Ashley Furniture Store in Jefferson City, Tenn is the place to go for your living needs. Ask for Katelyn at their store. She was on the job when I walked in. When I could not describe what I was looking for, she gave me her number. I went home, sent a picture of what I bought from there last year. In less than 20 minutes she had it ordered for me, paper work ready for me to sign as soon as I could get back there. So the next time I need another piece of furniture, I will make sure Katelyn is on the floor before I order anything. Just an update on how the furniture is working. My husband thought it would not work for him. Well well, he has not said a word, He sits back, reclines it and falls asleep. It looks great in our living room. The colors set off the look I was looking for. Go to the Ashley Furniture Store. You are going to find what you are looking for. I guarantee you.

Kevin was exceptional with walking us through multiple options and pricing.

We found a bedroom set that we liked online, so we went to the store to take a look. While there, found another piece of furniture also. The staff was very helpful in the store, good conversation, friendly, helped us find what we needed. They said it would take some 2-4 weeks depending if it was already available in the warehouse. Purchased everything by phone the next day, September 12th. Few days later husband received a text to provide a rating, did not respond. About a week later received another prompt to which he did not respond because we had not received the items yet. Called 3 weeks later for an update, left a message for Dalton Burr – no call back. Called two days later and left another message for Dalton and still no call back. Called a third time (Oct 5), talked with someone in the store who was not able to give an update on our order. No call back. Almost 2 weeks later (Oct 17 – now 5 weeks since purchase) I went to the store to find out the status, was told that “it wasn’t ordered for some time because of a new employee”, by their words it was excusable, because “people make mistakes”. Explored about options to back out: were told we’d be responsible for 25% restocking fee. Finding out later on, the furniture was never ordered and finally got ordered THAT DAY, Oct 17 – five weeks later. Did we get a phone call to follow up, let us know about update on expected delivery, unfortunately no. Go to the store again on Oct 27, inquire about update on delivery, was told items should be in the warehouse by Nov 3rd (Friday), hence can expect delivery shortly after. Nothing. Finally receive a call on Nov 13th to set up delivery for Nov 16, which makes over 2 months. All items were delivered as ordered; however, the bed could not be put together because a wrong set of side rails had been ordered and a mirror could not be attached to the dresser because the holes did not line up. The delivery people were good, quickly called in to let them know there was a problem and said that the store would contact us. No call from the store. Husband called the store and talked to Dalton, he said he would check on it and call back. It’s now four days later, we have yet to hear from them. Meanwhile, we fixed the mirror on dresser ourselves because no idea when they would send a tech out and if they did, would it be done correctly. We are waiting to hear back to know when the new side rails can be expected. Unfortunately, cannot do that ourselves. In the meanwhile, no bed: the headboard and foot board stacked against the wall. All in all, we were very pleased with the delivery people – outside contractors – arrived on time, informed us about the wrong items, called the store, etc. Unfortunately, very disappointed with the staff, Dalton as our main contact (in Ashley store Jefferson City TN). Yes, nice talk in the store, friendly and all, but no follow up. Even worse, everything on their side portrayed as “justified” because “people make mistakes”, however, if I wanted to back out, I’d be responsible for 25% restocking fee. I don’t see us going back to them: no customer service, no follow up, only “justifications”.

I came in to Ashley furniture, looking for a living room set for my daughter who is moving back home, she is a marine wife, her husband passed away in December in Iraq. Moving her home is happy and sad. When I came to Ashley furniture looking for a living room set I was met by a man named Dalton, he was polite and caring, and he took the time to listen to all my stories. After looking at a few items, taking photos answering a lot of questions I told Dalton I’d be back the next day with my daughter. The next day, as we were there with Dalton we realized we needed to make sure we had measurements of the space, we decided , we’d come back the next day which sad to say Dalton wasn’t there and I’m sorry that we missed seeing him one more time. The next day, we were met by Big Joe, and he was also absolutely wonderful. My daughter was torn between two particular sets And he helped guide her to her ultimate decision. I can’t say enough good things about Ashley furniture and your kindness, how they took the time to listen and they were just genuine, good people, and I personally want to thank both Dalton and Big Joe from the bottom of my heart and here’s to a lifelong connection with Ashley furniture.

I walked in and was told delivery won’t be for another two weeks and I was so crestfallen because I needed a bed in a week. Then big Joe came and said “let me give them a call just in case” and amazingly there was availability! And then big Joe helped me put together all my stuff based on what was in stock and what was not and he spent a good hour and a half with me. It was awesome! Thank you, big Joe for making sure I didn’t have to sleep on the floor😊.

This is our favorite Ashley home furniture store Jefferson City, TN we went in to look at mattress and a adjustable base. We met Dalton and it was the best thing that happened to us all day. He was very professional. Extremely knowledgeable in the area of all the beds and frames. We told him what we were looking for and what our needs were. We laid down on five different mattresses before making our choice and he told us it was the best choice for our needs. We bought the Beautyrest Black mattress. Then we went to frames. Dalton then showed us the Beautyrest luxury base and it definitely was the next best purchase we made. Before ringing us up he showed us the sheets and gave us two free pillows. What an excellent experience. Everyone in the store was very nice from walking in the door to checking us out. We want to thank you again Dalton for the best night's sleep my husband and I have had in a very very long time. We will see you again I want more sheets:-) they're the best!

i’ve been a proud buyer from Ashley for a while now, i absolutely love them and there customer service in Georgia. HOWEVER, this location is awful. I’m not sure that they are a “real” Ashley store because they do not have the same “standards” as other Ashley locations. they are very disrespectful and do not care about your furniture after they have closed the sale. they blame everything on the “3rd party” with no help of contacting the “3rd party” and the 3rd party is a joke as well. honestly this place seems like a circus the way the handle business. i would not waste your time at this location.

Very frustrated! I dont have half of my couch because they didnt bring the rest and been waiting 2 months for the rest and they told me they had nothing to do with it and i had an appointment set. Very bad customer service! Go somewhere else that will actually help you out when you are missing furniture! I talked to 4 different people and non of them knew what was going on very unprofessional. Will not change rating because of the disrespest and the way i was being talked to. Then telling me they have nothing to do with it. They need to contact the third party then when i had already contacted and set an appointment with them . I am not the middle man i am a customer. I just want my furniture im already paying for not to be disrespected and belittled and I was on speaker phone at work so many of my co workers heard how you were talking to me with zero help. I am not the only one here who has complained about missing pieces.

I chose Ashley Home Furniture, in Jefferson City, for a new bedroom suite. They had many options to to choose from. I felt the prices were right, for the quality I was looking for. Jamie was an exceptional salesman. In no way, did I feel pressured to buy anything, at any time. He was there to answer any questions I may have had. I highly recommend Ashley Home Furniture for new, good quality home items. You won’t be disappointed.

I have to tell you honestly, at first, I was not too happy with the Ashley store that I purchased from, but have to say that they totally stepped up and did whatever they had to do to make me a happy customer. I moved from China and purchased 3 full rooms of furniture from them. After a salesman giving me what I consider the run-around about the delivery and living in a house with literally no furniture, they have helped me out significantly. Two of the salesmen brought 4 chairs and a dining table in their personal truck and after speaking to the assistant manager, they agreed to deliver what was available and make a 2nd delivery when the remainder came in, which I was informed today that it had and scheduled for next Thursday.. if I had to give any advice to them, it would be to change their delivery service. Every time I have had to. call, it is a struggle and no seems to be the common denominator in all but one of the calls. The sales people At the Ashley store in Jefferson City, Tennessee have been very good to me and working as a teacher, the delivery service told me the day between 9-12. I called them because they contacted me the day before delivery. I explained that I am a teacher and would be working the next day, which was the schedule they set. I asked for a later time in the afternoon and she got really cockey with me and of course, said no. So, Allred the Jefferson City store and they said the manager was with a customer, but would call me back. I gave up hope on getting my long awaited furniture into my home, but true to their word, the manager called me and I explained the situation and amazingly, he was off in the morning of my delivery and VOLUNTEERED to meet the truck at my home and so I left a key for him and not only did they take care of it, but arranged the furniture for me as well. I am so impressed with this amazing comeback that this Ashley store has made and just love the furniture. I understood that before the delivery day that all of the furniture was not in stock, but they said they would make another trip when the remainder came in. So, today, delivery day with the manager’s help, I got a call this afternoon that the remainder of the items has been delivered and delivery for next Thursday (which is great, because I am off. I can not tell you how impressed I am with the store and they have gone far and above to make me a very happy customer. Thanks again to the sales staff at the Jefferson Coty Ashley store.

I’m surprised at all the positive reviews. I ordered on December 19th and just received the last piece on August 4. I was told 4-6 weeks, it was over 4-6 months. The first delivery didn’t have all the pieces and then I had to wait until the sofa got to NC to schedule another delivery. I’m not a leave a review type of guy, but this was so terrible. I’ll be shopping at Rooms 2 Go Next time.

This is my second time buying from the store and the experience is still horrible, the sale representative told me that I would have my items in 3 weeks.when I call the store the manager told me 2 months even though I explained that I have no bed to sleep on.the manager said oh I will email the cooperate to see how soon I can get it to you,but I still haven’t received a call from him. Like the furniture. Waited 3 weeks for delivery...not bad. But the chair they promised, was not in the delivery as promised. Will be another couple weeks...but who really knows. Don't believe what they tell you. The couch does squeek when it's sat on. I called and they said a tech would call me to make appointment to look at it...no call.

I just wanted to reach out and brag on David at Ashley Furniture in Jefferson City. I am in the market for a new mattress. He greeted me immediately upon my arrival to the store and took me to look at mattresses with a vast knowledge on all the different brands. His professional kindness and wisdom was above standard. Leaving the store I went down the shopping center to another furniture store to check out their inventory. I wasn't even greeted to this nearby competition store. This is the absolutely the worst Furniture purchase of my life.. it took 6 weeks for the furniture to even show up... then I have been dealing with trying to get every component fixed due to all of the mechanical parts being bent since delivery... it's been 8 months and still not satisfied with my $5000 purchase.. also this company has no communication with their customers.... please don't make the same mistake I did!!!

As listed in other reviews, Big Joe was great at selling but we were then given the run around on delivery to the store. Communication was non existent. We were told they would let us know when the items came to the store and given delivery dates to which all of the items we ordered were weeks late. We were never notified when the items did come in and had to call and ask weekly. Severe lack in customer service after the sale. We will definitely do business elsewhere.

Big Joe was awesome. He let us look around at our own pace. We went to two other competitors and one showed us exactly what we were thinking about purchasing and then he was read for us "to go". The other place every couch we sat on the woman was right there and we certainly didn't see wholesale prices.

In August of 2021 I ordered 2 bar stools from Ashley. I waited 2 1/2 months for the bar stools. During the 2 1/2 months the items I purchased were put on sale for $125 each and the price I paid was $163 each. I asked about the items being on sale and if I would get items for sale price because I waited so long to get them. I was told by Big Joe he would see what he could do. Well I never heard anything back from Big Joe or anyone else with Ashley and never received a statement. Then out of the blue my husband received an email from synchrony that I owed over $400 to pay off. For one thing my husband’s name is not on my account and I don’t know how or why he received the email. This was nothing but a huge screwup and I will not shop at Ashley again. Big Joe didn’t call me at anytime while I was waiting for barstools with updates and never called me back to let me know if he could do anything about sale price. I don’t recommend Ashley furniture in Jefferson City. I closed my account because I don’t like being lied to.Go somewhere else!

I found the diningroom set that met my family's needs and wants & was at a good price. After ordering our dining room set in mid February 2021 and still waiting end of July we stopped in Ashley Homestore in Jefferson City in hopes of finding it there...no luck...however after Katelyn greeted us she inquired what we purchased and checked their inventory and found it all within minutes...hallelujah..and they saved us a few dollars to top it all off.

Promised updates on furniture since June 1st. Told at purchase item would be delivered first of July. No furniture no customer service!

Joe provided great customer service and support in helping me purchase my sectional at the Jefferson City location. However, I would like more updates in regards to my furniture status and delivery.

I went in store to buy a bedroom set, so I paid more than half of the amount. I was told they have most of the pieces so I will receive that in a week, I waited more than a month. They finally decided to deliver part of my order still waiting. I will never ever purchase anything from this store ever again.

Have been looking for a living room set for a while. Noticed a one day sale and told the wife we ought to go look after dinner. We arrived kind of late 8 and they closed at 9. Was greater by Travis when we walked in the door and not pressured at all. We had been in once before a few months ago to just look. We saw the sofa we liked again. We looked around and decided on a nice sectional, recliner, end table and a raising coffee table. Then came pricing and my wife always wants a bargain. We both agreed it was a great deal and signed on the line. Now we get to wait for our new furniture to be delivered. It was a pleasure to buy from Travis as buying furniture is like buying cars sometimes but not in this case.

I’m was able to get the pieces that I have been waiting for to go on sale. Can’t wait to get them.

Really, really disappointed to this point. Furniture was ordered on March 30th with the expectation set that, due to COVID, the expected arrival of it was mid May. Mid May comes, and it’s pushed to Early June. Which turned to Mid June. Which has now turned to late July Early August. On numerous occasions I’ve been offered a call back with updates, only to never receive one without first calling back myself. Couldn’t recommend at all as it stands, as I’m currently out a couple thousand dollars with nothing to show for it and no actual date set for expecting furniture.

When we got to the store dusty greeted us he was really nice and helped us alot but delivery is not good at all order in February and still haven't got our stuff and told us Thursday it would be delivered Saturday and now they say it isn't even at the store this is ridiculous

I knew what I wanted before I went. The furniture wasn't at showroom but Big Joe made it easy for me and ordered it. They have a nice selection of tables and lamps to go with. Do not buy the warrenty they sell. They said it would cover any damage they lied. I called because the Dems coming apart and the recliner material is worn hole. They told me not covered because it's natural wear and tear. Haven't even had couch a year yet.

Do not do business with this store. Consider this a warning because they will tell you one thing and do another. They told us it would take about two weeks to get our furniture. Here we are sitting on folding chairs after one month. I requested a refund and they refused to process it.

We went to the store and ordered our bed on March 19th. It will have been a month the beginning of next week. No bed yet. 🤬 We were told it would take a couple of weeks. However, we are NEVER updated and no one can give a good answer to what is going on when I contact them. So far I’m very disappointed.

My wife and I went to Ashley to buy a mattress and to look at recliners. When we walked in we were welcomed by Jerry who was very happy to help us. We went to the back and was fitted for the right mattress, we had one in mind we wanted but saw it wasn’t the right one for us. Jerry and Travis helped us fine the exact mattress we needed to fit us. We also were able to find us the right recliner. Jerry explained everything to us with the warranty and the terms of financing. We will definitely go back to buy more furniture from that store specifically because of the customer service and quality of the furniture. I want to also give a big shout out to Dylan for making the paperwork process easy.
