My past experiences of going into a furniture store has been like going to buy a new car. As soon as you step foot on the lot here come all the sales people. I was very pleasantly surprised that this was not the case when I visited this store. I had an outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture of Morristown, TN. From the moment my husband and I entered we were warmly greeted by the staff. Our salesperson, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through their extensive selection of living room suits. He really took the time to understand our needs and explain which suits would be best for our family without being pushy.

Me and my wife go in occasionally looking to change our house every few months or so and we are always greeted as soon as we walk through the door we always seem get Michael and he always helps us no what it is he seems to know everything about Ashley’s products and really helps us pick out what’s right for us. We enjoy coming to this Ashley’s location and will be back.

My husband and I have made a few purchases already and Cheryl was always helpful, smiling, and making us laugh, even when she wasn’t our sales person. Their furniature selection was ok Dont get me wrong- nice stuff and all but prices were a bit high for my taste. I am the kind of person that just wants to look it items myself without having to speak with someone ubless I need help. Associstes there were nice but very sales pitch-y. Felt I was being a bit cornered. They did a "lottery" with us where we put our name and number for a chance to win something there or other so aufe I signed up. A day later I got like 3 invites from the associate to come in and check out their deals- which is not why I gave them my number to begin with and its just in bad taste to attempt communicating with me under a certain guise but actually use it for solicitation. I went to the store to browse recliners. I told Cheryl that I would have to think about it. I went to leave, and she told me to fill out a paper for a drawing. I did, she put it in the thing and spun it around to mix it up. The next day, she started texting me asking if I had decided which chair to get so she could order it for me. She had dug my entry back out to get my number. Then today (a month later)...I got a random message saying I had opted in to receiving texts from Ashley furniture which I did not. Now they are sending me texts about sales, which is ridiculous. I hope she didn't do that to everyone that entered the drawing. Edit: I received another text from her as a group message with 11 others to tell us about a current sale. She got all of their numbers off their entries for the drawing as well. I'm sure she opted them in for texts too. Smh...

Norma and Mark were great! I splurged and bought the sectional of my dreams! I told Norma I have to go measure my walls and I’ll be back because I have a very small living room. He helped me to measure the wall behind the sofa and told me it would fit if we moved the cup holder to the other wall. Mark was great getting the order written up and advising me to get the four year furniture protection. I came on February 17th for President’s Day sale and got 15% discount as well as a trip to Orlando, Florida!!! The sectional is exceptionally comfortable and I’m looking forward to having this special piece of furniture in my new home because it has power adjustable headrests and three power recliners. If I could leave zero stars I would. I was gifted a new bedroom suite for Christmas. It was purchased well before thanksgiving and wasn't able to be picked up until a week before Christmas. When unboxed we noticed the footboard casing was missing. We had the drawers, but not the casing. We contacted our salesperson and the manager. They were no help and lied to us the entire process of getting this made right. We had to go and contact the warehouse directly and even deal with a different Ashley. They would NEVER get back with us. We called multiple times and they said they would follow up and never did. The footboard finally arrived to the warehouse and we had it picked up and put together before they ever called to inform us it was in. To say this is not the right Ashley if your want compassionate and truthful sales people is saying the truth.

Made it a very easy process! * UPDATE* After initial review I unfortunately have to change it! Ordered on black Friday 2024 and as of today February 10th still haven't received all of my order. I get a piece here and there and only cause I keep asking where my items are! Very unhappy about the process! Initially was told 3 to 4 weeks. Would definitely recommend shopping somewhere else. At this point I really regret purchasing here.

I never once felt like I was given a sales pitch, or pressured into any decision or upsold on anything. I also loved to hear that their company is locally owned, Christian based and helps the community in such extraordinary ways. The check out process was also so easy and typically that portion makes me uneasy. We will definitely be back for any other furniture needs and I recommend them to everyone.
