Was the first store I went to since we got here from Oklahoma last week. Will be the only furniture store I will be going back to.

Hey Hey Hey let me tell you about these GENTLEMEN at this location. Mark, Trell and John going in this location I didnt feel attacked coming in the door I was greeted on day one and giving a min. to start browsing Mark started with me he was very pationed with me cause I was in there for way over an hour the whole time he had me laughing. Long/Short I left with a GREAT DEAL on my ITEM. VERY HAPPY..SO, I come back the second day wanting another item in the store again over an hour Mark was with another customer Trell jumped rite in remembering me from the day before ( he closed my sale out) I seen a few things I stated im going to seat and decide which I like best..The store got busy so while I decide he helped others ..I decided then Thuuuuu big boss got me and closed me out the PRICES R SWEET. HEY U NEED/WANT pieces for you spot hacks cross ASHLEY is where you NEED to BE. the staff is AWESOME, WELCOMING AND KEEP U LAUGHING.no pressure at this store to purchase but I put money on it if you dont get something today youll be back for something tomorrow....THANX GUYS .....MS KIMMIE

Five stars for Sky and Trell! I had been having trouble buying a couch online (learned my lesson there), so I decided to get it taken care of at the store. Sky was so helpful with getting my order placed and then explaining all of the different rules regarding delivery, repairing damage, etc. As Sky was getting everything finalized, Trell starts talking with me about the mattress sale going on (you have until January 6!). I don’t know if I need a new mattress just yet, but I have needed a new box spring for a hot minute and have just been putting that off forever. I ask Trell if I can add a box spring on to my current order, and he was able to get it done! What a pleasant shopping experience and a nice break from the rain outside!

My experience there with Ashley was great, just beautiful. I am enjoying my chair i just purchased and I look forward to continue to do business with your company as needed. The prices are absolutely affordable. Thank you.

Update: The number the owner gave me is a fake, no longer in service number. Try it yourself if you don’t believe me and see just how much this company really doesn’t care about you. The new number it says to text isn’t in service either. I called about a sectional, sales rep seemed ok enough. At the end of everything he told me that his manager would get the invoice together and then he would send me the payment link. I never received any kind of Ashley branded receipt confirmation, just a link to click which took me to a payment request. There was a bar to enter my payment information, the dollar amount requested, and “Ashley HomeStore” written in small letters. It honestly looked like just anyone could have typed in “Ashley HomeStore” and sent a payment request. This is a $2,000 payment… TEMU has a more professional payment interface than this... I started to feel extremely sketched out and decided to place my order online so I could be sure this was a real Ashley HomeStore purchase. I should have just sensed the lack of professionalism and stopped there but I didn’t. After placing the order, I get a text message from the sales rep asking me if I received his payment link. I thanked him for his time and expressed how I wanted to give him the sale, but his managers payment system was very very strange and made me uncomfortable. He replied that he would have explained that if I had answered his call (which came an hr or more later, sorry I’m not glued to my phone). I was a little taken aback by how he decided to get emotional instead of understanding the customers side and maybe sharing the feedback with his manager. Fast forward to me getting the couch, it arrives ripped. I immediately start taking photos before the men even finish assembling the couch. They tell me it will be no problem at all and that they will probably send me a REPLACEMENT couch when I call in. I remember thinking, oh good, maybe this company does function like a real, professional business that cares. NOT. I call in and am passed around numerous times, explaining myself over and over again before I finally reach the person who tells me where to send the photos. I send them, but then they want me to disassemble this sectional by myself so I can get under there and get pictures of serial numbers. I’m a single disabled woman, I’m not able to disassemble this huge, heavy sectional that they had to send 2 large men out here to deliver and assemble. They tried to make it impossible for me to start the case, but after several hours I was finally able to get them to offer a partial refund, or for someone to come out and “repair” the couch (I guess with a sewing kit..?). I agreed to the repair as I want this couch to last and was told it would take a few weeks for the replacement materials to show up, and a few weeks after that for the repair man to show up. I wait, and wait, and wait. Meanwhile I am receiving emails from them asking for feedback on my purchase etc. No one ever showed up, I never get any materials, so finally I decide to ride their tail when they should be more professional and take the initiative on their own instead of needing me to micro manage. Again I am transferred no less than 3 times while each person tells me it’s not their department. Finally reach someone, explain the whole situation from beginning to end, to which they say they never got my photos and closed my case a few weeks ago. My case is finally re opened again, but each new person who is assigned to the case needs to be re told the entire story from start to finish and I’m getting really tired of repeating myself and fighting so hard for this company to simply honor their product. I keep getting calls (that I can’t answer because I am working) and emails that they’re processing my return and I never once said I’m returning the couch… There are more professional furniture companies to choose from. If you get damaged furniture from Ashley, they will give you the run around hoping you eventually give up or that the warranty runs out! Just go with someone else!

The sales staff at this location are courteous, knowledgeable, and appear to genuinely try to help. Unfortunately, the experience after purchase was deeply disappointing. Due to repeated warehouse and delivery scheduling issues, I never received the furniture I paid for in-store. My delivery was rescheduled multiple times, and on each occasion, the delivery truck failed to arrive. After 10 days with no product and no resolution, I chose to purchase my living room furniture from another retailer and requested a refund. What should have been a straightforward reversal instead took an additional 28 days to process. Despite being proactive, patient, and consistent with communication on my end, the entire situation stretched into a 48-day ordeal. Adding to the concern, I later learned that friends had nearly identical experiences, involving missed deliveries and prolonged refund timelines. This suggests the issue is not an isolated incident, but a systemic problem. While the in-store staff were professional, the delivery and refund operations makes it difficult to recommend this location. Customers should proceed with caution. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Friendly, personable and helpful people. And a clean store.

They don't value you as a customer, they just left my furniture sitting here in my house blocking my front door. if I had to get in and out I wouldn't be able to. When company has made changes they need to let their customers know so the customers won't be surprised with the changes that have been made. So me as a disabled person is now having to find somebody to get my furniture out before they will install it after I have spent my money with them.

⭐ 0/5 — The Most Pathetic Customer Experience I’ve Ever Suffered Through. Ashley’s has delivered nothing but frustration, incompetence, and a complete lack of accountability. I have wasted weeks chasing store employees and customer service reps just to get basic help. The journey has been exhausting, infuriating, and totally unacceptable. It started with a damaged bedframe, and instead of fixing the problem, Ashley’s made everything worse. We had to reorder the same items online with “white glove” delivery — which turned out to be a joke. The delivery crew had zero skill: they drilled wrong, assembled everything incorrectly, ignored the manual, lost parts, and then had the audacity to use straps and leftover legs from the damaged bedframe to patch up their mistakes. It was an embarrassing display of unprofessionalism. To make it even more unbelievable, Ashley’s is refusing to give store credit for a reselect. After everything they put us through, they won’t even take responsibility. This has been a nightmare. I want everything out of my home and my money back. Ashley’s has proven to be unreliable, careless, and impossible to trust. This will be the last time I ever deal with this company.

Wonderful spent entirely too much $$$ His experience was kind of a mixed bag when I called into the Customer Care experience and tried. She said your furniture is coming on December 21. I said I have two different furniture y’all something different than I’m just calling. You have two different processes if you want it supposed to be here either today or tomorrow between one and three or 3 to 5 and she said we don’t have that much scheduled. We don’t have any room for your stuff with me now and then I have somebody coming in this weekend this was scheduled for this when I was there on Tuesday and scheduled for these These That time, and I need the headboard bases and the ability to type on the bed clothing to each bed. I know the mattresses in the box she said I’m sorry we can’t do it. She speaks some other time besides, she speaks a little English. It’s hard for her to understand.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business, my Salesperson Ms.Z was great.

Went over & bought a $200 chest on a Sunday. Customer service wasn't bad; although they do shift their gears to "IDGAF" as soon as they find out you only want one item and its a closeout. What was really terrible customer service was that I had to load this 300 pound chest onto the dolly, that she provided, then maneuver through a back hallway, into and out of a small elevator, out a side door and out to my truck. Luckily, one of the salesmen (Tim Conley) came out to my truck and help me load it. Thank you, Tim, for understanding customer service; because your manager and other staff are clueless.

I purchased a sofa on 7/12/25, chair and ottoman from Lascassia Holcomb. She showed me a sofa with the features I was looking for, thick cushions firm back pillows and extra soft arms due to my health condition, she even went to jump on the springs to show how well made the set was, I was sold. But what I received was defective and damaged I called within 12 hours of my delivery and told them of the defective furniture I told them that was not the sofa set I had purchased that the pillows went flat and there was no padding on the arms and that the furniture was poorly made that I could even hear the wood cracking in the sofa and the seats hung over the frame which makes the seats fold into the bend of your knees while sitting and the material wrinkles up by just touching it, the back pillows are under stuffed and the one zipper head came off and the either ones zipper split also I just discovered there is a nail protruding from the back of the chair and half. Delivery 7/30/25, I started calling on 7/31/25 and I asked for my full refund because I did not purchase damaged or defective furniture. I am being bullied into accepting a repair , and they continue to send me text messages stating that the parts will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks, for new furniture make that make since and I have been receiving those types messages since Aug. This is the worse furniture I have ever purchased. And the customer service is horrible. I can't imagine the sales person did not know the product she was selling was not what I would receive. Now my money and my life is being held hostage because I can't use my living room I can't have my great grands over from fear that may get hurt from the furniture. I can't have family over , it's the holidays and I can't even live in my own home and I continue to get texts wait parts are coming. Pictures show what I bought and what I received.

Had an Amazing experience at Ashley They took great care of My Wife and I. The Sleep Expert Cheyenne explained all the benefits of the new sleep system and Shaquanna got the process moving and got it closed out. The ladies worked in Tandem to ensure a great experience and that we felt welcome and at home thanks to them both.

Furniture is simply beautiful. Sales associate very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be an Ashley customer for life.

The store manager,Ron, was extremely patient with me with choosing a sectional couch. I viewed and sat on each one. The assistant manager, I forgot his name, was equally as patient when I decided to look at mattresses and frame. I only went in to look but their service was so exceptional I purchased the sectional sofa and king mattress and frame before looking elsewhere. I've never done that before.

The experience was okay. When buying anything from them, they will automatically add warranty to your product. If you’re someone who keeps their furniture in mint condition with no pets or children, you may feel like I did- pressured to get coverage for something you don’t need. If you’re confident you won’t need warranty make sure they don’t get you on the back end like they almost got me. It was a price difference of $400.

My husband and I were happy to find and purchase the style of couch that we were looking for. The style and color were perfect, and most importantly, the fabric, frame, and cushioning material did not cause my allergies to react. On 8/4/25 I purchased a bed and mattress set from Ashley store. It was scheduled to be delivered on 8/13 between 12:15 - 3:15. The delivery drivers showed up after 5pm. During the set up of the bed they noticed that they didnt have the correct hardware for the bed. I was told that someone would contact me to setup delivery for the following day. After speaking with customer service they advised that I would have to wait 3 more days for the rails be delivered. He offered me a $50 store credit towards my next purchase. Now my brand new bed have to sit on the floor while they drag their feet. This is so unprofessional I will definitely think twice about ordering from them again!!

Just walked into Ashley where I started my career in furniture in 2013. I was very grateful worked there for a year then went to sell and design at Stash Memphis from 2014-2020 I had purchased some great furniture from them and of course I got the 5 yr protection plan because I financed, I came back to potentially buy as I still design etc. I had a $1100 credit because I never made a claim and I was 40 days past the day and they would not guarantee the credit , they said it was expired., The amount of effort I would have to go through to get it, and it would not be guaranteed. Very sad.. loyalty customer care service. I leave it to you all who read this Be careful…. If they won’t help and care for their own after years of me making money for them what do you think they will do if you just purchase from them. Ashley DSG… so sad where you are all at .-

I ordered $7k worth of furniture a month ago and received terrible service. They delivered half my sectional on time and cancelled the rest of my order that should have been delivered today. I went to the store but they have no clue what happened. I still don’t know what’s going on with my order but the lady said they are working on it and will call me later. She apologized for the inconvenience but I will never shop here again. Worst experience ever!!

It was a great shopping experience! Shaquanna was wonderful helping us with our purchases. She went all out to help us find the perfect Boyington Sofa love seat and recliner. We never felt pressured and she was very pleasant and accommodating. Cheyenne helped us find the perfect mattress and base. She spent time making certain we had information we needed. No pressure. We tested mattresses with her assistance until we were satisfied we found the perfect one. The manager was also very nice when we were checking out. It was a fun pleasant experience.

Getting my daughter a new sectional for their new home. LaCassia was super patient & took into consideration our size limits and got us to the perfect sofa. We love that it is the new Nuvelle fabric b/c they have 2 little dogs and my daughter loves the color & all the pillows. LaCassia got us a discount & we took advantage of the 0 interest for a year to make payments. The only way it could have been better was for all the pieces to be in stock- we are still getting it within 4 weeks.

I like a new bed and the chair. Delivery guys were amazing, but the the delivery management was awful. The delivery window was 9:15-12:15. My furniture arrived around 4 pm. Furniture- 5 stars; delivery crew-5 stars, experience with timing Zero stars

Exceptional service! Tim is the guy to come see! Update: While the customer service in store and delivery is exceptional, Ashley furniture is not. I’m having the same issue with a $3200 sectional that I purchased from them for almost a month and a half. First time, Aug 16th, they sent a repair guy out and all the guy did was fluff up cushions and say that nothing is wrong (and give me his phone number in case I “ever needed anything”… No Richard there’s nothing you can do for me since you’ve failed to properly assess internal furniture frame failure and you’re past your prime for me). Second time (a week later), the warranty department will not recognize nor submit a new claim for the sectional issue. Third time, Sept 4th, I called the warranty claims and supposedly a repair person was supposed to come out and but I never got a confirmation. I was given a bad sectional on my first time buying from Ashley furniture as a manufacturer. Not only do I have a piece of furniture that I paid a protection plan on that failed within the first month of use, the warranty claims department is poor and now I have to get another sectional because I received a $3200 lemon of a sectional. I will NEVER buy Ashley furniture again. This is the cheapest piece of furniture I’ve ever purchased in my life, I’m deeply sorry I ever got it.

I’ll just buy everything online from now on. Prices varied up to $300 between in store and online. No point in going into the store

There were many options in sofas and end tables to choose from, and once we found out the delivery fees in addition to the furniture we chose, we proceeded with our purchase in addition to purchasing a five-year protection plan.

Lacassia was wonderful and incredibly patient with me as I made the decision on the sectional for my new home. EDIT: 1 month later, I’ve edited down my initial review from a 5 star to a 1 star based on an exceptionally awful experience after leaving the store. 1) My original delivery was cancelled by Ashley with no explanation or communication. I called when I saw that I was no longer expected to receive the item when I checked the link that was sent that morning. I was told “oh, they must have cancelled the wrong order”. As a result, my order was received over two weeks later, after a substantial number of calls, totaling over 3 hours of my work week time (often during my lunch) since the customer service hours were only during work hours. 2) When my furniture did arrive, it was both dirty and damaged, with no explanation as to why it arrived with literal dirt on it, an issue for a couch that is off white. For the tear of the material, at least they have offered to replace it, of course, it will take 7-10 business days to replace their initial error. 3) Be aware that if you opt for a furniture delivery, there are absolutely no returns, even if you contact them 1 day after delivery. This was never communicated to me unfortunately, other than in a long and convoluted terms of service document. To make matters worse, when the furniture arrived and I recognize that the end tables would not likely fit the space, I communicated this to the team conducting the delivery and they instructed me to “see how it fits first and you can work it out later if it doesn’t”. Altogether, my experience with Ashley has been an extraordinarily poor experience outside of the initial interaction with Lacassia. They have been incompetent, slow to respond, and have demonstrated poor follow through without me prompting them individually nearly every time. In particular, the front line customer service staff were wildly unprofessional, neglecting to place the call on mute while talking to their immediate supervisor about the call, saying things like “bro, I’m so tired and don’t want to deal with this” or “that escalated guy is calling again”. I will never even consider working with this company again and don’t recommend anyone else take this risk either.

The store and options are great. You get to see and feel the furniture, but the sales lady treats you insignificant especially if you are one of those who takes time choosing your right furniture. in our case, she even said" I have another customer who wants to make a high price purchase", I'm, not sure what I should read from that statement. i wouldn't want to rate the store location on that experience though, so giving it a good rating. However, the overall purchase experience with the brand is terrible. He's some warning/experience you can expect with the actual delivery: (1) When delivery is scheduled, ensure you have the right furniture being delivered, what they schedule in store vs. what's being delivered could be different. (2) When delivery happens, check the furniture for any rips/stains etc. make sure you DENY the delivery if you see any problems. Or else you will have to claim warranty, which will take 2-4 weeks for parts to be delivered and then service scheduled based on availability, so if you accept delivery, then you'll have to wait for a good 6-8 weeks without enjoying your new furniture. (3) The sales lady at the store will no longer help or have time for you. (4) See pics of a $2000+ reclining couch that was delivered. Also, don't expect the salesperson to really act for you. she'll give you guarantees that will never happen. it's always better to walk into the store and talk to a manager if you ever have an issue.

Long story short, we went into the store to look at the 2 pieces of furniture I saw online, and ended up purchasing 6 pieces. Both John and Lacassia were very accommodating to what we needed. We will definitely be back because of the experience we had with Ashley Homestore on Hacks Cross.

There is a gentleman there I believe he is a manger. in my opinion his customer service skills were awful he is very rude and didn’t seem friendly. I’m not sure if it was because I am a young woman and I am African American but the service was poor.

Very Good Experience in Memphis, TN. Our sons are working & in school out-of-state and will soon complete one part of this journey in a couple of months which will require a move to another City, so at a recent visit we decided to visit an Ashley Furniture Outlet nearby the city they are presently working. Our intent was to look a possible purchases for a sofa & chair in the near future in conjunction with their move. Sinxe we have an Ashley Store in our Hometown as well we could also visit our l9cal store and order furniture for them, getting a look at the same furniture locally. We were very please with our experience at the store we visted in Memphis, TN. We were able to find a very comfortable leather recliner in a nice shade of Grey AND also a fabric sectional sofa which complemented the Grey leather chair. Both pieces were "floor models" so we were able to purchase both at a greatly reduced price. Perhaps the most amazing thing especially to our salesperson John E. (Memphis, TN) was that we were able to load & haul ALL of the pieces of the chair & four piece sectional sofa "in one shot" in our two vehicles, a late model Ford Explorer & Ford Escape. Though some of the pieces were a bit heavy and awkward to carry up to their upstairs apartment (since this is "solid" furniture made of heavy metal & wood framing), both sofa & chair were simple to assemble, requiring just a little strength & common sense to figure it all out and attach each piece in its proper place. Again, we are very pleased with our purchase and glad we chose Ashley for our furniture store. I wish I had pictures to post, but suffice it to say the two pieces look great in their apartment. I am posting a couple of pictures of the interior mechanism on the two side sections of the sectional sofa, both of which recline with the flip of a manual switch. These types of mechanisms have a small plastic clip towards the end of the wire cable that snaps into place on the metal frame. When the switch is pulled it pulls the cable and activates the spring loaded mechanism, lifting the foot rest of the recliner section. Unfortunately, these types of clips tend to pop out on some models. The pictures illustrate a very simple fix for this problem that costs little or nothing. You just need one plastic cable tie (white in this photo) which you simply slip into the inside of the inserted clip (which is black) before engaging/tighting the cable tie. This simple fix will effectively hold the clip on place & help avoid malfunctioning of the mechanism. Also, I was very happy NOT to be pestered by our salesperson to buy extra packages we did not need (insurance, cleaning products). We have experienced this at more than one furniture retail outlet and was pleasantly surprised not to get the same experience here at Ashley.

Buyer beware - thoroughly inspect things upon delivery We bought a table for our eat-in and paid an extra $100 for “premium white glove delivery.” I later noticed the table and chairs were loose - upon inspection, 8 of 12 screws were missing that secure the table to the base and 4 screws in each chair were missing. A few screws had been jammed into the sides crooked and the heads stripped.

I purchased a custom sectional in 2019 from Ashley Furniture on Winchester Rd MemphisTn. The salesperson forced me to buy a 5yr warranty and because I put up so much resistance, they assured me I would get a refund if I didn't use it. Well 5 yrs has gone by and I'm inquiring abt my refund. Now they are telling me I need to make a purchase of $500.00 or more and I can use my refund as a store credit only towards the purchase. Biggest Scam ever. I advised them that I would never purchase another item from Ashley Furniture store. It's 0 star rating for Ashley Furniture on Winchester Rd Memphis Tn. Scammers!

The sales rep was extremely nice, but other than that I have nothing good to say. We have purchased all of our furniture from Ashley’s in the past. Mattress with adjustable base, Living room, art work, recliners, sectionals, etc. So needless to say we should be valued customers. We went in on this occasion to pay cash for a new living room set. Unfortunately there was nothing in the store that was to my liking except a new faux fur set that just debuted this winter. The issue was it only comes in a really like color, so we were about to decline. This is when the sales rep said we can purchase the 5 year warranty that would cover stains, tears, etc. She told us the claims are unlimited and that the package amount was $500. We made an appointment to go back in that Monday, and we did just that. When we arrived we discovered that the package was actually $800, but that wasn’t a deterrent because it would still be worth it if they indeed did what was advertised. Before paying I wanted to know exactly where in the brochure did it say unlimited claims. But sales rep couldn’t find it, so she consulted the manager. He couldn’t find it as well. I said all this to say we ended up leaving the store without making a purchase. The furniture was just too light in color for our lifestyle without a good protection plan. The one they have only covers 1 claim per area. So if a stain is on the right arm, and 3 years later a stain is on the same arm it is not covered. Plus it says if you don’t us the insurance you will get your money back and we found out that isn’t tru, you can get a coupon for that amount towards something else. Also I’m quite sure they would make you spend over a certain amount to use that. I just hate the incorrect information I’ve gotten from Ashley’s throughout the years which made me good at asking questions now. I’m totally done giving my business away to company’s that are not honest, or forthcoming.

Our sale associate (Cheyenne Farris) was absolutely awesome. She was patience with us as we tried to make a decision on what do look good in our new home. From customer service to product knowledge and professionalism, this store and staff get all 5 starts from me! While shopping for my furniture, I worked with Thomas Galmore and Robin Marberry. Going in, I knew that I needed a bedroom set but had no clue what I wanted as far as style, color, etc. Ms. Marberry walked through the store and selected 4 pieces for me. When they all came together, I was thoroughly impressed! I had a strict budget in mind, which Mr. Galmore and Ms. Marberry helped me stay within. I refer customers to them every chance I get, because they’re just that great!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service I felt I had a good experience until I received a broken bed that I did not get put up until a month later because Ashley had to order a new foot board. I literally had to go to the Germantown location and was told they couldn't help me go back to the Winchester store. PITIFUL!!!!!! The warehouse manager lied and said he ordered the part and didn't I had to do all of the footwork myself. Ohh let's not forget the fact that I had to pay for delivery and continue payments while I had no bed. They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their billing system they use is crappy. They claim to have lost people money orders when they pay their bill then charge late fee. They constantly try to charge you once you paid stuff off every other month 1 to 3 dollars. Fix yall payment method with the company yal claim handle payments....

Just saw an add for Ashley’s Furniture. We bought a leather recliner and love seat recliner from them. 1 week after the delivery we had to have recliner repaired and the the frame on the love seat (side that we never used) broke later. Warning…very poor quality for the money we paid! Suggest shopping elsewhere for furniture.

Shopping at Ashley was easy. We had a sales associate greet us. He gave us the low down of the sale. We walked around and then he asked talked with us. And then let us go back and forth to pieces we were deciding on. The gave us the prices. It was also emailed to me so I could have the measurements and decide what worked best. Once we decided we called back and the link to purchase was sent to us. Took no time to order and we are getting it quick as well. This is not like first time to purchase something there, always that easy for the buyer.

This is the third time in the last 18 months I have worked with Tim Conley @ Ashley and you’re not going to find anyone in Memphis who provides a better customer experience. As long as he is with Ashley, they have my business.

I always find something I like at this location. The customer service and sales team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have no complaints about the staff they’ve done their jobs. But I bought two recliners for my elderly parents , neither one works properly. I wasn’t there to receive delivery and my parents in the mid eighties didn’t know. You can’t close them with your legs. So when my parents sit in chairs they can’t recline because they can’t get out of the chairs. Ashley says they don’t do returns even though the recliners don’t work. Be aware!! I’ve now had recliners going on 3 weeks waiting for parts which can take 2to 4 weeks. Then I have to contact them again to schedule service. What a nightmare.

Initially went in just to look at the new mattresses. We talked with an employee by the name of Mike, who was very nice and communicative and also the manager. The manager was really couraging of the Tempurpedic and when we left, he seemed a little disappointed that we didn’t end up purchasing one. But we came back and spoke with the employee, Mike, again and he was still very nice and understanding that we wanted something cheaper and we also got a dining room set too. I actually really liked the Tempurpedic. In a perfect world, I would’ve actually went with it but as a young couple, it wouldn’t have been very reasonable at this time. But I’m glad we stuck with Mike and that he didn’t make it awkward or anything. I know they make commission and it’s really important to sell the fancy expensive mattresses. Personally, I feel like older more established groups would really gravitate to Tempurpedic. Younger groups not so much because it is a pretty hefty price tag, ya know?

When I entered the store, I was greeted by Robin who was very cordial. I told her what I wanted and with her help, my selection was quick and simple.

TJ is so patient and pleasant. He is truly involved with serving the customer and as we walked through the store he would perfect any little detail out of spot in the at management would. Very professional indeed!

My experience at this location was horrible. The sales rep cheyenne was pushy and borderline rude. I went in with the intention of purchasing a sofa and bed. I ended up only purchasing the sofa and decided to purchase the bed somewhere else due to the horrible customer service experience. The only reason I went to this location was because they were the only store with the item that I wanted. During check out I was constantly interrupted and shiane could not focus for 2 minutes without talking into the mic every 10 secs. Sales rep was visibly annoyed and mannerism changed when I decided to only purchase 1 item. The entire experience was very hostile and anything but a pleasure. This was my first and last time shopping at this location . I have more items that I need to purchases for my home, however I will be visiting other locations or different furniture stores due to the horrible customer service experience.

I think Bader did a pretty decent job with helping me to find what I wanted. I was also pleased that he gave me the online prices. However, I was really concerned that the total price online wasn’t the same as the total price in the store. It almost made me want to go elsewhere and/or order online. If the online price varied that much, it should’ve been stated on the website. I plan to call the corporate office and speak with them about it because had I known that the total price was different within the store, I would’ve never gone there.

Our sale person wasn’t very knowledgeable about furniture deliveries, had to contact a delivery person they use to set up a date for delivery and salesman didn’t convey that we were going to have two separate deliveries. and I would never use Ashley Delivery again! Never! Furniture not the best quality it’s overpriced and not great quality. The woman in mattress department was very pushy and condescending. Staff are not very cordial, no one in the store was friendly. Not a good or great experience and want ever purchase from them again. No to mention furniture was damaged during delivery and delivery person still tried to hide the damage. So Nope!!!

Pleasant experience

Absolute worst experience ever. Bought 2 sets of furniture and told them MULTIPLE times that we would pick it up the next day (today). They made a point to tell us for the furniture we purchased , it had to be picked up within 72 hours. We arrived and everyone acted surprised that we were there to pick up. Apparently the guy that helps loads the furniture walked out in the middle of his shift yesterday (i now have a feeling why he quit). We then were told we would have to wait for some people to arrive to help load up. We also couldn’t use the sliding doors because of the counter that they were so concerned about. Tried the side door, wouldn’t fit. Both of the 2 lousy salesman’s that tried to act like they were helping, didn’t want to get wet in the rain BUT if the furniture was ready to be picked up when we told them ample times that we would be there today to get it, no one would’ve gotten wet. The man that was wearing a mask kept telling me to relax and they would handle it. That was not the case at all. I had every right to be frustrated when we could have avoided the rain if they would have kept their word. We then were told to pull around the back and load up from the loading dock so we’d did and waited another 30 minutes just for someone to open the door. We then loaded every piece of furniture that we purchased yesterday by ourselves with no help from anyone like we were promised. Clearly all of these people were just worried about the sales of people coming in instead of taking care of the people that just spent $5000 on furniture. I’m assuming the guy was just trying to be a security guard for the back door as he sat in the chair and watched us load and unload everything. Cheyenne was our salesperson and wasn’t even present during the purchase of our furniture. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did a great job of making us feel like our money didn’t matter to them after we signed our paperwork. I will not ever recommend Ashley to anyone moving forward as i was already very skeptical of using them from the previous horror stories i was told about. Maybe the furniture warranty will be worth it if it gets ruined from the rain.

Delivered my bed frame with missing rails, which are still missing and pushed the delivery of my dresser to another whole week, which hopefully when it does come, it has all the pieces unlike my bed frame, first time customer, very bad experience

I would love to give this store 5 stars. Picking out furniture here was great. I walked in a was greeted by Dana who knew much more than I expected. She was very kind and knowledgeable about every question that I had concerning the dining room sets and sleep mattresses. After speaking with Dana for about 30 minutes I was set on the dining room set to purchase. After walking out of the store to find that my car and two others had been broken into I was quite upset initially. But after finding out this had happened on several other occasions to customers and 3 times in the same parking lot to the manager I was infuriated. The store owner in my opinion doesn't care enough about the safety of the customers and more importantly the employees that are there daily. Please hire security for these workers. I couldn't imagine having to worry about going to work on top of fearing for my safety daily.

As soon as I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted by Dana. She asked me what I was looking for I told her and also my price range. She took me straight to the mattresses and pointed out which ones best fit my budget. She helped me with the financing and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service from Dana. I was in and out in less than an hour and was able to pick up my merchandise the same day.

I called about some furniture that I have seen on the website and spoke with Mr..Spencer (I may be incorrect with the name) but he was able to tell me that the furniture was not in the store however I could order it from online and the questions that I had about the furniture he was able to answer and then he sent me the form online so that I could fill it out and place the order. He called me to ensure that I had received the form and the first time I didn’t and he sent it. The second time called me back and that time I did receive the form I placed the order and now I’m awaiting my furniture. Very pleased with how that process went it was very easy to fill out the form and place the order

Cheyenne greeted me first. She was great and knowledgeable of the store and all things in it. She allowed me to shop & periodically checked in. When I was ready to checkout, I was serviced by Jon who was just a great. Overall, the team was very pleasant. I spent $23,000+ on my tempurpedic mattresses with pro adapt bases along with an entire bedroom set and a dining set… My experience with the previous Manager, Wally and his staff and most importantly the delivery truck drivers was nothing but terrible and doesn’t even deserve a single star for how many times I had to go to the store addressing my issues… Ashley truck drivers literally smoke weed while on duty and even damaged my property when attempted to do their deliveries. Ashley corporate reimbursed me for the damages later on.. I also encountered whole lot of delivery delays to a point one of my mattresses delivery got postponed 8 times.. I got told later Wally no longer works there and a new manager TJ took over.. Wally, the old manager lied about everything and the whole experience was nothing but shady with him.. This man TJ however is amazing…TJ totally changed my terrible Ashley experience into a completely positive one.. Very professional and attentive. Hope under this new manager Ashley will offer better customer satisfaction.

Salespeople are friendly, courteous and very attentive. Told them what we were looking for and they lead us to exactly what we were looking for.

I bought a love seat and it arrived damaged. The guys who delivered took a picture that couldn’t show the picture and left. I called the store, they said they would fix it or change it, and then after I received the good item, I would be charged. Two months later, I still have the damaged item and I’ve received two bills so far. I called the store and they told me to call their bank. Nothing was solved. It seems that no one cares about my situation. I have a damaged item and two bills that I haven’t paid which may impact my credit score. I regret so much the day I entered that store.

Ms. Holcomb, came to us as we were simply looking. She wasn't intrusive, or aggressive. She was patient, highly informed, and very helpful. Ms. Holcomb made us comfortable and treated us as if we were family. My wife and I are now very excited about our new purchase.

My experience with this location was less than satisfying. I was sold a bed not in the best condition was promised that 75.00 would be deducted due to a spot on the bunker drawer and it never was. Also they left off a rail called back to be to told that they did not when I went to store they gave me a broken rail and never deducted anything for that. Spoke with store manage who then said he would discount Only to lie again. Had so high hopes in Ashley's but this brakes All deals of future business. Will be reaching out to corporate to share all pictures taken the day of purchase in the store per I gave them time to rectify bill.Reached out to claims in regards to bed not setting right was told they sold me a Cali King bed but King mattress. They said they could not take bed back and that those mattress does fit...I spoke to rudest people Ms. Holcomb and she went back and fwd also spoke to manger Walle he promised to fix but never did. Called back he had quit and now dealing with store manager Thomas he said he would help but did not. Called spoke with corporate Maria who tried to get to the bottom of why I was sold a Cali King and King mattress after a week of debate she got an order for Cali matress. No apologies from salesperson who was rude or the store manager. This is so terrible finally got mattress had to buy a new foundation per thought I needed a king at first just a waste of money bed is of poor quality per it was missing bolts and broken slack. I do Not recommend this location. Period. UPDATE. The same bed I pd over 900 for ends up total waste we still cannotl lay it without breaking down. Now I have to pay a bed off for my credit sake that I never used per I bought it as is that I complained about the very next day and was pushed aside. Wrong screws broken panels and All. A real mess.

My visit to Ashley this afternoon was to buy a chair for my spare BR. I settled for one seen on the website last week. Your sales associate, Cheyenne, did a "price-match." Transaction went well.

Getting waited on. I was told to look around, that they had one person in front of me. Then as the salesmen was waiting on me, he showed me 1 thing and i told him thats not what I wanted, then another customer who came in after me, had starting asking about furniture and I was pushed aside. After waiting for a few minutes, he started giving them pricing on what they wanted. I got tired of waiting, and walked out. A nice lady asked me if I found what I was looking for as I was leaving. I told her no, and I was very disappointed. I was shown nothing.

My name is Dana Beverly. I visited the Southaven store twice last month. My first visit I met With Kat. Who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We went over some number for a sectional. I told Her to let me think about it. I returned a week later and learned she had been transferred to another store. I was Then greeted by Beth… Asked if she could help me I told her no because I was just looking. I referred her to my husband who was picking out a bed. He also told her that he was just looking. I saw A familiar face and stated she is who also helped me last week with Kat. I proceeded to walk over to the piece of furniture with the rep. My husband took a seat on a bed the manager and 2 other reps were sitting at a table Beth made a comment regarding me not knowing my husband was still sitting there. She spoke openly on an open floor derogatory terms and stated that “I was Going to get mine’ my husband intervened asked who was she speaking of she responded and stated she was sorry. I walked Over and asked what was going on my husband explained and also learned the manager sat there and allowed her to speak that way about a customer whom she had never met a day in her life. That’s called Disparate Treatment! Her words were cruel and racially motivated. All of this because of a sale! I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if this kind of behavior is tolerated but to sit up and speak call names and belittle someone because of commission is disgusting. The manager never asked her to leave off the floor he didn’t tell her to stop he allowed it! Because this made me feel extremely uncomfortable we left without buying anything and went to another store and purchased the set from the Memphis location when in fact I shouldnt Have patronized Ashley Furniture after that treatment ! I havent Decide if I will Yet file a complaint with the FFEIC or CFPB or anyone else why Is it ok for your store to treat people like that?

Shopping at Ashley Furniture today was a good day. By this I mean I was not followed around while I was browsing. I was acknowledged when I walked in and I was pointed in the direction I was looking for by Cheyenne. She escorted me to the elevator and she said she would be back to check on me. She gave me time to look around, sit down and gather my thoughts as to what I wanted to purchased. When I was ready, I called her name and she came to my assistant. I told her what I wanted and we proceeded from there. The staff worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and we did my paperwork and from there I was out the door on my way home. Well done Cheyenne, Dana and Lacassia, they were all very helpful and professional.

Sales lady was nice, the delivery was not so much, I had them to leave it in my garage because I was painting the bedroom that my granddaughter was going to be staying in, I took the bed up to put together and there was a leg missing, I called the store, but no answer, only recording to purchase, check status or warranty, left vice message to call me about missing part, left txt message to sales person and email, no answer to any request, so I drive 20 miles to the store to complain about my delivery, they gave me a leg to get me by till I could get the part that matched the bed, call customer service to report this issue, the customer service lady took care of me, shipping new part or parts, after I get home to put the bed up, find out that I was missing another part, my point being, when I spend close to $1000 on a bed, I would expect for it to be complete, I could have ordered it from a local furniture store here in my hometown and would not gave been charged a delivery fee, like I said earlier the customer service rep at the 800 number, took care of me the way I should have been at the store, thus the three stars!

I had a great experience with Ashley at Hacks Cross. Tim exceeded my expectations by spending ample time with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for my elderly father. He and his manager listened to me and patiently answered all of my questions. They both offered support throughout the purchase as well as assuring me they will assist through delivery.

Customer service that was given by Ashley Store was acceptable. The sale person was very polite. When I received my bunk bed set from the warehouse, it had a piece of wood missing that fit underneath the bottom bunk bed. It also had a note inside the box telling another employee to stop taking his/het parts. I contacted a listed number from paper work that I received from Ashley and reported the missing part. I was told that it was going to be.sent to.me by mail . That was in Nov. 2023. It's Jan. 2024, I still haven't received the missing piece of wood.

Carlotta is very sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped me purchase new funiture for my home. Thank you for the great customer service. I will refer her to my family and friends in the future. Please train Cheyenne better, she was trying to sell me a box spring and mattress. She was trying to force me to use my credit. When I told her I would come back to pay in cash she got upset and ask “What’s wrong with using credit? ” This is non of Cheyenne business. I will be purchasing my mattress and boxspring somewhere else.

Just bought a sofa and loveseat at this location. The sales associates were friendly and not pushy. They answered my questions, and I had a seemingly good experience. **(Ashley's response to this review is based on these two sentences, but below is my update which greatly lowered my rating.) The furniture delivery crew were friendly and did a good job. At the conclusion of the delivery, there was some discussion over the model number which was quickly resolved. However after delivery when i pulled up the model number and looked on the store website, my opinion of Ashley changed. I was lured in by a "New Years sale" and even watched the sales associate apply the 25% discount. However 5 days after i bought my furniture, their website price is cheaper than i paid with a 25% New Years sale discount. Making your customers feel like they got screwed is not a good way to get repeat business.

Our sales person was great!

I initially purchased a room furniture from Ashley in December 2023 and was very satisfied, so I left a positive review. However, my experience quickly turned negative due to the issue with dresser. First, the delivery was extremely late, arriving in March. The first dresser had a bug issue, likely Powderpost Beetle, which caused the wood to produce a white powder. I requested an exchange, and they delivered the second one in May. Unfortunately, this dresser had a broken leg. I requested another exchange, and today they delivered the third dresser. Upon inspection, it had a missing rail on the door, making it impossible to open or close properly. I am very disappointed with the service and quality. After six months, I still do not have a functional dresser. We also had issue with the bed, but they fixed it after some months. So, no more issues with the bed.
