we visited Ashley Home Store. We went in looking for a new chair Gail Smothers approached us and offered to help us find what we were looking for not only did she give us great customer service she went above and beyond to describe just what we were purchasing. The young lady that processed our purchase was also great she offered the protection plan as well as explained what it would cover. The ladies were very professional which made our shopping experience great.

Bad experience. Had my couch less than a year. Floor lamp bulb exploded causing holes in the couch. Would not replace although we had extra insurance. It took almost 3 months to get some one out. Only want to replace one end recliner fabric. Already a year old fabric will not match. Also we bought 3 pieces. The couch already has worn spot. The other pieces are not this way. They will spend more than we paid for the couch to half way fix it.

My mom wanted to buy my daughter a new bed and we went into the store and Dionne was great. We laughed as she prepared our paperwork . She was great at helping us make our final selections. Although this went on my mother’s Ashley account and delivered to my home she made the process easy by adding my information to the sales ticket for the delivery. Due to the pandemic it was a couple of weeks out but she put our minds at ease. I would go back and purchase again from this store. It was clean and Dionne was a joy to meet.

Bought furniture and paid to have delivered (paid with my debit) Had day set so I could be at home for delivery. Ashley forgot to enter delivery into computer. When I called we set a new delivery for the next week. I told the girl delivery would need to be in the morning hrs. She told me she put it in for that date. THEY SEEM TO DELIBERATELY OMIT you will get it on their terms and their time when they get ready. I was paying the for the delivery, it should have been on my time after they had missed the first delivery. I asked for the purchase to be credited back to my account. I was told they would submit a form. It would take 72 hrs before anyone would look at it. It then would go to the store for review. And if it was deemed for a refund it would take 5 days to go back into my account. It takes one day to come out of your açcount and who knows how long to go back in ( that seems like they like to use other people's money)

I was in the Jackson store yesterday morning when I witnessed a manager belittling one of his male employees for trying to help 2 customers at once. I own my business and very professional however your manager was very unprofessional. Yelling at employee in store in front of customers. Until this manager is gone I will take my business else where. Thought you'd care to know whats going on in your store.
We waited 7 months for ONE end table to come in. They delivered the other items within a few weeks, as promised but brought the wrong end table. We called over 20 times and left 'tickets' with the promise that the warehouse will contact us. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. For the first few weeks, customer service claimed that the end table had been delivered and accepted by us. Finally, after 7 months, 20+ phone calls where you are on hold forever, and 5 delivers later, we finally got the table....but the front door was screwed on CROCKED and it's unfixable. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE UNLESS YOU CAN WALK OUT OF THE STORE WITH IT.
We really appreciated Ms. Gail at the Jackson location. She really helped us get the best deal for our daughters first bed and was very nice! We hope to come back later and purchase a new bed for ourselves!

Purchased furniture almost 2 months ago. Very nice customer service. However, my furniture delivery has had 5 delays. I’ve contacted the sales lady multiple times whom said she would get back in touch with me about our delay. Nothing has been heard. On top of that, our delivery date has now been delayed AGAIN. Love the quality of the one thing we actually did get, but we will not be purchasing again. We can find the same quality else where with same day delivery. I’ve considered just cancelling the order period.

The salesman was bitten by a spider showing me a recliner. He broke out in a sweat needing medical attention, he excused himself to tell his manager. I overheard the manager loudly, belittling his employee. I wanted to leave without making a purchase. But I stayed to make sure he was going to be ok. It's been several months since that experience, the family and I visited the same Ashley store a few more times, strange thing that first salesman the one bit buy the spider has vanished??????

I'm starting to think Ashley furniture and the Ashley Home Store is nothing more than rental store quality furniture and the store is just a more fancy place to sell it. And the customer service after the sale is a joke. No, worse than that, it's non-existent. We bought a new bedroom suit online. Loved it. The style, the color, the price. After split shipments and delayed deliveries, we finally got our bedroom suit. And we were excited. So I start removing the pieces from the boxes and installing handles. Turns out one night stands it's damaged. And then, trying to assemble the headboard and the bolt holes on one of the legs doesn't even line up. So now, I've made several attempts to contact customer support. I even left a message for a callback (twice) due to "heavy call volume". Was promised a call back within 48 to 96 hours. And I tried this twice. And yes, I remained calm and professional in the messages I left. Still, I never received a call back. So on the next attempt, I decided to hold instead of leaving a message. After 63 minutes. I hung up. (yeah, I should have known better.) Now after three weeks of trying to contact Ashley about my problem, I don't know what to do.

The staff is friendly and courteous as well as knowledgable of the inventory. I described the piece I needed and it only took our sales person a few minutes to find a good fit. The piece I settled on is beautiful and of good quality. My husband and I felt we had a relaxed and comfortable experience without that awful high pressure sales pitch routine, and we will definitely look there first for future purchases.
We walked in and Gail walked up to us. We told her what we wanted and she showed us several options. She checked to see which bed was in stock and could be delivered to us the quickest. We made our decision and paid for our purchase in one hour! Great shopping experience. We love Ashley. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We are customers for life!
This is an update from my original 5 star review. I did initially give 5 stars for the customer service, but be forewarned- once they have your payment-all bets are off. We ordered a headboard prior to the pandemic and it was the wrong headboard. The store manager stated it was a mistake in the tags placed on the in-store items. We went down to the store and spoke with Destiny. She said she would take care of it. Apparently, this happened to quite a few people. After a couple of weeks went by, we contacted corporate. They confirmed that our information was in the system but Destiny didn&'t complete the reorder. We were referred back to the local store. After 3 calls and left messages for Destiny, if that is her real name, we gave up. We have a paid for headboard that we never picked out. Beware of the previous reviews here- I wish I had. There is a serious problem with the ordering side of this store. They will not correct their errors and the customer is left with product they did not pick out. Very bad service after the sale. I would recommend you take your hard earned money to any other home/furniture store in Jackson, TN. Do not give your hard earned money to Ashley in Jackson, TN. They do not care about the customer. Period.
Ashley furniture I have bought other couches at Ashley furniture and I have been very satisfied with their service until now. On May 9 my husband and I bought five piece sectional and paid for with our Discover card. We were told that the chaise had to be made and that it would be ready on June 13 but all the other pieces were in stock and they had been pulled out and put for us. Then a couple days before June 13 I received a phone call from I believe it was where the furniture is stored the warehouse and they told me that the armless loveseat would not be coming. So we called the store waited online for hours because nobody ever picks up the phone there and I’m not exaggerating. We finally called the cell phone of the gal that sold us the furniture and she went in on the computer and looked and said no on the day that we pulled all your furniture when you place the order that was all coming to you and that’s what the computer is showing so we said OK. A day or two later we get a phone call saying that the armless loveseat was not in stock and our order would be short that and it would be June 27 when that would be delivered that was unacceptable and again we sat on the phone for hours literally hours trying to get some help nobody in that company answers their phone. When the couches arrived the four out of five pieces were on the truck. The fourth piece that was supposed to be there which was the armless chair somebody had banged it up at the factory and put it on the truck for them to ship to us all beat up. All the inside of the armless chair was all broken up so now we didn’t get the armless loveseat nor did we get the armless chair and we’re being told that those won’t be there for us until July 7 now let’s see that’s two months from when we started this we should’ve already had our furniture. Then because we couldn’t get anyone on the phone my husband drove 50 miles to come in and talk to someone and when he walked in the front door there was a set just like outs sitting on display that wasn’t there before and one of the sales people told us that it just came in last week needless to say I suspect that the armless loveseat that was on that display is the one that was ticketed to us but yet the store was more important to get it on display and I just don’t think you should treat customers in this manner period. We are now trying to find out when our furniture is going to come in we don’t really know and we don’t really believe anything they tell us this is been such a horrible experience that I am at the point where I want Asley Furnature to come pick this furniture up and give us a complete refund I’m done I’m really done and if they can’t get the furniture to us by the end of this week then we’re gonna have Ashley come out and pick this up and take it back I don’t want it anymore this is been too much of a hassle.

Ashley Gipson was courteous and provided great service. She more than made up for the fact that I browsed the store for almost 30 minutes without a single sales representative offering to assist me.

We recently bought a reclining sectional. Within the first 2 weeks one of the recliners broke and will not close. We have tried calling customer service for over a month and a half now, and eventually got the part ordered. They told us a representative would be in contact with us within 72 hours. A week has now gone by and still no one has contacted us. When trying to call the customer service number, we sit on hold until the call hangs it self up. We can not get ahold of anyone to repair the couch that we paid EXTRA for a warrenty on.
The store was designed well with the merchandise clearly visible and beautifully staged. Our sales professional, Gail Smothers, was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture and bedding in which we were interested. She was able to articulate finance options and made the entire buying experience pleasurable.
I purchased a coffee table and 2 end tables today. Dionne was my customer service representative and she was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoyed the experience. I will definitely make any further purchases at the Jackson store. Thank you!

Very pleased with my visit today! I had a very respectful sales rep who gave me distance to look ,but was all hands in to help! I'm not a fan of a pushy salesman and that kind tends to be a turn off. 10/10 experience!
Came in today to buy a kitchen table and coffee table, Heather greeted us and got started on our order immediately. She was extremely nice and an amazing employee, she answered all our questions. You couldn't tell she was a new employee. I've had some pretty bad experiences but she definitely turned that around.

We had our last Ashley sofas for 15 years and loved them. So we went to them in March to buy new. This order has been nothing but trouble. I do not think the employees communicate with each other at all!!! Sofa came broken and new one was ordered. Called for status update on missing entertainment center parts and was told furniture was in and going to be delivered a week early. (Sounds great) well something wasn’t entered right and it we got an e-mail for a delivery date of 1 month away. After calling they Finally agreed to put my furniture on truck to deliver yesterday. My time came and went.... no furniture. Store said it wasn’t placed on truck and no one contacted me!! They were to call me back yesterday and no one did.
We ordered our couch, ottoman, rug, tv stand, left and right pier for the tv stand on March 1st. Our rug was supposed to be direct delivered by UPS or FedEx before the couches were delivered March 17, we never got them. I called customer service immediately to check on the rug. They said I had to speak directly to the store. I called the store and the lady was supposed to call me back. Two days later and not hearing from her I called again. Someone else was able to figure out the salesman keyed in the wrong UPC code for the rug and we were supposed to select a new rug. Did anyone call and tell us this? NO. I had her just cancel the rug altogether because I found one cheaper elsewhere. We were told when we ordered the tv stand and two piers they wouldn’t be delivered until mid-April. Ok, that’s fine. They called the week of that delivery and told us that they didn’t have the left pier and it wouldn’t be available until May 2, do we want a partial delivery? Yes. The TV stand and right pier were delivered April 16. The drivers were polite but brought the stuff in, took a pic and left. I was putting the shelves on and there is one shelf that does not and is not the right dimensions for the space. As I am working with that shelf I see it the far corner of a pedestal that a chunk of wood is missing. It’s been in my home for 10 minutes and hadn’t been moved other than what the drivers did when they set it down. I didn’t see any chunk of wood on the floor either. I called customer service and waited for 20 minutes before my call was connected. Once connected I hear the girl on the other end holding a conversation with a coworker, I keep saying, hello? Are you there? After a minute or so she disconnects the call. I call back wait for another 17 minutes call picks up and immediately disconnects again. The third time we called we waited around 30 minutes in hold but actually spoke to someone. They are offered to send us new parts or exchange the tv stand, either way it was going to take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We opted to exchange. I’m glad our situation was resolved but this was not something I ever want to go through again. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture.

Had to wait along time for my furniture then when it arrived the box springs were missing and the special mattress cover never made it here so I was not able to sleep in my bed. Hoping I can enjoy my bed soon

They do not back their products or offer to fix or replace defective items without more money out of your pocket or more hassle by calling the manufacturer. And they make it almost impossible to leave a complaint and if they notate it on your account there was a complaint, no one calls you to see how they can help or offer the first apology.
My fiancé and I have been searching for over 6 months for a new living room set that we wanted. My fiancé and I went into the store in Jackson, TN and Mrs. Donna was more than helpful in finding us exactly what we have been wanting. I was good with the delivery schedule and everything. We were told that the new living room furniture would be delivered on March 14th. So, we prepared for this delivery and sold our other furniture the morning of March 14th. It was picked up at 11:00 am as our delivery window was 12:15 pm - 3:15 pm. At the time, our more specific delivery time inside that window was 2:55 pm - 3:25 pm. At 3:55, I began calling the customer service # and trying to find out where my delivery was keeping in mind that things happen to slow this process down. They assured me that I would get my delivery that day and not to worry. I talked to 8 different customer service representatives until they closed at 5:00 pm CST. I then went to the store and spoke with Mrs. Donna and another woman. I pulled up the "Track my Order" and showed them and my delivery time had been moved to 8:35 pm - 9:05 pm still on 3/14/20. They again, assured me that it would be delivered. At 1:00 am on 3/15/20, I determined it wasn't going to be delivered. Keep in mind, NO PHONE CALLS HAD BEEN MADE TO ME during this entire fiasco. I called the store when they opened and talked to the manager. He advised me that the distribution center didn’t open until Monday morning and it would be then that he could start finding out what had happened and he would contact me on Monday morning with an update. Well, Monday morning came and went, I heard nothing. I called customer service and the store back again and got nothing but the run-around. I went to the store after getting off work and talked to the manager face-to-face. He gave me his personal cell and advised me he was sorry that I hadn’t heard anything that day that he had requested someone to call me and he was glad I came by. He advised me that he would work on it and he would text me throughout the evening until we got a definite answer. And he did so. He relayed to me that the computer guy had closed my order so it could be re-keyed to be delivered on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 but that he hadn’t heard anything from the District Manager (DM) to confirm they would make the delivery that day but he would keep checking his email. On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, I received a text from Ashley saying they had my order ready and I could reply with a 1, 2, or 3 to confirm dates of 3/24, 3/25, or 3/26. I immediately forwarded this information to the manager from the store and he replied that he had sent 2 additional emails and received NO response from the DM. I am in Shipping and Receiving and I am fully aware that MY CUSTOMERS come first and they come one a 1st come 1st serve basis. If 1 of my trucks shows up too late to load, they are the 1st truck loaded on the following business day. This is BAD BUSINESS!!! I should not be pushed out a week or even an extra business day for something that I was promised on the previous business day and you already have received your first payment on. I have asked for the DM’s telephone # and/or email and no one has been able to provide that to me for me to discuss it with him myself. I am beyond furious at this point and will not be recommending Ashley to family or friends in the future. I am NOT ok with how this issue has been handled and there is NO reason for it to be like this with the technology we all have access to this day in time. I am sure you all will expect my payment to be on time though!!!! Is this how Ashley Homestore does business?

Ordered a sectional like 2 weeks ago and was told we'd have it by March 9. No calls or anything and so I called yesterday to be told we'd have to wait until possibly April 2. Mind you we'd already taken out our living room furniture In Hopes that we were getting the new furniture by yesterday and so now we have a family gathering Saturday and no furniture in our living room. Called back and told them If we couldn't have it by March 16 we were gonna cancel and were supposed to be getting a call back from mgr today to let us know if this was gonna be possible. Still didn't get a call back so I called and she said she hadn't heard anything yet and wasn't much help. She did give us 10% off yesterday for the trouble but that doesn't fix our issue of having no where to sit. Hopefully this will be fixed and we'll get it by 16th. We were so excited about getting it. Our salesman Jon was very nice and helpful when we first went in but it's been down hill from there. 🤔

I really hated my experience with Ashley HomeStore! They brought the wrong bed. They delivered a bed total different. They left paper and wrappers on the floor. Didn’t even put the mattress on bed left it leaning on the wall!! Never again!!
If there was a negative 5 star rating that would be what I would give. Just canceled my whole bedroom suite order and i am throwing away or paying an almost $250 restocking fee for furniture I didnt recieve. I called to get a tentative delivery date and they told me maybe end of February, well ok but to call back in a few days to see if we can get one sooner. So then nbn I was told February 8th ok so I have my carpets cleaned 2 days before and me and my husband moved our old bedroom set out to garage to prepare. We so excited and I even got a text message saying we are preparing to deliver February 8th. Got a call on the 7th and the young lady said your furniture is on back order we need to schedule for end of month. Ok we have already been sleeping on couch for 2 days and now almost going to be a month and I have a feeling I would get a call 2 days before the 26th and say they would have to pick a day in march and from what I heard from other reviews I may not still get all my pieces. I will never do business here again or even step foot in an Ashley furniture store. I am now waiting my 2 and half time period for my refund back to my account minus my donation of $250 or restocking fee. They have a policy about not selling furniture off the floor. Understandable. But, I found a bench to out at the foot of the bed. It was actually a dining room table bench and didn't even match the bedroom suit. I asked to speak to the manager about it but he didn't want to waste his time speaking with me. He wouldn't even take the time to get out of his office
Great customer service today. Very patient with my picky self! They made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and I didn't leave there with anything less! Only give 4 stars because there's always room for improvement, but overall did a great job!

Walked into this store on Monday morning to get a very cold shoulder. My husband and I were not greeted by anyone, we were not given a good morning by anyone ,nor were we told by anyone after walking the whole store someone will be right with you, no not one word was spoken to us by any of the several employees that we saw. Only after approaching a desk at the back of the store did a lady say can I help you. Mrs. Terri Lynch you were very much missed. I know that had you been at work that day you would have greeted us with a smile. So sorry we missed you.
It was a joyful experience. The staff was very kind. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt more like I was pampered. I just love Dionne, she’s so funny!!.... I love my bedroom suit! Thanks guys!
We’re soon closing on a new home and was in need of some new furniture. Trying to create a certain look in our home, we visited almost every furniture store in Jackson (and even traveled to Memphis,TN)- just couldn’t find the “style” we were looking for....until we went to Ashley’s one day. And there it was (front and center, as soon as you walk in the door,) the Hillcott dining room set (an Ashley’s exclusive.) It’s perfect- beautiful cream colored upholstered arm chairs with nailhead trim. The table has that modern dark wood distressed farmhouse feel with fancy legs. It was just what we had been searching for. Although the whole team was great, we were greeted at the door by Mrs. Donna, which by the way is “excellent!!!” She was very friendly from the start, very knowledgeable of the furniture and answered every question we had. I frequent the store so much over the past few weeks that she knew me by name and even asked about my mom of whom I’d brought with me on one visit. She made us feel at home each time. Even the owner (or manager) was very kind and stopped by to thank us for shopping at his store. Not only do I love the look of Ashley’s furniture (everything is beautiful and you can furnish your whole home- something for every room from home decor to accents rugs,) but they have great quality furniture as well. We furnished our first home through Ashley’s 14 years ago (during the 60 months no interest sale) and everything has lasted, still looks great and looks up to date. This time we were able to buy during their “one day sale” and got an extra 20% off. If you’re wondering about the price, they do have a mixture of high’s and low’s, but one of the good things about Ashley’s is that they seem to always have some type of sale going on... so overall we had a great experience and I would most definitely recommend if you’re looking for beautiful great quality furniture that will last and still look great years later to stop in Ashley’s and take a look!!!- written by Tk’s wife:)

Bought an entertainment center from here and was told I would get a call to confirm delivery since I work out of town. Never got a call. A few days later I got an email saying it would be delivered on Christmas eve. I called a few days later to change the date but they wanted to keep it on that date so therefore I canceled it. They then told me it was canceled and that I would be called within a day or two about the refund. Never got a call. About two days later I called to check on it and was told it was never canceled. Was then told that it was canceled again and that an urgent request to be called within 3 hours was put in. Never got a call. So the next day I went to the store and found out yet again that it was still not canceled. They kept trying to keep me from canceling it and didn't seem to care that I never got called like they said I would. I finally left the store with the lady saying she was sure it was canceled (this was Dec. the 6th). I was told I would get the refund within 7 to 14 days. Well 3 weeks later (today dec. 27th) i went back to check on it and was told that it wasn't even canceled until the 19th and that it would take "7 to 14" days again for the refund and that if I didn't get it then she could just easily put it back on my card. But she couldn't do it then because we had to give "them" a chance, ignoring that they already had one chance.The same lady as before (who said she was in charge behind the desk) seemed like she didn't care, again. When I asked for a manager or someone else she refused to give me a name or number as the store manager didn't even work out of that store. She just handed me a brochure and said that's all she could do. So hopefully I eventually get my refund but I highly doubt it without some legal action. This store is VERY quick to take your money but doesnt seem to want to give it back if there is a problem, that's if they even care about the problem. I do want to update and say that the sales lady Dionne was very helpful and was the only good thing about this experience. She was nice and friendly and very helpful unlike the rest of the store and the lady "in charge" behind the desk. Each time I came in she was nice and tried to help even though it was out of her hands at that point. Too bad the others had to screw up a sale for her. Update 1/14/2020: As it turns out the so called owner of this particular store doesn't care what goes on with this establishment. I finally got a call from corporate and they told me that I was actually canceled but the request for a refund was never made. Therefore this store and its leadership is all scamming you and keeping your money.

sales people do not tell you the truth about what they are selling you and the mananger doesnt seem to care as long as they are making sales.... i will never shop here again.... they will tell you anything that you want to hear then when you go to make good on the offer they have lied to you and there are catches. Had an unpleasant beginning to our experience, but it got better! Was just browsing and a sales rep came up and asked the normal questions and started showing us a few options (I was fine just browsing but didnt wanna be rude) about 3 mins into it, an old friend who happens to work there saw me and my lady and came over to give us hugs and say hello (as friends do when it's been a while since our last encounter).....well 1st rep pulls her aside and put her on blast for said greetings and belittled her to some degree, and basically said "they're your clients now" and walked away. I was a little appalled at the unprofessionalism and we almost left.... but my longtime friend (who was just as appalled) helped us out and it was without further incident. It's good to not be rude to your potential clients or their friend who just wanted to say hello....we live in the south and it's part of life....most of my friends I consider family and if you're rude to me and them too then you are about to have a problem....which cost that rep a $7000 sale. I hope said rep learns from her mistake because her attitude and rudeness was unfounded and uncalled for. Either way we got what we were after, got to catch up with an old friend and life rolls on!!

I was amazed at how much work, knowledge, energy and love for the profession a really good sales person must possess in order to please a customer. The buying experience was great! Very helpful and even sold us a warranty that they said "covers everything"! Bought a $3000 sectional couch in June of 2018. As of December 2019 the leather is peeling everywhere. Come to find out it will not cover peeling leather after we turned in a claim and it was denied. Horrible quality furniture to not last even 2 years. Won't be shopping here anymore because if the quality of the couch. By the way this is the second couch we have bought from them. Should have saw the red flag when we had issues with the first couch and had to get a new one.

I would not recommend buying from them we paid 3000 for a couch and love seat and it already broken in 2 years. There quality of furniture is not good. Their furniture is no good. Don't buy it. They don't warranty it except 1 year. We spent all that money on couches with recliners and two are broke. The only thing would offer is t pay 65 for service tech and pay for the parts. I want shop there forever and recommend no one to not to also

It takes forever to get someone on the phone for assistance. Been waiting 5 weeks now to get ALL my furniture delivered and they keep bringing piece by piece. Last time they called, texted and email about delivering another piece and never showed. Called customer service only to find out it’s on back order and will have to wait another 3 weeks. They sale you a promise to give you A1 service until you leave the store and then you’re stuck on your own because if you call, the sales person will not return your call. The prices online are a whole lot cheaper but I decided to go to the store so I can get my furniture quicker (per salesperson). Online says 5-6 delivery BUT if they do ever bring out the rest of my furniture that I order in store it will be 7-8 weeks that I’ve waited. Then they have already billed me for furniture that I don’t even have yet.
I have shopped at Ashley for all my home furnishings and highly recommend this store to anyone furniture needs.
I went in with high expectations of wonderful customer service, what I got was a sales person had never helped someone that shops online. She had to price match every piece of furniture and she worried about her Male friend that come to visit. Very unprofessional I did get a sectional and recliner, I also had a TV stand with fireplace picked out and she not to be able to go to the Manager to ask about my card. Please don’t go we ordered furniture missing an end table they admitted it wasn’t delivered but the driver closed the ticket this happened on December the 4th they said can’t give me my end table because ticket was closed and no one can get it back open. Told them they can pick up the furniture got told once it’s in your house it’s yours nothing they can do
Today I purchased my daughter a daybed which she’s been wanting. When I first walked in I was greeted with excellent service from a young lady named Ashley. Everything went smooth and I was given a 25% discount as well! The only problem is getting the bed delivered at a time that is convenient for me since I work. I’m praying that it will work out and there won’t be any difficulties with the delivery.

Found just what we were looking for and even though they were closing in about one hour the sales lady very helpful and friendly I only wish we had gone last month or earlier this month so they could have delivered before Christmas not their fault we waited two weeks before Christmas

This business keeps putting off delivering our our purchased goods. I'm hearing Dec. 26th or later. We bought the furniture on Oct. 19th. Also, we CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE @ the store. The Store managers or corporate managers read our emails & WILL NOT REPLY after reading them. They WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK & give you any information on when or if your purchased furniture is coming. If ever. This business has RUINED OUR HOLIDAYS due to not being able to have family over during the holidays due to no where for guests to sit. We ORDERED EARLY. We ordered & PAID FOR our goods & services, yet WE CANNOT GET THIS BUSINESS TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON DELIVERING WHAT WE PAID FOR. This business WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE , NOTHING.. It saddens me that I have to change my review, which was originally positive. Over the years, we've bought several pieces of furniture from Ashley. Just this past week, we bought some more. We were told by a representative over the phone, after the furniture was delivered, that we had 24-48 hours to return the furniture if we were not pleased. After 24 hours, we were not pleased with one piece. We called the store in Jackson, TN and were given a different reply. They told us we could not return the piece. I really hate to say it, but I guess I'm no longer an Ashley Furniture customer. From now on, I'll take my business elsewhere.

We purchased a sofa with recliner back in 2016. We purchased the 5 year extended warranty. When the sofa came in, it was defective. There was a tear on the back of it in the leather. Took it back, they ordered another one had a tear in it, just like the first one and the same exact spot. We got the third one and it did not have a tear in it, but we noticed a few months later in the seam it was starting to come undone and now we have four spots that have come undone and they do not want to cover it they say that is not covered under the warranty and we do not have but supposedly a year manufacturer warranty even though this is the third one and it was obvious that there was a defect in the leather because they kept having to reorder no one has been very helpful at all they have all been very rude and unhelpful and as far as we are concerned we will never shop there again we are still in the process of trying to get something done about this sofa because we paid a lot of money for it and now it looks like junk. UPDATE 12-3-2019 they responded to my review and I did as they asked. They told me we would hear back in 48 hrs for a resolution. We have not heard anything else about it. This goes to show their customer service is absolutely terrible. Once they get your money they don't care.

My husband and I spent WAY TOO MUCH MONEY buying furniture for our new house at the JACKSON LOCATION. You would think with that kind of money spent in their store they would have had better customer service. Our rep ordered us the wrong loveseat (one that wasn&'t even displayed to us) then tried to blame me on the phone to my husband. They broke our coffee table the first time they tried to deliver it. After fighting back and forth to get the loveseat we ordered instead of crediting us the 500 we spent extra on a loveseat we didnt order THEY CHARGED US FOR IT. They never answer or call back when we try to sort out the situation or rep Ashley was not helpful and never answered the phones. I&'ve been forwarded all over and ironically nobody can help, and now were stuck with additional charges that we were not supposed to have and furniture that really wasn&'t worth the hassle. I wish we would have spent our money somewhere else and will NEVER shop through Ashley homestore ever again. Don&'t waste your time or money.

I had a very good experience here. My salesperson, Betsy Smith, was very helpful. I did my best to explain what I was looking for, and we tried 5 or 6 different sofas before I found the right one. I got what I wanted and walked away happy.
The help my fiancé and I received in store was excellent and we found a beautiful sectional for our new home. BUT if we would have known that delivery would cause so much of a headache, we would have never purchased anything from Ashley. We purchased a sectional in store on October 13th and was told that it is in stock and could be delivered that week. We scheduled delivery for 2 weeks later, October 29th, because we were closing on our new house. We got all the confirmation texts as time got closer to the delivery date, but on October 28th I received a call that my order had been delayed. I was then told that the order would be ready by October 31st and delivery could be scheduled for Friday, November 1st. This would have been fine, but then I got a text the next day saying to chose a delivery date and offered 3 dates for the next week. Since then I’ve received multiple different answers on when our order will be ready with extremely vague answers in response to my concerns. All the blame is being put off on the mysterious “manufacturer” who no one can apparently contact to try to find some kind of better answer because they claim they do not know who the manufacturer is. I am getting married in 4 days and this whole ordeal has added unnecessary stress to what is supposed to be the most exciting week of our lives. Delivery is now “scheduled” during the week of our honeymoon which is nearly a month after purchase. After reading multiple other reviews complaining they didn’t receive furniture for months it looks like we will likely come home to an empty living room and no where to sit for a while. This is completely unacceptable. I understand things happen and deliveries get delayed sometimes, but this has gotten to a point of ridiculousness. Also, we made this purchase because it was in stock. How does it suddenly get put on backorder? My family and I have been customers of Ashley Furniture for years and have never experienced such lack of care over reasonable delivery times. We will no longer be using them for future purchases.
I came into a busy store the night of Saturday, October 26. I was met by the friendly smile of an employee by the name of Namon. I finally decided on some dining chairs, but by then Namon was super busy, so he asked for another co worker by the name of Steven(?) to help complete my purchase. Steven was awesome too. Then I ran into one of the new young managers, Jennifer, at the back of the store. Years before- I had been her sweet grandmother’s nurse. We hugged as we remembered those times. Her grandmother had since passed. That whole night was just so precious. Thank you Ashley’s for having such a sweet staff. And by the way, I got some amazing chairs to go with a rustic table that my friend made for my husband and I. And to top it off, it was a 25% off Sale that day!! I can’t wait for my chairs to arrive!

Between the careless mistakes made by my salesperson Betsy, and the bureaucratic attitude of their “day labor” call center, it took about a month to get my furniture. This included at least four phone calls some stressful and two three hour waits. I would advise not buying furniture from Ashley.
Lousy customer service!!! Ms. Matlynn, the district manager, is rude! She got up from the counter two times to talk about me on the phone. Instead of hearing about her gender reveal party, her girl is due March 21st, I would prefer that the store actually lived up to its promise! Needless to say, I will make my own furniture before I return to that store! BTW whatever you do, DO NOT buy a warranty for your products! Their warranty policy is a scam!!!!
I normally try to leave reviews for excellent products and experiences but I need help resolving this one. June till September and still having issues not only getting our furniture installed but also getting phone calls returned. After getting the reply today, I called the store to get an email address for MD and was told they don't know who MD is but they will call back tomorrow with some information. Ref# is 463888 Still not resolved. We did get an automated text about a delivery Thursday.

Bought a mattress for my son after he got back from deployment and was going off to college. The mattress was on back order so he was told to wait two weeks which turned into 2 more weeks and again 2 more weeks and yet again 2 more weeks. So he cancelled the order because waiting that long while sleeping on the floor is not fair to him. I called 2 weeks ago to see why they have yet to refund the money for the mattress and was told to wait 10 business days. Two weeks later called again to find out the delivery was cancelled and no record of an attempt to refund the money. So 700 was spent on nothing. Someone over there dropped the ball. To date I have bought 4 other mattresses, a bed and kitchen table and chairs all with no problems. I truly hope no one else has to deal with something like this

First let me say that the furniture I recieved is awesome no complaints there but I was billed 100 dollars for an item I never recieved and was refused to be given item because in the paperwork it says I took it with me from the store which I did not. If I had recieved the item I would not have come back looking for it. Not to mention it took 3 weeks to recieve my furniture because it wasnt in stock and then they didnt send all my order and had to wait an additional week for it .I will not be buying from them again.

We got great service when we went in. They can be a bit pushy, but it's in the direction you want so it's not a bad thing. The delivery was right at the beginning of the time frame, quick, efficient, and everything was in great condition. Their were factory defects to the furniture. They fixed the first ones fine. They couldn't come out to fix when the exact same defects became apparent on the other pieces because of covid. Once covid regulations were over they said it had been too long and our insurance didn't cover factory defects.
We purchased a TempurPedic Mattress today with Ashley in Jackson, TN, and our experience was nothing but great! Everyone was so nice. Our Salesman Mark was the best! He made sure every question was answered and was extremely patient as we were making our decision. This is our third purchase from here and we will definitely be back for future furniture purchases. Well we went in to get a new couch because we just bought our new house. We were very excited and found a couch we loved at a decent price. When we sat down and got all the paperwork finished they informed us they did not have the couch in right yet and that it would be able to be delivered within a month..we were shocked but understanding because we really liked the couch. Then a few days before the delivery they told us the wedge for it was delayed and wouldn't come for another week...ok...then upon delivery day they show up with only one piece out of 3!! Are you serious?! The delivery guys were awesome though. Called the store right away for me. They then informed me that the rest would not arrive for another 2 weeks! Which is not what we were told and never even received a call that the rest was delayed. We are going elsewhere to get the rest of our furniture. Horrible way to conduct business. We are not happy at all.

I purchased a couch on February 9th 2019 and have yet to recieve it.(Today is March 11th) I did however recieve a call that only HALF of my couch will be delivered, the other half wont be available until JUNE!!! Btw this call was 2 days before it was scheduled to be delivered. The sales lady knew it was backordered for a month but didnt bother to tell us until paperwork had been filled out and payments set up. Extremely poor customer service!! I am currently in the process of cancelling this order and finding a new couch elsewhere. If you have 4-6 months to wait on furniture, Ashley is the store for you!

after ordering furniture we only received one part of a two part sofa sectional. we were never notified of any part being back ordered. after several calls they said after we waited30 days for delivery we have to wait another2 weeks for delivery.

Won’t suggest this store and won’t go back there again that’s for sure ! Staff was pushy and said she will look up for the price for us if we are sure we will buy the sofa 😑😨 . But this is nothing compare to how long they push us to wait for the furniture we ordered and payed for it 😖 I will not definitely leave it like that .. Ordered our sofa and love seat in the begging of December . They said the delivery date is 19th of January , then they said they would deliver only sofa without some part from it 😡 How ???????And they said they will deliver another part in February ( may be ) If they won’t have that part we will have to be sticked to that only part we have and can’t return the money 😱 Are u serous ? Are u making fun of the people ? They called my husband back and said they will deliver all on 25th of January not February. Ashley furniture in Jackson, TN did me right today! I went in to get an adjustable bed and a recliner and I am tickled to death with my purchases. They're exactly what I wanted at exactly what I wanted to spend. Sales representative Mark Lutrell took very good care of us. I was looking for a sectional for my living room and I had thought about leather. My salesman was very helpful and explained many options to me when it came to the choice of fabric I had available to me. He told me about a covering that was polyurethane and looked like leather. I told him my concerns were about keeping it clean and durability. I appreciated that he could have really pushed me to buy leather but instead he put my needs ahead of his commission. I felt like he was talking to me more like a friend than a salesman. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very happy with my purchase and I will be a long time customer. I had my husband with me at the time and the thought of going to other furniture stores was not an exciting prospect for him. He was very happy with our choice as well. Gail Smothers, the assistant sales manager at your Jackson Tn store, was an absolute delight to deal with. She was so kind to my mother and got us exactly what we wanted.
Horrible run around, waiting over 3 months for a sofa to be delivered. No return calls from the store manager, Still waiting for a call on how to return the love seat, since they were not able to deliver the matching sofa in a timely manner. UPDATE: Ashley did finally pick up the love seat a week ago, but our account still has not been credited. Not sure who to contact. UPDATE 2: Ashley did credit our account. Corporate did finally make things right. I mainly wanted to add a note that had the Jackson store communicated to us throughout the ordeal they would not have lost a customer.
Eric Stavely was great to work with my only issue is with Ashley's policies. They want let you pick up at the store, but you can drive to Memphis or pay a delivery fee. Sounds like a racket to me!!!
Came in to find a couch to replace the one in our RV. Tiffany was great, let us browse and and checked in with us in case we had any questions. Very large selection of beautiful furniture. Prices much higher than we wanted to pay for a loveseat but we haven’t been furniture shopping in years. We will continue to shop here.

Sectional started ripping after 1 1/2 years. Tearing at the seams. One area in the middle rarely say on. Visited store with pictures. Assured manager would call me. Never did. Returned a month later. Absent again. Assured again. No call. Had purchased warranty. Store wouldn't back their furniture and neither would company who covered warranty. I followed all of the recommendations regarding furniture. Friendly people, but not quality furniture.
My sales rep Betsy was just awesome! It was only me with my two littles and she handled it like a champ. Worked the best deal for what we were looking for and was so patient! Great job to her!

My husband and I went into the store on New Years Day to shop for a dining room table. The store had so much beautiful furniture. We ended up purchasing a dining room set and new adjustable base Tempurpedic bed. The prices and quality were outstanding. Would definitely recommend this store! Friendly service.
