Fast friendly customer service!

Jarvis was an amazing salesperson. He helped us to find the best mattress for our needs. He really went above and beyond. He setup delivery and did an amazing job with a cheerful spirit. Now when it comes to their delivery service I would give less than 1 star. They utilize a chat bot, which is ridiculous. You cant reach the store. Our order was a little complicated, and because of this the delivery got confused and then pushed back, 1 item was a floor model that had to be picked up at the store and somehow that got confused with the other item that was not and was delivery so they tried to set up delivery for both items and then pushed the delivery back. We didn't realize they had changed the date because we thought it was miscommunication when we called the main Ashley number and explained that that item had already been picked up. So here we are, no delivery, and not allowed to pickup, having already taken the time off of our busy schedules to be here for a now non-existent delivery. I would NEVER use their delivery and would always find a way to pickup on your own.

We have not arranged for delivery yet, so no actual experience. We did see and sit on the sofa in store, which sat quite comfortably. We are moving it into a new house so still waiting to determine a delivery date.

Use this company twice and finished both purchases in less that 90 days . Company false advertised about reporting your payment history to any credit Bereau and then go back to see I was double charged for shipping and handling once by consumer and also by the lease agreement. Call to see why I was charge double on previous two lease and can get nothing but they have nothing to do with the extra charges and can’t be refunded nor added to any other lease . Don’t recommend if you are looking to build a few credit points and also pay attention to charges for leasing agreement and consumer . Got two stars bc of my merchandise not bc of the experience!

I recently purchased a new bed and a recliner at Ashley furniture in Jackson. Gail Smothers, the sales person, was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful as I tried to make a decision on a bed and a recliner. At the end of the day, I purchased a very comfortable bed and a beautiful and comfortable recliner. I highly recommend Ashley furniture.

Anthony was our salesman on a recent purchase. He was so helpful! He moved a chair across the store so we could see how it looked with a sofa. He was not pushy at all. He let us look and discuss on our own but he was nearby whenever we had questions. He made the whole process easy!

Had a table in layaway waiting on my previous warranty to expire so I could use my in store credit. The warranty expired and I called to restart the process to find out they had sold the table and didn’t have another one due to it discontinued. I had to buy another table and settle on what I could afford. The delivery team was amazing they were nice fast cleaned up after themselves. 10/10 for delivery and 2/10 for sales at the the store

Finally I asked for help! Bought a dining room table! After leaving thought about house I was treated! Called cancelled order! After 4 people hopefully cancelled! Still waiting for credit! I have everything written down! Will contact my arty again tomorrow! Bought a bed $2500 from another Ashley ! Best care ice! NEVER AGAIN.

I had a terrific shopping experience today at Ashley Homestore in Jackson Tn. Me and my wife were assisted by Amelia Campbell and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We were in searching for furniture for a new house we bought and she spent about 2 or 3 hours with us helping in any way she could. We ran her all over the store multiple times and she was a trooper! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. She never rushed us and was extremely helpful in all of our selections. What a great experience. We’ll definitely go back to this store and shop with Amelia again!

I had an awesome buying experience

Was told delivery of loveseat would be from 10-2 on Friday, 10/3 and waited all day for a call. Called salesman next morning and he stated delivery had been changed to Wed., 10/8, with no explaination or notification! I told him ashley had just lost a customer!

STAY AWAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! This is a terrible company and a terrible store that sells very cheap foreign furniture at domestic custom made prices. They don’t honor their warranty. They deliver broken furniture and refuse to work with you to even exchange it. Forget about refund. Their stores don’t actually carry any furniture it’s only for display. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! You’ve been WARNED!!!

We purchased a coffee table and were told we had 90 days no interest with the financing we choose. Walking out we noticed they had charged us for the extended warranty. Mind you we never said we wanted the warranty and we were not asked if we wanted it either. We went back inside to talk to the sales person and she said call back Monday. We picked up our table the next day in Memphis and I called and talked to corporate about this matter. They canceled the order after we picked it up and sent us a new receipt to sign virtually that’s when we realized they lied about the interest. We went back, paid in cash and will NEVER shop there again.

They are not very friendly or welcoming. Upon entering, no one greeted us or offered to help. There was a gentleman that watched us walk around aimlessly. As we approached the help desk, again, not a single associate addressed us or introduced themselves until we had to grab someone’s attention. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a lack of customer service. Furniture wise, they do have a decent selection but we were also able to find the EXACT same sofa for $200 less at a different store. So definitely shop around.

It took longer than expected and my fiance was so hungry he felt faint. She got him to the break room, he gor a snack and back to shopping we went! We got a dining table with chairs and bench, a small sofa/chaise lounge and a Nectar mattress/ base. GO SEE GAIL!!

Caleb was a very professional salesperson. He was helpful and worked with me on pricing and delivery. The very next day I received confirmation of the delivery date we had established. Today I was advised of the timing window for delivery on Wednesday. Hope it goes as well.

Went in store to order new furniture for a house me and my fiance were purchasing and while the sales process was simple and Amelia did an excellent job being knowledgeable and helpful. Everything since has been nothing short of an absurd comedy of mistakes and errors. When they delivered our furniture the installers damaged our dining table by over tightening the bolts on the underside of the table to the point where humps formed on the table top. Luckily, that was replaced fairly quickly within two weeks with little hassle. When we finally got our bed and sheets in we slept on our new bed for ONE night fine, but the center support beam splintered and split on the SECOND night from normal use. I called to ask about replacing that and was told to file a warranty claim. Hahaha yeah right. No shot im filing a claim on a piece of furniture that was used once and was improperly installed (screws where over tightened causing the wood to splinter) so I reached out to our helpful sales rep with photos and she said she’d get it in the process to be swapped out. That was two weeks ago. I am glad we have a guest room with a second bed set or otherwise my pregnant fiance would have to sleep on an air mattress while Ashley Furniture does…. Nothing? Completely appalling. Utterly nonsensical I will be telling anyone who will listen to steer very far clear of Ashley Furniture and the destructive “white glove” installation, they didn’t even remove the plastic from the dresser, chest, and nightstands when installing the handles. I had to go back behind them and remove the handles to get all the plastic off. Use Wayfair instead if you can put together the furniture yourself or literally any other furniture store. Edit: The number the store replied with was the generic help line who then directed me to the claims department. So far ive been in contact but as of this update I have not received response in almost 24 hours. Not surprised. The customer service department is sending me the replacement parts which will be here in 2-4 weeks. I guess im expected to do their job and put the bed together myself now? Probably for the best, the “white glove service” would probably damage it again anyway. Laughable company

Our home furnishing expert, Shaun Hamlett, was professional and so very helpful in helping us find the perfect recliners for our needs. There was a great selection and I was able to experience the different recliners before making my choices. It was a pleasurable shopping experience.

We only had one issue. We were told the cold sheet that she showed me would cost $200.00. And the coldest sheet would cost $350.00. But she was talking about what she had at the counter, which was a standard size sheet. We got the queen size bed and she never told us that we would have to pay more than $300.00 for that size. I never would have bought it if I would have known there was a price discrepancy to that extent. My husband was furious. He sent a nasty review to the company. They called and talked to him with no answer to our complaint, but then they removed our complaint completely. I consider that very bad business. Anita Eno

I walked in was greeted and helped immediately appreciated that thank you Jackson Tn Ashley So I'm editing my review based on delivery and services after the store So they finally delivered my items I got a table set for chairs but they only brought a table and three chairs then inform me that a chair did not come in So I set up a date for 2 weeks later and then I get a text message to please contact us up and set up a date So I called them and inform them that a representative call me set up a date and that the chair was in now all of a sudden the chair has disappeared and it's not in and now I need to set up a new date for the month of July this is not good service at all so no I do not recommend going back to Ashley and it's so crazy how I spoke with someone yesterday was telling them how I got a table and chairs from Ashley and they said oh I would never cuz they delivery is ridiculous The men that brought my things out were great but they only brought a table in three chairs what sense does that make they delivery stinks I will not mess with them again

I recently purchased a kitchen table set from Ashley Furniture and had a great experience! The selection was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process, answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with my choice.

They were helpful and easy to work with when we got ready to place our order. There was a little trouble with the first delivery date we had. We never heard from anyone to confirm and when we called had to reschedule. I’m not really sure what happened but the second date we had set up went without a hitch. The delivery guys were very nice.

My fiancé and I walked into Ashley Furniture after hours of running around and were in our lounge wear “ flip flops , jeans and gym pants” hot and tired . We didn’t plan on buying a couch set this day, just wanted to look around . We were previously looking for new furniture but in our budget, with no luck . After the past week we didn’t expect anyone to walk up and offer us help because of our choice of clothes and “other factors” We thought we were just going to walk in, look around and leave but this kind lady name Shyun jumped right in to help us without hesitation . My fiancé and I looked at each other , looked back at the couch that we were debating on, and said WE WILL TAKE IT . The quality of the furniture isn't great. We spent 3000 on a sectional. After two years the cushions were so bad it was uncomfortable to sit on. We were told the extended warranty (facilitated by Ashley) we purchased would cover it. Well it didn't and while admitting to the cushions being flat for awhile, the warranty place said that was admission that the problem has been going on for more than a month which goes against their policy, voiding our warranty. Ashley worked with us to make it right and we got replacement cushions. However, somehow these cushions are even less quality. The cushions are already losing their integrity after a month. So, we are pretty sure they replaced them with even lower quality than before. Just seems silly to spend 3000 on a couch thay won't hold up longer than two years. Mind you it's just my husband and I and we don't have kids. We have spoken to Ashley reps all they do is assure you their stuff is quality as you are sitting on their non-quality couch. Make that make sense.

I was looking for a recliner for my mother-in-love who was ill. Jarvis was so helpful and understanding. Being from out-of-town, I had lots of questions and wanted the chair asap but showed up almost at closing. Jarvis looked everything up for me and emailed me all the info. He was so sweet when after meeting with hospice, it was decided we were already past needing the chair. So I did not buy it. Our family was very appreciative.

I just bought a sleeper couch at Ashley's. I had a wonderful experience, the sales lady was so helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for with her help. My sales person Amelia was great, however my furniture was to be delivered on the 22nd, when I checked on it on the 22nd, it showed my order was canceled, I was quite upset as I had made arrangements to be home, I went back to the store it turns out that they were missing a signature and failed to notify me or my salesperson of the issue, that is terrible customer service, Amelia and I fixed it and now my furniture will not be delivered until the 4th, they could have at least compensated me with a free delivery or a phone call apologizing for the inconvenience, but nothing…very upset about that, the fact that they left both me and my salesperson in the dark is unacceptable

Worst experience ever. Bought a king size mattress but was delivered a queen!!! Called the store that very day & was told no exchanges or refunds. Terrible customer service. Shady way to do business. Passed around from supposedly corporate and escalation dept with promises and No follow through. Should be put out of business. Horrible reviews online.

Shyun my sales associate is calling me a liar saying I ordered a queen size mattress when I ordered a king. They wrote up the paperwork wrong and are refusing to accept responsibility for it. They have no return policy. I have a brand new queen size mattress that’s never been slept on that I can’t return. My delivery appointment was scheduled for 9am or later. They show up to my house banging on the door at 7am. They refuses to accept responsibility for a $1,000 mistake. Never do business here or they will rip you off and accuse you of lying. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and I will be sharing viral social media posts about my experience here. Every real estate agent in town and every car dealership in town will know not to send their customers to Ashley furniture when I’m done sharing all of these posts.

The staff was exceptionally nice and the store was clean, beautifully decorated, but most of the furniture was white, beige or gray. For a store in West Tennessee I'd think they know about dirt and red clay. Darker colors would be better for the area, children and pets.

Watch the Details if you shop here!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were going grab 2 recliners, $900 ea=$1,800+tax total $1980ish. We were going to pay no interest payments and I asked for the total and she said $2,700 lol. They added $900 in delivery and insurance which they DID NOT ASK me did I want. The saleswoman started talking real fast and changing all the details as we went forward. if this is how she operates all the blame goes to her, but if this is how she was trained Ashley can have it all. Either way if you chose to shop here pay CLOSE ATTENTION to the details because they are looking to take advantage of you and take as much $ as they can get from you. IDC if payments are $40 or $400. The total I have to pay you is real and you tacking a whole extra chair on their is RIDUCLOUS.

The customer service at the store location in Jackson was awesome. I had no issues and the lady was helpful. With my order, it was going to take longer, but everytime I had questions or needed an update, she was very quick to respond. The only issue I had was with my ottoman. It came on its own so I did not have to wait longer for my couch. However I had set the delivery up and it never came. The time was from 11-2. I did not hear anything until 4 that their truck had been broke down. I just wish there would have been better communication since I had asked off for work. Thankfully they were able ti deliver the next day.

Purchase two identical sofas on March 11 2024. One off the floor one had to be delivered from memphis. One off the floor was not given the correct cord for the power recline and headrests. Contacted my salesman and was told that the manager was putting the cord in the mail the next day. Today is June 11th 2024 still have not received the cord. No way to contact your stores directly. Furniture seems to be good furniture but customer service is no good at all! It's a shame when you spend over $3,000 on sofas and cannot get the parts to make them work correctly. Where I'm from your word is the most important thing you have. That being said purchase from them at your own risk, because their word isn't worth anything.

Very nice store. Great associate! Shyun Hamlett showed me several available styles and then let me look on my own. I was looking for a recliner that fit me. I didn't want a big bulky one, and I wanted a recliner that I could handle easily when I felt like reclining. Mororized ones were too big for me, but I found that the "push button" Zero wall style of recliner was just right. David, my husband agreed that I had found a good size for me. I wanted a different color and she ordered it for me. It will be delivered soon! I'm very pleased and happy with options and pleasant service that I received at Ashley's in Jackson,TN.

It was great. Shyun made it quick and easy and even noticed a deal that I missed to make sure I was able to take advantage of it. I, just recently, visited my local Ashley Store, in Jackson, TN, and fell in love with the beautiful oval white coffee table, with an additional lower shelf and gorgeous cabrio-styled legs. I ordered it and received it in just a few days. It was delivered and placed in my living room, just where I needed it. I have received compliments right away. It is so pretty.

Walked in received excellent service. Found exactly what we wanted me. Salesman was very helpful. Look forward to doing more business with them.

We invested a significant amount of money to furnish our new home, only to face a cascade of errors and negligence. The delivery process was a nightmare - the drivers seemed clueless and the orders repeatedly incorrect. To add insult to injury, they damaged our kitchen table and shrugged it off with a nonchalant "oh well..." attitude. What's even more frustrating is that we, the customers, had to initiate every call to rectify their mistakes, while the salesperson conveniently washed their hands of any responsibility. When I expressed my disappointment, their response was essentially, tough luck, no refunds. So now, not only are we stuck with their shoddy furniture, but we're also burdened with fixing their mess. Save yourself the headache and avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs! 😡😡😡”

Very large store with huge selection. We went in this time for a new bed frame. Sales lady was very helpful without being pushy. The bed we found ended up being even cheaper online so we made the order and they will be delivering.

Wayne was supper nice and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family for any of there needs.

They said I would receive a call to schedule my delivery a day prior. No call . The day of the delivery I call them they said it would be delivered before 4pm. I stay home all day, 4 pm rolls around no one shows up and no one calls! I call them back and they said I wasn’t even on their route schedule! Next delivery availability is in 5 day! I wish I would have known before throwing away my dining table! Now I won’t have a table for a week!

A sales rep welcomed us within a minute of us walking in. And took time to find out what we were looking for. He helped us find what we wanted within 20 minutes! We had just left another furniture store where no one asked if we needed help during the 20 minutes we were looking there!

It took a while but eventually got the order submitted for a replacement item covered under the protection plan. Then Scheduled the delivery date. Then, less than a week before the delivery date, received another message to schedule the delivery date. I asked about what happened to the first delivery date, and Ashley said it was canceled. I then schedule the delivery date, and I'm Then told there is no record of that delivery date being scheduled and I'm told Ashley is just guessing at whether the item will be in the warehouse at time of delivery. I'm not happy about it. But the people at the Jackson store are nice and easy to work with.
