I had an amazing experience. Darrell gave a superb service and made everything really easy and fun. He helped me to find the exact kitchen piece that I was looking for. To be honest the entire staff made me feel amazing. My hubby and them had us all laughing and feeling like family. Would definitely recommend.

3 weeks into having my new bed it broke. It’s been 8 MONTHS since this happened and I have consistently tried to get someone to come fix it. I’ve texted and called so many times to have people leave me on hold and hang up. I’ve sent pictures, opened a claim to no avail. It’s clear they are trying to push me past the 1 year warranty so they do not have to come fix it. I haven’t had a good nights sleep since due to my bed being caved in.

We bought floor model sofa, as we received the sofa. We felt the bad odor like dirty socks. We called customer service and explained the details. They were not helping and didn’t resolve the issue and hang on the phone. This was their supervisor, I requested him but he wasn’t helpful. You can contact. I’m not going to contact anymore with disappointed customer service.

Had a little bit of trouble making a decision (because they have a huge selection) but once I finally did, the crew was so kind and fun to talk with. We were giggling and joking the whole time! It was a very easy process checking out, just a few signitures and some delivery talk, then I was out the door! Would definitely go back if I am ever in need of some more furniture. Awful customer service. My neighbor has asked for his couch to be delivered for over a month and no solution yet they have their money. Refuses to refund the money or deliver the couch. Do better Ashley furniture! I suggest going somewhere else to buy furniture if you actually want to receive the couch you pay for!!!!

On Saturday 05/20/2023.., approx 4pm with empty condo in high rise .. we went to Ashley. . We bought BETTER furniture for condo living room and kitchen from Gilbert and his associate, for 1/2 price..!!! PLUS, Ashley delivered it SAME DAY… UNHEARD of service . Whole process took 2 hours .. delivered. , 1/2! price… brand new furniture delivered to Midtown high rise by 6 PM . No hassle… NONE , plus Gilbert gave additional discount !!! Who , in Memphis does this . Wherever you THOUGHT of going … go c Gilbert at Ashley and don’t waste your time . We saved 2.5 K, same day delivery . Whole process took 2 hours. … on a Saturday.

Service, knowledge, friendly associates …, who at 4 pm on Saturday… arranged for our furniture to be delivered to our condo, which suffered water damage, and we had no furniture. The previous Tuesday, we bought furniture from your competitor. On Friday, their delivery people saw that they would have to deliver to 5 th floor . They refused. We cancelled a 5 k order .. went to Ashley… picked out furniture and 2 hours later … we were watching TV on our new Ashley furniture, which we saved over 2 k from over your competitor. Gilbert and his assistant female, plus best delivery man ever , made our nightmare a dream . We cannot be more grateful. What furniture store in Memphis is there that you walk in … pick out the best furniture, and on Saturday..at 4 PM… gets it delivered and setup by 6 PM.. Front to back … 2 hours . Savings …over 2 k on NEW furniture.

This store treats you like family and have more suggestions if it’s not in your budget. Any thing and everything we have ever bought from here was lost, damaged in route or damaged by the idiots putting it together. It's like they actively pull people off the street and make them delivery drivers and furniture assemblers. No clue what they are doing. They leave screws out of the bed. We have a bed we can't sleep on that is just sitting in our room because they broke it assembling it, left the screws out of it, and now refuse to even try to come fix it or refund us. Never ever buy from here period. Not even buying brand new furniture because they will just break it or lose it. Worst furniture company ever. Do NOT go here. You will only be disappointed and angry.The best part of the comment added by Ashley below is that Michelle doesn't even work there anymore because they fired her for "political" reasons as far as I understand. So they are also terrible people.

Awful‼️staff at outlet store were friendly but didn’t explain policy of store. After delivery of bed, found out not bed I needed for my mattress, but platform bed. Called customer service and they rudely explained once bed was delivered sale final not even exchange. Called many more people at store and finally said they would send person to fix it in about a month. Since it was not broken stupid solution. Quickly cancelled chest & nightstand. I like your furniture, but never do business with you again. I will also tell anyone who mentions your name how bad you are including BBB. No one should put up with bad policies & service. You receive a 0‼️‼️

Showroom was a bit disorganized but employees seemed honest and were surprisingly friendly and not overbearing while trying to shop for a new mattress. Ended up with an Ashley brand spring mattress that comes in a box. Received an additional discount off the floor price, so I felt I got a good value. So far pleased with the mattress quality.

I have been having this issue for the past three weeks over a bed that they delivered torn and scratched. They said that somebody would come work on it to fix it and if they could not fix it, a replacement would be ordered. But per their policy, they cannot replace something unless they have tried to fix the issue. They said no matter what the fix was if I was not happy, it would be replaced for a brand new one. (although i paid for a new piece of furniture that should be delivered in new condition in my opinion, not some refurbished garbage.) The technician came and “fixed it” only to make it look worse than it did originally, however I have requested a new one and they will not replace it. I have submitted multiple pictures and I have been on the phone with somebody almost every day for three weeks. Each person i speak to asks 5 questions in a million different ways and then says they can’t do anything about it. I have been in store as well, and they can only refer me to the customer response phone line since it was purchased online, which leads to the same questioning I’ve gotten every single time, with still no help. I’ve submitted one final request for a replacement, before a return will be made and i will be cancelling my other order with them. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

The store was very busy that day on Saturday. We found a table and chair immediately and fell in love. But we were still looking for a couch And decided to look at others stores. Well none compared to the table and chairs for sure so we headed back and decided on a sectional couch that me and my boy friend both agreed on!! So we spoke to Jasmine she immediately gave us her attention!! We filled out credit form was approved no problem!!! And I have extra credit so when my boy friend comes home to look for a table, and or ottoman and tv stand we can just buy on my approved credit card. It was a lovely easy experience!!! Excellent customer service! I was seeking a clearance piece and on a hunch called to see if they had it. They did, but just one. It was 30 minutes before closing and would take me 20 minutes to arrive. Michelle said no problem, I’ll be ready to assist when you arrive. As the last customer minutes before closing I received the same care and attention expected during prime hours. The entire team was welcoming and friendly. Happy customer!

The buying experience was good, but the table came discolored on one side. A chair was partially discolored and a wood chip already in it. The delivery guys left without asking me anything or coming back to clean up. They left foam and cardboard on the floor and a sharp staple in the chair. I called Ashley to see if I could get a replacement chair and was put on hold for over 30 min. before I just hung up. I did finally get a supervisor on the line that ordered me a replacement part that should come in the mail. All in all, I will shop elsewhere from now on.

This is my second time buying from this and I am a little disappointed, I bought a cali king size bed but the bed has a damages on the wood as if it has been damaged for a while but it was sold to me as is so I have to keep it. Also the guy who loaded it into my husbands truck did not give us the rails that we paid $200 plus for.

The staff was attentive and explained all their deals and where I could locate clearance and more of their selection. They didn’t pressure me to make a purchase immediately- I wasn’t completely prepared when I first went by. I returned the next day to buy my dining room set and once again was met with patience and full details of what to expect.

We were looking for a large sectional and found exactly what we wanted. Jazmine was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy! Our sectional was delivered today and it’s exactly what we wanted! The only reason we gave Ashley 4 stars is due to the air conditioning being out in 100 degree heat for several days. It was not a pleasant shopping experience. Building management and corporate should be very thankful for such resilient staff. They should be rewarded for working in such conditions.

Sales lady very professional and quickly qualified with suggestions the furniture I was looking for.

I was called 12 days ago that my headboard & footboard would be delivered the 25th the loveseat the 27th and they were at the outlet. Took off work ..NO delivery. Then told I was getting HB & FB today but when they came they ONLY had the HB. THEY lied again and only 1 pc furniture.no footboard. I cancelled the loveseat as I’ve been lied to and took off work for delivery. Lost money. Then today only one piece. I call the toll free Ashley # and cannot hear the supervisor on the phone this week or last week and hear kids screaming in the background and nobody to help to adjust my paperwork. Never EVER doing business with them again !! Now I have to wait for the footboard. Nobody’s cancelled the loveseat and I can’t get a manager with a CLEAR LINE TO TALK TO ME OR CALL ME BACK FROM THE OUTLET !!

I asked about the material and his manager showed us the couch in another color. We were very pleased with the quality of the couch to put in our gameroom. Joel sold us the sleeper sofa and the loveseat. We even ended up buying a mattress and boxsprings for our guest room bed. We found everything we needed and it was all in stock!! My wife went to this location earlier in the day to find some furniture. She came across a couch/loveseat set that was missing a cushion, but it good shape and marked down for a good price. The store rep and at least one other worked with her to find the serial number so my wife could order the missing cushion if she decided she wanted the couch/loveseat combo. My wife came home and told me about the deal. We went back to the location to make the purchase, because they wouldn’t let my wife pay over the phone. When we arrived, we looked around for close to 40 minutes while the store rep prepared the purchase for us and researched the cost of some other items. When we went to check out, the bookshelf we wanted was “not in the inventory” and “couldn’t be added by anyone in the store”, so we “couldn’t buy it”. Next the store rep rang up the couch combo. After about 10 minutes, she told me that the couch had already been purchased and she couldn’t sell it to me. My wife asked where the manager was and she told my wife that he was gone, and hadn’t been in for a while. The store employees were unsure as to when the manager would come back. This was an overall ridiculous experience and I don’t recommend this store. The employee- Selina- who helped us was kind and seemed to want to take care of us, but was mostly unable too. She called us later and told us she had a brand new couch of the same design coming in at the end of the month and we could buy it for the same price as previously promised. We currently have no living room furniture (no where to sit) so we agreed. Prayerfully this works out for us…feel like we had to earn it…

This is the first place I go to when I am redecorating my house. I love the friendlies of the customer service. I love the selection thats available from beds to living room sets. They are not pushy, they are very knowledgable about the merchandise. The only downfall is the delay of receiving your items due to covid..... Which is no fault of theirs. Latoya Darby at the Summer location in Memphis, Tn went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met. She helped us find our daughter the perfect bedset. Well after dealing with Ashley for over three weeks about delivery, of course it was wrong. I do think this was intentional if you haven't integrity about when and if you call why would I expect you to do right. Me, husband and there sales person Paige walked around an looked at all pieces. There were only minor scuffs or scratches, all pieces had legs. Of course today they delivered one night stand perfect an one without legs. They had several and of course we did not pick one without legs both same price. This has been a nightmare in times like these, so of course we will have to deal with them again

I will not refer this store to anyone else. I refered my nieghbor and her experience was just a bad as mine. I purchased a Kichen Island as is from the Ashley Outlet Store. I know it had some defects and I was ok with that. The first delivery date was canceled the evening before delivery. I did not get a call it was in my text message on my phone and I did not see it until I had been at home and was wondering why my delivery did not come all day. I reschedule the delivery and this time it had extra damage on the bottom like someone tried to pick it up with a forklift and took a chunk of would out. I refuse the delivery and went back to the store as advised on phone call to Ashley customer service. The store told my it was as is. I said I know but the damage was made from moving from store to warehouse to my house somewhere in between. On the phone call to AShley customer service they said I should have completed a walk around furniture form to disclose defects. This process was not completed during purchase and they could not find it in my file which they searched. The store manager told me we have another one in the store but you will have to pay two hundred more dollars for that one. I refused to pay extra and they canceled my account and gave me my money back. The part that really upset me was that I purchased the bars stools with cash at the store and the Island on an account. They told me they could not take the barstools back because I bought them at clearance and as is also. Now I have two barstools that don't match anything in my house and not Island. Please do not go to this store they are the worse people to deal with from delivery to customer service. My neighbor went the same week and purchased a mattress and an Island to her experience was just as bad. The first delivery they brought the Island with one bar stool and no mattress. I have even tried to reach out to upper management/ corporate and there is not number and I keep getting derailed. Please choose your furniture store carefully because they are not professional. I had a cousin who I recommended and I had to tell her stop no do not go. Purchase at your own buyer's beware.

We loved the Ashley store, but their outlets is a totally different story. The place was not clean. The staff barely spoke to us or acknowledged we were there. We had to listen to the music on their phone and their gabbing the whole time we were in store. It was not well kept or managed. I am sure we could have found something that day, but they were not ready to make a sale.

Stopped in last week looking for four sets of mattresses and my oh my Ms K and I'm not sure what the guy's name was came to the rescue! First off they were very friendly, helpful, and informative. They answered all my questions and my daughters because she was there as well lol. They saw to it that I got what I needed and didn't break the bank while doing so. I'm giving them a five-stars because of the customer service, and I truly hope within 6 to 8 weeks I will have my bedroom set so that I won't have to request my money back, the only thing you guys need to get better at is having what people need in stock when people come out to buy it's because they need it or want it now not in 6 to 8 weeks, but as I stated the customer service is great.

As consumers, customer service falls into two categories: good and bad. We consumers do not always draw attention to what was done right and show our appreciation to those who helped make a great customer experience. Ms. Jamie Jones at the Ashley Outlet Memphis location falls into the latter category of customer service as she exceeded my wife's and my expectations. In 2018, we purchased a sofa/loveseat recliner that was on clearance. We were sold a warranty and later found that it should not have been offered on any clearance items. In the fall of 2020, we noticed one of the arms was broken and that the leg rest, once disengaged, took several times of pushing with the legs before locking. We filed a claim to have repaired but was informed that the warranty would not be applied and was invalid. We were also told that we would need to contact the location where the item was purchased, which we initially did. When we contacted the local location, we were directed to contact the corporate office and after several rounds of back-and-forth with the local store, the corporate office and, finally, the BBB, corporate directed us to settle with the local store. Ms. Jones distinguished herself, going above and beyond her management, by applying the cost of the warranty and the cost of the sofa/loveseat recliner towards a newer sofa/loveseat recliner. During the entire transaction she showed the highest level of professionalism and concern for our misfortune. Each time we spoke she was most attentive, kind and considerate. By going the extra mile, she not only made things right but retained us as future Ashley customers. In our opinion, she needs to be promoted to manager of that location. Ms. Jones, again, thank you for all that did for us. You are, clearly, a cut above.

My husband and I don’t get off work until 6:00 and didn’t get to the store until 6:30 and they close at 7:00. We expected to be ambushed as soon as we walked in but Michelle was awesome! She gave us space to look around but was close by to answer questions. We never felt rushed or pressured and we got an awesome deal as well!

Carvin helped me and my fiancé when buying our bedroom furniture today and he was AMAZING! Considering me and my fiancé are complete opposites when it comes to what we like. He helped us find one we both loved, he made sure to go through everything with us before we left so we wouldn’t be lost later on. 10/10 if I need more furniture in the future I’m going back to Ashley furniture

If I could give no stars I would. My boyfriend and I went the 2nd week of January looking for a 3 piece living room set. We did enjoy the experience with Ken and Carvin as sale reps, but that was the only positive experience. I was told my love seat and couch would be ready feburary 3rd and the recliner ready closer to the end of February. I called on feburary 3rd to pick up the loveseat and couch in which I was told all 3 items would be ready feburary 15th, but they are closed on sunday and monday that I could come the 16th. I called the 16th and was told the items weren't being shown until march 14th for pick up then was transferred several times for another person to tell me they would be ready feburary 25th. I am unsure how the dates change so drastically throughout each person. I was also told I was being provided free delivery then was told I had to pick it up so it has been an extremely terrible experience. I dont understand how there are several different operators working for this company all showing different information. I still have yet to receive my furniture. I am told I can pick it up on the 27th of February, but I am sure that will change. I was also told it could be delveried free for March 3rd, but I am scared if I dont just pick it up the dates will change again as they have for several weeks now. Very disappointing location. I highly recommend to never use this store. They seem great when visiting the location, but the process of actually getting the product has been the most complicated and unprofessional experience.

Sales rep was unprofessional when it came to customer service communication. We have been dealing with this store trying to get our furniture for the last 4 months. They order the furniture to the store but then sell it to other customers and do not hold it for us. Unless you are paying for the furniture up front this is not a good option. The company just gives you the run around the prices are ok. But they charge a 6 dollar fee with every payment you make they don't let you modify the auto payment to pay more than the amount on auto pay. This is all done to keep you from paying off the 90 day same as cash price. After the 90 days you price doubles the original price. So I say if you paying in full this is a good option otherwise don't do it.

NEW EDIT: Ultimately, I was contacted and the issue was resolved. The main reason I edited my review in the first place was... No one would return my calls. Had someone called and provided an update to the situation, there would have been no problems. So in a nutshell, the salesman was very helpful while I was there, and the couch is awesome. Follow up on the customer service was... lacking... OLD EDIT: At this point, I am editing my review. The salesman was supposed to be arranging a delivery by a third party delivery service, and it was supposed to be delivered today or tomorrow. I have heard nothing from the delivery service, I cannot find their contact information, and neither the salesman not anyone from the outlet is returning my phone calls.

My experience was Great, Excellent. My original Salesman was Chris, he was very busy and pleasant so I went next door and returned and he was still busy with someone different. I had the pleasure of working with Salesman Carlos which in all fairness I informed him that Chris was my initial Salesman and I didn't want to take any commission away from him if there was any. Carlos went to Chris and let him know that I was back and Chris gave him the go ahead to help me and they both got commission. Had a very unprofessional salesperson lie to our faces and then text us with an honest response. Our calls were ignored when we tried to reach out afterwards. Went back after getting a TEXT about the correct delivery times. Decided against waiting what we were told would be 3 days because items were in stock. Turns out the wait would have been over a month (best outlook but not definite) We asked to get our payment back! The manager told us "we were no longer his customer at that point and we would HAVE to pick something different). After a hassle we were told it would be 3-5 business days for a check to be mailed to us. It has currently been 4 weeks and we can't seem to catch anyone willing to help resolve the situation. This is beyond unprofessional as well as frustrating. Ashley Furniture, Cordova Tn. Germantown Pkwy.

Been all over town looking for a lift top coffee table that was under 300. Finally came here and they had several to choose from with far better quality than other local stores. I was even able to take it home same day a lot of places wouldn’t sell any items off their floors but I was able to get my coffee table

I came into the store to see if they had a particular bed in store that I can view in person. Michelle was my salesperson. Not only did she have the bed her personal customer service was top-notch. Horrible customer service. Did not get greeted when I came in the door. Did not get asked for any assistance till I walked around the store by the sales associate and waited patiently. Phone lines says they were closed even though they were open. Went there on sunday to buy a couch and was told that I would have to bring someone with me because they didnt have anyone to help load it. Came back 2 days later and was told I would have to get it delivered or come back one day before 5pm even though I had truck, trailer, and someone to help me load it. All in all bad experience. I do not recommend this store at all. Yes I did end up buying a couch but only because I was fed up with looking and found one in our budget. They let me get it but made a big ordeal about it. Just didnt feel welcomed at all for a 5 minute purchas .

Good customer service

Unfortunately, doing business with Ashley furniture is a hit and miss proposition. I have used them in the past, but only to purchase items available in the warehouse for delivery within one week. However, on 3-21-2020, I purchased a living room sectional and coffee/end table set. One piece of the sectional was not available in a local warehouse and had to be ordered. I accepted their earliest delivery date of 4-11-2020, and I accepted their purchase agreement that allowed them to bill me the full amount for the furniture, including a substantial delivery fee, on 3-21-2020 AND a 10% cancellation fee even if they could not deliver on the estimated date. Beginning on 4-7-2020 I began receiving confirmation emails for the delivery date as well as automated text messages and phone calls all requiring I confirm the delivery date of 4-7-2020. I even received a text stating the delivery would occur between 7:15 am and 10:15 am on 4-11-2020. Then the afternoon of 4-10-2020 while on a conference call while working from home, I received a call I could not take from Adrian McKinney, an Open Order Management Agent for Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG), Ashley's parent. Parent is the operative term, because it is important to remember when doing business with Ashley or ANY DSG holding, you are doing business with DSG. Adrian with DSG left a voicemail and sent an email notifying me that DSG need to reschedule my delivery and to please call him. When calling the ONE phone number DSG and their children provide to their hapless victims, one must show infinite patience with their computer system that while insisting you push a button to proceed, is apparently unable to RECOGNIZE the touch tone of any button you push on your phone 97% of the time, but if you can get to the second menu and push 5 until your finger bleeds, you can get placed in a hold queue from which the only escape is hanging up. I emailed Adrian back at his "DO NOT REPLY" email address at DSG of amckinney@dsghome.com, because no other email contact information was provided, only the aforementioned concern DSG has for it's customer's whose money they have already secured for some future product. I received no reply email or additional phone calls from Adrian, my furniture was not delivered, but at 9:24 am I received a text message claiming my furnishings were ready for scheduling and my new earliest delivery date is 4-23-2020, a full 12 days after my original date. DSG doesn't even acknowledge in their text that they are RESCHEDULING without my consent and are pushing me back behind all of their other deliveries for the next 12 days. At DSG their customer service focus is apparently on minimizing the number of customers they screw over without apology. They did acknowledge they have my items in their local warehouse too, they just can't delivery anything to me now due to a "lack of delivery workers". Lowe's has made two deliveries and Royal furniture one in the past 10 days with the most recent delivery being 4-10-2020. I hope the details of my experience with Ashley and DSG in general help readers understand why in my opinion DSG's business practices make them not worth the risk of doing business with at all, there are far better options close enough on price point.

The minute I entered the store I was greeted. The salesman helped me get the best prices for my items. He was patience and I had a wonderful experience. The people behind the desk that did the paperwork were not as friendly. They weren't excited at all. Didn't speak or acknowledge me by name. Could be better.

My grandson is disabled and bought a bed from this store in September. It was very expensive - a queen best adjustible case and he paid 200.00 extra for a 10 year warranty. He also bought a mattress for it. A few weeks later the base motor quit working and he can not get it replaced or a refund. Do do buy anything from Ashley Home Stores. No one will return his calls so our only choice is to contact the Tennessee Attorney General to see what legal options we have. Absolutely horrible company!

I purchased a patio set and several rugs. The saleswoman was wonderful, she was kind, helpful and very informative. Also when I went back to pick up items the guys in the back was great. They put my items in my truck carefully and helped me to put everything in the right spot. I will do my shopping at this spot from now on.

Please don’t go we ordered furniture missing an end table they admitted it wasn’t delivered but the driver closed the ticket this happened on December the 4th they said can’t give me my end table because ticket was closed and no one can get it back open. I purchased a mattress. Two days before it was supposed to deliver, I received a call saying it was on backorder and would not be available for at least another week. I went into the store to see if I could find a mattress that was comparable to still meet my deadline. The sales associate, Jamie, not only helped me find a new mattress, she also made the process very seamless and was able to keep the price down so that I did not have to pay additional money. I appreciate her customer service and urgency to correct my situation.

We own a Cpl Airbnb properties and this is a great place for us to find some quality and stylish stuff for our places when we need something. Sometimes things we dont even need yet. We like to pop in and check out the clearance section in the back have gotten some great prices on cool stuff. This is not the biggest store we have been in but it's close. Not the greatest area but we are used to it

I asked the sales person to place an order for the next shipment and pay now so I get the discounted price. She said yes and put in the order. For some reason, she placed it under a higher showroom price without saying anything! Only when I tried to confirmed the online price my wife had discussed with her, did she tell me the price would be higher. Talk about bait and switch!!! On a previous order, when we went to the warehouse to pick up a mattress, we were told they were out so we had to buy a more expensive mattress. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Perhaps they should be called Ashley's Crooked Used Car Lot!!! To add insult to injury, I called the store to talk to the manager but of course he was "with a customer ". I left a message but I know I will not hear back!! It's ok keep your tables. I already bought the identical set from someone else for . UPDATE: so "Strikeforce M" of Ashley's comments on my above review and asks me to escalate to her for possible resolution....only so she too can ignore me! Hilarious!! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a furniture store. My husband and initially went in at the beginning of March to purchase a living room group. We decided on a smoked gray sectional and finalized the order. Afterwards we were told that all the pieces were not available and that our delivery date would have to be pushed out over a month to April 23. I received a call from Corporate on 4/19 stating that the pieces for the sectional were still unavailable and would not be available until May 22, over 2 months past our initial order. Completely unacceptable so I went into the store to cancel the order and was told by the Manager that I had to pay a restocking fee if I wanted to cancel my order. A restocking fee on items that aren’t even available or in stock. Completely a waste of money, time and patience. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit to this location and would not go here if I were you!

I have had a horrible customer experience with Ashley furniture for the second time...They have horrible customer service. I purchased a sectional w/ottoman.They assured me they would deliver my furniture together since i had received email, text, and phone calls stating only a ottomon would be delivered. After waiting forever to get the furniture they only delivered the ottoman. No sectional. I spoke with customer service and they did nothing to make me feel better or fix the error. I will never order anything from them again and I hope no one else does.

I guess it's okay if you need cheap temporary furniture, but honestly for the same money you could get much better furniture at Ikea or maybe even something on sale at Stash.

Charlotte is so professional and patient with her customers.

This is the worst furniture shopping experience I have ever had. Poor customer service, no follow up, and rude employees. I ordered a bedroom suite. It was delivered damaged twice. Took almost a month to receive furniture. Customer service rep told me she had no supervisor and hung up on me. When i finally got to a corporate number they rerouted me to the store manager who never called me. Finally I was promised a gift card for my dissatisfaction. Three months later, no gift card. Do your homeeork and read the reviews first then Run from Ashley Furniture. They will never get another sale from me. If you value your time, money, and customer service this is not the store for you.

Go and see Ms. Jamie very nice lady and she will help you find what you looking for. She at the Ashley outlet on Summer . really nice down to earth . you leave feeling like family

Nice friendly staff

Went in to the store to purchase a bed. The store was closing when we arrived. The young lady still allowed us to come in she was patient and allowed us to look around was very pleasant helpful. End result we purchased our bed at a great price!

I love Ashley's Furniture. Great quality, beautiful look, and affordable. I lost everything in a fire but now furnishing every room back with Ashley's Furniture. My sales rep Michelle was very pleasant and made me feel at home. I told her I need everything and don't know where to start. Michelle said let's start with one room at a time. Before I left that day I had found three bedroom sets. I felt so much better that I had now started making progress. A few visits back I have everything I need now. The worse experience I’ve ever had with Ashley !! Been over a month and still waiting on my bedroom Furniture. Wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone ever !!!!

I had been looking for a few weeks for an occasional chair for my living room. I had shopped at the main store but didn’t really see anything that would fit my space or budget. I stopped in to the outlet store just to see if they had anything. I met Jamie who helped me to find not only one chair for my space, but also a chair for my desk! Both came in lower than others I had seen for the same quality. Thank you for great service and price!!!
