My cousin had an awful experience with Ashley Furniture’s customer service. Not only were the representatives rude and dismissive when called about an issue with their order, but they also refused to take responsibility for their mistake. They were sent the wrong item, and instead of offering a refund or a reasonable solution, they gave the runaround and acted like it was our fault. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location—there are plenty of other places that treat their customers with respect.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extensive delays I have experienced during my recent purchase with your store. While I initially chose Ashley Furniture based on your reputation for quality and customer service, my experience has fallen far short of the standards one would expect from a business of your standing. I placed my order on Oct 25th with the understanding that delivery would take place Nov 14th. However, it has now been almost a full month and the items has still not arrived. Despite multiple attempts to follow up with your customer service team, I have been met with vague explanations, shifting delivery dates, and a lack of concrete solutions to expedite the process. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I have had to rearrange my schedule multiple times to accommodate anticipated deliveries that were later postponed. Additionally, the lack of proactive communication from your side has left me frustrated, as I have repeatedly had to contact your team to get updates rather than being informed in a timely manner. Furthermore, when I visited your store, your representatives assured me that delivery would be smooth and timely. I trusted this information when making my purchase, yet the reality has been entirely different. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information provided at the point of sale and the efficiency of your logistics process. I understand that delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but the lack of accountability and resolution offered by your team is unacceptable. I believe it is the responsibility of a reputable business to not only deliver on its promises but to keep customers informed and provide appropriate remedies when things go wrong. I am requesting: 1. A detailed explanation for the delay, including specific reasons why the delivery has taken so long. 2. An updated and guaranteed delivery date for my items 3. Compensation or a discount to acknowledge the inconvenience and disruption caused by this prolonged delay. I hope you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide a timeline for when I can expect a response. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and ensure that other customers do not face similar frustrations.

I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture and would not recommend them. I ordered furniture months ago and was given multiple delivery dates, but they missed every single one without proper communication. Each time I reached out to customer service, I was either placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time or given vague, unhelpful answers. It feels like they don’t value their customers at all. The delays have been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again.

The sales team was very helpful and gave me room to look around and think. That is the best part of the experience. The cost of the furniture does not justify how inaccurate their delivery scheduling is. Which by the way is a separate cost. From the time we purchased our furniture there was a 3 week delay on deliveries. Then our delivery date was missed and no one called with an explanation of where our paid for furniture was. Finally the customer service over the phone ranges from irritated to exhausted that I would dare call them for updates. If you need furniture in the Tri-cities, TN area go to one of their competitors and avoid the delivery woes of this organization.

I purchased a couch and a chair here last month. It's been over 6 weeks and I still have not received my order. Initially I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. As the 3 week mark approached, I reached out asking for an update as I hadn't heard from anyone. I was told it's "coming in here Tuesday". I waited until the following Tuesday (a full week after the delivery date) and still had not been contacted, so I reached out again only to be told "next week". 2 weeks later I STILL have not heard from anyone, so I just called only to be once again told "coming in Tuesday" and I have zero faith that it will. No one has bothered to reach out and tell me it's been delayed or apologize for this ridiculous wait. I will not be going back and encourage others to stay away.

Tala, and the other gentlemen in management were amazing! We found the same couch for cheaper online. Although, the education and confidence Tala and her superior gave us made it a easy choice.
