My husband was one directly involved, however I was present. He called 800 number on paid receipt because 2 of the delivery numbers in our address were inverted. He had a terrible time getting out of the automated mess and kept asking for a representative. He was transferred to multiple employees whose English was definitely not their native language. They were both having trouble understanding the other. Apparently no English speaking employees were at call center. After a very long attempt, they each decided they could not check or correct our address. Was advised to call local store. Called 3x. Each time got a message saying staff too busy to answer calls and then hung up. He recalled 800 number again. Replay of previous attempts were the same. Our address is still incorrect in your system. It will not allow us to change online either. Hubby was furious and wasted an hour with issue still not corrected.

The GM really made it easy. I was about to walk out because I couldn’t find what I was looking for but he showed me a room that I skipped over and I think I found exactly what I was looking for Update: The order wasn’t delivered on the day it was supposed to be. I called customer care and they said that it was because the order was on layaway but I paid in full. I had to call the home store and they informed me that it was canceled for a reason they do not know of and would have to redo the purchase. I am beyond frustrated. I took off work for the delivery and got rid of my old couch. So now my dogs and I will be laying on the floor watching tv for the next TWO WEEKS WAITING FOR THE COUCH THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY! Why couldn’t you call me to let me know this happened? Why isn’t there a system in place for this situation. I’ve bought most my furniture from Ashley’s. You lost a customer today. Update… again lol. Although they didn’t move the delivery date closer than I’d like, Ashley’s did reach out and give me 100$ store credit for my inconvenience. I appreciate the gesture and have changed the review from a 1 to a 4.
