I went into the store to browse and see if I saw anything I wanted and was warmly greeted by Makinda. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed me in the right direction giving me all the detailed information I asked for. I left the store AFTER MY PURCHASE feeling great about my experience.
Dave was EXCELLENT! We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We spoke casually which I appreciated, no pressure or rush. He helped us find a bedroom suit for my daughter. We rejected the first 4 sets he showed us, he didn't lose his patience. He actually took the time to evaluate our likes/dislikes. We purchased the perfect suit. I'd been looking months, MONTHS!!!! The only con is the delivery time: 6 weeks. Ughh! I hope that's not an industry standard. I would definitely buy from them again.
Will never order from this store again. We bought a dining room table with chairs and a bench. We expected a delay in delivery of 4 months due to availability of supplies at time of purchase. At 4 months we were told delivery was on time only to be told a few weeks later that our shipment was delayed another month (only found out due to calling; no courtesy call). Fast forward, and our shipment gets delayed another 2 months (again no phone call, we had to call the store). In total, we were expected to wait 7 months for our delivery with no phone call or apology or concern for the money we spent on a product we eventually had to cancel for refund. Poor communication and poor expectations.
Very unpleasant experience with Ashley’s quality of service. Despite a mediocre in-store shopping experience, I still proceeded with purchasing bedroom furniture. After waiting over 6 months for furniture that I paid for on the spot, the disappointment continued when the third party white-glove delivery team damaged my mirror. The issues were reported; however, it was not documented by the third party contact center. It has been a month and still no replacement mirror. Then, to add to it, the distribution center did not include all parts to my bed set. This was also reported by the delivery person, I was advised I would have the remaining parts mailed to me in 7 business days. That time has exceeded! What makes matters worse is the lack of accountability and support, I’ve had to call several times and still no resolution. I think it’s beyond asinine for the customer to experience all this to get what they paid for, especially when it comes to a store like Ashley’s.
Great service was very patient through the whole process. 10/10 will recommend going here again!
I really liked the furniture and the staff were very nice and helpful. I'll probably go again or at least get furniture from the store online
